I noticed some people asking about my post vaguing Bat in the Sun the other day and I didn't elaborate out of the desire to not give him more attention, but since Amy herself addressed it this morning I guess I can too -

Basically after The Return's kickstarter dropped, the Bat in the Sun Guy (I think his name is Aaron? I don't care, though) posted that its story was similar to a story he and JDF pitched to Saban/Boom/Hasbro in the past, and JDF should be given credit for it.

when presented with Amy's comment that JDF knew about her comic and supported her:

It's the latest example of BitS Guy's trend of sharing JDF's personal projects and opinions he may or may not have had - but at the very least never posted publicly - this past year since his passing; going so far as to insinuate that Amy and JDF weren't really close friends and she was just doing this for support and money.

I don't think it needs to be stated how gross it is for BitS to basically take control of the narrative of JDF's life and work and spin it for their own gain in the name of "honoring" JDF. I know people might want to support LotWD due to it being JDF's final piece of work, but personally I will not be touching any project that this asshole has his hands on.

Did I create a lesbian before the second game came out because I wanted to give her a story? Yes. Did nothing change post release because she wasn't given any more character personality afterwards? Absolutely.

Alright everyone, meet Cat, that one off lady you heard about in The Last of Us Part Two. She's a character concept exclusive to a specific universe story, so pardon the fact she's absolutely nothing like the sketches you can find in Ellie's notebook. She was made before the game came out. The universe in question is a Last of Us and The Walking Dead crossover, and it's a ton of fun to play around with. I am lucky to be apart of the growing story and hope that as things continue I'll be able to further grow Cat's character. That being said, here is a summary of what you need to know to enjoy Cat.

Her name is Katrina Morris. She is the byproduct of a loveable Scottish man and his sassy Italian wife. Cat takes more onto her father's accent, so you probably can't understand half of what she says when she starts ranting. She is a Savior, who really fucking hates being one. Her mother and father joined this group very early on after the outbreak as a way of keeping Cat safe. At the age of 12, her life changed for the worse as her father died. This sparked a chain reaction, causing another important event in her life to take place that I can't talk about as of yet. Time passes, and after quite a huge heartbreak, at the age of 16 she is sent to live in Jackson as an assignment from Negan, the leader of the Saviors. There, she meets Ellie, who is the only person in the entire town that has shown her a sliver of kindness since her move, though that's mainly because she didn't realize Cat was the enemy. Cat offers to cover a fresh burn scar, you all know what it was hiding, with a tattoo, and they've been friends ever since. Even after Ellie finds out about Cat and the Saviors, she still chooses to stick around.

As of yet, they remain friends, but the question raised is simple. Will that remain?
