Happy 10th Anniversary to one of my favorite Zelda games, LoZ: LBW!

Featuring Fable as Alice, Ravio as the March Hare, Hilda as the visiting Queen of Hearts, and Legend as both the Mad Hatter and the Dormouse >:).

Also gonna use this (relevant, I promise!) artwork to announce that Chapter 4 of The Secrets We Keep has been released! It’s an LU fic of mysteries and misconceptions that takes place in the same universe as Wielders of Wisdom. If you like that sort of thing, go check it out!

Summary: it's real good the head counselor trio thinks Wind and Co are funny.

Warnings: Prank war?

Warriors shouldn't be so fond of the troublemakers that make up the group currently trying to out prank the Hermes cabin. But he is, so he's willing to use his abilities to help them. Just a little.

Four, Dot, Tetra, Hyrule, Wind, and Aurora can be seen escaping to Tetra's cabin with several lumpy bags.

What did they do?

"They've managed it after all." Artemis says as she comes up beside Warriors. "Impressive."

"You helped them plan this. Didn't you?"

"They asked me to."

Warriors just shake his head, "What did they do?"

"They've stolen all of the left shoes."

"Really?"

"Really."

"Warriors! Where is the trouble troupe?!" The head counselor of the Hermes cabin demands loudly.

"Hilda, I haven't seen them. Maybe you should check the stables?" Warriors suggests as he looks around. He makes a show of looking.

Hilda dosen’t look convinced, but she dosen’t seem too upset either. After all, her siblings started it even if she wasn't actively participating.

The head counselor leaves, and shaking her head and muttering.

You know in light of (cough, cough) recent events let's post our favorite "facts" (can be canon, can be headcannons) about the LU cast that have no hetero or cis explanation

I'll go first:

LOVE that Wild is comfortable dressing in femine and Masc Clothing.

Artemis/Athena and Wars totally have nights where they gossip and Paint each other's nails.

Legend also has a similar tradition with Fable except they also do each other's hair and Ravio, Hilda, and Styla are invited.

Hyrule is a nonbinary LEGEND WE STAN.

this might be my four swords plus bias but. i love One so much. however, i am also an angst lover, so im curious if theres any side effects to being poisoned by dark magic for however long he was trapped in the mirror 👀 along with just like, regular "oh crap how do mortal hylian bodies work again??" stuff. also also also would LOVE to learn more about pixie

So the immediate effects of being trapped in the mirror are all the silver shatter-scars on his skin, as a result of what happens of being inside a mirror when you break it. Beyond that, he got amnesia from being brainwashed. As he found the other mirror shards that contained his essence and he became more and more 'whole' that amnesia went away as he regained his memories. Still, I think it's hard for him to have a linear timeline of what happened when still--it's all kind of jumbled up.

Finally, there's physical aspect! He was still mostly-shadow when he first woke up, and as he had no memories whatsoever, he did not know how to control them. He would accidentally turn into shadow and drop things, or get stuck in a shadow he walked through, like when your flipflops get sucked into mud, except it's your foot and like, the shadow of a rock. It was very hard for him to learn how to control it.

It's lucky that though he couldn't remember them, his friends could remember him. He had the Micori at his side, helping him control his powers and guiding him through a homeland that he couldn't remember anymore.

Even now that he's whole, the dark shadow magic has left a mark, and he can utilize it to shadow warp, or attack with shadows.

He also keeps his shadow cap, cause he thinks it's cool.

Pixie is his childhood best friend! They went through Lorule's version of Minish Cap together, and were very close growing up. Then one day he vanished, and her advisor told her that Ravio is dead--but the Micori say that he can't be dead--but Yuga is so wise, so he has to be right, right?

She's in mourning but she also can't give up hope--meanwhile more and more monsters begin stirring in Lorule, and her father is becoming sicker and sicker, and she throws her whole self into trying to look after her realm--and in doing so, becomes a bit blind to the snake that's in her house. After all, Yuga has been such a help! (Such are the downsides of Zeal).

But the one day her friend comes before her in the flesh--a little broken and glued back together--but he's alive, and all of a sudden Pixie starts to doubt Yuga.

For her personality, she's spunky and energetic and a little on the mischievous side--she and Ravio used to play pranks on the palace guards when they were little. She's also very short, which is part of where she got her nickname.

For Ravio's views on her, he didn't remember her at all--but then he did... but he also remembered another version of her that was similar but also different, and the whole slew of very different and sometimes not-so-different emotions that he felt for both girls get all tangled up.

But the more time he spends around Pixie, the more he remembers just how much he likes to make her laugh.
