Había leído un fanfic donde Waluigi y Wario estaban en la trama, solo que no como objetos. Me pareció interesante hacerlos como Lumiere y Ding Dong.

Studied the style, looked into other artists for inspiration, and I really like how it turned out. I drew the Maria sisters in the Mario and Luigi style, one of my absolute favorite styles. I might draw them like this for now on, but time will tell.

Rosalina in canon doesn't have much of a story except for the story she tells the lumas, which technically are like her children considering what happened with them. The main ideas I was having yesterday before designing her were Rosalina going through an very VERY emotionally expensive arc to then end up becoming who Estella is

Estella is similar to Estrella which means star on spanish so you can kinda can guess what this direction might be like, in a way (?)

So I'm thinking that the reset, despite it being something that Rosalina got adapted certainly quickly and wasn't too worried about it considering all of her years being alive and her power, the whole disaster and the events themselves did leave her a bit more paranoid that expected instead in this one. And with a bit more I mean by a lot. Being used to a journey of losing what she loves, her feelings and uncertainty grow as a result, add to that the fact that she's feeling a much more bigger sense of protectiveness over the galaxy, especially for those who she met.

In fear of being alone and adding the slight paranoia she was going through, Rosalina ended up stopping with her coming to home every 100 years plans and decided to focus on trying to make sure that nothing else like that happened again.

With emotions acumulated, her physical form suffers from change, although it isn't a good change. The stress and certainly the pain she has been feeling for a while took the best of her, add that to her loneliness, and it was like a combo.

Of course she had the lumas, but they were like her children. But she also didn't want them to be worried about how she was, she was supposed to be there for them, and didn't want them to worry.

At the end, it didn't do her any good. Her body changed and changed and so did her mental state. She became more and more scared, doing everything to stop any threat, making sure that if given the case, bowser doesn't try to do any of that (though it is... VERY unlikely), but her feels pile up and she's feeling like she's dying. Why, she can't tell.

Her love for life and the beings that were there was so strong that it kept her going, but it was also killing her emotionally so to speak.

At one point, Estella couldn't do it anymore, weakened by her feelings and stress, by the amount of power constantly being used to protect everything, the goddess was being too rough on herself and didn't realize her limits.

She felt so... alone. But she knew she wasn't. But it was a different type of alone. The lumas were all she had now, and so was her newest friend, but she couldn't bring herself to express those worries. She was a protector. She can't just let her guard down at all.

And she pushed them away with that thought in mind.

And it got so bad to the point in which her body. Started "breaking" itself. Giving up in the way a star would.

She didn't know what to do at all and didn't want others to worry. But if she somehow got into a terrible state, how is she going to be there for them?

She's scared.

She has given herself such pressure when it should've never really been like that on the first place. She was already strong. She was aware that the Lumas were following a cycle. But one can only hold onto hope so much before they break down.

Now basing this from the whole "Rosalina was also a princess back in her place" theory, I think that even if the Lumas did comfort her in her most vulnerable moment, losing her mom and then not being able to communicate with her dad and brother really made her feel worse in the end.

She can't afford losing anyone again.

And that fear, pain and stress almost leaded her to, practically experience what Lumas go through.

Her body breaks, yes, it was giving up due to all of what was going on. The cracks can be seen on her face and everything, and that alarms her a lot.

And so, she realizes that she needed some time. She wrote some letters, sent them, and told the Lumas the truth at the very end.

And she ended up in a slumber so she could either recover, or go through it finally.

As to how much time she was in slumber it's unknown, but things changed a lot.

Star dust started to fuse with her body, star dust from The Lumas who cared for her more than anything, in order to make sure she was safe and healthy again. Which time, her body started to recover, the cracks leaving scars, sure, but recovering. The love of the lumas, her kids, gave her strenght and made her feel like she was going to genuinely be okay again.

One way or another, her family was going to be there with her, always.

And when she was back, everything about her look changed.

For the good.

Long and lovely hair that was taken care of, a star crown, comfortable clothes, the sparkles in her skin, everything about her. And she felt at peace. But she started crying once she processed all of it.

She was alone, but not really.

The Lumas wanted her to be okay. To feel safe. To feel loved. That she's enough. That things will be okay.

She would never really be alone again. But they sacrificed their cycle/life for her. All because of her fear for them to get hurt.

And now they're there with her.

After realizing all of that, Rosalina decided to go by the name of Estella, in memory of the Lumas that she loved so much and now were a part of her.

And now she's still doing her duties. With confidence and always with company despite everything. And yeah.

Prince Mario smiled. "You cut your hair", he whispered, reaching his arms forward as Peach approached him. Tears rolling down her cheeks Peach pressed closer to Prince Mario, cupped his face with her palms and replied; "So did you." She kissed Prince Toadstool's hair and forehead. Having him here in her arms made her sure of the one thing she had been wondering for a while now; she was home.

This may or may not be canon, I don't know yet 😂 However I choose, Mario is still Peach's home she always returns to 😊

And here they are, the first part of my Mario Steve Universe AU! I’ll put the pointers down so it doesn’t scatter everything.

So Mario and Luigi are two parts of the same gem. It’s a gem called Ukanite, it’s a type of jasper that comes in red and green (go figure).

They were supposed to be a single gem, but during their growth there was an earthquake and the gem cracked in half. So they each developed on their own main colors, and they erupted much smaller and weaker than they should have. That’s why they are ‘twins’.

They are originally from the Mushroom Kingdom but somehow they found themselves in the human world and they ‘grew up’ there so they have facial hair and overalls and stuff because of that, they tried to imitate the humans around them.

When they reach the Mushroom Kingdom (by accident), they find Peach who is its ruler and one of the many rulers of the land. All rulers are diamonds that’s why she’s a pink diamond. She’s very smart and sweet, and her kingdom is filled with Toads (who I will draw later). She invites Mario and Luigi right in because her kingdom accepts all kinds of gems, while the other kingdoms are selective and even mean to ‘defective’ or ‘broken’ gems.

The brothers then start to live with the princess and hell her jn battles against the other kingdoms.

After finally making it to the castle Mario and Luigi was amazed at the castle interior Peach watched them smiling catching Mario looking at her a little bit before looking away and blushing making Peach giggle and Mario smiled, soon they made it to the throne room seeing a weird table in the middle "what is that?" Luigi asked going up to it and then touching it by accident squeaking as it started moving Mario got a little worried thinking Luigi broke something but Peach stops him "That table shows all the kingdoms of our world and I hate to say this but a certain king is planning something awful with a powerful power star" Peach said walking around the table pointing at the ice kingdom "and if he was to get the star all the kingdoms will be in danger" she said as Luigi looked at the kingdoms "what's the king's name?" He asked as Mario looked at the mushroom kingdom "Bowser the Koopa king" Peach said looking at the dark land "I hate to ask but could you join me to get the power star so Bowser doesn't get it first?" Luigi nods as Mario stopped him "I'm sorry ma'am but we, really need to get home" "But Mario" Luigi said making puppy eyes Mario tried to fight it but it soon broke him. "Fine, fine!" Mario said huffing and Luigi smiled big "Thank you, big bro," he said as Mario rubbed Luigi's hair.

As the trio made their way to the pipe that would take them to the ice kingdom Peach looked at the brothers noticing Mario having a worried face "we're almost there are you two ok back there?" Luigi ran up to her "Yup but can I ask something?" Peach nods looking at Luigi "what do you plan on doing with the star?" Peach thinks for a moment stopping at the pipe "hide it as much as I can" Peach said as she entered the pipe Mario followed close by getting tackled by Luigi in the process "sorry Mario" he said getting up then helping Mario up "your alright Lu" as Mario took a deep breath the ground shook underneath them seeing a flying island Peach gasped "we're to late..." She said quickly running to hide pulling Mario and Luigi with her they hid behind an ice rock seeing giant spike balls fell on the ice stopping it in front of the ice castle, soon a bunch of creatures ran out of the floating island forming lines as one in blue wear shows up out of nowhere "all hail the king of the Koopas!" He said slamming his staff in the ice making all the Koopa soldiers turn to the front of the ice kingdoms gates awaiting their king, as Luigi, Peach, and Mario stare at the island Luigi looked over at the kingdom getting an idea slowly making his way to the side of the kingdom and sneaking his way in just as something big hits the ice quickly running to the bright light, Mario on the other hand noticed the giant turtle gasping a little bit then noticed Luigi missing looking all over for him getting worried then he heard a deep voice "open the gates!" The king yelled seeing the gates opening to show the Penguin king "you are not welcomed here leave or face our wrath!" The Koopa king simply smirked then started laughing, mocking the king "you really should think before you speak.." after saying that the Penguin king points at the Koopas yelling attack and a very pathetic battle happens which only happens for a moment before the blue Koopa puts a spell on the Penguins tossing them aside as Bowser took a deep breathe blowing fire at the ice kingdom the Penguin king yells at the Koopa king telling him to stop but Bowser didn't listen seeing a glowing light as the smoke cleared instead of it just being the star Bowser saw a human in front of power star looking right at him growling deeply as the human squeaked getting closer to the star the human was making Bowser feel weird deciding to ignore these feelings he orders someone to get the human sending some guards after Luigi who started running with the star Mario tries going after him but he gets noticed by some guards Peach grabs his hand running back to the pipe "what are you doing" Mario yelled looking back at Luigi seeing him getting caught "LUIGI!" He yelled out before going through the pipe seeing the guards stop at the entrance locking eyes with him for a second slamming onto the ground when he made it to the other side Peach stands up looking down at Mario "Mario are you ok?" She asked as Mario stands up looking at the pipe as his breathing started speeding up then looked at Peach "why did you take me with you!?" Mario yelled scaring Peach and as she was about to say something noticing tears forming in his eyes "WHY DID YOU TAKE ME WITH YOU!?" He yelled as tears ran down his face "he's my only friend, my only family! He's all I have!! So why did you take me with you!?" He said choking on his crying as Peach hugs him holding Mario close "I'm sorry Mario I promise you when I say this I panicked and pulled you with me and I'm so so sorry for doing that Mario" she said as Mario held onto her falling to the ground sobbing on her "he's all I have."

TMNT flavored Mario bros

Okay so it's really funny to me the idea of a tmnt Mario Bros cuz like

They Turt

And Bowser and Mario fighting over a girl like shredder and splinter did in '12-

Thinking that Bowser is cheif of his own clan that he formed gathering misfits and mutants, it's a tough love kinda place but they are still a kinda family, with Bowser trying his best to raise the group of turts he found which are the koopalings

Koopa is their clan name

So Koopa Bowser

And

I imagine the Koopa crew has their side stuff but Bowser often directs most attention to his peach obsession and wanting her, as a princess, support their clan

But with their reputation and the fact she is initially freaked out by their looks, she attempts to fortefy her defenses and calls in her friends Mario and Luigi who were in the royal guard but retired to be freelance plumbers off and on

Bowser sends people to kidnap peach in hopes of convincing her by showing her around, but yeah kidnapping isn't a great second impression

He's still hopeful but by the time Mario arrives thru their defenses is salty

And thus the rivalry

BUT as time goes on and Bowser's plans which are honestly very Doofenshmirtz flavored, peach starts to kinda grow fond of him, of course she is still a spicy gal tho lol, she jus gets a bit more playful and later does offer her help but under the idea that they will dial back their criminal activities

They get in trouble a few times for that, particularly the koopalings

Bowser jr (or BJ amongst his sibs) is an artist, his main medium being spray paint(which he gets in trouble a lot for vandalism), and a mechanic. He loves building crazy contraptions to help his dad fight Mario but doesn't always know exactly how it works (think happy accidents are quite common, and he rolls with it), Ludwig is more over all mad scientist, and mocks BJ for his "juvenile tinkering", often taking BJ's work to "fix it" or which makes BJ salty and often raids and or fucks with Ludwig's inventions and experiments as well

Those two are v e r y much bitter rivals

Ludwig also makes fun of the fact Bowser jr is such a daddy's boi

Hell he had the idea of that custom shell purely to look more like his cool alligator snapping turtle daddy

Bowser jr was an only child for a while until the others started coming in, and he often wishes to go back to that, but hey, it isn't always /that/ bad lolz

Z!luigi in the wild

I usually don’t like showing sketches as I think the finished product is worth it in the end but I was doing some more light sketching and I feel really proud of it.

I haven’t drawn a single Mario canon character in so long and this feels like I’m getting back better than anticipated. I’ve also been studying the Mario and Luigi game art style as it’s my absolute favorite style. (Maria looks better in that style anyways) It feels more quick and I can improve a lot more that way.

Should I expand this a bit more moving forward or should I develop it in the way I had before? Also, should I make this a finished drawing? I need some advice!

Hiya tumblr! I'm back with a new au >:3

So essentially, this au is called the #StolenBodyAU ! It's a Mario and Sonic au!

The explanation is that Mario wounds up accidentally meeting Fleetway Sonic and ends up getting his body stolen by him, leaving him in Fleetway's body. When this happened, the switch caused the super form to deactivate, leaving Mario stuck in Fleetway's base form.

I have plans for writing a story about this au at some point. I'll let y'all know when I do! :D
