Karolina of all the other girls intrigued me the most. It feels like playing cat and mouse with her, and even though she didn't behave very pleasantly most of the game, I'm really hooked by the force of her character

This is the dialogue if Neha is your second high affinity. I still find it awkward to be in the middle of two best friends. Oh God, what if her brother was my second affinity?! 😵

everyone surely has at least one scene that they wish had gone in another way, a sentence they would have said differently, or a scene they would have loved to see with different characters. any minor changes to the original story are welcome on this day!

Sweet Elite Appreciation Week, Day 3 - a moment you’d change!

Actually, considering Jay’s character, there’re too many moments to change but I chose one with Karolina from the end of ch 11! To learn more about the situation here’s some writing to this scene.

Jemma stood up from the sofa and began to walk away from the cafeteria when she suddenly heard a voice. A voice she least expected to hear and, not gonna lie, didn’t want to hear it. - Would it be okay if we talked? Every word from Karolina irritated her, especially like this. Jemma didn’t even turned around. - I have NO desire to talk to you. She didn’t care about her. Karolina did nothing to earn any of Jemma’s attention. There was a simple rule between them: stay away from each other even if there’s something to say. And now she’s trying to start a conversation. - I just want to tell you... how sorry I am. Truly. I treated you like a tr- - Stop right there. Do you really think I’ll ever hear you out? Don’t make me laugh. No matter how you have changed, I’m not going to listen to your chit-chat. I won’t forgive you. There was silence between them. Karolina didn’t dare to say a word while Jay was ready to leave immediately. A minute passed and Jay finally moved when Karolina grabbed Jemma by her sleeve.  - I won’t ask you to forgive me, just tell me. Have you ever seen any good sides in me? Jay sighed and looked straight in Karolina’s eyes. - I respect your stubborness. I respect the fact you achieve your goal no matter what. That’s admirable. But you screwed up. Both like a person and a friend. Neither all the scholars, not your dearest friend Neha haven’t deserved your attitude. Especially Neha. She tried to be as close as she can no matter what and you just... pushed her away. Like there hasn’t been any friendship between you. And that’s why I can’t forgive you. Farewell. With these words Jemma went away, leaving Karolina behind.

As someone who has dealt with eating disorders for years, I feel Karolina.

In my case, I eat compulsively. I'm trying to get rid of it with therapy, but it's hard. What happens is, when i like something, i become obsessive. It can be a fandom, a new friend or, the most problematic in my life, food.

So i get her. I really do.

Her problem's root, though, is a bit diferentent from mine.

I'm stuck in this situation mainly because of my anxiety and compulsion.

Karol, on other instance, is pushing herself to be the absolute best.

We are in extreme oposites of the same situation.

But i feel her so much. And, even though she has her flaws, I will forgive her

I didn't finish her arc yet, but when I do I'll share with you my thoughts and what i thought of Serena's approach.

Karolina dating a clumsy fem!scholar:

 She’s both annoyed and amused by Scholar’s antics;

It can be irritating to deal with someone else’s clumsiness, especially as a perfectionist, but she got used to it eventually;

At the end of the day it’s just another trait of the girl she loves. She learns to love it just as much as she loves Scholar’s compassion and intelligence;

It’s not uncommon to see her rolling her eyes fondly at Scholar’s antics before complaining half-heartedly about something she did;

Karol is a great girlfriend despite all the teasing and tries to help her girlfriend out when possible;

She sends text reminders before important events, just to make SURE Scholar is ready;

Carries around band-aids in case scholar trips and hurts herself;

Asks if she has important items (ID, phone, wallet etc..) on her before going out;

And helps Scholar plan outfits ahead of time;

She knows she doesn’t need to, but Karolina likes to be helpful;

And doing these things is her way of showing affection and letting Scholar know that she’s there, and she’s paying attention her and her needs;

Karol is very proud of Scholar and is in awe of her intelligence;

In the beginning she might’ve been too proud to ask for help, but as they grow more comfortable in their relationship Karolina doesn’t hesitate before asking Scholar’s input on something;

She values her opinion A LOT and knows her girlfriend will notice any oversights she might’ve made;

They absolutely ARE a power couple and can achieve amazing things together!!
