I was finally told what ppl are saying about me that makes ppl just ditch me, and I think its for the best if I just come out and say what is true, what isn’t true, and add in the context that’s clearly been taken out. I’ll be 100% honest about everything. First, the sword thing is 100% true, and I was out of fucking line. I did it because Paul at that point had been so traumatizingly abusive to me, with anger outbursts and beatings, and threatening to kill me twice, that I began to react to his anger like my life was in real danger. He had chased me and hit me in the past and I panicked when he did that again in the basement of out old house. I saw the sword and held it to his neck so he wouldn’t get to me to physically abuse me again. Was using that sword insane? Yes. But there’s context here, I’m not an insane person whose just gonna take a sword out and hold it to your neck bc I got angry, which is what my ex and his goons apparently want ppl to believe. Now, the bottle incident; When I threw the bottle at Paul that cut this finger open, I did it because he had chased me upstairs and was banging on the door trying to break it down to get to me. I was panicking, which I hope is understandable. I saw a bottle and when he stopped pounding on the door momentarily, I opened it a crack, threw it, and closed myself in again. Then he started making a big deal abt his finer and somehow ppl were pissed at me for throwing the bottle, and none of the abusive stuff Paul was doing, chasing me upstairs, pouding on the door, screaming and being verbally abusive, none of that registered. Instead its just. "Janas abusive she threw a bottle at Paul". There's context. There's context and without it I look bad. I don't do these things bc its fun and I'm a psychopath, i did them bc I was dating a monster who had traumatized me with beatings and I started reacting to them like life threatening situations. There WERE times where my anger issues made me hit him though. That is true, and that was wrong of me. I have a therapist who's helped me through a lot of my anger and now its mostly gone. I think Paul sometimes egged my anger issues on to make me look bad when some of my old friends would visit. Not all of my outbursts and physical abuse was caused by that, and i take full responsibility for the shit that was my fault and the sword thing and throwing the bottle at him. I just think ppl were told things out of context that make me look much worse than I am. I'm sorry I held a sword to Paul's neck and threw the bottle at him, but I had been abused to the point where I thought every time Paul got mad at me my life was in danger and began reacting accordingly. That should be understandable to some degree. I'm not a monster, and I don't think i deserve the amount of hate I'm getting from everyone, even with the abusive stuff I've done, because of that context.  Paul faked the entire relationship to fuck with me, and then he raped me before leaving and spread tiny bits of our abusive relationship to make me look bad and pile this horrible shit onto my reputation on top of the mom and locks drama that were already there and unresolved that I had been talking to him about throughout our manipulationship, and all that snowballed and made me lose most of my college friends and my sanity for a good 2 years.  

Its valid that ppl wanna stay tf away from me beacuse of some of this stuff. But the amount of hate I’m getting, as though Paul is an angel and I’m the crazy psycho, that’s NOT true. There is a lot of behind the scenes shit that I’m leaving out that would make your skin crawl, like how when we first started dating, he touched his cigarette to my sweater to try to light me on fire and acted surprised when we started smelling something burning.  He’s a danger to everyone around him, and he has certain people wrapped around his finger, and one day its gonna come out how much of a monster my ex really is. Mark my words.
