Y/N L/N; An anxious woman that never has the best luck in her life. She is seen as mother figure to her friends and tend to take care of the responsibilities of the apartment with her other two roommates; Nikki and Julia. Her two best friends from high school and now coworkers at the Derry Cafe. Alongside her other close friend Marie. Y/N L/N had a normal childhood, both of her parents present in her life and a little sister. Her mother and father even bought the apartment that she's staying in. Her mother tends to drop by at random times to check out the apartment or to check on the girls.

Nikki Joans; The oldest in the friend group but she doesn't act like it. She doesn't take life too serious because all her life her parents planned it out for her. Nikki was born in a wealthy family that expected her to become a doctor or a CEO but she she didn't want the complications of that life style. She was kicked out when her parents found out she was a lesbian, leaving her homeless but Y/N had her stay with her throughout high school and college. Recently, her mother had made an effort to be in her life again. Even though Nikki doesn't take life too serious, she's the best one when it comes to advice or when someone needed a confidence boost.

Marie Lee; Marie is Y/N's longest friend. She knew Y/N since they were babies and been friends ever since. Her parents left South Korea and moved to New York when they wanted to be more successful in their book business. Marie lives with her elder parents and takes care of them but when she has time, she goes to sex clubs. She's a very private person to the point that only people that know anything about her is her parents and Y/N.

Julia Michaels; Julia has an interesting (if thats the right word) life story. She was born in England and was adopted by Fred and Lilly Michals. They traveled Europe with Julia and settled down in Florence. After five years of living there, Fred had an affair with an Italian model and left his wife and child but unknown to Fred, Lilly was also having an affair. Lilly's new man didn't want any children so, Lilly sent Julia to live with her aunt in New York while she lived out her life in Florence. Her aunt and uncle were hippies and thought differently from everyone else. Her friends describe her as Julia being Julia.

Female power in Israeli space exploration!

We wanted to tell you about the important program we launched in January this year, together with the Persol Foundation:

The Parasol Foundation Women in SpaceIL

A program designed to empower girls and women and inspire them to choose science and space studies.

Well, we’re excited to update that we’ve selected the first five women joining the programme - five amazing, passionate and talented women starting their journeys in space.

Check them out:

Michal Pushkov and Sahar Peretz: Young engineers who started working at SpaceIL on the Genesis 2 project.

Or Nataf and Julia Saleh: Advanced degree students from the Technion working on intriguing research in the field of space.

Dr. Neta Falkowitz, postdoctoralist specializing in space legal field.

We wish them success and you will hear a lot about them. We are sure of that...

ARCHIE SINCLAIR on the cover of this week’s most recent tabloid! many say that the 21 year old looks like DRAKE RODGER, but i don’t really see it. while the ACTOR is known for being CHARMING my inside sources say that they have a tendency to be ARGUMENTATIVE i swear, every time i think of them, i hear the song HEAVEN BY JULIA MICHALES.  {he/him / cis man}

archie sinclair felt like he was born to look after someone else from the day he was born. born with a second half of him, and two parents that were still children themselves he was set up to be some sort of mess.

emotionally intelligent before his time he figured out that things weren’t normal in his family, and he also figure out that austen was making no ones life easy so he did what he felt he had to and became the balance to her. the quiet to the storm. he would always follow her lead, but with a kinder tone, more understanding, empathy no five year old should have really had as he followed his sister as she marched off. 

where austen made it pretty obvious how mad at their parents she was, archie was calm, he wanted to know them, his mom more than anything and he’d always ask how long he had to wait till she was back, counting down each day she was away, just to himself. 

the only time he showed any flare was when it came to protecting his sister, following in each of her footsteps to make sure he was there to catch her when she fell. 

when his mom came to take them away archie was secretly thrilled, having never enjoyed the work his grandparents had thrown him into, he didn’t want to be a signing sensation like his mom, he could sing better than most for his age but he wanted to be on camera. he wanted to act. 

still he was happy to drop the work for a while, following austen wherever she went, but as her offers for films came in, so did his, the clark kent looks he had inherited from his dad in high demand the more he grew into them. several films, nominations and awards later and archie felt like he had found his place in the world, close enough to keep an eye on austen and keep her from spinning, but far enough away that he was his own person through it all too. 

when austen fell from the pedestal he had put her on getting caught on camera doing drugs at a party he took it to heart, like he’d finally failed to keep her safe from something, too busy away with work to be there to stop anyone from filming her. 

ever since he’s hovered more than normal, only taking work that keeps him around his sister. 

he’s a quiet and charming soft boy with his daddies looks and momma’s soft touch. 

will do anything for everyone, is known for playing the teenage heart throb. 

makes the active choice to have never taken anything, will do the occasional shot and beer to keep austen amused but also barely drinks.
