LOAF WATCHES THE NINTENDO DIRECT 2.8.2023 (MOMENTS) 💥
(...I didn't actually go live)
I actually watched the Direct live on my phone while screen recording (I always screen record during directs that I keep on my phone haha), then added everything else like the layout & editing on my laptop.
I had to manually animate my PNGtuber to my voice to give off the feeling that I was actually live n it was synced with my mic
When I'm able to buy a new laptop, I hope to be able to finally do livestreams in this format without having to worry about a laggy experience gaaah!!

I ordered the new laptop w/ the funds i received from the kofi goal, so I'm still waiting on that to arrive!! Crossing my fingers that it still arrives in time before school starts! 😭

I just heard about it yesterday and I've been seeing almost everyone on my twitter timeline joining it, so I thought I'd join as well! 🫡
This morning tho, I realized you needed an Instagram account to be able to join Threads, so I had to connect my second IG acc to it.
I deactivated my old IG (Loafbud) a while back and I can't reactivate it via text since we got no service (I can't receive calls/texts), so I can't reclaim my og username... so that leads to:

Usage of my Art!
Yo! It's Loaf. I thought I'd make a post about this regarding using my art and stuff!
So I know it's very common for users online to find artwork (especially fanart) and then proceed to use said artwork as their profile picture, banner, video thumbnail, or in the actual video. Sometimes, they do this without even knowing the original artist, let alone checking that artist's profile for "do not repost my art" or any specific art usage rules with exceptions.
I've actually came across some instances when I see my fanart as people's profile pictures, or in other videos [namely Warrior Cats] of the past. And it would catch me off-gaurd, like "whoAA LET'S GOOO", and they'd actually leave my name as credit.
A'ight, let me go on 'head and say what I gotta say!
When it comes to using my artwork...
You are ALLOWED to use my artwork [especially if it's fanart I've done] as a profile picture, profile header/banner, video thumbnail or any kind of thumbnail, in a video [youtube, tiktok, etc], bling it with one of them glitter filters, print it and hang it up in a frame, or as an inspiration or reference.
You don't even have to ask for my permission, tbh! You can if you feel the need to, of course.
BUT HOL' DON. I DO HAVE SOME EXCEPTIONS--
If you do use my artwork anywhere, please do credit me for my artwork, wherever you can: in your profile description, comment section, in the Author's Notes in the chapter of a Wattpad or Ao3 story, etc. This is especially important if you use it as a profile picture or a banner or anyplace where my signature would be automatically cropped out.
Also, don't purposefully remove or erase my signature! Gives off very shady energy, if ya ask me.
And I ask that my art isn't used in any way that promotes negativity or used in any way that's hateful, offensive, discriminating. Not just at me, but at others as well, whether individually or at a group [LGBTQ+, religious, political, race, cultural, etc].
So here's a quick TL;DR breakdown of what I accept/don't accept when using my artwork online [with some additional add-ons]:
YOU CAN:
Use my artwork in profile pictures/banners, video formats, or thumbnails with or without asking for my permission [credit me as "Loafbud" wherever you can tho!]
YOU CANNOT:
Use my artwork without crediting me [Loafbud] as the original artist
Use my artwork in a way that's purposefully meant to be discriminatory, offensive, and just outright negative w/ ill intent.
Claim that you've created the art piece yourself; leave out the original artist credit on purpose
Sell my artwork/projects containing my artwork or use it in commercial use! [BUT: if we mutually agree to do a project collab together, like a game or somethin', then I'm 100% okay with that! That'd be pretty dope, actually!]
