I DONT EVEN KNOW PT 2, it speaks to me
Marian post failed (on her part) train robbery, moving in with the gang
“Hosea Matthews,” he introduced himself, “Arthur told us you helped on this last train robbery?” Hosea asked, shaking Marian’s hand.
“Marian Ramos-De León,” She introduced herself as well, a more comfortable atmosphere already, “and yes, I guess you can say that. Did he tell you I was there first?”
“He didn’t, no,” he looked at her horse, her bedroll on the back and the rest of her gear, a tent and its frame, and the frame for a cot, hanging from the sides, “Quite a setup you have.”
“Not used to sleeping under the stars quite yet, I still want a little bit of luxury.”

What are everyone's Halloween costumes!?! I feel Dutch dresses like some regal King, and Arthur goes as a cowboy
This year:
Micah is a sexy doctor, offers free breast cancer checks
Sean is a breathalyzer costume with one of those ‘BLOW HERE’ tubes on his crotch
Karen is the grinch and she dresses up Arthur as Max. She’s not the sexy grinch either, she’s practically in a fur suit
Charles is a dominatrix
Abigail and John are Homestar and Marzipan. It was Abigail’s idea. John wanted to be a zombie but he didn’t get it together in time and Abigail did, happens every year
Hosea is Lt. Columbo, says “oh, and one more thing” all night
Mary Beth is Elizabeth Bennet
Cain is a hot dog
Lenny is Spider-Man
Dutch is Scarface and he gets made fun of for his terrible impression
Trelawny is Dutch for Halloween and everyone thinks it’s funny but Dutch.
Bill is the brawny paper towel man. He was short on time and he has a lot of flannels.
Tilly is Bianca from the Rescuers
Jack is also a hot dog because he wanted to match with cain
Molly is Maid Marian
Susan wears the same witch costume every year
Pearson is Mario Batalli
Strauss is Scrooge McDuck
Javier is a Matador and he looks good as hell and keeps waving his red flag in front of Micah while he’s trying to pick up girls all night. Micah is trying to hold it together.
Uncle is a nudist on strike. He’s that guy.
Kieran is a power ranger. His mom would never buy him the costume and she’d always home make an embarrassing one so now that he’s an adult he’s going for it. He’s the green ranger.
Sadie is Jason. She’s a different slasher every year.

8. what is each of your muses otps? notps?
this is gonna get super long but I’ll only touch on the basics. Graham’s OTP is obviously Graham/Emma but I also really ship Graham/Ruby while Graham/Regina is the biggest NOTP to ever NOTP. I don’t have a lot of NOTPs for Charming other than the obvious incest ones I’ve seen around but my OTP is definitely either Charming/Snow or Charming/Ruby. I don’t care one way or another about Oberyn. Jaime’s NOTP would be jaime/brienne while I really enjoy Jaime/Aurora I also gotta go with the old favorite Jaime/Cersei. Han’s OTP is obviously Han/Leia and the NOTP would be luke/han. I don’t ship Vaisey with anyone but a HUGE NOTP is Vaisey/Guy. No thanks, get that out of here. Robin Hood’s OTP is Robin/Marian but I also shipped him with Guy in a very rival!mance sort of way. But I don’t know if I liked it enough to be considered an OTP. A NOTP for Robin would definitely be him/any gang member. Marian is MARIAN/GUY THATS THE ONLY SHIP THAT MATTERS. Though I also shipped her with Djaq.
And of course Robin. Isabella I don’t really care one way about but she’s a lesbian so ... give me all the girls. For Derek I enjoy both Derek/Meredith and Derek/Addison. A NOTP would definitely be Derek/Mark. Indiana’s OTP would either be Indiana/Marion (duh) or Indiana/Lara. I think any NOTP would be any slash paring because in my head Indy is a hardlined heterosexual. Ned, I obviously ship Ned/Chuck but my biggest OTP is just Ned/Happiness. As far as a NOTP, Ned/Emmerson because I’ve seen that one around.
Lancelot’s OTP is Lance/Gwen .. as far as a notp goes probably lance/elaine. I don’t really ‘ship’ the bnha kids since they’re well.. kids, but there are a few I think are cute together. We’ll leave it at that. For prompto my biggest OTP is Promoto/Ignis. Like, pry it from my cold dead hands.  I guess a notp would be prompto/noctis because i’ve always seen noct with gladio. Dutch’s OTP (the way we write it and the way we write it only) probably Dutch/Arthur. I also highly ship Dutch/Molly but .. its toxic. As far as a notp goes, Dutch/Hosea. I don’t really have an OTP for Watson, but a notp would be Watson/Holmes. I know its a popular one but I don’t ship it at all. I ship Septimus with power. A notp would be Septimus and death.
19. for each muse, is there a character you wish had a blog so you could interact with them?
THIS IS GETTING SO LONG. I’m just gonna name the ones I wish were around. Obviously for Ned, I wish there was a Chuck but we’d have to have major chemistry for me to enter a ship. For Dutch, a Hosea. I mean some of these there are blogs out there, I’ve just been too lazy to find them. I love the Jaime and Tywin dynamic so thats a blog I’d love to interact with. Oberyn and Tyrion. Bakugo and Deku. A leia for Han obviously. A marcus for Indiana would be really fun.I’d love to see a blog for Vaisey’s sister? It shows a side of him we don’t normally get to explore so that would be great fun. I’m sure there are others but this is getting long enough already.
27. is there a rule that someone keeps breaking for your muses?
NO FORCE SHIPPING. I’ve gotten a lot of force shipping. Even if it goes no farther than IMs in some cases or one reply, it makes me very uncomfortable when people assume things. I have a hard time writing romance, etc with partners I haven’t written with for a while so when new partners jump right on that train and bombard me with things it can be a little overwhelming. Also when people don’t specify muse and make me work for it. I’m always afraid I will choose someone they don’t know/don’t want to interact with. So, unless I know you and we’ve spoken, choose a damn muse. Please.

10th July >> Daily Reflection on Today’s Mass Readings for Roman Catholics on Tuesday of the Fourteenth Week in Ordinary Time (Hosea 8:4-7, 11-13, Psalms 115:3-4, 5-6, 7ab-8, 9-10 & Matthew 9:32-38).
Lectionary: 384
Praying Ordinary Time
Weekly Guide for Daily Prayer
How the Ordinary Time Readings Are Organized and Can Help our Prayer
As a child growing up in my small, rural hometown on the Panhandle of Nebraska, I had to be creative for my entertainment. It was not uncommon that this involved an innovative rethinking of how I used the items I found around me – sometimes in improper ways! One such example was the day I paired a dog, my “Big Wheel” tricycle and some new socks…it was a warm, summer day and I was bored. (Boredom often led to mischief.) To make a long story short, I managed to tie the leash of my neighbor’s large dog to the handlebars of my tricycle, sit low in the seat and kick my sock-donned feet out to my sides. In a yelp and a flash, the dog was off to the races and so was I. The instantaneous dopamine dump of thrill was immediately replaced by a rush of bristling terror as my developing brain quickly began to appreciate the speed at which I and trike and hound were hurtling through space. Acting on impulse and fear, I dug my heels into the ground below me in an effort to apply some brakes to the situation. Over the distance of a city block I did manage to bring my experiment to an end only after shredding the heels of my new socks, peeling off a layer of my tricycle tires and forcing Arnold the dog to collapse in the shade—a panting, exhausted heap of fur.
In the readings we have today, we learn of individuals and communities who are misusing the “stuff” of life. They have lost sight of God as the original gift-giver and have become possessed. Jesus both models and calls for a proper use of the possessions, gifts and lives we have been given.
In the first reading the community is attempting to put things in the place of God. They elevate kings and princes, statues of precious metals, and even altars to divine status. The Lord responds by speaking through the prophet Hosea, “With their silver and gold they made idols for themselves, to their own destruction.” Rather than cast their attention on God, they have a perspective that is short-sighted and downcast on the material things of the world. Through the improper use of this materiality, they find themselves possessed by their possessions.
St. Ignatius of Loyola knew this “possessional” pull all too well. He was raised in a family that revered earthly success and status. It took an experience of loss, woundedness and his own perceived sense of failure coupled with newly engaged stories of the life of Christ and of the saints to lift Ignatius’ gaze from the glittery things of the world to the grace-filled presence of God. Having laid down his sword and courtly clothes at the foot of a Marian statue, Ignatius the pilgrim spent time in a cave mapping out a proper path toward union with God that he titled the “Spiritual Exercises.” One of the last pieces he crafted, which would become the beginning of the Exercises, was the “First Principle and Foundation.” At its core, this piece invites humans to use the things of the world that aid them in praising, reverencing and serving God and to abstain from those people or places or things that take them further from God. By doing this, he says, we save our souls.
The Psalm today offers a litany of body parts that are improperly used. Presumably, instead of speaking or listening or smelling for God, people are beholden to the gravitational grip of greed and grumbling. Like the mute man in the Gospel story, their possession limits them from using their mouths and ears and feet to praise, reverence and serve God. Jesus not only invites us to a proper ordering of the gifts we have been given (unlike my childhood experiment with dog, three wheels and momentum), but he calls us to join him in the work of building up the Kingdom of God—heaven on earth. “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few.”
I will end this reflection in two ways (perhaps a choose-your-own-adventure, of sorts)…
Option #1…Consider this passage from Lumen Gentium no. 31 (the Dogmatic Constitution on the Church promulgated by Pope Paul VI in 1964 as part of Vatican II) and as quoted in “Co-Workers in the Vineyard of the Lord” (a statement provided by the USCCB in 2005 as a resource for guiding the development of lay ministry): “Lay people are found in each and every one of the world’s occupations and callings and in the ordinary circumstances of social and family life which, as it were, form the context of their existence. There they are called by God to contribute to the sanctification of the world from within, like leaven, in the spirit of the Gospel, by fulfilling their own particular duties.” How might we reverently live out the duties we find ourselves fulfilling in a proper way so as to be laborers with Christ?
Option #2…Pray with these words from St. Teresa of Avila: “Christ has no body now but yours. No hands, no feet on earth but yours. Yours are the eyes through which he looks compassion on this world. Yours are the feet with which he walks to do good. Yours are the hands through which he blesses all the world. Yours are the hands, yours are the feet, yours are the eyes, you are his body. Christ has no body now on earth but yours.” In the spirit of today’s Psalm and Gospel, how might we use the possessions of our bodies and gifts to properly praise, reverence and serve God?

emptying clipboard w items numbered
1. The devil is going crazy doing acrobatics, making the type pad not come up, it's making me have a headache. 2. https://marlaluster.tumblr.com/post/167371692865/emptying-clipboard-w-items-numbered-item-20-that 3. The devil is going w music from the neighbor, it's very irritating. It was making the music going for a bit in the early hours this morning, it stopped after a little bit. I'm not sure if i told already. I'm not always reporting it. It's not because I think it's okay, sometimes I feel to pause or not to post on it. I don't know why. But it was going this morning for a little bit. It's been going now for a bit. It is loud, its annoying. I was yelling. "Is it loud. I'm not allowed to do that. I'm not doing okay, right. They're not allowed to go on," the devil said. The last part there it's talking about someone whose page I was just looking at. But it was seeming the devil was threatening that it would make the music louder because I said it was loud. But I was yelling some earlier because of the music, i was saying it was hell here n that they're birthing nigger births here, people to be at the will of something other than themselves, in other words, slaves, they're birthing slaves, people that cannot be the master of their own lives, their own destiny. I guess they can try to go to war or try to start a revolution, but w the way things are now it's very sick n very disgusting. It's slavery n horrible things here for people. #ahorribleplace #birthingniggerbirths 4. Oate meal. Um hum. 5. Sugar certainly in there somewhere. I can tell. Missed the almonds looks like, but maybe next time. 6. I'm told that another country can invade here for this. I would wish this. It is very sick n disgusting here, it is pretended on some level that it's not despite the protests n things suggesting people are not really agreeing w things here. 7. I'm told that another country can invade here for this. I would wish this. It is very sick n disgusting here, it is pretended on some level that it's not despite the protests n things suggesting people are not really agreeing w things here because things are not okay here. The protests are responding to that it is very bad here. It is really to end devil world n make the devil leave but stuff is fitting for protests to be in order. 8. The new story
TRASH PICKUP FOR A GAMER STORY BY: HOSEA
INT. GAMING – MORNING Jonathan is gaming in his room. While his mom suddenly yells from downstairs.
MARIAN Jonathan!!! It’s trash pickup day! Go bring the trash outside. It’s in the hallway.
             JONATHAN NO MOM!!!!
MARIAN If you don’t bring the trash out, you won’t have a computer to game on!!
JONATHAN NOT MY COMPUTER!!!! Jonathan changes his mind and walks downstairs to pickup the trash while mumbling a bit in an angry tone. He opens the door and realizes the sun is shining. His face instantly turns pale and drops the bag of trash and jumps onto 1 leg.
INT-EXT. TROUBLESOME – MORNING Jonathan sticks his hand in which he holds the bag of trash, outside of the shade under the door, into the sunlight. The moment his hand touches the sunlight it starts burning and he pulls his hand back inside and starts screaming and yelling. He flaps his hand as well till he calms down.
The moment he has calmed down. He hears a truck entering his street. He looks around the corner of the doorpost from within the shade and sees the garbage truck entering the street.
Jonathan starts panicking and gets more pale compared to before. He cannot think of anything and sits down as he panics.
The garbage truck is approaching slowly.
Jonathan is still sitting, but suddenly something in the corner of his eyes gets his attention. It is an umbrella. Jonathan takes it out as fast as possible and opens it up. Takes up the bag of trash and runs out of the door with the umbrella protecting him from direct sunlight.
Jonathan managed to bring the bag of trash to the garbage bin just in time for it to be picked up by the garbage truck to be emptied.
The truck drives away and Jonathan turns around to walk back inside. But before taking a first step there is a gust of wind breaking his umbrella and exposing him to full sunlight. For a second Jonathan realized it is all over and says.
                  JONATHAN Ohh crap…
Jonathan starts screaming and moving around like a fish on dry land. Suddenly he stands still and falls over and lies on the ground in a weird position.
 THE END.

Baguio students reap medals for PH in SEAG
#PHnews: Baguio students reap medals for PH in SEAG
BAGUIO CITY – Students from Baguio’s big three universities accounted for the 4-3-3 gold-silver-bronze medals won by Team Philippines in the on-going South East Asian Games (SEAG).
Saint Louis University (SLU) and the University of Baguio (UB) have three present and former students in the medal tally even as two University of the Cordilleras (UC) contributed to the country’s best-ever performance that has left the 10 other SEA nation members biting the dust.
Baguio-raised Stephanie Sabalo helped start the gold rush Sunday after she and partner Michael Angelo Marquez finished with two golds and a silver as the Philippines dancesport team nearly swept the event with 10 of the possible 12 golds.
The duo finished strong in overall Latin by beating Vietnam and Thailand, who finished second and third, respectively.
Then, the Filipino duo took the pasodoble gold ahead of Singapore.
But Sabalo and Marquez came up short in jive, behind the Vietnamese duo they beat in overall Latin.
In her Facebook wall, Sabalo thanked the Philippine Amateur Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) for its help in the dancesport.
She wrote, “Thank you very much to our dear beautiful sponsor Ma’am Andrea Domingo of Pagcor.”
She added that Pagcor gave “us huge support and undying trust that we could mold ourselves in competitions and training camps in Europe, because of you we’ve had learnings in our journey.”
Another former SLU student who now spends his time with the national team in Pasay City where the wushu teams are based, Jones Inso added another silver on Dec. 2, the country’s 14th silver medal.
Inso took the silver in the men's taijijian event at the World Trade Center in Manila after tallying 9.65, a close second to gold medalist from Malaysia, Loh Choon How, who scored 9.68.
In winning the silver, Inso told the Philippine News Agency (PNA) through Facebook message after his win: “I’m so fulfilled.”
Brunei's Zheng Yu Hosea Wong took the bronze medal after a 9.60 performance, while veteran campaigner Daniel Parantac, of UC, finished sixth after scoring 9.54.
Inso had placed fourth in the taijiquan, with his score of 9.54 just behind Parantac's 9.56, who took the bronze medal in what could be his final SEAG.
The 22-year-old Inso now is eyeing a medal finish in duilian with a weapon along with fellow Cordilleran Thornton Sayan and Johnzenth Gajo.
“May duilian pa po bukas (There is still duilian tomorrow [Tuesday]),” he added.
On Tuesday, the trio took the bronze in men’s duilian with weapons right after Agatha brought home her second gold in taijijian.
Sayan is from the neighboring town of La Trinidad like Inso but studies at UC like Parantac.
Monday morning saw arnis taking over the spotlight and become the most prolific sport after winning seven golds for an eye-popping 12 medals.
Two locals earned gold medals, while a third failed in his semifinals bid.
Abegail Abad and Elmer Manlapas took the gold in their respective divisions in the padded arnis events.
UB president Herminio Javier Bautista expressed delight upon hearing of their two students' success in the 30th SEAG where the Philippines is light years away from its closest pursuers.
“Of the 35 Baguio based athletes posted by the city sports coordinator, 22 of them are from UB which was something to crow about.
“Happy na sila (they are happy) sir Javier and JB (UB treasurer Johann Ben Bautista),” said UB athletic director Alan Elegado, who will join the table tennis officiating team on December 6.
However, Ezarai Yalong could only finish with a bronze after his semifinals win against a Cambodian combatant was reversed an hour after he was declared the winner and before his finals match.
“We are very disappointed and we will help file the protest along with our coach with the officials,” he said.
On Monday, SLU’s Billy Joel Valenzuela also won a silver in arnis.
On Tuesday, two of the six wushu sanda players seek the gold medal in the finals.
Multi medalist Divine Wally will seek redemption after her semifinals loss to a Vietnamese foe in the World Wushu Championship last month.
First-time participant Gideon Fred Padua will also vie for the title in the 60-kilogram division, even as four of his teammates go for gold.
Earlier, Ifugao native Estie Gay Linawen bagged the gold medal in the 63-kilogram event of Kurash Sunday at the Laus Group Event Center in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Meanwhile, the muay Thai team is confident to finish with medals when they start playing on December 4 at the Subic Bay Exhibition Convention Center in Subic.
Muay Thai waikru and taksa are supposed to be played today, Dec. 3, but then moved to the next day, maybe due to typhoon “Tisoy” which ravaged southern Luzon including Manila.
Muay Thai waikru and taksa competitor Rusha Bayacsan, an alumna of the Benguet State University will join Cebu native Irendin Lepatan on the female side. Lepatan is sporting a busted nose which was accidentally hit by Bayacsan during last Friday's demo at the UB gym.
“Okay na po naibalik na. Nasasaktan lang siya pag naggalaw (Her nose has been fixed. It is only painful when touched),” Bayacsan told the PNA Tuesday via Facebook message.
UB alumni and former wushu taolu coach Jearome Calica and Joemar Gallaza are entered in the male competition and who appear to have the better chance of winning gold with the absence of Thailand, the land of birth of the sport.
"The men's pair has a good chance of winning with Thailand absent but must look after Vietnam which will have a very competitive team," said coach Billy Alumno, a former UB boxing player.
Also seeing action in muay Thai but in the combat side are Jenelyn Olsim of UB and Islay Erica Bomogao, who just finished senior high school at BSU but aims to enroll at UB for a course in forensic.
Team Lakay’s Jean Claude Saclag, Gina Iniong, and Jerry Olsim will see action in kickboxing along with Jomar Balangui also of UB and the wushu sanda silver medalist in the FISU (International University Sports Federation) and Renz Daquel.
Saclag, a former Asian Games silver medalist in wushu sanda, and Iniong a four-time national wushu sanda champion are UC graduates.
UB’s boxers include Karol Maguide, Aira Villegas and Amateur International Boxing Association champion Nesthy Petecio.
Two-time world Taekwondo Poomsae champion Jeordan Dominguez and Realis Lorena Tabiando will see action in taekwondo.
UB’s Kareel Meer Hongitan and Grade 11 Jason Emmanuel Feliciano will see action in archery.
Hongitan hopes to improve her bronze medal performance during the last SEAG.
“May boxing, archery, combative pang ibang players. Hindi pa nagsisimula ang laro nila (We still have players in boxing, archery and combative and they have not played yet),” added Elegado.
In sambo, UC alum Mariane Mariano, who won medals in the SEAG, the Asian Games and the Beijing, China Olympics in 2008 as a wushu sanda player will return to fighting and join wushu sanda’s most decorated fighter, Rene Catalan of Iloilo.
Other Cordillerans in sambo are Helen Aclopen, bronze medalist in the -52kg sambo in the 2019 World Martial Arts Masterships last Aug. 30 until Sept. 6 in Chungju, Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea, and silver medalist in the 2nd Southeast Asian Sambo Championship in Kota Bandung, Indonesia last June 22; Jedd Andre Diño Kim, winner of the half middleweight category for the under 17-year old category in the 2012 International Cadet Judo Championship in Singapore from August 18-19, 2012 while still a sophomore at the SLU Laboratory High School.
He also won the silver medal in the 74kg division in the 2nd Southeast Asian Sambo Championship; and, mixed martial artist Mark Striegl.
Baguio-grown Majoy Baron and former UB top player Mylene Paat will suit up for the women’s volleyball team. (PNA)

Quote
The political and legal notion of the covenant, however, is continually deepened and surpassed in the theology of the prophets: the covenant relation of Yahweh to Israel is a covenant of marital love, which - as in Hosea's magnificent vision - moves and stirs Yahweh himself to his heart. He has loved the young maiden Israel with a love that has proved to be indestructible, eternal. He can be angry with the wife of his youth on account of her adultery. He can punish her, but all this is simultaneously directed against himself and pains him, the lover, whose "bowels churn." He cannot repudiate her without rendering judgment against himself. It is on this, on his personal, innermost bewilderment, as a lover, that the covenant's eternal and irrevocable character is based. "How could I betray you, Ephraim, or hand you over, Israel...? My heart turns against me, my mercy catches fire all at once. I do not act according to the fire of my anger, I no longer annihilate Ephraim, for I am God and not man, the Holy One in your midst. I do not come to destroy all in flames" (Hos 11:8f.) God's divinity is no longer revealed in his ability to punish but in the indestructibility and constancy of his love.
Pope Benedict XVI, Daughter Zion: Meditations on the Church’s Marian Belief (Ignatius, 1983), p. 21-23.
