Ayer estuve gran parte del día viendo ilegalmente las peleas de boxeo online, emocionada especialmente por Logan Paul y KSI, porque a pesar de que no soy fan de ninguno, me daba curiosidad y aparte, encuentro muy valorable lo que están haciendo con sus carreras.

Logan Paul le ganó por mucho a Dillon Danis, que en verdad dio vergüenza lo mal que peleó: Cero respeto por el deporte y se nota que ni entrenó para la pelea. Creo que fue el peor de toda la lista, fue especialmente patético, considerando todas las cosas negativas que dijo sobre la prometida de Logan: Cruzó muchas líneas, y lo considero un payaso cobarde. Se nota que le tiene miedo a Logan y quería salirse de la pelea como fuera posible.

Después, venía la pelea de KSI contra Tommy Fury. Cuando empezó la pelea, me impresionó lo bien que lo estaba haciendo JJ. Osea se notaba que Tommy tiene mucha más técnica y experiencia, pero yo pensé que JJ tendría 0 posibilidades, y terminaría noqueado en el suelo. Al menos eso es lo que prometió Fury un millón de veces. Yo pensé que sería una pelea fácil y completamente desequilibrada a favor de Fury.

Pero KSI lo hizo bastante bien, especialmente las 2 primeras rondas, donde personalmente creo que dominó. En las 4 próximas rondas es debatible el resultado: Algunas las ganó Tommy, otras fueron empate, pero eso es sin considerar que Fury cometió una falta por golpear la parte de atrás de la cabeza de JJ, lo que está penalizado y le costó 1 punto. Eso es algo que especialmente un boxeador profesional debería saber.

Al final Tommy Fury ganó, pero honestamente no encuentro que haya sido tan justo. De todas formas no me importa tanto, sino que el hecho de que haya sido tan cercana la decisión, lo encuentro una vergüenza para un boxeador competitivo. Si Tommy Fury es tan bueno, debió haber noqueado a KSI en la primera ronda, ¡Pero no pudo! Incluso antes de que anunciaran los resultados, se veía un poco asustado.

Siempre asumí que Tommy ganaría, pero creí que sería realmente dominante. Como Logan Paul versus Dillon Danis, o Vinnie Hacker versus Deji.

Simplemente creo que una mentalidad de campeón no debería consistir en competir contra boxeadores amateurs y después celebrar orgullosamente como si hubieras ganado al mismísimo Mohammed Ali. Para ser el mejor, debes ganarle al mejor, y honestamente me molestó un poco que Tommy Fury y su padre hayan hablando tanta mierda, para al final ser... Mediocre.

KSI definitivamente cometió errores y tuvo malas rondas, pero en general encuentro que es muy admirable todo el trabajo duro que ha puesto en su carrera y envidio su ambición.
