I got my hopes entirely up and agreed. On the 8th of January (my birthday), I found out that the job was indeed going ahead, and what a bloody gift that was. It’s been incredibly difficult to keep my mouth shut and not show anyone what I was doing for the first third of this mad year, but now it’s finally real. Enormous thanks to Art Director, Sheri Gee (and for the beautiful typography); everyone working with Sheri at Folio Society; the licensing team; Steve Brusatte for being my palaeontologist consultant; Heather for being ignored / bored by my quotes and “fun facts” for months, and anyone else involved in the process of creating this. Allosaurus

Here is my rendition of Allosaurus Fragilis. He is a predecessor of T-rex and lived thru the Jurassic period. I was quite happy with the last dino I made because I finally expanded my workflow with Substance painter and Blender and as u might already know I’m a dino nerd, so I decided to create another dino while I’m still on it. Sculpted in Zbrush, textured in Substance Painter, rendered and rigged in Blender. Hope you like it.

the indominus rex / jurassic world. i loved this film series when i was growing up and i’m really happy with the jurassic world movies so at least they’re continuing that excitement.
