Constantly intrigued by how much art there is in war , all types of armour depicted with christ and art will forever link war with art .

Finished my belt! And by “finished” I mean “bring the pieces to one of my friends who knows more about leatherworking than me and ask them very nicely for help, and then have them assemble the belt while I watch and try to help like that one Spiderverse meme”.
Though I did press the rivets myself, I enjoy that bit :D

8 days of living medieval over!
The medieval centre in Nykøbing is insanely great and wonderful!
I am very tired and very happy!
I met amazing peoole and learnt a lot, especially about food, cooking a week for over 90 people using exclusively medieval recipes!
Just wow!

Another current project, a Tudor cap made for a friend in the reenactment group I play in (SCA). The pattern is based after the style of several portraits, notably Prince Arthur's. I'm on the front brim right now with the wider back brim to go. Then my friend will do the felting to fit it to his head.
