Hate to break it to "the game says he's young-er, relative to Ketheric! Not young" Gortash defenders, but I did actually just come across the line where the narrator does actually call him young.

It's in the goblin camp when talking to priestess Gut, you get another vision of silhouetted Gortash visiting her, and the Narrator says:

"Darkness seems to swallow the temple, leaving you with a vision of the goblin priestess, receiving an instruction from a handsome young man. One of the chosen..."

So yes, the game does just call him young. (And handsome at least twice 🥰). I don't disagree, I do think he's young and handsome personally but I just feel the need to point out the 'young-er' argument doesn't hold up.
