Hi more Yasugap thoughts 🩷💙

I'm sure Josuke would keep up his habit of sleeping under mattresses in the future, but Yasuho would propose some alternatives for him once they start sharing the same bed, since him being under the mattress would make the mattress uncomfortable for her.

Suggestions include: Rolling him up in layers of weighted blankets, he probably can lay his head underneath the pillows too. Or Yasuho lays her full body weight on him for cuddling. Perhaps combine those two for Optimal Sleeping Conditions.

I found this template and I thought it would be fun to do. I think Fem!Gappy was the one drawing where I was personally gushing about how cute she was, I especially loved how her hair turned out. As for the halloween ones it was a major chibi art with a different coloring style than what I’m used to. It was like using a crayon on a brown paper napkin!

Art Resolutions (just dumping out thoughts from my brain lol)

I want to try and make more comics in more of a traditional format instead of the no borders “4koma-esque” style I have been using. But every time I draw the outlines, I feel so confined to the square. It’s something I def need to improve on. (Hopefully).

Expanding more on Silver Void and my other jojo OCs is something I want to do. I mean I just keep making new characters or concepts and it gets eaten up by other things. I have way too many ideas and I tend to vomit them all at once. It’s quite the bad habit and I really want to focus on writing the stories I want to tell.

Draw hands better, it’s a half joke. I can draw hands and fingers well sometimes, but hand posing still needs work. At this point I’ve gone from lego to barbie hands, now I just need to get to ball jointed doll levels of movements with hands. I’ve tried looking at my own hands for these poses and references, but the depth is still kind of weird. I want to draw hands Yoshikage Kira would want to steal! XD

Yesterday was Gappy's birthday. Happy birthday!!!

I really really wanna see Gappy and Yasuho coming back in part 9, and when I saw the tweet at the last slide, I got a great idea. I am eager to have Josuke meeting his piece of shit cousin, who would love his baby, ofc.

[Long Description]:

First image has three digital illustrations all gathered in one white canvas.

The most noticeble one is a digital painting redraw of a scene from the movie Across The Spiderverse, in which the characters of Peter B Parker and Mary Jane have been replaced by Josuke Higashikata and Yasuho Hirose from Jojo part 8. The image is a shot of them in a dark room only illuminated by the blue lights that come through a non visible window. They are bending down to see the inside of a cradle of which we can see its railing. There's a yellow text that simulates being captions of the dialogue Yasuho is saying, it says: "Josuke, did you bring our baby to another fight?"

The other two drawings are just black and white sketches of Josuke standing with a sun-glasses-wearing baby in a kangaroo carrier, and another one of Jodio Joestar sitting down with the same baby on his lap reading a book. The "average Jojo appears in 2 animated parts" factoid is actualy just a statistical error. The average Jojo appears in a little over 1 animated part. Jotaro Kujo, who is Araki's favourite little boy and has appeared in 5/6 animated parts, is an outlier adn should not have been counted
