i love a good old traumatized reader

reader whose favorite acolyte is xiao, even if he killed them once or twice ! at least he had the courtesy to make it quick..

reader who flinches every time someone makes a sudden move near them. we study their every move with an intense gaze, our body rigid and cold.

reader who does their best to disguise their emotions, but really can’t help but look at certain acolytes with apathy. i mean, who would look someone in the eye after they removed your limbs?

reader who wakes up screaming almost every night, still plagued by memories of the things they endured.

we try to act collected, sure, but the facade cracks sometimes around our closest acolytes. the ones we know we can trust- as friends. ((maybe kazuha, xiao, or itto. big guy. himbo. good hugs. also small guys. good for cuddling.

but yippee!! itto or kazuha never even tried to kiII us! that’s a win in my book. xiao on the other hand,, has beheaded us twice! we thank him for making it painless though. i like to think they all get along well

Few Headcanons + Slight Discussion

Sorry, Anon. This is too angsty and beyond my level of bad writing so no oneshot today 💀 Not to mention that this request is giving me heavy "mary sue" or "damsel in distress" vibes. I don't particularly like those if I'm being honest. So, instead, please accept these headcanons!

Although this idea is really good and well thought out, I personally disagree the idea of Reader even trying to be around their acolytes.

Sure, they may still have their favorite character and all that, but let's be honest, anyone who's gained PTSD at this level like Reader would want to stay away from everyone as far as possible.

However, I admit that to the people that were nice and didn't try to kill Reader, they will certainly be talked to. Said-characters will probably have to be prepared to face a lot of unhappy glares and faces.

Though I do doubt Reader will be even willing to go out all that often, so they'll probably invite them to their palace or something. Or maybe, if you wanna make it so that Reader does go out once in a while, Reader sneaks out and does their best to hide and visit said-characters.

Since this request has a slight soft spot for Xiao, despite him being one of the killers, I like to imagine that Reader has a admire-stay-away game with him. They admire them from afar, but won't go close or even start a conversation with him in fear of being killed.

Reader ain't risking being killed again, no matter how fast that man will make it. It's still traumatizing, alright?

Alright, back to the characters that didn't attempt to kill Reader. Itto and Kazuha are so going to get spoiled by Reader with a lot of things—personally made dishes, random gifts, and just simply having a relaxing good time.

Half suspect that Reader will be silent. They are trying to be aware of their surroundings at all times, even during these relaxing moments. Itto and Kazuha have to constantly remind them to have fun and relax because sometimes Reader gets to irked up of being caught.

Let's be honest, these two can protect Reader just fine. They've had their encounters with the Raiden Shogun (sort of, on Itto's behalf), so they aren't exactly scared.

And that's all I got! Sorry if this wasn't what you wanted, Anon, but it's the best I got. See you all around, now! :)

Ghost Rebel Side Notes: I was originally going to reject this request, but I figure it would be better to just make headcanons of these. Do note that i might not be so lenient as I was with this request. I don't really like too angsty reader—sometimes they're just too much. It gives me "damsel in distress" vibes and I don't really like it.

sometimes kuroo is amazed at how easy it is for him to slip under people’s radar despite being “obnoxiously tall” as you put it. like right now, he’s getting food in the dining hall after his class ended and going over his notes when he overhears his name in conversation. that wouldn’t have been so bad if your name hadn’t come up as well.

“if she lets that loser hit, she’d definitely fuck anyone,” he heard someone say, voice thick with a smugness that seemed undeserved. “i’ve been trying to get her attention but she’s playing hard to get.”

someone else snorts. “yeah, she’s stuck up as fuck, but i heard her head game is crazy. wouldn’t mind a try either.”

it goes on like that—mindless and disgusting. it’s already bad enough that they’re talking about a woman, or anyone, like that. but they’re talking about you. kuroo knows you don’t care about stupid boys saying stupid shit about someone they wish they could have, but he won’t stand for it.

getting up, kuroo dumps his half-eaten food—he lost his appetite after hearing what they said—and goes up to the table, standing tall in front of the two guys. he recognizes them from one of your classes and they’re shocked to see the six-foot volleyball captain staring directly at them, gritted teeth and heavy breathing.

“got anything else you wanna say, man?” kuroo keeps himself in check, he learned a long time ago how to not let his emotions get the best of him. no matter how much his fist is twitching.

one of the guys holds his hand up in defense. “hey, bro. we were just talking shit. we didn’t mean none of it.” his voice cracks, the self-confidence he had just moments ago is nowhere to be seen. he gestures to his friend to back him up, but gets nothing. the other boy is too nervous to say a word.

kuroo rolls his eyes. “be fucking careful with your words next time. i won’t be as nice.” they nod and quickly grab their stuff to get the hell out of dodge. kuroo likes knowing he scared them, but he wonders what else they might have said about you that he wasn’t around to hear. the tightness in his chest doesn’t leave and kuroo feels like he needs to punch something.

no, he needs to calm down. he needs you.

he blindly heads to your dorm, doing anything he can from resisting that anger festering inside him. it’s only when he sees your face that kuroo can finally calm down. you didn’t have class today and were still in your pajamas, rubbing the sleep from your eyes after waking up from your midday nap.

“did you run here? why are you breathing so hard?” you ask, scowl on your face as you take in the sight of the man before you.

“i just…” kuroo can’t form words and instead just pulls you into a kiss, pushing you into the room and shutting the door. you let out a sound of surprise, but don’t push him away, fingers tangling in his hair as you let him drop you to the bed. “i’m sorry, i’m sorry i just need you right now…”

kuroo pulls your shorts down and you think he’s going to fuck you, but he dives straight for your pussy, lapping at your slit and groaning at the taste. it’s confusing how he so quickly threw himself upon you, but you’re not one to ask questions when you’re being spoiled.

Outer Wilds with two siblings (intro to the game 1)

Warning!!!! Outer Wilds spoilers!!!

(please do not spoil me/us the game, I would like to discover it on my own with my brother)

(The Masterpost explain a bit, go read it please)

The game starts like this: we wake up in a clairing to a huge green planet above us, an object in its orbit exploding.

We quickly learn by talking to the alien (a blue guy with 4 eyes, like us apparently?) close to us that we are the new astronaut, ready to go exploring space now, but before doing that, we need to get the launch codes from someone else, in the observatory.

We then enter the little village where we meet friends and maybe family who will then teach and explain to us multiple interesting information... Well mostly, because I don't know if knowing that this guy hates this tree will be interesting…

But anyway, here are the things we learned I bothered noting:

- We need to fear the moment we get our own spaceship. There is that small model of a spaceship for us to learn how to drive the real one... Yeah, it's a miracle someone's not dead or that this thing survived.

But wait! While me and my brother were being dumbasses, I saw that big ass blue planet passing above, the Giant's Deep. So, like any dumb teen, I launched the model up, until it became quite obvious I couldn't reach it. But then, here's the interesting thing: the ship didn't come down on its own. And seeing how much time it took us to be able to see its propulsors again, it might have as well continued on its merry way.

- So we will visit only one star system during this game. The others are like, too far.

- We heard a lot about this Feldspar guy, a hero of the space program and the first Hearthian (our specie's name) to leave our planet's atmosphere willingly. But they disappeared during a space travel, with no news since.

- There is a nice old Hearthian telling us about how they were the one to make all the instruments for the other astronautes, like Chert's drums, Gabbro's flute, Riebeck's banjo and Feldspar's harmonica. Now the question remains: where's mine?

- We learned how to use this thing called an ondoscope during a game of hide and seek. It allows us to hear a sound far away (I don't know how to explain it better). Anyway, it must work quite well since we can hear the music of the instruments on all the other planets.

What's really cool and I learned by accident is that you can listen to the music of multiple astronauts when their planets are close enough in the visor of your ondoscope. And the tunes complete each other? Like the harmonica and whistling we heard?

Oh, and you can listen through the planet you're standing on ....

- There is this cave that can simulate space's lack of gravity, and I would advise switching your lamp off at one point. Just to see the breathtaking simulation of the space's black and starry sky the weird rock of our planet make.

Oh, and moving in space? Not fun. At least my theory with the mini spaceship was right about going on your merry way when launched out of gravity's reach. It means you have to fight to slow down and/or stop tho.

- If we are to believe some guy named Gabbro who visited Giant's Deep, you apparently can't access the center of that ocean planet. And there might be a kraken or something but they might have been drinking before telling that but you'll never know.

- Phantom matter... I am scared to death to be taken by surprise by something that can make someone walking on it by accident lose a leg. Since it can only be seen in photos, let's take a lot of those! Think they'll give me that probe that can photograph everything around?

- Talking about Probes, the observatory's one, made for seeing around the planet, seems to indicate a lot of interesting things on the surface.

Okay it's starting to get long, I'm separating it in two..

Old Flames and New Faces (Part 4)

It seemed things at HOL had deteriorated faster than you could imagine. You didn't understand what caused it - they seemed to love Lily with all their being. But she refused to accept it.

At lunch time, while you sat with Solomon, Simeon and Luke - she used to sit with the brothers. Well not all of them at once - because half of them were busy but most of them.

But now she didn't anymore. She'd befriended other demons and hung out with them instead. And more often than not she sat with you.

"Does Levi have to keep on spouting nonsense about his animes? It makes my brain hurt. And I'm tired of lending Mammon money. He can quite literally be eaten by the witches I don't care! And Asmo?! Dear lord, how can someone have so much to say about themselves!?" She ranted.

Solomon struggled to keep his food in his mouth while Simeon accidentally snorted. Even Luke couldn't stop giggling. And honestly some days even you had to agree.

"And what's with Satan's obsession with Lucifer? He says he hates him but the way he wakes up every morning to exact revenge makes me think he's obsessed. And Lucifer just seems to like it somehow. Cause he never does anything about it. What kind of a father-brother weird dynamic is this?! It's a family full of TSUNDERES!"

"Lily stop!" You barely could speak from the laughter. "Someone's gonna hear you! Stop already!"

But it seemed she was even out of Lucifer's control. She broke curfew, blatantly ignored them and instead of joining in the pranks against Lucifer, she played her own pranks on everyone. While the brothers slowly got maddened by this behaviour, you could feel your heart soften for her.

She was adorable when she broke into your room to cuddle you at night, cause Belphie drools too much. She was so cute when she barged into the kitchen asking fudge and ice cream because Beel had cleaned out the fridge.

She looked upto you like a little sibling and you couldn't help but spoil her sometimes. She was the cutest little rebel you'd ever seen.

Soon enough, the brothers realized, they preferred having you living with them instead. You were not nearly this disobedient or borderline mean to them.

But now the predicament was you were nicely settled into your new home, your new life. You didn't quite have time for them either.

"Hey um MC..." Mammon called you up one evening, "So we haven't done our movie marathons lately. I have a new one downloaded do ya wanna come over and watch maybe?"

"Sorry Mammon," You apologized as you watch the popcorn cook. "Luke has this movie he's waiting forever to see it. It's group movie night tonight so can't make it today sorry."

"MC! Help it's an emergency!" Levi confronted you in class, "There's a group gaming event for Ruri Chan: Romance Wars and we're one member short, please join our team!"

"Oh shoot. I'm sorry Levi but I'm already part of another team." You said, pointing to Solomon and Simeon. "Them along with Lily - we are team Xchangers. Funny isn't it?!"

"MC, remember those two cats in the park that we always go to visit? They disappeared today." Satan whispered to you in the library. "Will you help me go find them? After that we can revise History and Spells too."

"Oh you mean Saffron and Sushi? Yeah they are all fine! Solomon and I took them." You laughed, "Yeah we built them a mini house in the garden they love it. Also don't worry about tutoring anymore - Simeon loves teaching me. And he tells me so many stories of the Celestial realm too haha."

"I'm so glad you're finally doing this." Lily said, chewing on apples you'd cut for her.

"Doing what Lily?" You ask. She chuckles and sits next to you.

"You humans are so nice you don't even realize." She said, "Showing them your worth. Like you should have these two years. God knows they deserved that."

"Lily...what are you talking about? They didn't do anything-" You tried to reason but she lifts her palm up and shakes her head.

"You were kept in the house to be kept safe. Yet that is where you lost your life. The nerve of these demons." She muttered.

"Who told you...about all this?" You ask. Noone ever brought it up because how unpleasant the whole situation was. Who could have told her?

"Not important. Just stay here and keep away from them. They'll learn their lesson soon enough." She said. "See ya later, MC."

She left the room like a hurricane, leaving all your thoughts in a mess of uncertainty, confusion and deep down...fear.

I really hope this is okay to ask for but it's totally fine if not. Could I get Makoto, Hajime, Chiaki, Nagito, Ibuki, Kaede, Rantaro, and Kokichi with a trans masc s/o who's feeling really down and insecure about his voice/softer features? Like, maybe was feeling pretty good about passing but the got called ma'am a lot throughout the day so he starts withdrawing and getting quieter or something like that. Thanks either way, I'm loving all that you've been writing so far!

Wow, I'm so honored to hear that you've enjoyed my writing. I'm not great at accepting compliments but hearing that really made my day. I hope this will maybe make your day as well anon and if anything isn't to your liking feel free to tell me!

Makoto

This is a literal sunshine boy. If you're feeling down about anything he won't give up until you feel better.

He loves everything about you but can understand how your softer features can be upsetting.

However, like you, he thinks you're passing just fine. He knows it actually and he'll do whatever he can to make you realize it too.

So what you may have some softer features? There are men that are born men that he's completely mistaken for a woman so you must be on the right track since he's never done that with you.

You might get a weird lecture on how you're perfectly passable despite what anyone else says but it's just him trying to make you feel better.

If he can't convince you though, he'll do his best to cheer you up another way he can.

It might be getting you your favorite foods and putting a movie on at home while he gives you words of comfort, or if you're way too down for his liking he might drag you outside to do something fun like mini-golf or laser tag.

Either way like I said he isn't stopping until he cheers you up! He isn't the greatest at understanding what troubles you but he always does his best to learn more to help where he can.

Hajime

He's a lot calmer than Makoto, as in he'll simply sit you down to ask you to elaborate on what's troubling you and letting you cry if you need to on him.

He wouldn't be as clueless as Hajime since he normally learns a lot through helping others but he's calm enough to ask you to explain if he can't understand any part of your issue.

Once he's sure he understands what your issue is he feels awful for you. He just doesn't understand why people can't see you as you are and will do his best to comfort.

He won't force you to cheer up or be like Makoto but he will hold you and give you words of assurance as he holds you to his chest.

He isn't against doing something casual like videogames to cheer you up or putting on a favorite of yours but that won't happen until he's sure you're good.

Then he's trying to do everything he can to take your mind off of what's ailing you all while telling you time to time how he thinks you pass just fine.

Chiaki

She's normally too sleepy to deal with a lot but seeing you upset will immediately wake her up.

She'll want to know what's up and won't fully get it at first.

It's not that she doesn't understand your gender orientation or anything about being trans, she just really doesn't get how anyone would make such an obvious mistake as to call you mam.

She won't do much but like Hajime, she'll give you lots of words of comfort and hold you to her.

If you don't feel better after all that she'll simply pull out a ton of fun games together and let you choose whatever one you want.

She'll even let you be player 1 or use her favorite controller, whatever makes you happy.

In the end, you'll know she cares and thinks you pass just fine. It won't seem like she's just trying to cheer you up either. She believes in you being you and knows you'd do the same for her if she had similar issues.

Nagito

Someone upset you and he's upset as well.

How could anyone do that to his hope? His obviously male hope nonetheless!

He might be a bit rude towards whoever made the mistake if anything happens when he's with you but he means well.

He's just him. He's him and he respects your gender and wants others to see you as what you are.

He'd immediately understand from reading up on the subject as soon as you two started dating and is furious that someone would make you doubt if you were passing.

He thought you were beautiful as you were, even if you had some more gentle features. He by no means looks manly himself so if anyone should be getting called mam he thinks it should be him and not you.

Regardless though he'll remove yourselves if possible and drag you out to buy you whatever you want.

He wants to cheer you up and will do whatever, like Makoto to help.

If that doesn't help though he'll go into a more serious mode where he acts more like Hajime and Chiaki, holding you and letting you cry.

He'll spoil you rotten afterwards even more. He'll get whatever you want for food. you can sleep with him tonight, you can have whatever you want. You could even hit him and he'd let you not that you would.

He just wants to make you feel better at any cost so he'll be more extreme than Makoto but don't worry, he won't force you to be. He wants to genuinely make you smile by the end of the day at least.

Ibuki

Aw yeah! Ibuki in the house!

This girl is a little ditzy at times so she might not notice at first if you are upset so things could go two ways.

You could tell her or wait until she does realize.

Regardless, once she does realize she is all over you.

She's being her usual hyper self, playing music for you and talking your ear off to distract you.

She is the least educated on this topic though so she'll be a little clueless with how to approach the situation otherwise.

She'll make sure you know you're loved just as you are more than really tell you how you're super manly or something to her but she does think you are.

She just probably won't think to say it until she ends up getting hit with the thought of, 'Hey I should tell S/o he's super manly and cool!'

The only issue is, this most likely occurs at sometime at 3 AM when you're not together and then she'll immediately call you like it's an emergency to tell you just that.

She'll ramble on after about some unrelated things once she's done telling you how manly and amazing you are but she's trying.

Before that she'll just perform all day for you and even ask you to tell her more so she can write an extra special song just for you!

If you're still down by the next day she'll have that song ready and waiting.

She'll probably even make an mp3 of it just for you to listen to it whenever you do feel self-conscious about any of your more gentle features.

Kaede

Another great but clueless girl. She's not uneducated on purpose but she just isn't as knowledgable as someone like Hajime.

Regardless she'll try her hardest to help soothe you with your own personal concert.

It's the usual stuff she plays but it's filled with enough emotion that her love for you somehow is felt in each note.

She would want you to feel calmed and at ease so that she can question you about your problem more before fully approaching it.

Once she's sure she understands though she'll be a lot like Makoto as in she'll drag you out of the house to do all sorts of fun things.

She may even keep insisting to take pictures a lot to do something like uploading a bunch of posts about how great of a boyfriend you are.

She wants you to see how you two look together and how you pass as a male to her and all her friends.

She'd hope it helps you appreciate every trait of yours but if it didn't she'd turn to smothering you with affection.

She'd even stay the night with you if it'd help you and tell you the entire time how amazing she thinks you truly are.

Like Ibuki and Nagito, nothing sounds forced or as though they're just trying to cheer you up so there are no doubts but there really isn't with any of these teens.

Rantaro

One of the calmer out of the bunch. Rantaro would simply pull you aside as soon as he realizes something is wrong.

He'd notice so quickly that you wouldn't even have to explain that something is troubling. All you'd need to do is tell him what's going on and he'd be the most understanding.

He knows he's pretty feminine himself so he gets what it's like to feel misgendered and would want to make you feel better more than anything.

His methods would mostly be letting you cry it out while holding you and petting your hair.

But expect to go shopping afterward!

Rantaro is going to, like Nagito, spoil you to no end.

Want that great ensemble in the window of that expensive store? Done. Want a new videogame? You get it.

It doesn't matter what it is he'll buy it as long as it'll cheer you up.

He'll also insist that you stay with him so that he can stay by your side as you get a chance to enjoy your spoils.

He's more of a fashion person but if you got anything like food, a movie, or a game, he'd be open to trying it out with you without any hesitation at all.

He'll do anything for you and tell you as often as possible how amazing you are to him.

Kokichi

As usual, Kokichi isn't great at expressing himself to others due to his own secretive nature. However, that doesn't mean your issue goes unnoticed.

Kokichi isn't manly by any means but he's not as hurt if anyone ever somehow mistakes him for the other gender so it may seem as though he wouldn't be able to understand.

However, he somehow knows before you even say anything what's troubling you.

He's great at reading people so he probably knew of this problem for a while before really addressing it.

Now that you're so down though he'll want to cheer you up. It'll be in his own annoying ways and he won't sing your praises as much but you can tell he means well.

He'll try to make you laugh more than anything by telling a bunch of dumb jokes and memes to you or even by messing with people on the streets just for funsies.

Despite his questionable methods, he's great at what he does and will probably succeed at making you laugh a lot that day.

Once you two are behind closed doors he'll be a bit more serious but don't count on much.

He may start out snuggling you and telling you that he really thinks you're manly and that it's not a lie but soon after he'll go back to his previous antics.

He'll just be goofy and childish until it rubs off on you too.

Somehow though it all he makes you understand that you are perfect the way you are without even explicitly stating it.

What a powerful boy. Good thing he's on your side.
