I’ll go and say I’m pretty relaxed when it comes to rp, and I’m down for any and most plot points. Anywhere from cute fluff, angst, dramatic,nsfw, darker themes…etc I just ask that all my roleplay partners are 18+ (no exceptions.)

I also don’t mind if responses are shorter as long as they are not one liners. But I typically will write anywhere from 5-10 paragraphs (sometimes longer). But I’ll match your length so if we’re doing more rapid response I can write shorter or longer.

I also want a rp partner who os comfortable with ooc discussion. Because I do like to get to know my rp partner, and or become friends eventually so I definitely like to send memes and fan art and talk about plot points. I don't read RPS fics alot, so I am not often in the Jikook section of AO3 lmao so I have no idea.... As far as remember, it's always been basic courtesy on Tumblr to not use a ship tag to post negativity about said ship. Now Jikook is a unit name and not just a ship so does it apply ? I say extreme shippers should be confronted with diverging opinions, not necessarily to stop shipping, but to realize it is just an opinion they forged, not a truth or fact.

The tag for a fictional ship should be free of negativity - don't tag your hate, they say. But RPS is different. The tag shouldn't be a chamber of echo for extreme shippers.

Shippers have started to label any thing that isn’t fervently pro-Jkk as negative. Saying I don’t think they’re engaged romantically and leveling their brand of dynamic even further south of romance is considered offensive, but it’s not “negative” by definition.

For argument’s sake, let’s say that I meant that Jkk’s bond is virtually no different than Tkk’s bond. Explain to me, logically, how that’s negative. If I said Jkk’s bond is no more unique than Jinkook’s bond? That’s not negative. Is it negative because I’m “downplaying” JM’s importance to JK or vice versa by saying so? No. Those that take issue with any of this are defined by their ship instead of acknowledging the commonality they have, which is that they’re close. That’s what this all amounts to.

I’m not saying things like JK hates JM or JM is manipulating him—actual spiteful things said in opposition to their relationship. That’s negative and mean-spirited towards people I don’t know. I’m baffled by people’s inability to tell the difference.

There might be a large amount of korean jikookers but no, not everyone actually thinks they're dating. A lot of them just like them as a fictional ship, something fun but not serious and yes, that is the norm for rps in korean fandoms. It's the reason idols play up the bromance thing a little too much sometimes, because they know the fans have fun with it but don't actually jump straight to think they're a real couple. Through the years I've also seen a lot of korean jikookers "drop" the ship and keep their accounts focused on only one member, it's not like they're in for life, and they do change their minds.

I been in a lot of different fandoms over the the years and I've seen (or at least heard of) a lot of RP ships. People see fictional characters they ship and immediately ship the actual actors or even beyond that there are ships involving podcast hosts, YouTubers, streamers, actors, musicians, bands etc.. I'd say there are usually of 2 types of RP ships:

1. The majority of shippers don't think they're together but just think 'wouldnt it be cool if they were'. Usually if lots of friendship posts and AUs etc.

2. The majority of shippers are conspiracy theorists. You know the Larrys, RPS involving the twilight actors, the supernatural actors and lots more.

Can I say, I've seen a lot of category 2 ships and they're all very similar to each other. Gay ships especially have some of the following fundamental elements - a big bad (company, label, agent, network, showrunner or something) that's forcing them to be in the closet, a bunch of beards (enlisted by the big bad) who force their way in between the ship and secret signals sent to the fans that only these select few shippers understand.

When I got into BTS, I wasn't surprised per se by the RPS, though I would say most of the ships fall into category 1. Only 2 ships fell into category 2: tkk and jkk. I already noticed jkk was different because even though like most category 2 ships, a lot of shippers believed they were actually together, there was none of the other narrative structure that you usually get.

Tkk on the other hand followed the narrative to the T, the evil bighit was forcing Tae and JK into the closet even as they send signals to their fans that they're actually together. There was only one aberration - so BH was hiding the real couple so they came up with a master plan to hide them.........using another gay ship!. That galaxy brain level thinking was one I never encountered before. Hiding a gay couple with another gay ship. Wow! I mean, I know why...the jm of it all is too hard for them to ignore but still!

Anyway I would say out of the many, many, many ships I saw, there were maybe like 4-5 that were actually real and they almost never follow this narrative. That's not to say there aren't closeted celebrities but rule of thumb, the more your ship depends on the puppet master narrative, where every action has been curated by some third party which is why your ship is acting completely contrary to your expectations, the more likely it is that they are not among that afore mentioned handful of real couples.

I don't disagree with this. I didn't know much about RPS before BTS. But I DO remember the twilight fiasco conspiracy theories. Good lord. I'm so glad that Kirsten Stewart is thriving and happy and gay now. It makes me so happy for her. The rest of what you said is also pretty darn true from what I've seen.

Your point about the things that you can't rationalize (mma 2018, jimin vlive 2021, I personally have a few other insane *** high points that I think fall under that pattern) is exactly why I genuinely think there's something going on there. This repeated pattern of high-point all-out otherwise inexplainable events that happen between them, on a fairly regular occurrence. 99.9% of what every shipper discusses is in the noise floor, or at least consistent across all (most) bangtan pairs. Jikookers are all insecure about taekook but didn't even bat an eye at that insane vmin clip that dropped just a few days ago. That kind of thing. For me its that there's a consistency between jkk. Like it's not every time, but that it's like an elastic band that whenever it gets stretched almost to breaking, it bounces back. Makes itself known. I would be interested to know your opinion on JK's posts for JM's birthday this year, especially in contrast to the post(s) he did/did not make for the other members.

I wouldn't mind comparing notes with someone who unequivocally thinks Jikook are dating or have something going on. 😊 No pressure, of course, it's up to you. I will say that I have more open discussions on Jikook and where I stand via DMs than I would express publicly.

I think where you and I might differ is that I don't think these high-impact moments happen often enough where it eliminates all doubt. And even if there were a ton of those moments, I don't think I'd be able to agree so candidly anyway, simply because of my own feelings towards RPS and the boundaries I've set for myself regarding it. If I were to achieve where you're at, I think the way it would manifest is that I'd have a lot less to say. As it currently stands, I have an opinion on most things. 😬

I will agree with you that I believe Jikook have been consistent, which I think has somewhat tapered off in the last year or so (but to be fair, there's also less visibility among them, so it's not for lack of consistency but rather we're just not seeing examples of it). It isn't that I don't think they're close, but this assessment goes hand-in-hand with what I believe is their new dynamic. That's a different topic altogether.

Anyway, Jungkook's birthday post. I don't have a fully fleshed out opinion on the matter. I mean, I do think it's endearing that he would do such a thing for Jimin–and so publicly too–but how much can we read into this, really? This is the same person who posted a photo of himself with Taehyung on IG and no other members. But neither that nor this instance is truly indicative of anything for me. I think this is a good example of how inaccurate it is to fixate on one moment and instead focus on his behavioral patterns. As it is, Jungkook's public posting for other members is consistently inconsistent, and that's all I have to gain from it.

What is maybe worth noting, however, is Jimin's lack of public response to the video. I don't think he responds to everything members post, but he is also known to respond, even if it's just a 에이이 ㅋㅋ. If we were to assume Jungkook's greeting was just a bit of silliness between them, Jimin making a funny or witty remark would be par for the course. Instead, his silence almost seems damning, but in all fairness, he could've been busy with birthday events too. Who knows.

Berikut ini adalah cara menghitung Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 pegawai tidak tetap yang menerima penghasilan tidak berkesinambungan: Arzi adalah pegawai tenaga lepas untuk desain grafis di PT. CDE dengan penghasilan Rp 8.000.000. Besarnya PPh 21 yang terutang adalah: 5% x 50% x Rp 8.000.000,00 = Rp 200.000. Bila Arzi tidak memiliki NPWP maka besarnya PPh Pasal 21 yang terutang adalah: 120% x 5% x 50% x Rp 8.000.000,00 = Rp 240.000. Penjelasan: Karena Arzi bukan pegawai tetap di PT. CDE, maka PKP yang dikenakan sebesar 50% dari jumlah penghasilan bruto. Hal ini sesuai dengan peraturan PER-32/PJ/2015 Pasal 3 huruf c. Sedangkan tarif PPh Pasal 21 untuk penghasilan tahunan sampai dengan Rp 50.000.000 adalah 5%.

tobasatu.com, Medan | Ratusan pengusaha di Sumatera Utara (Sumut) mendapat penjelasan terkait perubahan manfaat pada Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 82 Tahun 2019 oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan atau BPJamsostek di Grand Mercure Medan, Rabu (19/2/2020).

Direktur Perencanaan Strategis dan Teknologi Informasi BPJamsosotek, Sumarjono menjelaskan perubahan dilakukan lantaran secara aktuaria BPJamsostek melihat dari awal penyelenggaraan manfaat yang diberikan masih rendah. 

“Seharusnya untuk manfaat yang lebih besar bisa. Nah, untuk itulah kita mengusulkan kepada pemerintah karena ini adalah kewenangan pemerintah untuk kenaikan manfaat tanpa perlu ada kenaikan iuran,” ungkapnya.

Peningkatan manfaat ini, jelas dia, dilakukan untuk perlindungan program Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK) dan Jaminan Kematian (JKM). 

“Manfaat kematian misalnya, kalau dulu hanya Rp 12 juta/tahun/anak untuk tingkat perguruan tinggi, sekarang bisa untuk dua orang anak. Begitu juga dari tingkat TK SD SMP SMA. Kalau yang memilih tidak kuliah, ada pelatihan itu juga dibiayai oleh  BPJamsostek,” ujarnya.

Melalui program ini, sambungnya, BPJamsosotek mengajak pemerintah daerah serta pengusaha UMKM untuk mensukseskan program jaminan sosial tenaga kerja. Apalagi sesuai amanat undang-undang dan Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN), seluruh pekerja harus memiliki jaring pengaman. 

“Kita juga mendorong pemerintah daerah untuk sadar jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan. Gubernur yang terbaik akan dapat Piala Paritrana 2020,” tegasnya.

Ia berharap dengan terbitnya revisi PP 44 tahun 2015 ini, dampaknya akan menimbulkan ketenangan pekerja sehingga menimbulkan produksi dari pekerja juga mampu meringankan beban pekerja.

Sementara Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) Sumatera Utara (Sumut) Harianto Butarbutar menjelaskan dalam setiap acara sosialisasi, pemerintah selalu berupaya agar bisa meyakinkan seluruh pengusaha supaya para pekerjanya keseluruhan secara utuh bisa didaftarkan sebagai anggota BPJamsosotek. Apalagi sudah ada pertambahan jaminan. 

“Tepatnya, yang dulunya hanya 24  manfaat meningkat menjadi 42 manfaat,” tutur dia.

Dijelaskannya, hingga kini masih banyak pekerja maupun dunia usaha di Sumut yang belum yakin dan dengan kenaikan manfaat BPJamsostek ini. Untuk itu, pemerintah daerah akan selalu mengawal dan tetap memberikan sanksi bagi para perusahaan-perusahaan yang tidak patuh.

“Beberapa waktu lalu, kita ada memberikan sanksi administrasi kepada 8 perusahaan di Medan karena tidak patuh. Setelah itu, 2 perusahaan menjadi patuh dan mendaftarkan pekerjanya. Sanksi yang diberikan dengan tidak melayani pengurusan izin perusahaan sebelum mendaftarkan perusahaannya ke BPJamsostek,” tukasnya.

Sementara Deputi Direktur BPJamsostek Wilayah Sumbagut, Umardin Lubis menjelaskan tingkat kepatuhan peserta BPJamsostek di Sumut sekarang ini sudah semakin baik. Dari dua jenis kepatuhan, yang membayar tepat waktu sudah 80%, dan membayar bulanan sudah 40%. “Nantinya, kita akan tingkatkan yang membayar tepat waktu menjadi bayar bulanan,” ungkapnya.

Dijelaskan Umardin, melalui peningkatan manfaat ini, diharapkan BPJamsostek bisa mencapai target peningkatan peserta hingga 2 juta. Dimana saat ini jumlah peserta sudah mencapai 1,6 juta. “Dari data BPS, ada sekitar 5 juta pekerja di Sumut, target kita tahun ini bisa menambah jumlah peserta menjadi 2 juta. Mudah-mudahan bisa terwujud dengan perubahan manfaat ini,” ujarnya. (ts-24)
