yall ever think about how this is canonically the daycare attendant’s character

been thinking about malenia’s nudity in her second phase and how its framed vs quelag in DS1. With quelag theres an explicit fanservice focus. Trying hard to contrast sexy woman body against scary spider parts. The really egregious close up shot of her boobs and lips that never pans up to actually show her face comes to mind. Whereas with Malenia she’s naked but theres never a shot that zooms in on her butt or boobs. It feels like much more of an artistic nude, meant simply to show us how much of the rot has consumed her body up to this point. The camera only gets in close to her face and sword. She’s framed as dignified and powerful, intimidating. ive still seen people think of it as sexy obviously but i don’t think its shot that way like quelag is.

Bg3 companions are so reactive and I love it, but I wish they did a little more to try and stop a clearly evil player. Like there's no way Gale, the insightful and intelligent man that he is, has watched durge give in to every urge and pledge themself to Bhaal and still genuinely thinks that they're going to destroy the brain and let him near the crown. These guys should absolutely be plotting a coup.

Im playing elden ring from scratch again, not rushing shit, not going after op early game stuff or grinding spots or upgrade materials. Really just walking around looking for stuff like is my first playthrough.

And now, I almost finished looking at all of liurnia and just beat godrick at level 28 first try almost no hit, and I gotta say my suspetions were proven to be correct: the easiest way to play the game alone and without cheesing is with a strength build (heavy weapon + heavy armor with poise). Even gank encounters are easier bc of the poise and long/wide reaching weapons that always stagger.
