Fun fact, I wrote Azure Moon at first and had to change it lol. "Azure" is just such a great word, isn't it?

STORY

So I'm guessing we'll attack the vanguard and take them out before the main army can breach the territory?

Dimitri be like, I'm going. Everyone else be like, no it's too dangerous. Then proceed to give a thin excuse for the King to be there. I love it when that's actually addressed though.

Can I just say that I love Dimitri's little ponytail.

Oh, Shez, thank you. Telling Dimitri this isn't his fault. And that he's a king, sure, but they're friends first. 😭😭😭😭 Shez always saying the right things to Dimitri.

Not going to lie, I love Shez and Dimitri's relationship so far. A genki friend like Shez is just perfect balance for Dimitri. It almost feels like they wrote Shez's personality around who would play off well with Dimitri, lamo (or, you know, standard shonen hero but who's counting).

To be fair, I like Shez and Claude so far too, since Shez doesn't put up with his shit and Claude's away tweaking and lying by little bits to Shez. They're good too. And I don't know if I just don't like Edelgard, or they just don't mesh, or I just don't care.

CAMP/SIDE BATTLES

Props to Ashe. He doesn't believe its right for Lonato to use citizens for his personal vendetta against the church. I agree, but even if I didn't, I really like this growth as far as fighting for what he believes in and not alliances.

So if Ingrid mentioned Miklain, does that mean he'll show up?

Who is Hapi worried about running into?

I personally love the decision to recruit Petra so early. It feels so right.

MORE DUSCUR GENERALS!!! Man, I'm elated they included these details in AG. This is the #1 (or #2) thing I wanted AM to do more (the other is his friends playing a bigger role).

Mercie's and Annette's designs are so pretty. And Mercie wondered if it's bad or good that the Southern Church is under direct government control. It's bad. Very. Very. Bad. for the government to directly control religion.

OH GOD SETETH. HE's just . . . I just love him and Flayn, ok?

Ohhhh, so the commander Dimitri put down in that rebellion when he was 15 was involved in Duscur?? That . . . adds so much to Dimitri's reaction. And Felix, that weird feeling in your stomach? That's just butterflies, dude. One day, you'll either admit it or be miserable forever when you leave him.

I got to make Dimitri laugh 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I will always, always pick the "crack a joke" option around Dimitri. Honestly, Shez x Dimitri seems so bloody cute so far. But I ship everyone with Dimitri so . . .

Dimitri killed 500 units in that side-battle before there was even time for the side-quest. He and Lorenz are my two best so far.

Everyone is dunking on Lonato for ruining the Empire's plans. I love how Count Rowe looks like an NPC though. Which is funny because Gwendal doesn't.

Dedue wants to go on an expedition. I HAVE to say yes. Like, it's a moral imperative. And . . . he has to mention Dimitri lol. Ouch, one of Dedue's questions is to . . . ask about his family. 😭😭 Dedue's worried he doesn't know Dimitri's favorite food. We all know why 😭😭😭😭 He likes Rodrigue. 😭😭😭😭

Ok, I was right. There is a "male's only" challenge.

OMG 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Flayn's and Seteth's dining dialogue. Flayn says she'll "treat" everyone to one of her meals and invites Seteth who looks like he's being held hostage when he says he "always look forward to your . . . culinary masterpieces."

Did Itha behead someone planning to assassinate Dimitri? That's badass.

Taking Dimitri on expedition and he's like "I'm sure Dedue would be okay with this because you're coming too." lol

Oh, I can ask him about his memories from his past. HAVE to go with that. OF COURSE THE ANSWER IS ABOUT DEDUE 😭😭😭😭

I asked what he thought of Shez, and he said he doesn't care about the power Shez has, he's trusting her. Which, is very in line with how he saw Byleth too. He really doesn't give a shit about their uber special magics.

Scored a perfect conversation, woop! I did with Dedue too earlier.

SHEZ & MERCEDES C SUPPORT

Mercedes in high demand. As expected.

I love how Mercedes is both the sweetest person in this game, but also secretly the most savage.

Poor Mercedes is surrounded by people who hide their wounds (Shez, Sylvain, and Dimitri get special mentions).

That was cute and wholesome, but a bit basic.

SHEZ & FELIX C SUPPORT

Ready for this one, I expect a tad more conflict than with Mercedes because, well, it's Felix.

LAMO OMG 😂🤣👌 Like some of the first words out of Shez's mouth "I can tell you actually care about Dimitri and the others."

I love, love, love so much how Felix is treated in this game so far. Between Rodrigue being an embarrassing father to Shez calling Felix's nonsense on the spot.

Felix's shocked noise. I love this. People NOT letting Felix be an edgelord is what I live for.

"It's your fault for saying something so ridiculous." Felix has such tsundere energy.

Shez tells Felix she can tell because how he fights differently around the others rather than solo. Mannnn this is just really hammering home how awful recruited Felix is for his psyche. He's really all about his friends and family.

And Felix talks extensively about Dimitri and how worried he is about Dimitri's safety when he fights and covers for him. 😭😭😭😭

And Felix charges forward to kill archers to protect Ingrid 😭😭😭😭

Sylvain and Felix gets surrounded because he's always showing off. I love this.

Man, I love this. Like, you don't even know. I love how much these BL supports end up including other members.

Oh, I can be jealous of Felix's relationship with the others. I'm picking that.

"Anyway, we're done here. Talking to you is exhausting." And Felix just leaves. 😂🤣😂🤣 He DID NOT like getting called out like that.

DIMITRI & MERCEDES C SUPPORT

I got it! Thanks to everyone who warned me that this one closes quickly.

Also, I already have Dimitri & Dedue B unlocked, but it's locked right now.

Mercedes helping refugees in her free time because of course.

Dimitri being from the poorest nation, taking in all the refugees and sending supplies to them. 😭😭

Mercedes is happy that Dimitri is helping the church members, saying without him they'd end up homeless because of Edelgard.

Poor Mercie fleeing the Empire 😭😭 no wonder she's so loyal to the church.

Dimitri asking permission to speak plainly, and Mercie calling him silly for thinking he needed to ask permission 😭😭 She's so sweet, and I love how casual they are together.

Oh, I love where this is going. More about Dimitri wondering if giving the Empire an excuse to invade by protecting the church was the right thing to do.

Dimitri partly did it to try and keep chaos from happening and avoid civil war.

I'm just glad someone helped those poor people.

Liked how much this support covered in such a short time.

SHEZ & INGRID C SUPPORT

Ingrid really knows her Faerghus history.

Made it cannon that Faerghus values crests because they allow the user to use a big, bad weapon. Which means that wouldn't change in a meritocratic system lamo.

Ingrid's crest comes from another family?

I forgot Ingrid's actually related to Judith. It explains the shared badassery.

Love how Shez is acknowledging how there's no real rules to how crests relate to inheritance.

Ingrid's always so serious, lol. She's teaching Shez to keep Dimitri's reputation safe.

Good to note Shez ASKED Ingrid to teach her.

Ingrid's dream of becoming a knight makes me so sad. I'm glad she gets that in AM.

I don't see how she's not acting in the king's defense right now, though. Even as heir. Like, what's the difference between what she's doing now and being a knight?

Awww, the citizens like her.

AHHH Shez asked what I just did, that can't Ingrid protect the king even if she's the ruler? Like she's doing now.

DEDUE & PETRA C SUPPORT

I'm super excited for this one. It's one of the missed opportunity supports from Houses.

Really love how Ingrid, Sylvain, Dimitri, and Felix all had something to say and had a valid point. This is good drama. Curious to see how this plays out. Like will Miklain get redemption? Will it backfire on Dimitri?

Ah, it’s not really meant to be analysis 😂 I’m just expressing my opinions! I only really go in-depth when I’m explaining where I think the fandom does a character dirty.

***Standard disclaimer: These are just my personal opinions of the character(s); regardless of what I may think of them, sharing my thoughts is NOT meant to offend or to shame anyone that thinks differently.***

In terms of how much I like the dorm leaders… Riddle firmly sits in the middle, and I think a lot of that has to do with me looking at him through (pardon the pun) rose-tinted glasses. I have a lot of nostalgia for Riddle since he was the first dorm leader released to the public eye; I’ve basically known him since day 1 😂 Even before Riddle, I followed Black Butler—and since Riddle resembles Ciel Phantomhive, I got a very strong sense of deja vu. If it weren’t for all the nostalgia, I would probably dislike Riddle more than Vil.

To comment a little more about his design, I’m not a fan of the heart ahoge. It looks,,, fine???? But then the longer I stare at it, the more I realize that they remind me of antennae, and when paired with the red color of Riddle’s hair, it makes him look like a cockroach… and honey, that is NOT cute. His eyebrows also kind of turn into a weird shape when he gets angry and red-faced??? I get that this is all to make him more closely resemble the Queen of Hearts, but I think it’s all a little too on the nose. That aside, I don’t really like characters with Riddle’s particular… body type 😂 (aka short and child-like Riddle, please don’t behead me). It’s not something I personally find appealing, and the other issue with it is that short characters tend to get irrationally upset when someone points out their height (a trope which I find to be annoying 😓),

I do like that Riddle is talented and responsible for his age, but that likability goes right out the window because he can simultaneously act very arrogant and self-righteous about it. Even post-episode 1, Riddle is shown to be very fixated on following the rules strictly, and he assigns great importance to titles and positions. He talks down to a fellow dorm leader and acts as though he knows better than all of his peers (something which he also does more prominently in episode 1, pre-OB). I understand that this way of thinking is very much a result of how he was raised, but it still doesn’t change the fact that this behavior is very narrow-minded and an awful way to treat others. Like Ace says in episode 1, people can blame Riddle’s parents all they like, but ultimately Riddle’s words and actions are his own, and Riddle needs to accept responsibility for the people he has hurt.

I think the fandom does Riddle dirty the same way it does Jamil dirty; it feels like people drastically oversimplify Riddle’s situation without truly realizing the complexities of child abuse and how its effects carry over into adulthood. I see so many cursing out Riddle’s mom and saying nasty things about her without ever condemning Riddle himself for lashing out or behaving just as badly. It gives the impression that Riddle’s mom is entirely to blame and that no one holds Riddle accountable for his own actions, despite what episode 1 and Ace told us, and I don’t think that’s wise to do. I’m NOT going to sit here and defend Mama Rosehearts because what she did to her child was indeed awful and she deserves to be called out for it. However, Riddle shouldn’t be treated like he’s entirely innocent or coddled like a child, because he has also done awful things to others. As much as people can hate on his mom and the way she raised him, no one is holding a gun to Riddle’s head and forcing him to act a certain way. Yes, his mother may have influenced him to a degree, but the words and actions are still Riddle’s and Riddle’s alone.

One thing that truly kills Riddle for me is his absolutely atrocious temper. It’s usually played off as just a joke, but it’s so frightening to me how fast and how easily Riddle is set off (yes, even after the events of episode 1). I’m legitimately scared of him when he lashes out; I’d always walk on eggshells around him or avoid him entirely for fear of doing some minuscule thing that might send him into a fit of rage. I don’t very much fancy the idea of being screamed at and/or collared…

That being said, I can never really bring myself to “hate” Riddle, because I can relate a lot with where he’s coming from. Having grown up sheltered and raised by tiger parents myself, Riddle’s childhood echoes a lot of what I experienced in mine. I was that sad little child at some point, forbidden from having sweets and prevented from playing with other kids because “studying is more important”. I didn’t realize how little I knew about the world (like, I didn’t even know you could cook rice using methods OTHER than steaming it) until I made friends in school that were willing to teach me. I think that’s why I like Riddle best when he’s just being a regular kid… hanging out with people, learning and trying new things! It reminds me of the joy that I experienced myself whenever I made a new discovery. I truly hope that Riddle has the chance to keep learning and growing.

do what makes you feel comfortable lovely. as i said before i love learning about your ocs, and im really curious as to what your process of creation and developing them is only if you feel comfortable of course answering this of course, if not then feel completely free to ignore this ask, its no problem. 🥰

you’re too kind ahh 💖🥺 i do wanna start sharing more about them because it’s supposed to something fun instead of stressful sdjksdjsdksdj plus i love my ocs so they don’t deserve to have me cringing about them yk 😅

very long answer under the cut, it got away from me LOL

i’m not sure if i even have a process when creating them? or well, i guess i have habits, but i don’t always build up a character in the same ‘order’... for example, when it comes to ocs i make for shipping purposes i almost always start from the general concept. like, when i already know who their love interest is going to be, i pick the dynamic i like the most with said love interest and i get a general idea of what my oc’s outer personality is going to be; same thing about their look (because i love the idea of contrasting character designs). then i start from there and build a full character with their own story, motives, and so on to the point where they can exist outside of the ship (they won��t, but they could dsjksdjk)! some examples would be my ted lasso oc Jules, blooming panic mc’s or any of my anime oc (though the only ones actually well developed atm are Jun and Atsuko).

in other cases, as it often happens with interactive fiction, i go in blind and play with an ‘empty’ character, and as i check out the vibes of the story and see whether i like the bold or shy personality choices i get an idea of the general vibe of the oc. starting from the vibe i then pick a faceclaim (i have several saved lol) and a design/name/backstory/etc... until i can play again with a formed character! it’s a bit annoying to do it this way but once the first part is over it’s already so much easier to play because i just have to let the character be themself. it also helps in the case of ifs with a lot of romantic options, since i simply let the oc vibe and pick a ro they work with sdjkdskj best example is definitely my kim from body count, they got away from me and i love that for them. same with reyna from the when twilight strikes. it’s time (and energy)-consuming but most of the time this method leads to some most beloved characters of mine so i’m not mad about it.

the most challenging scenario is probably when i have to create a character from scratch/almost from scratch, so like, for original universes OR (rarely) for ifs without demos 🤔 the easiest route in these cases is usually picking whatever blorbo(s) are filling my brain at the time, mixing them up, adding some tropes i want, and then start from this sort of patchwork character and add details until it’s a proper original one lol this is how i got Freddie and his sister Ryuwon, respectively for the ifs ear candy and straight red. Freddie was originally a copypaste of an anime character, but they ended up having very different personalities in the end; i developed Freddie more when having fun with a friend and shipping our characters together, and because we made them as childhood friends i ended up developing Freddie’s whole family, including Ryu! It’s a bit different when it’s like, RO ocs for my own story ideas because in that case I don’t wanna be influenced by other characters so I just start with a patchwork of tropes i want to see (that’s what happened with Leir, while Odile was mostly born from a mix of gender feelings + BTS’ black swan obsession at the time 😂)

so yeah, this is usually how it goes for me! there are very few exceptions, such as Edith; she’s my most developed character of all time and yet she is Nothing like she was in the beginning. when i first started twc and had to make a character for it, the ‘edith blake’ i made was very um,,, girlboss? i don’t know how to say it in a nice way but she felt like a woman written by marvel/the mcu lmao i cringe just thinking back about it!! ever since, she went through so many changes that instead of evolving she’s simply a different character altogether. she now exists in a bunch of different aus (twc revised, the exile, original music shop au, cyberpunk dystopia au, cat cafe au, hallmark movie au, etc...) and she maintains consistent characterization in all of them so i feel like i have achieved full mastery of mx edith lol

or another exception would be, “characters that came to me in a dream”, like my demon oc Spice. obsessed with him, love his energy, but boy do i not know where tf he came out from 🤣

as you can see, my oc creation process is just. Chaos! xx

Chapter 3 - Author’s Notes

Hi! Thanks for sticking around until Chapter 3. We’re not that far in (even though it’s been a year...orz where did the time go) but I honestly wasn’t even expecting to get this far 😅

I know writing is a big part of enjoying a story and I already feel like my lines are starting to feel dry...as much as I wish I could tell such a story with just pictures it’s unfortunately hard to do;; Even when I’ve simplified it down to just writing dialogue for my own sanity it’s still the part that’s hardest and takes longest for me, so I can only hope it at least helps to complement the pictures a bit (or that my pictures can somehow save the writing lol).

Anyway this chapter’s notes cover a bit on Chifuyu and Huskimon.

Chifuyu

Chifuyu’s given name (千冬 Chifuyu) literally means thousand ‘千' winters ‘冬', while her family name (池田 Ikeda) literally means lake ‘池’ (rice) field ‘田‘.

Back when the story was still ??? (tbh it’s still ???, if I look like I know where the story is going I’m just pretending), Nat-chan was still the main character based on Digimon 02′s Nat-chan, but when I wanted to deviate from that and make it a story on its own I had to think of more characters...the first thing that came to mind was Fuyu-chan for winter to go with Nat-chan for summer?

As mentioned in previous author’s notes, the kids’ family names are kinda randomly picked from water-related names...but their given names were picked out with more..intention? I wouldn’t go so far as to call them ‘foreshadowing’ but...yeah haha.

Throughout the chapter, I was kinda worried about whether I was making her sound too whiny(??)...she’s a strong kid of course, but being made to feel powerless because she’s just a human and these are all huge Digimon with super strength and powers...and well she is a kid 🧍‍♀️ But I think anyone who’s been through a similar lost or even self-loathing phase might be able to relate to how your mind will keep bombarding you with these doubts and messy thoughts even if you kind of are aware they’re not true? I hope Chifuyu can find her way back too, and for anyone who’s going through such a phase now, I hope you can find joy in the little things in life that make you happy and gather up the strength to live on for them. 🫂

Huskimon

So Huskimon was designed to be a mainly bird Digimon with beastlike traits, and meant to be a subspecies of the official Digimon Penmon. Who is the cutest thing ever-

But also maybe it’s obvious, but I got the idea from this maybe famous husky-penguin hybrid picture 😂

Also, I got a tag on my fanmade digi blog that Huskimon’s evo gives Megaman Zero boss vibes...which makes me kind glad that it got spotted haha, Polarmon is very ripped-off inspired by a certain polar bear boss in a certain Megaman game:

I never played Megaman Zero, but I received the artbook as a gift and I fell in LOVE with the boss designs...so I shamelessly made some designs inspired by their aesthetic and Polarmon was one of the ones that kinda stuck, though I can’t find the original sketches anymore.

Other notes

Just like Shellmon in the previous chapter, Tylomon is also an official Digimon! I simplified its design a little bit but I hope I was still able to make it look cool.

Natsu-no-Kami (and Haru-no-Kami) are named after the naming convention of some Shinto kami; “-no-Kami” means “god of”, so “Natsu-no-Kami” literally means “god of summer”. As far as I know Natsu-no-Kami isn’t an actual existing kami (though there are other existing deities representing the seasons), and they’re not meant to be taken as a specifically Shinto deity in this story 😅 Just treat them as gods spoken of in a legend told in this world, without any religious background.

I’ve always loved the idea of Digimon 02 using the TVs as Digital Gates, so that’s yet another thing I’m ripping off..I really love all the unique different elements in all of the different series, so don’t mind me as I rip off my favourite parts here and there for no reason lol.

Ok I think that’s enough word vomit for now. I hope I’m not creating too high expectations given the time it takes me to update/finish a chapter...I guess things get a bit wilder later, but in the end I just wanted to tell a little story about these 4 kids becoming friends ;v; Thanks for sticking around to see my kids.. 🥺

I love this updated police uniform for my boy, Krillin!!! 🔥🌰🔥

It looks amazing! The jacket, the pants, the boots...! Toriyama swapped the colours of his old police uniform and I absolutely love it! Krillin also has white eyes like how he does in the manga!

Toriyama sure does love green and purple. Piccolo (green guy wearing purple clothes), Krillin (purple and green police uniform), Cheelai (green gal wearing purple clothes), Broly (green and purple clothing). Will Great Saiyaman be given purple tights instead of black so that he can have green & purple colours? (I kinda hope so)

I'm just excited to see what we get with Krillin in the future 😄😁

Toriyama really seems to like Krillin as a police officer. He saves ppl even when the world is not threatened to be destroyed. I'm hoping he has some good screentime.

Piccolo has his manga colors!! Yes! 🐌🎨

(I was wondering if he will have 4 fingers instead of 5 like in the manga, but he has 5 fingers still.)

Small changes that I didnt notice right away because I prefer his manga colours anyways. The red obi matches well with the red wrists he has. It's cool to see Piccolo get a visual change even if it is minute. Its as if anime Piccolo decided to change his outfit for the first time.

Piccolo has a house?! 🏡

I'm loving this so much! He has a Namekian house, lives in an area with plenty of flowing water in the mountains and isolated from everyone, and he even has a mail box! Can't wait to see what's inside. Will it be cool or comically empty? Lol.

What I'm loving about this bit of info we have is this... We are getting world building & further exploring the cast we love! Pan, Krillin, & Piccolo are getting some sort of development. We get to see their lives more! That is so great to see, y'all.

I feel that Toriyama is really trying to please fans of these other characters in a way. He keeps including them in battles and stories while the DB fandom that doesn't care about them says "retire them & get rid of them." Toriyama says "No!" & wants to keep having fun with these characters!

I'm interested in seeing the outfits other characters are in too. Everyone will go crazy over Goten & Trunks. I can't wait to see them grown up & what they will be doing! If we get EoZ Chi-Chi... that Chi-Chi is super beautiful! 😍 I wonder what design Videl will have 🤔 (EoZ Videl's design is one of my fav of hers. I like them legs...👀) And also what does Krillin's family look like. Will 18 have her Z hair? EoZ hair? GT hair styles? And Marron... I need to know if she will have a nose or not lol 😂😅. I prefer noseless so fingers crossed! 🤞

But also wanna know what Marron looks like so I can draw her with Tobi lol. Then, I will finally start writing my Tobi comic!

I'm all for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero!

And the title... Many ppl don't like it but I do. Gohan was temporarily a superhero, Krillin is a super-cop, there's a new character(s) that may or may not be a superhero, & young Pan who looks up to her family.

I wonder if the movie will follow Pan as she sees the different heroes in her life and how they help the world. 🤔

I expect this movie to be heartwarming and motivation for young ones and older fans. And of course some action is to be seen.

I'm glad Toriyama has been enjoying himself with these movies. And it is said he is doing a lot with this movie (the dialogue and art and ideas). He is very much involved in this. And this is why I doubt Toriyama is involved in the DBS manga much. He just corrects art here and there and gives it a pass. He enjoys working with the anime staff the most it seems. He's more focused on this and letting Toyotaro do his thing. But this bit on info about the 2022 movie has gotten me hype for DBS! The manga may suck at the moment, but at least we're soon getting this awesome movie that Toriyama is invested in!

Some ppl are just upset because they haven't seen Vegeta or Goku yet. Who cares?! They were all over the last movie and they'll definetly be in this one. Toei is showing off other characters and new things. Those 2 are in everything already. Some of y'all are acting like brats.

Ppl worry about the 3D stuff in this movie. It doesn't bother me. If it looks like FighterZ, or the cutscenes for DBZ: Kakarot, or 2D drawn on 3D, I don't care. It looks promising so far & I'm looking forward to it! 👍

This really brightened up my day. Its simple but it was good news. This gave me motivation I needed after the manga and other stuff has been killing my motivation.

Bbrae will always have my heart but lack of content and the draw of new fandoms kinda drew me away from being active with it. And allurance which I loved dearly,,, VLD killed off Allura and broke my heart, so 🙃

R: okay listen hear me out— Aoyama/tokoyami. There’s like maybe one or two artists that draw for them (AND ITS AMAZING GOD) and their dynamic??? Is so entertaining??? But they are Super Rarepair which is a travesty

S: oh hmmmm…. I don’t know that I have any unique ones,,, probably my favorite is that Kirishima and Bakugou share a bed 90% of the time and shoji has definitely walked out of his room to see one or the other coming out of the wrong room in the mornings 😂 They all have a silent agreement to just not talk about it ever it’s fine.

Z: Now see I don’t know if this means like, fandom or just content or what ;-; So I’m gonna ramble about hero suits because why not.

So like one thing that I love about MHA is that the society is so fleshed out and compound and complex, like our own, and has a lot of similar issues that ours has. And one that’s not really touched on (probably for good reason, as Hori is a man) is the sexism/misogyny that a lot of the women face. But one aspect of it that I find fascinating is how it affects what the women heroes wear.

Obviously I doubt a lot of this was intentional on Hori’s part— he designed a lot of these based on western comic book heroes after all. However, we all know how the male gaze affected the designs of the women heroes that we’ve all grown up with and some of the offhanded comments Hori put in there adds this layer to it all that I just latched right onto 😂 Like, for instance, Ochako.

When we first see her walk out in her costume, she makes a comment on how it’s tighter than she was expecting. And if you look at all the women heroes— most of them? Wear something tight or somehow revealing. Add to that the scene of Midnight and Mount Lady arguing during the sports festival (Mount Lady calls Midnight “old”) and Momo and Kendou’s internship, and how the hero they interned under impressed on them how important appearances are, and how few girls are even in the hero course and how few women are in the top lineups, and well— it seems like there’s an expectation of women to dress a certain way as heroes in order to be “appealing”. They’re expected to wear tighter or more revealing clothes than their masculine counterparts. Which is very very relatable considering the whole debacle that just happened with Norway’s women’s’ volleyball team and their uniforms.

Tdlr; Ochako wanted to be a marshmallow astronaut but was denied that opportunity and that to me is a Tragedy

Is this coherent? PROBABLY NOT but oh well

× Favorite Animal(s): Oh man, all animals are so good though. I do love sea creatures, not even any in particular, just...kind of all of them. And rats! Beautiful silky bois 🖤 Also, considering my 15 year old pupper's lying next to me as I type this I guess I've got to mention I'm a sucker for dogs too. Ones with long, foxy faces and pointy ears just like my good boi has.

× Coffee, tea or hot chocolate: I like coffee either black and ridiculously strong, or so milky it's basically not even coffee anymore. Only really drink green tea (I've actually recently discovered a green tea that tastes of strawberry cupcakes and its officially my new favourite thing ever), and hot chocolate I always make too sweet and make myself sick. Every. Single. Time. I never learn. The malteser instant one's good though!

× Average hours of Sleep: Not many...maybe 5 on a good night? I'm a "body physically refuses to shut down before 3am and will fight me over it if I suggest otherwise" kind of guy.

× Number of blankets you sleep with: Usually just one. Heathenous, I know.

× Random Facts:

° Being out in the rain has the ultimate calming affect on me. It doesn't matter what's going on or what mood I'm in, if it's raining I feel better the second I step outside. Works every time 😊

° I currently have 5 tattoos, all in black and white and 2 of which completely cover my forearms. Kind of planning eventual half sleeves but far less organised and way more, uh, sporadic? 😅

° I'm currently re-marathoning Doctor Who. I haven't seen it since the reboot first aired and it's giving me MAJOR nostalgia. I literally grew up with the show and it even made me my first friend in school. Really. Like from the ages of 5/6 to 9 we would run round the school yard pretending to be 9 or 10 and his companions, and even got the other kids to join in being the monsters of the week. We even had our own sonic screwdrivers and everything 😂

(Sorry, these are probably all seem super boring or weird, but they're what's been on my mind lately for one reason or another ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

× Dream trip: I'm actually not really one for travel, I'm genuinely happy being at home. I guess Italy though? I would love to visit the Vatican City and see all the old churches. I mean...actual aesthetic goals, amirite?

OOOH BOY

So much to talk about in that trailer!! Let’s get into some of it:

ISWM Mark is definitely the same one from Heist, and may also be (read: definitely is, but more on that in a sec) Actor Mark. By his designation, the ship is “our ship” when responsibility is being evaluated, and “his ship” when he takes offense to the damage being done.

The reason I think he’s Actor Mark is first of all, it’s been my running theory for all of these interactive projects—ADWM confirmed that its Mark was Actor Mark, and I consider that Mark to be the same as the one in Heist and ISWM. There’s a reason (other than Darkiplier’s presence) why all of these projects are often catalogued under the “WKM-verse” 😂

The second is because of his line “I’m gone, and then I come back, and I always come back!” Actor Mark’s running gag is that it’s basically impossible to kill him because of the influence of his mansion (called The House in WKM)’s Entity on him. No matter how much he or anyone else tries, he can’t die. It could be argued that he could’ve been killed if he was away from the House...but I would argue that since the House poisoned his mind for so long and corrupted him, he has the curse of immortality. It’s unclear whether Celine even killed him in DAMIEN at all.

(I also wonder if this line from Mark is a threat or him confessing his true nature to us...or maybe it’s just a commentary on how every project has multiple endings, some of which result in his or Y/N’s death, so “always come back” could be talking about that too. Much to think about!)

I also want to talk about the line “Everything has to end, and everything has to begin.” I have no idea if this is being said to Actor/ISWM Mark, but it does seem like something he needs to hear. Or a threat that could be issued to him from Damien, Celine, or someone sympathetic to to their plight.

They’d be saying that the era of Actor Mark’s grudge and reign is over, a new era has to begin. This new era might be the introduction of a Mark closer to ours—not quite ours, but inching ever closer with each project, since my ideal ending for all of this would be Actor/Heist/ISWM Mark having some reflection time, realizing what an awful person he’s been, and resolving to change. And the ultimate ending would be him sitting down at in front of a camera, smiling, and saying, “Hello everybody, my name is Markiplier...”

(That last part is speculation/wish-fulfillment 😂 but!! A girl can dream!!)

Oh also...Darkiplier is definitely doing something. “Captain! Something is very wro—!” *glitch* “Glad to see you have it all under control :)” Actor Mark can’t do glitches, that’s Dark’s thing, so I wonder how he plays into this 🤔
