Yummy dinner tonight. I made zucchini noodles topped with turkey and cheese. The zoodles are amazing. They were cooked in heavy cream and horseradish sauce. 👌Definitely going to be keeping this recipe for either a side dish of zoodles or like this with meat on top. Easy lunch recipe that looks like it took all day to prepare. Indian inspired Korma Noodles using @miraclenoodle along with crispy sheet pan chicken thighs that I picked up from @thecastawaykitchen page. Recipe Below. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇. . . Korma Noodles Ingredients: 1 pk Spaghetti Miracle Noodles 2 tablespoon butter flavored coconut oil 2 cup shredded cabbage mix 2 cups spinach/arugula 2 tablespoon rough chopped cilantro ⅓ cup sliced roasted red pepper 2 tablespoon coconut cream 1 tablespoon fenugreek leaves 1 tsp curry powder ½ tsp granulated garlic ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp garam masala Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: Drain and rinse noodles under hot water for 30 seconds to a minute In a pan heat coconut oil and add noodles once oil is hot.
