Itβs been a while since Iβve had a piece of cake. Made this delicious 3-layer cake using @ketoqueenkreations1 yellow cake mix and made a buttercream frosting to give it a naked cake look. Buttercream frosting: 1 cup butter (softened) 1 1/2 cup powdered @swervesweetie 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix butter and sweetener on low speed. Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla and mix on medium-high for 5 minutes or until it becomes fluffy.
