davu santucci was thirteen years old when he decided he didn’t want to be a king, a gradual exposure to the politics behind the job turning his stomach on a good day. he, they, did not deserve to control an entire country based on the line of their blood. while he wasn’t there to see it, he always knew that royalty and the greed that comes with a thirst of power was what tore his family apart and inevitably killed his grandfather.
greed. politics. unqualified men craving a label that seemed more like a burden to bear than one to be celebrated. you couldn’t catch him calling himself a prince, the title he had already been assigned at birth, much less the kingship role that he felt pressure to live up to for just as long.
it took him longer to admit it, the self inflicted fear of disappointing his parents being held over his head for as long as he could remember. while he wanted to alleviate himself of the stress of power, to push that burden onto someone else - inevitably, his brother - seemed unfair. it seemed cruel.
fast forward to present day and davu actively strives for normalcy. causing trouble like the ripple effect wouldn’t extend to his entire family, he had found a new love in street art. it seemed careless to most, especially his mother, to opt out of responsibility to sneak around in the middle of the night and paint on buildings. but, it wasn’t really like davu to live his life to please anyone else.
he was the one who had to live with his decisions. he was going to be happy about it.

so i really miss rp’ing with all of you, and if anyone’s still around i’d love to put forward an idea me and my friend are doing atm !
basically, we want to open a super casual, super chill, supernatural multi-muse rp where we limit the amount of people involved ( we were thinking ten? ) but everyone’s allowed unlimited characters. i’ve already got nine planned out, and i think my friend possibly has even more. i’m posting this to you guys ( and i sent it to kori on skype ) bc ily and, if u can, i’d love for you to be involved bc i trust u guys and wanna’ rp with you again.
we’ll basically have a group chat on discord and we’re hoping to be a lil cute friendship group where we all send headcanons and plot ideas and wanted connections and all that good stuff. there won’t be a main, we’ll just make our chara accounts and deal w follows and plot drops and stuff in the discord.
