update on the Vessel of Pestilence AU, i figured out how Kallamar got imprisoned instead of Narinder!! info under the cut

so basically, in this au, Narinder was imprisoned prematurely and Kallamar got mad at his other siblings about it, so he unleashed a unique illness on all three of them, which is how they lost their respective parts. he destroyed the chains holding Narinder himself, but he was ambushed by the other bishops, and Narinder couldn't stop them despite his best efforts. Kallamar, being a little bit of a coward but also extremely angry, also infected Narinder's heart, in the hopes that it would keep him from hurting him further.

in this au, Narinder takes Kallamar's place as the third boss fought by the lamb (who, in this au is named DeLaine, as the french word for woolen) and Shamura is still the last, but in this AU they surrender and become a follower right away. DeLaine still fights Kallamar at the end, and wins, but Kallamar isn't very upset about it, because I don't think he's quite as volatile as Narinder. instead, upon being indoctrinated, he accepts his new role as a follower of DeLaine, and thus the relics of the old faith arc begins.

the story takes place post sins of the flesh update (so yes, there is gun :D)

headcanons for my lamb incoming

Their name is "(The) Lamb". They have forgotten if it was ever something else, but it doesn't really matter, given they're the last one.

They're a big fan of Riches. Just shiny fancy stuff. Really likes gold. Collects fleeces of all kinds.

Their favorite fleece remains the red one, of course. It's what The One Who Waits gave them, after all, once they were brought back. The Lamb has modified it slightly to be fancier though.

Very fluffy. Does occasionally use their wool to make garments for their favorite followers. An honor for these guys.

Scars in shape of tears because of magic. Scar on their neck from the you know, head chopping. No other scars at all. They do have freckles though.

Hooves because I can't draw hands. I suppose they use magic in guise of opposable thumbs (or fingers in general)

Not a good person, really. They're manipulative and full of hatred for anyone who opposes them. They weren't always bad, but they were always angry (rightfully so, when their entire species has been wiped out).

Very good at looking innocent and kind however. Very few creatures are able to see through their mask.

The Bishops knew there was something different about the Lamb, but underestimated them anyway. The One Who Waits knew the Lamb was strong, but he also thought they were entirely devoted to him, and didn't expect their rebellion.

The Lamb is rather just in their role as the new God of Death, but refuses to allow Narinder and the Bishops the escape of dying - Narinder is therefore spared and the Bishops given golden skull necklaces.

Both the Bishops and Narinder are also slightly ("slightly") brainwashed into believing into the Lamb. Shamura falls for it first, then Leshy (easy to win over by offering ways to provoke chaos), Kallamar, then Heket and finally Narinder (who has a very weird love/hate relationship with the Lamb). They're all disciples of the Lamb, very respected by the cult, but they always have the pressure of guilt ingrained in them by the Lamb.

The Lamb does like Narinder (because it's fun to torment him after what he's done to him and they enjoy his reactions and the way they're very slowly breaking him down) and doesn't care much about the Bishops, though they enjoy Shamura's company and Leshy's shenanigans.

Entirely ignoring canon for that last one: the Lamb, upon being given the opportunity to make their followers sin, immediately decide to y'know, repopulate the lamb kind. They take pride in remaining the last true lamb (given all their children will be mixed breeds with other creatures, generally llamas or cats) but take the re-population effort very seriously. (as in, having sex with the Lamb overtimes goes from "sinning" to being the highest honor - being chosen for such a holy purpose).

LUMEN VOICECLAIM

my little celestial cutie in cartoon! I'll surmise some facts about her since the story has changed a lot since I first designed her:

⭑ Her main attraction is Lazer tag. Her lobby is space themed with an arcade.

⭑ She is the most lenient with the Playhouse rules. She cuts a lot of corners.

⭑ She's the "fun" one, and when she's not preoccupied, loves spending time with the kids in her own attraction.

⭑ She was originally intended to be male. Her horns are built into her endoskeleton, making them difficult to remove. It was more convenient to leave them. (🏳️‍⚧️‼️)

⭑ Lumen has a short fuse.

⭑ She loves to win, but admittedly throws a lot of games to make the little ones feel special.

⭑ The bell she wears helps children find her in the dark.
