Hundreds of thousands of years later, when the Throne of the Titans ceased to function, draining the powers of both the Pantheon and the Demon Lord, the Time Lord gave the Chosen One a chance to live life differently as a reward for the work of Jailer of the Fallen Titan. He promised to return the demon to its native time when the Legion was defeated. But he was mistaken, because of which the demon went to a world that had gone ahead in time for more than five hundred years. Azeroth has changed, but his old "friend" has not changed, wanting to help him adapt to the new world.
