Hi I was wondering if you could write some cute scenarios for girl dad jeff? Maybe like bullet point style?
𝙹𝚎𝚏𝚏 𝚊𝚜 𝚊 𝚐𝚒𝚛𝚕 𝚍𝚊𝚍

Jeff’s daughter would definitely be a total daddy’s girl and there’s no denying it, even before she’s born
He would be so careful with her when she’s first born, and so emotional and a little scared to hold her for the first time
But after he gets comfortable he’d be so overprotective, hovering over and keeping an eye on everyone when they’re holding his little girl
He would definitely make sure to make more time for his daughter even before she’s born so he can spend as much time with her after as well as time helping you while you’re pregnant
The absolute best at snuggles with his girls and nerf, whether they’re in the morning with you all sleepy or when you all are getting ready to relax and go to bed
If he has to go grab something and leaves her alone for a little, he’ll put nerf in charge of watching over her and when he’s back he walks into see your daughter giggling while nerf sniffs and licks her tiny hand or her petting him
Loves smothering her in kisses and hearing her giggle when his beard tickles her
Spoils her any chance he gets with clothes, toys, candy, snacks literally anything she wants he gets her
Gets so happy yet sad when she gets her big accomplishments, like first giggle, first steps, first smile, etc. and doesn’t want his baby girl to grow up so fast
Shares his food with her and she occasionally shares her puffs and goldfish with him
Is a very hands on dad, he wants to be involved and really makes sure that he’s in his daughter’s life regardless of his schedule or work and just all around very supportive and helpful
Can recite her favorite book, song, and Disney movie by heart
He learns how to get everything together for her by watching and observing you when you get her ready, like doing her hair, picking out her clothes, and learning how to make her favorite foods so that when you’re not there he can handle taking care of her by himself
He would go on daddy-daughter outings with his baby girl when he was taking care of her by himself
The both of them would definitely have matching or coordinating outfits and matching shoes
He’d be just as much attached to his baby girl as she is to him
If she’s ever sick, he’ll stay by her crib all day and night to keep an eye on her and will sleep on the floor if he has to
He would totally keep all of her drawings, bracelets, and the other little things his little girl would make for him
Will be there for every single recital, game, or whatever his daughter wants to do and makes sure that he won’t ever miss a single one
And will be the loudest parent there, clapping and shouting praises and encouragement to her the entire time
He would have started her out young by taking her on hikes and runs in her strap-on carrier and stroller
Sometimes he would just stare at you and your daughter as if you were the only people in the world and would look back at how much he’s changed for good and how far he’s come with his little family
He just loves being a dad in general, and is just so supportive, loving, and proud of his kids no matter what

Inside of Your Light
Tumblr media
Pairing: Jeff Wittek x Plus Size Model! Reader
Summary: The vlog squad threw you a special surprise for your birthday, including a big present that may change your life.
a/n: songfic What Have I Done by Dermont Kennedy
You woke up around 7 o'clock in the morning when your phone rang. You groggily grab it and see that your boyfriend, Jeff, started to facetime you. "Hello?" you whispered as your eyes tried to pry open.
"Happy Birthday, baby girl." Jeff said brightly, making you blush.
"Aww, thank you, Jeff. But why did you call me so early in the morning?" You joked as you started to sit up on your mattress. "Sorry, I'm at the gym at the hotel and I thought you'd be awake right now." Jeff replied sheepishly. Jeff got offered a brand deal in New York so he wasn't able to celebrate your special day in LA.
"It's ok, I was meaning to get dolled up a bit before Carley and Erin pick me up to get our nails done." You started to yawn as it made Jeff's heart melt a bit. "You're so cute when you wake up." he said, admiring how the sun hits the back of your head.
You smirk back at the screen as you playfully roll your eyes. “And to everyone else in the world, I’m Frankenstein coming back from the dead.” Jeff laughed harder as he smiled at you. “I gotta go and wrap my reps. Just wanted to wish my best girl an amazing day.” You blow him an air kiss as he winked back. “Love you, babes.” You said as you got out of bed. “Love you more,” Jeff said before he hung up the call.
You take a deep breath and thought how lucky you were to be with a guy like Jeff. You and Jeff joined the vlog squad around the same time a few years back. You were a plus-size model for a few companies like Fashion Nova and Pretty Little Thing. Once you started off your YouTube channel, Carley saw your videos and dmed you on Instagram to hang out sometime. You met up at a lunch with the group and she introduced you to everyone, but somehow caught Jeff’s eye.
The whole time, you and Jeff started to hit it off. Then with a lot of flirting and calling each other late at night, you both decided to make it official. Jeff thought you would turn him away due to his past, but you truly accepted him for his journey, even if it wasn’t pretty. Now you were going strong for about three years, and you wouldn’t have it any other way.
After you’ve gotten ready, Erin texted you that they were outside. You head out and enter their car as they began filming. “Hey, guys! We just picked up our queen, happy birthday!” You smile brightly as you buckle in the back. “Thank you guys!” you said. Carly turns back to you and gives you your favorite Starbucks drink and a cake pop. “Thought you could use a little sugary treat to start the day.” You make a small pout from the gesture, thanking her again.
On your way to the nail salon, you guys start talking about David’s latest antics as well as a fancy restaurant that just opened that you really wanted to try. The girls make a face at the camera but you didn’t make of it as you arrived at your appointment. Carly switches off the camera as you all started heading out of the car.
Once you were all done, you all started to fan over the amazing job of your nail artists (which you all generously tipped) and decided to go out for lunch. “Are we still clubbing tonight?” Carly asked as she sipped her Seltzer. You nod yes as you finished a bite of your appetizer. “Yep, I’m so excited to wear this cocktail dress Jeff gave me before he left. I just wished he was here to celebrate.” You said, fumbling with the end of a napkin in front of you.
The girls give you a sympathetic look, knowing how much you’ve been missing him the past couple of days. Even after they changed the subject, all you could think of was Jeff. But after a good meal and a little site seeing, you started to feel a bit better. The girls dropped you home so you could relax before clubbing the night away.
Right when it hit evening, you began getting ready as you curled your hair and did your makeup just right. You slipped on the dress Jeff gave you that adored every curve on your figure, silently thanking your boyfriend for his taste in fashion.
You suddenly hear a knock at the door, thinking it's one of the girls. You unlock the door and open it to reveal no other than your very well-dressed boyfriend. "Jeff! You're back!" You screamed as you gave him a crushing hug, later kissing him. "Hey, doll." Jeff whispered as you took his breath away, taking out a bouquet of your favorite flowers.
"What are you doing back home?" You asked, still dazed that's actually at your doorstep. "C'mon, did you really think I was going to miss my best girl's big day?" He questioned with a twinkle in his eye. You roll your eyes and hug him again, truly blessed to have such an amazing boyfriend.
"I'm here to pick you up to your destination, shall we?" He offers his hand that you gladly took it. He helps you in his car as you both drove off to the main road with his hand on your upper thigh. You notice that he doesn't take the road to the club. "Babe, I think you missed a turn." you told Jeff who was smirking even more at your cluelessness. "Don't worry dolI, I know where I'm going." he takes a hold of your hand and kisses your knuckle as you blush harder.
He then parks in a parking lot and goes out of the car to open your door. Before you could actually take in your surroundings, Jeff shielded your view. "Hey! Jeff seriously, where are we?" you lightly scolded him. "You gotta trust me now, okay?" you agreed as you grumbled under your breath. With a few more steps, you start to enter a doorway that was decorated with...
streamers?
Jeff takes his hands off and you see all of your friends surrounding you. "Happy Birthday!" they all screamed out loud. You smile from ear to ear as Jeff wrapped his arms around your waist. Utterly shocked, you did your best to express your happiness but you were beyond speechless.
You suddenly realized that the place you were in was the restaurant you've desperately wanted to try and you turn around to Jeff who was beaming at your joy. "All for you, baby girl." his husky voice told you as you hugged him, pecking his face with kisses. Then, all of your friends ushered you both in to dine and dance. You saw how the entire restaurant had accents of rose gold decorations, as well as your friends wearing the same color palette.
Although this surprise was really touching, something was bothering you. Usually, they would throw parties like these for David, so why would they celebrate something big for you?
Later on, you all ate the most mouth-watering food as well as dancing to your favorite songs. Once they take out the birthday cake, you lose sight of Jeff. You ask Carly where he is but she brushed it off, saying that he's probably getting you a drink. As you started to dish out the cake, David stood up and clinked a knife to a glass.
"Hey everyone! If I could get your attention please." David shouted as the whole party calmed down. "There is a special surprise waiting outside on the back patio for our birthday girl, so could our celebrant please wear a blindfold?" Everyone started to cheer except for you. "I swear David if it's a wild animal..." you warned him but it was too late. One of the guys used a long fabric to cover your eyes, guiding you outside.
They take off the blindfold to reveal your boyfriend standing in front of you. You don't understand what's going on until you see a flower arch in the back of him, with a message illuminating "Marry Me." You gasp lightly as you cover your mouth with your eyes starting to water.
Jeff takes your shaking hands into his, ready to start his speech. “I wasn't really in New York for a brand deal, I was picking up your birthday gift.”
He then lowers himself on one knee, taking out a small pastel pink box to reveal a beautiful gold band decorated with transcendent diamonds. Both of you start to cry, but Jeff is literally a mess as he tries to finish his words.
“Before I met you, I thought I’d be better off alone. Now, my soul has been torn and reborn, started breathing for the very first in my life. As I’m standing in front of you, I wanna get it right for once.
Oh, believe me when I say I've been knocked out and beat but this feeling is fleeting. Even this morning, I've been thinking 'bout the way you smile golden…I want to move inside of your light.
I never thought I needed saving, I was right where I should be Good God, I know it's dangerous, but it's you that I need I'm in love this time. So, do you wanna be mine forever?”
You uncover your mouth and shake your head.
"Yes, yes, a thousand times yes." you said. The waterworks literally overcame both of you as he slid the ring around your finger, getting up to kiss your lips. Your friends cheer as they close up to you, firing confetti cannons into the air. You look up to Jeff as you wiped away his happy tears away from his face.
No words were exchanged, but you could tell through his eyes that he was forever grateful for you to be a part of his life. You both kiss again, ending the night with great friends and memories that will forever last in the video Joe has been recording for Jeff's channel (which trended 14 million on YouTube for a whole month).
You were the light in his life and he will bask in it for eternity.

Not Nice
In which Jeff and y/n have a heart to heart conversation about their relationship.
warnings: angst; just really sad, because that's what I do... BUT don’t worry, ya girl put some serious fluff in there, too!
a/n: Hello! God, it’s been a long time... How is everyone doing? I just felt like putting something out there again after not being able to write for so long. I don't know why; and I should actually be working on some term papers, but I found myself writing this so fast. I wrote this, because I felt like it, so it is not request related. I hope there are still some people whose feed this will end up on. I would love some feedback and as always: please enjoy! I hope you didn't forget about me :)
word count: 2.7k
It was a cool California night. Still not cold for February, but enough to send a shiver through your body when stepping outside. Y/n would normally not even consider going out right now, but the situation had called for it. David had called her minutes before, screaming at her through the phone to get her butt over to his house for a big problem that left him sleepless. She had fallen asleep on her desk trying to complete one of the assignments that were due by the end of the semester and basically fell off her chair when her phone rang annoyingly loud in her right ear. To say that she would rather be in her warm bed instead of her cold leather car seat was an understatement. But she knew that not helping David would leave her sleepless for days and seeing that it had already been 4 in the morning, she grabbed her keys and left. She was so tired that the lines on the road kept blurring in different directions. Just a couple more minutes, she thought to keep her focus on the road, but the exhaustion was unbearable at this point. A loud horn drew her back to reality when she accidentally served in the other lane. Shaking and flustered, she pulled over and rubbed her face with her hands aggressively. Pull yourself together Y/n. David needs your help. She looked up again, but the headlights of the few other cars made her eyes hurt, giving her an instant headache. That’s it. She was selfless, but not irresponsible. After searching for her phone in the passenger seat, she dialed Jeff’s number. Why she called him, she didn’t know. It was like an automatic movement to type in his number. The shrill beeping of the phone echoed through her head until Jeff’s sleepy voice broke it. “Are you Ok?“ He sounded confused and his voice reminded her of the time he had a terrible cold. Shit. “Oh my God. I’m sorry I didn’t think about the time. I-,“ but Jeff interrupted his friend with a chuckle. “It’s Ok. I was about to get up anyway.“ There was silence, and Y/n could hear him shuffling out of his bedsheets. “David called me and said he wanted me to help him with something.“ Y/n could almost hear the eye roll on the other line, and if she weren’t so tired, she would have probably laughed at it. “I’m guessing he called you, too?“ It sounded more like a question, but Jeff knew that he was right. “Yeah that’s actually why I called…“ She rested her head on the seat. “I’m on Linkin’ Road and I am too tired to drive… I was wondering… I- Could you maybe pick me up?“ She closed her eyes to focus on her friend’s voice. Jeff was grinning, she could hear it when he agreed to pick her up. Y/n’s heart beat faster at this. It was so insignificant and yet so attractive to her.
A couple minutes passed until Jeff’s car pulled up next to hers, sending vibrations through the floor and back to Y/n’s. She looked up and spotted a grinning man on the driver’s side rolling down the window to throw a holler at her. “Need a ride, beautiful?“ Y/n smiled, trying to hide the butterflies in her stomach. She got into his car taking in his woody scent and buckled up. Jeff threw a blanket over her legs and drove towards David’s house. The Drive was about 20 minutes and spend with Jeff humming to the calm tunes of the radio that sent Y/n straight to sleep. When they finally arrived, he tapped her shoulder lightly. “Y/n wake up. We’re here.“
They both walked into the house and went straight for the living room, where David was probably seated. It was so bright that Y/n had to rub her eyes. As soon as the brunette noticed his friends, he jumped up excitedly. “Now that everyone is finally here…“ It was just now that Y/n noticed that her whole friend group was scattered in the living room, snuggled up with fuzzy blankets or their significant other. Everyone was looking up to David, who was now standing on top of his couch table waving his remote control in the air. “It came to my attention that our dear friend Jeff has a problem.“ His grin grew wider with every word and if Y/n weren’t so exhausted, she would have probably noticed the mischief in David’s eyes. Jeff was looking around the room, trying to figure out if anybody could give him a hint on what was about to happen, and in his mind, a series of problematic things, he had recently done, were playing like a record. „What do you mean?“ He laughed nervously and scooted closer to Y/n. It always calmed him down to feel her next to him. David proceeded to pull his audience’s attention to the TV behind him. A blurry picture showed on the screen, displaying a woman in a tight blue dress and Jeff dancing in a rather inappropriate way. “Jeff, I think someone might have leaked something to the paparazzi.“ Before Y/n could process what was happening, the room filled with laughter. Y/n stood there as if she had turned to stone, too tired to show any form of emotion. She struggled to pull the corners of her mouth into a smile but she felt like throwing up then and there. Why did he not tell me about this? Why is this making me so sad? It was when Jeff’s hand had touched hers, that she was pulled back to reality. A wave of emotions came crushing over her, making her eyes water and her already pounding headache intensify. She was mad for so many reasons. Mad about David for pulling her away from a much-needed sleep by using her good conscience and selflessness to get her to his house for an immature prank that broke her heart. She was mad that she had not realized sooner how much of an impact Jeff actually had on her. And most of all, she was mad about the fact that something so stupid could even make her mad. It was all too much, and Y/n could not hold it any longer. Her thoughts had been weighing her down for too long now, making her feel like collapsing under their pressure. “Y/n are you okay?“ David managed to yell across the room. “What do you think of Jeff’s new girlfriend?“ Those words hit her like a truck. Girlfriend. The word made her shiver. Jeff did not have a girlfriend for the entire time they had known each other and Y/n never had to deal with the possible bother she would get from it. “I think they look great together!“ Someone said and this made Y/n burst. “You wanna know what I think about it?“ Everyone cheered, waiting for Y/n to drop a punch line. “I think that you’re an asshole, David. This is such bullshit!“ Low laughter were heard until David spoke again: “Don’t be such a drag, Y/n/n.“ Y/n tensed up again and Jeff tried to nudge her shoulder in an attempt to calm her down, but she shrugged him off harshly. “You don’t know what it is like to have responsibilities. I am late on two assignments and the average amount of sleep I get each night is about 2 hours. And you know what I ditched those two hours for today? Your fucking stupid prank. You think you can order everyone at any time just to end up on a 4:20 min vlog. You live in some fucked up carefree parallel universe. But guess what! Not everyone has this reality. Grow up, David! I can’t do this anymore. Being your friend is beyond exhausting and you don’t even care. God! You are the worst person I know!“ The room fell silent until a quiet “That was so uncalled for…“ could be heard. Y/n searched the crowd for the source of that statement in vain. “I’m just saying what every-“ But Jeff interrupted her, “Y/n! That’s enough!“ She shot him a dark glimpse and left the house with a shaking head.
Y/n trembled from head to toe when she burst through the door of David’s house and the brisk air hit her skin. She just started to walk with no direction in mind. Her view was blurry from the tears pooling up in her eyes, but she did not care. The exhaustion in her bones was making her body hurt. Y/n did not stop, though. She just walked in hopes of the pain in both her heart and body was going to fade after some time. It felt like hours until she finally stopped. Her feet had lead her to a familiar spot. A small clearing with a beautiful view over the city. She sat down and allowed herself to breathe for the first time in hours. What have I done?
It was still dark when Jeff's Car pulled up on the clearing. He sat in the driver’s seat for a while watching Y/n’s back shake and his heart felt squeezed. He always knew that he had a soft spot for her, but this felt different. Almost too much to process. He took a deep breath and walked up to Y/n, resting his hand on her shoulder once again. She looked up and smiled at him with this glimmering spark of sunshine in her eyes, but this time it wasn’t real. Not genuine enough for her. “I don’t get it. You seem like the happiest person in the world.“ Jeff sat down shaking his head while studying the floor beneath his feet. Y/n looked up. Anger flickered in her eyes as she realized what had slipped out of her friend’s mouth. “You wanna know why I’m always positive? You want to know why I’m always so ‚nice‘?“ Tears streamed down her face while she tried to hide the way her features cramped up in pain from the thoughts that flooded her brain like a tsunami. Y/n held her breath for a few seconds trying to collect herself before talking again. The attempt to cover up the ugly sobs that were about to slip her lips made her head feel like bursting. “I’m nice because I’m scared that if I speak my mind, people won’t like me anymore. I am positive because a lot of times I feel like that is the only thing that people could like about me.“ The words hit Jeff right in the heart. He caught her eyes for a second and shivered. He could see her breaking. Breaking to the point where it wouldn’t be a quick fix anymore that could be handled by a hug or kind words. No, the girl he saw in front of him, the very same girl that was sitting there, knees tucked to her chest, face hidden between it and her shoulders, was crumbling into a million pieces. Her body quivered as she attempted to hold her knees even tighter, trying everything to not fall apart any further. Jeff’s eyes started to water. It was a feeling he had never felt before. As if his heart was pulling on thin strains that were able to flood his entire brain with emotions yet so fragile. He hated seeing her like that. He hated everything about this situation. But the worst thing was that he didn’t know how to fix things. He wanted her to be happy, to be careless, and not let people’s opinions or some stupid assignment get the better of her, but he didn’t know how. It’s started to annoy him to the point where even the sky above him with the beautiful stars made him furious. “I had no idea…“ he trailed off after a while. Every word leaving his lips felt like one too much, but at the same time, he felt like he was not even able to say enough to fix things for her. “I’m so sorry.“ He just sat there shaking his head while moving some soil with his right hand. Y/n stayed quiet. She didn’t know what to say either. She felt bad for laying all her issues on him like that, but it felt so good. Iike a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. Before she could even think about a response, Jeff interrupted her again. “You should feel able to tell me stuff like this, Y/n/n.“ They locked eyes and Y/n could see the pain in his. “No, I know… It's just that-“ “That what?“ Jeff was desperately hoping for anything that could help him help her. “I don't want to be a bother… especially not for you.“ She hid her face between her knees again, fighting the tears that were threatening to spill. “Oh, Y/n… You could never.“ He grabbed her hands and basically forced her to look back at him again. Y/n could feel the wet soil squeezed between their fingers, making her hand tingle a little. “Never in a million years do or say anything that would make me think anything less of you than an amazing person.“ A genuine smile formed on Jeff’s lips. He could see her relaxing with his touch. Just like he did with hers. “That means a lot, Jeff.“ The way she said his name sent shivers down his spine. His smile grew even wider and Y/n took the tiny bit of confidence in her to speak again. “Especially coming from you… I-“ Secretly hoping he would interrupt her like he always did, Y/n looked up through her lashes. “I know. Me too…“ Jeff smiled. There was this twinkle in his eyes. Just a faint glimmer for every other person, but for Y/n it meant the world. Like a whole new galaxy had been opened just for her. There was something so obvious and unspoken between them now and Y/n loved that they both knew what it was. With no intention to address it, Jeff leaned in closer to her. He watched her face with intent, making sure that she was feeling better from her previous breakdown before he planned on doing anything else. But all she did was smile and hint a small nod his way. That was enough for him. He longed for her lips. His hand wandered back to her shoulder, squeezing it slightly as he bumped his nose against hers. Y/n moved her fingers towards Jeff’s face, touching the scruff on his jaw lightly. They could feel the electricity dancing in the centimeters that separated them. With a final look into her eyes, Jeff pressed his lips against hers, enjoying the warmth for a moment. They started to move in synch, devouring each other. There was nothing else at this moment. Nothing, except for the salty taste of tears and the overwhelming warmth of a loved one. Jeff’s chest felt like bursting from joy. He loved the feeling this moment was giving him. It felt like finally breathing after holding a breath for a month. Their kiss felt like a Valve that had finally been opened for Y/n. It was letting all the hurt and worry out of her system and made the moment even more enjoyable.
Once they separated from one another, there was nothing but positivity lingering in the air around them. They looked into each other’s eyes until Y/n was ripped from the moment by a yawn that had been sitting in her throat for hours. She rested her head on Jeff’s shoulder and slowly drifted off to sleep. Jeff was stroking her head calmly. There were no more words needed anymore. This moment was perfect.
Jeff looked ahead and noticed the sun rising on the horizon, dipping the world into beautiful red and yellow tones. He took a deep breath, leaning back carefully and enjoying the considerably most wholesome moment to ever exist.
Hey hey, it’s me again. I know it’s not the best and I know it’s kinda short, but I just wanted to get something out there again. It felt good to write, but unfortunately I don’t have a lot of time lately. I hope you enjoyed this little piece anyways. I would love to hear some feedback on it. Thank you so much for reading this far!

|Swear off | Jeff Wittek
Masterlist
Requested: yes
Summary: you’ve built this fear that you’re always the problem in your relationships, until Jeff convinced you otherwise
Words: 4K
A/N: HEY GUYS!!! Sorry for disappearing like that, my brain tends to shut off creativity like that haha also I’m surprised it’s this long even tho I feel like this could’ve been better but enjoy
~~~
You know when two people break up and swear they will stay friends, but it never stays true? You and your ex were actually able to stay connected, regardless of the awkward moments you ran into. You had the same friends, being friends yourself before the relationship, and you really did want to stay in his life, until he met someone else. You didn’t expect him to turn to someone else so suddenly, not that you can tell the heart what to do. Even so, it was to hard to be around him while he was seeing someone else, so you naturally started to distance yourself from them, only agreeing to meet if he wasn’t. It sounded childish, but it broke your heart, causing you to retrace your relationship with him. Was it something you did, or didn’t do? It was a mutual break up, but only because you didn’t have the confidence to fight for it, feeling like it was an inevitable fate. There’s only so many reasons for a falling out, and you usually blamed yourself.
You took a few months to yourself, focusing on your career and making better life decisions, only wanting the best, until you met Natalie. It started with someone complimenting someone’s shoes, and hair, and just about anything that captivated one another. Then she wanted your Instagram, knowing that if she liked ninety percent of your style, she needed to follow you. A modern story friendship, really. It built from small comments on each other’s posts, to DM’s, to eventually inviting each other for quick lunches. It wasn’t long before she started inviting you out with the rest of the group when she thought was appropriate, until Zane and David themselves started asking her to invite you out more.
You connected with them instantly, feeling right at home. This is what you needed, a new start with new people. Not that you were ignoring your other friends, but it was growing harder and harder when he brought his new girl around. It wasn’t right, so you made your choice.
It didn’t help that when you and most of the group went out, for no particular reason, he was there as well. Of all places, he was there, at the end of the bar with another one of your friends. Immediately, you start looking around for the girl that never actually did anything to you, yet you despised her.
“Whatcha looking for, angel?” You turn to see Jeff’s devilish smirk as he leans against the railing.
“Me? Nothing,” you smile, forgetting about the previous moment once he bounces your way.
“Want another drink,” he asks, assuming that’s what you wanted since your head was in that direction.
“Are you,” you question, confused.
He shakes his head, “Not me, you know that. I’ll go get you one though.”
You quickly turn your head, finding him still there, hopefully oblivious to your presence. You turn back to Jeff, grinning, and clasp your hands in front of you, “Please?”
He beams, subtly squeezing one side of your waist since he was standing so close, before moving past you, “Stay here.”
‘Forget him, Y/N,’ you think to yourself, wanting to enjoy your night with your friends.
“So what’s up, are you and Jeff ever going to do anything, other then viciously flirt?” Natalie interrupts your thoughts, Todd right behind her as if he’s thinking the same thing.
“This would be so funny, my best friend getting with your best friend,” Todd jokes, crossing his arms.
“Getting? What’s this,” you laugh, feeling your face warm up. Luckily the area is dim.
“Let’s skip the ‘oh he’s just a friend, nothing would happen’ yeah whatever,” she rolls her eyes, mocking your voice playfully. “You know he’s into you.”
“He’s not-,”
“Ah! No,” she interrupts, pointing her finger.
“Listen to me, then,” Todd adds, “he hasn’t said anything to me, but it’s obvious, Y/N.”
“He flirts with everyone,” you huff, sounding slightly bothered.
“He’s nice with everyone, he flirts with you, and you only,” Natalie gloats, smirking.
“Yeah, Jeff with everyone isn’t like how he is with you,” Todd giggles, “I’m going to agree with the vicious flirting.”
“Why are we all huddled, what secrets are we sharing,” Zane grins, throwing his arms around you and Natalie to bring you all closer.
“Just talking, relax, sweaty,” Natalie giggles, playfully pushing Zane’s face away only to wipe her hand on Todd’s shirt.
You feel a hand on your back before you see Jeff bringing the drink around from behind, “Sorry, it’s pretty crowded up there.”
You turn your head to look up at him behind you, “No worries, thank you.”
You look back to Natalie and see her exaggerate her eye roll before she pulls Todd away. Zane chases after them, ironically leaving you and Jeff alone.
You wouldn’t have said that you and Jeff had been flirting these past few months, or at least admit it, because you genuinely thought that’s how he was. You noticed that he carried the same tone with others he talked to, especially girls, not that you were keeping track. Have you subconsciously fantasized moments with him, sure, but it was so easy too. He was so sweet with you, so gentle and soft spoken, it made you sick in a happy way. You really didn’t want to get into anything with someone new, only fearing that it will end eventually. It wasn’t just your ex that made you second guess relationships, it was all of them. Once you start something with someone, it can only end in so many ways.
You turn to Jeff and motion towards the small seating area.
“I know you don’t dance, you want to sit for a little?”
“With you,” he asks, receiving a nod. He chuckles, “You sure you don’t want to dance with them? I’m not much fun at these things.”
You roll your eyes, groaning, as you pull him by his arm, “Yes you are, just sit with me.”
He sits before you do, only then noticing how small the bench was. He clears his throat, sitting up straight as your arms are literally pressed together. You both watch people pass by, others dancing, some arguing, and anything that could happen, all while enjoying each other’s company. At least, you were trying.
“I’m not wrong by saying you seem a little tense right now,” Jeff quips, a lopsided smile mocking you.
As if he read you mind, you sigh, “I’m not trying to.”
“Wanna talk about,” he genuinely asks, not thinking that you were actually in an unhappy mood.
You shake your head, turning to his eyes, “I want to not think about it at all, actually, if that’s ok.”
“You don’t have to ask me,” he grins, “we won’t talk about it.” He looks back up at the crowd, seeking a different topic. His eyes light, “See that guy over there? In the green?”
You mind switches, looking through his direction, “Where? I see three guys with green. Green what?”
He gently puts his hands on your head, turning you in the right direction, then points with one hand while his other subtly runs down your side until it rests on your waist.
“Green hat,” he grins. “You think he’s looking to get some, or just enjoying the night.”
You laugh at the random question, aware that he’s trying to change the subject. “He’s definitely looking,” you giggle, taking his outfit into account.
“He either drives a Camaro, or a Subaru,” he jokes, giggling himself.
You lean into him as you laugh together, “That’s specific, of all cars-“
You stop as you feel another hand on your shoulder, noting that Jeff has one on your waist and the other right in front of you. You turn to see the only one you prayed you wouldn’t have to.
“Hey, Y/N, I didn’t know you’d be here, what’s up,” he smiles, oblivious to your distraught state.
Jeff, however, does notice and squeezes your side, silently asking you if you’re ok. You quickly glance at him before turning a bit to face him.
“Yeah, just wanted to come out, it’s all good,” you briefly inform, tight lip.
“Good. Um, I haven’t seen you in a while, everything ok,” he genuinely asks. Of course he doesn’t know that people usually hurt after a break up.
You give him a brief nod, “Mhm. Just been busy with work and all.”
You watch as he tries to think of something else to say, then chuckles. “Hey, sorry, man, you mind if I steal her for a second,” he asks Jeff.
Jeff feels like he understands what’s going on, so he only looks at the guy confused, “You don’t ask me, man, she makes her own decisions.”
He feels you quickly grab his free hand after he says that, making him wonder if you're uncomfortable with this guy around. You give him a tight smile, standing.
“I’ll be quick,” you softly say, slowly letting his hand go as you leave.
Following him through the crowd, he stops at a more private area. Feeling exposed, you slowly start to hug yourself, keeping your distance from him.
“You’ve been avoiding me right,” he cuts right to the chase.
You eyes snap up to his, caught. “No, I have been busy. I have a job.”
“It’s ok, Y/N. I understand why you did, you know, and I want to say sorry to you for putting you through that. Basically taking your friends. I didn’t mean for that to happen. I didn’t want that to happen.”
You look to your shoes, shrugging, “Well, it happened. Can’t change it.”
“When I saw you a few minutes ago, I was hoping you weren’t still mad about me an-“
“I’m not mad,” you interrupt, “I’m not. I’m ok.”
“Well, not mad, but you know,” he shrugs.
He takes a deep breath, looking around to find another topic of discussion before the real reason he pulled you away. He looks back to you and notices you staring off. He follows your direction and sees Jeff in your line of sight, staring back. He tightens his smile, clearing his throat.
“Moved on, huh?”
Your eyes go right back to his, almost angered at his tone, “Are you serious? No. You don’t ask me that.”
Jeff eyes followed you as you walked away with him to a more secluded area to hear each other better. He can see the way you’re holding yourself, as if you don’t even want to be around him. It makes him nervous, wondering if he should’ve just listened to his gut and ran the guy off.
“Where’s my baby,” Zane whines, stumbling back over to Jeff.
Jeff quickly glances at Zane before going right back to you, “She had to go talk to some guy, I guess.”
Zane forged a gasp, getting Jeff’s attention, “You let her go off with another guy?”
Jeff ignores him, and goes back to watching you, seeing you get more upset as the seconds go.
“Dude, Y/N is talking to some dude,” Zane cackles, talking to someone.
“Oh shit,” Natalie groans.
Jeff whips his head back to them, “Shit? Oh shit what?”
Natalie shakes her head, “Jeff, that’s her ex.”
“The ex?”
“She’s coming,” Natalie shushes, watching her friends stomp back over.
Jeff immediately stands, watching her as well as looking for the guy to make sure he left her alone.
She reaches them, shaking her head, “I want to go home, I don’t care who does or doesn’t I just need to go now.”
Jeff notices her eyes are glossy, looking back to Natalie and Zane.
“Let me text the chat, tell them what’s up,” Natalie says, pulling her phone out of her boot.
“No, you guys stay I’ll take her home,” Jeff offers, silently pleading with Natalie through his eyes. “Just stay, it’s ok, it’s not my scene anyway.”
She sighs, nodding, then turns to you, “You call me if anything. Anything.”
You nod, letting Jeff guide you away and towards the entrance. Once outside, Jeff realizes how hot your arms feel, not needing any type of coat for the chilly night air. They walk in silence to his truck, which isn’t far. He unlocks his door and let’s you hop in, sliding over to the passenger seat as he sits in the drivers, starting the truck. You quietly roll the window down and corner yourself by the door, wanting to cool down. Jeff doesn’t say anything for about seven minutes until he looks over and sees your eyes closed. He doesn’t want to bother you in the slightest, but boy does he want to help in any way he can to see you smiling ear to ear, or laughing, or anything but this. He knows you’re not ignoring him, but he hates to see you not your happy self.
He bits the bullet and sighs, “You’ll freeze like that, maybe catch a cold even.” He glances and sees you’ve opened your eyes, but still in the same position. He stays quiet for a few more seconds. “Even if you did, you know I’d be there, right?” He hopes you understands that he doesn’t just mean if you’re sick.
You scratch your nose before sitting up and rolling his window back up. You mutters an apology, still a great distance from him. He wishes he could reach over and pull you into his side while he drives, run his hand down your side in a comforting way, do anything to comfort you.
They stay quiet for another minute, before he speaks again, “You doing ok, angel?”
“He had the nerve to come up to me,” you start, ready to let it out. “Telling me about I’m sorry for everything with our friends and whatever, and then tells me all about the new girl he tried it with, only for him to end it months later! Telling me that he regrets breaking up with me and all this shit. Like, of course as soon as I start to get over him and enjoy my life, he comes back?”
He playfully scoffs, “Sounds like he has problems.”
It stays quiet for a minute, until you softly start. “I really did love him.” Jeff’s chest tightens at the loud thought, but he doesn’t react. “He was my best friend for years before we started dating. And, I really thought things were going perfect, he was still my best friend then, but he didn’t think anything changed. He felt like I wasn’t as into him as he was to me, and thought why not just stay friends.”
Jeff swallow hard, “You didn’t tell him that you were? As into him as he was?”
You shake your head, dropping it on his window. “What would be the point? Sounds like an excuse to end things. Why be with someone who doesn’t want to be with you.”
“This guy doesn’t sound like he’s worth worrying over, Y/N,” he shakes his head, getting upset with this guy for you.
“I don’t want to, but then I really think about it, and it just seems like I’m the problem,” you start strong, but falter.
“That’s impossible, there’s isn’t a flaw about you,” he speaks without hesitation, making him mentally kick himself. He hopes you don’t read to into it. He sees you lift your head out of the peripheral view and take a deep breath.
“The last guy I was with broke it off because he thought I wasn’t acting enough like a girlfriend, whatever that means. Not to mention, the one before that broke it off because he wanted better for me, at the time, because he was too focused on work for a relationship. Two years, by the way. And then the one before that one,” she bitterly chuckles, shaking her head, “well, he cheated. With the best friend he told me not to worry about. Isn’t that so funny? I mean, I was seventeen, but I trusted him.”
He nods his head the entire rant, letting you know that he was really listening.
“At this point, I might as well swear off dating again, it’s not worth it,” you mutter, going back to staring out the window.
“Swearing off? That’s a big jump,” he chuckles, trying to lighten the mood. “Come on, you don’t mean that,” he hopes.
“Why not? It’s a waste of time at the end of the day. Letting someone into your life, just for you to fuck it up and run them off because there’s something wrong with you, or something you did that turned them away that-“
“Hey, hey, woah! It wasn’t you, these guys sound like losers who don’t know how to handle minor situations. You’re better off without them, aren’t you?”
You sigh, “I don’t know.”
“No, you know, and you’re doing great,” he beams, glancing at you, “you’re doing amazing! Did they help you go through school? Start your career? Or get that pretty nice apartment.”
“Still,” you gently say, “sucks. I feel like they never really loved me. I don’t blame them, but at this point, feels like who can.”
“Why wouldn’t anyone love you, what’s there not to- uh, what’s not to like,” Jeff corrects himself last second, adverting his eyes.
You sigh, “It’s not that. I just don’t believe people these days can stay with one person before they get bored and want someone different.”
Jeff’s chest tightens, thinking of what you possibly could’ve gone through to think so certainly on love. He wasn't an expert, but how could you give up on a forever with that one person? Call him a hopeless romantic.
“You can’t assume that’s always going to happen, Y/N. One day someone-“
“I’m tired of one day,” you interrupt him, your voice slightly breaking. You drop your head in your hands, trying not to humiliate yourself in front of him.
He holds his breath, afraid of upsetting you further. Finally reaching your complex, he turns into your parking garage and parks in an empty space, right in front of the elevator. He lets you compose yourself for a minute before he speaks again, gently, “Hey. Y/N?” He hears your let out a shaky sigh. “Hey angel, can you look at me?”
You feel your nose start running, causing you to sniff. Nonetheless, look up into his eyes. He frowns, naturally, at the sight of your vulnerable state, causing your eyes to gloss. He clears his throat before he shifts his body towards you.
“You gotta stop thinking like that, angel. So what your last relationship didn’t work out, you’re life is just starting, trust me.”
“My last three actually,” you grumble, dropping yourself on the back of the seat.
“Guess what,” he mocks, the corner of his lips lifting, “That’s life experience. You have to through a relationship to find the right one, as cheesy as that sounds.” You don’t look at him, or react to his reply, causing him frown again. He title his head to get a better look at your face as you’re staring straight at his glove box in front of you. He waits until you finally glance his way, causing him to warmly smile. “You know, you have your whole life ahead of you, Y/N. Please trust me on that. You might have to go through a lot of people, but one day you will find that person that you love so much; love and trust and confide in, that you won’t ever think twice about their intentions.”
“So, why did you swear off it,” you question, catching him off guard.
He chuckles, sitting back against the seat. “I didn’t swear off it. I just wanted to focus on my work right now. I don’t want to start something if I know I don’t have the time for it.” He chuckles again, more to himself, as he looks towards his hands playing with each other. “It’s not like I’ll listen to myself anyway.”
You glance at him, quickly, before looking at your hands as well. “You say it so often, I thought you serious about it,” you softly say, the corners of your lips turning.
He gazes towards the wall in front of them, smirking, “I said that to keep people away, or at least let them know I wasn’t interested in anyone around.”
You nod, glancing at his side profile, “Do you ever regret saying that?”
He shakes his head, turning to look into your eyes, “Nah. I know what I mean when I say that.”
Your gaze almost turns into a staring match until you break, giggling. He follows right after, leaning closer to you. You quickly wipe your eyes from any liquid, taking a deep breath.
“I’m sorry for being lame about all this, you’ve been so cool about it,” you apologize, picking at your laces after you brought your leg onto the seat.
“You kidding me? If you asked me to kick that guys ass back there, I wouldn’t even ask why,” he slightly jokes, half serious.
She giggles, nodding, “Yeah, you would. I appreciate that.”
A few seconds pass, then Jeff sighs. “I know this isn’t something that you want to hear, considering what just went down, but I got to say it now because if I don’t I’m not sure when I will. I know you said you’re done dating and all that, but I need you to know that I am always here for you, whether it’s a friend or something more, and I hope down the road it’s more. Don’t let three idiots keep you from experiencing life, regardless if it’s me or someone else. You don’t deserve to hold out because of someone else’s mistakes. You live how you want to live, and you date who you want to date, and you go through ups and downs because you’ll never better yourself from them. Promise me.”
You didn’t even notice your eyes well up again until Jeff reaches over and wipes the tear that got away. You blush, leaning into his hand. He rubs his thumb up and down your cheek before you scoot over to tightly pull him into a hug. He instantly wraps his arms around you, tightly, letting you know that he’s really here. You quickly kiss his neck where your head is tucked and pull back, tucking your hair behind your ear. You’re both blushing, both unaware, as you giggle, playing with his door handle as you think of how to invite him to stay longer.
“I promise, by the way,” you quickly add, grinning.
“I’ll be here to make sure, anyway,” he smirks, gaining his confidence back.
“So, um, did you want to come in, maybe hang out for a little,” you softly ask, already nervous.
your heart was glass, i dropped it - j.w.
plot: you and jeff have been together for a few years but when you stumble across an engagement ring, your relationship changes
word count: 1650
masterlist
note: i started writing this over the summer with no direction on how to end it but champagne problems by taylor swift inspired me to finish this (title is a lyric from the song)
“Babe, can I use your computer?” you asked, as you poured yourself another cup of coffee. You had spent the night at your boyfriend's, and even though you had taken the day off from work, you needed to check if any emails you had gotten required an immediate response.
“Of course,” Jeff said. "Just don’t get sucked into work, you took the day off for a reason," he reminded.
"I'll only be an hour, two tops," you promised, giving him a quick kiss before taking your coffee mug into his office and settling into his desk chair. You powered on his desktop computer and silently hoped you didn’t have a lot of work to do.
You opened a new web browser to log into your email account, but a website in the bookmarks bar quickly caught your eye. Curious as to why he had a jeweler bookmarked, you clicked on the link. Your heart stopped when you saw a diamond ring pop up on the screen. The ring was stunning: it was simple and elegant but also modern and everything you could possibly want in an engagement ring. But a part of you knew you didn’t want the ring, or any ring. Despite being together for almost three years, you and Jeff hadn’t really talked about marriage, and to be honest, you weren’t sure it was something you ever wanted.
An engagement ring made everything real. It elevated what the relationship was and required a level of commitment you weren’t sure you could handle. Aside from the pressures of a marriage, you were also worried about how this would affect your career. You were currently working as an intern for an entertainment attorney and in your third and final year of law school at UCLA. Your future was still ahead of you and you had no idea where you would end up. Jeff's life was heavily based in LA, and you knew you didn't want to do a long distance relationship with him but you also didn't want to force yourself to stay here.
You needed to get your mind off of the ring, and finally got to work. You logged into your email to reply to the few you had, as well as reviewing a handful documents and answering a few phone calls. An hour and a half later, you were finalizing your last email when Jeff knocked on the door. He poked his head in to make sure you weren't on a call before crossing the room and wrapping his arms around your shoulders. You felt yourself tense up when you felt his arms and prayed he didn't notice as you took a deep breath and tried to relax. Jeff rested his chin on the top of your head, looking at the post-it notes you had randomly placed on his desk.
"Busy morning?" he remarked, and you nodded.
"But I'm done now," you said, your eyes quickly scanning the email you just written and hitting send. You signed out of your email account and closed the browser. You set the sticky notes you needed to keep into a pile and tossed the others into the small trashcan before spinning around to face your boyfriend. "What's our plan for the day?" you asked, needing something to distract you from the looming thoughts of a proposal.
"Let's take a drive," Jeff grinned.
His hand rested on your inner thigh as he drove along the coast. The windows were rolled down and Jeff was humming to the songs playing softly on the radio, but your mind was elsewhere. You absentmindedly picked at the skin around your nails as you imagined potential scenarios that could lead to a proposal tonight. You knew you weren't thinking logically right now, but the engagement ring Jeff had bookmarked kept clouding your judgment. You knew stopping to watch the sunset over the cliffs wouldn't necessarily lead to a proposal, you guys did that all the time. But the fact that you did it so often made you think it was a reasonable way for Jeff to ask you to marry him.
You saw Jeff's mouth move but you didn’t have a clue what he was saying.
"Babe, are you okay?" he repeated, looking over at you.
You nodded. "Sorry, I just have a lot on my mind and a killer migraine right now," you lied.
 When you got back to Jeff's apartment, you told him you were going to take a nap while he edited a video.
  “What’s goin on with you?” Jeff asked, as you diced an onion for the homemade tomato sauce you were making for dinner.
“Nothing,” you muttered, not wanting to start a fight. You scraped the diced onion off the cutting board and into the hot pan. He could tell you were distant and distracted by something but he had no idea what it was.
"It's obviously something. You've been quiet and ignoring me all day," he pointed out and you scolded yourself for making things obvious.
"Jeff, I really don't want to talk about it," you insisted, your eyes silently pleading with him to drop the subject. He sighed, desperately wanting to have the conversation. He hated how closed off you were, how you never talked about your feelings, how you used work and school as an excuse to get out of things.
But he knew you wouldn’t say anything, so he dropped the subject, instead telling you about his day. He watched you force a smile as he talked and even though he knew you were trying to act interested, your mind was elsewhere.
You added crushed tomatoes into the pan, and asked Jeff to fill a pot with water so you could boil it for the pasta.
 You took two plates out of the cabinet and plated the pasta. You brought them over to the kitchen table, where Jeff was already sitting.
“Smells delicious,” he grinned, and you gave him a half smile and a quick thanks.
You sat down across from him, telling him about how work had gone and what your schedule for next week looked like, but the entire time, you couldn’t stop thinking about the engagement ring. The candles on the dining table remained unlit and you knew Jeff was a romantic, but thoughts of him getting down on one knee and proposing kept creeping into your mind. As badly as you wanted to be fully present with him today, you just couldn’t.
"Are you sure everything is okay?" Jeff asked, putting his fork down and locking eyes with you. You nodded, unable to form a sentence, but he didn’t believe it. “Honey, talk to me,” he urged, annoyed that you had been avoiding something all day.
You sighed, dropping your metal fork on to the ceramic plate. “It's nothing, I just don’t want to ruin what we already have,” you said, staring blankly at him.
Jeff’s eyebrows knit together, confusion plastered across his face. “What the hell are you talking about?” he questioned. Things between the two of you were fine and he didn't have a clue what could ruin it.
“I know about the ring, Jeff,” you admitted and his jaw dropped. Not wanting to start a fight, you stood up from the table, pushing your chair back. Jeff reached for your arm, his eyes meeting yours, and you reluctantly sat back down. His hand wrapped around your fingers, as you rested your hand on the table. He didn’t know what to say, so he waited for you to talk.
 "I can't say yes," you whispered, looking down at the kitchen table. Jeff slowly ran his thumb across your cheek to wipe away your tears. He was at a loss for words. "I love you, Jeff, I truly do. But I'm about to graduate law school and I'm just starting my career. I don't want to pass on an incredible opportunity because it's not in LA, and I know that your life is here, and I wouldn't ever make you move for me but long distance sucks," you rambled on, telling him about how you weren't sure you ever wanted to get married or have kids and how you were too young to make life decisions. You could tell Jeff was biting his tongue, trying to hold back.
"I love you," he spoke softly, his eyes watering.
"I love you, too, but that's not all that matters. You deserve to be with someone who can commit to you. You deserve to have the family you've always dreamed of. You deserve someone better than me."
"But I want to be with you," he insisted. Your teary eyes met his and you slowly shook your head. You couldn’t let him stay with you, not when you knew you couldn't give him everything he wanted in life.
"I'm sorry." You stood up from the table, trying to hold back your sobs, leaving him lost and confused.
"I didn’t buy it," he muttered, his eyes bloodshot as he leaned against the doorframe of his bedroom, where you were packing all of your things. "But would it have been the worst thing in the world if I asked you to marry me?"
You took a deep breath, turning to face him, but when you opened your mouth, no words came out. All you could do was nod, silently breaking his heart.
You finished filling your duffle bag and slung it over your shoulder. Your eyes filled with tears as you avoided meeting Jeff's gaze, not wanting to make the situation worse than it needed to be.
"I love you," you said, standing on your toes and giving him a kiss on the cheek. "And I'm so sorry," you whispered before opening the front door and walking out, leaving behind the love you shared and the life you two had built together.
can u do a lil thing where jeff falls asleep on your chest in between your legs and he’s just the cutest thing ever🥺
Tumblr media
“did you have a good day today? productive like you wanted?” your thumb rubs over jeff’s beard as his head laid on your chest. he nodded, leaning down and kissing your arm, rubbing his face into your palm. “that’s good, you’re not too tired to watch our show, are you?”
“never, baby. i’ll turn it on” you kissed his forehead and he put on the show you two had started a couple days ago. after you two came home from work and ate dinner, you’d sit on the couch or lay in bed and watch a few episodes, then conspire what you two think is going to happen next.
your fingers rub up and down jeff’s bare back as you watch the tv, his hands on your sides, your fingers occasionally going into his hair. in the middle of the episode you heard a soft snore coming out of jeff’s mouth, scaring you a bit.
you smile, your thumb rubbing over the back of his neck. you turn off the show and put on ‘bob’s burgers’ pulling out your phone and taking a video of him sleeping on your chest, saving it to your snapchat memories and posting it.
“never too tired” you laugh to yourself and rub his back as you watch tiktoks and scroll through twitter and instagram, smiling as jeff snores here and there. you kept your hand on the back of his head, scratching your nails through his beard.
you accidentally dropped your phone and made nerf bark, jeff waking up and groaning. “oh shit, i’m sorry, princess”
“it’s alright, honey. i knew you’d be tired, and i thought it was really cute how you fell asleep on my chest” you rub his cheek and he picks up his head, his eyes still tired.
“you didn’t post it, did you?” he asked in his groggy voice and you giggle.
“you just looked so cute, plus i love when you fall asleep on me” you said in a soft baby voice and he smiles, kissing you softly and placing his head back on your chest. “do you want to go to the bedroom? somewhere more comfortable?” he nods and you shut off the tv, taking his hand and taking him into the bedroom. you change into a loose tshirt and jeff takes off his jeans.
“baby” you get into the covers and jeff crawls next to you. “can i sleep on you again? it was really comfortable” he mumbled and you smiled, opening the covers and jeff smiled. you kissed him before he settled in between your legs, his arms wrapped around your waist, your leg wrapped over his back with your fingers in his back.
you two fell asleep with ‘bob’s burgers’ softly playing on the tv, the both of you feeling comfortable and in love while wrapped in each other’s arms, smiles on your faces.
are u up? — Jeff Wittek
a/n: just a random horny thing I wrote last night, idk lol. smut&language warning. lmk what ya think. 2.1k words. (( are u up? pt2 ))
Fuck.
Your eyes shot open, meeting only the darkness of the bedroom. You were definitely awake now. You sat up in the love sac, rubbing your eyes as they adjusted to the darkness of the room. You immediately noticed the layer of sweat coating your body. You felt uncomfortably flustered, a feeling you were familiar with. As you fought to get out of the blanket you had become entangled in, you climbed out from the giant bean bag you’d fallen asleep in.
Through a crack in the curtains you could just barely see the moonlight casting the fainted sliver of light into the bedroom. It was Natalie’s room, you remembered; memories of a long night flooding your brain. It had turned from a day of shooting for the vlog to a night of drinking at David’s house. The group was exhausted and therefore were drinking like monsters, a drunken mosh pit of hormonal friends grinding on each other. It was probably one of your favorite nights.
Through the darkness you saw Natalie and Corinna in the bed, their bodies forming a V, their legs intertwined to a point. You smiled from the cuteness but also in relief that you hadn’t gotten extremely horny in bed while next to your friends. You stood from the floor, and grabbed a pair of socks from the drawer next to you. You needed to get out of the room, you needed water and maybe some fresh air. You needed a release.
Adorned in a big t-shirt and cheeky underwear, you slid out the room, your phone in hand. Once out of the room you crept into the kitchen, seeing that none of the group were sleeping out on the main couch. You thought to yourself that Jeff, Zane, and Todd were most likely sleeping in the studio or in Dave’s room, so you continued to the kitchen. After making it to the sink with only one injury; a horribly painful stubbed toe, that you reacted to in what you had deemed an impressive manner—only whisper-yelling “fuck” at a moderate volume. As far as you were concerned you were successful in your escape to the kitchen undetected by your sleeping friends.
You leaned against the counter, turning on the cold water. The coolness of the water against your burning skin felt so nice, your hands rubbing against your forehead, cheeks and neck. What had you been dreaming? Even now, you shifted your thighs against each other in hopes to ease the pressure. Your screen lit up next to you.
A message from Jeff. You hated to admit it but damn at the sight of his name you felt the heat in your cheeks begin to bloom. He was sexy, everyone knew it. However, he knew as well as you did, that as a member of the friend group, sex among the friends has shown to be a true road to disaster. So when Todd had drunkenly exposed Jeff for admitting you were hot, you made a decision: you sure as hell didn’t want any drama. Therefore, he was a forbidden fruit. Something that you can look at all you want, but can’t touch. So you tried to steer clear of Jeff. Always keeping him at arm's length, friendly but not too personal. And that worked fine for you.
Opening the text, you felt your heart begin to race again.
are u up?
It was such a simple text but god were you excited to see his name on your phone at 4:34 in the morning. You responded a quick yes before you could talk yourself back to Natalie's room.
You leaned against the counter, your hands scooping your hair to pull into a ponytail. You could feel the hair at the base of your back that had been matted with sweat. The cold of the counter felt good on your lower back through the thin shirt and you let your head fall on your shoulders, the tiredness letting your eyelids flutter closed in resting.
“Hey.”
His voice sliced through the silence around us and my eyes shot open at the shock.
“Holy—What the fuck, Jeff.” You whisper-shouted across the kitchen island, you hand raising to rest on your heart. “You scared me. I didn’t even hear you...” you trailed off, watching as he casually walked through the kitchen grabbing two water bottles and continuing to stand adjacent to you. His arm reached across the empty space, a water in hand. You reached out to grab it, mumbling a thank you. From such a slight interaction you felt your body react to his proximity.
You hated how attracted you were to him, how his slightest move sparked such a chemical reaction from you. Your eyes were glued to his. The warm brown of his eyes looked so beautiful in the light of the moon. His lips were moving but you didn’t hear what they said, you were too locked in on how his eyes raced across your face, occasionally dropping to glance at your body so quickly, you had almost missed it completely.
“Y/N?”
“Hmm” you snapped back to reality, “what did you say?” He took a step closer and your heartbeat dropped to between your thighs. Your legs just slightly shifted tighter and as much as you hoped he hadn’t, Jeff noticed. His eyes dropped lower, rising again to land on your eyes. A smirk was just ghosting his lips and you knew he knew. You just hoped he wouldn’t talk about it.
“I asked, why are you up?” The words had tumbled so gracefully from his lips, the syllables dragging as he shifted in your space. He moved just slightly closer to where you were leaning. There was no way to create distance without noticeably running away from him.
“Oh, I couldn’t sleep, I needed to get some water. And you?” You countered trying to make innocent conversation but Jeff was feeling playful.
“You didn’t get water till I got here.” His face no longer trying to hide the smirk spreading across his lips.
“I was just—whatever,” you rolled your eyes, your cheeks were warm and you knew he was teasing you now. “Why are you up Jeff?” You asked, your arms crossing in front of you.
“Same as you…” he began. When his eyes dropped from yours again, you realized your clothes—or lack of clothes you were wearing. You released your arms trying to remain nonchalant as Jeff visibly checked you out. You cleared your throat again. Your mouth was dry and you know that you were wet, you needed to get out of this damn kitchen.
With the silence and the intensity of Jeff’s stare, you needed a quick escape. So you straightened yourself to Jeff, “Alright well I’m going back to bed...”
You had just barely taken a step into your escape when Jeff’s hand reached out to touch your side. The heat of his palm was against your stomach and his long fingers just skimmed the curb of your waist, he just slightly moved you back to your prior position leaning against the counter, only now his hand was against the thin fabric of your shirt.
He stepped closer, he was completely in your space, his right hand against the left side of your abdomen, trapping you against the counter. He felt so much taller now, his shoulders turning down for him to move his face next to yours.
Your breathing was noticeably uneven as his nose brushed against your jaw, his hot breath rushing along your neck and collar bones. You took in a sharp inhale as you felt the tips of his fingers toy with the bottom of your t-shirt, his fingers skimming across the skin above your underwear.
“I thought you couldn’t sleep.” His lips were at the shell of your ears as he questioned you, his index finger tracing back and forth against the lining of your underwear. It was so hard for you to fight a moan as well as fight the urge to move your hand between your thighs. You couldn’t speak, really. This all was becoming so much, you were horny and you couldn’t sleep, this is not what you had in mind as a way to calm down.
Before you could muster an answer he moved his hand to cup you through your panties. He finally was able to conjure a vocal gasp from you, your hand rising to hold on to his bicep. His face pulled back to look at you, his eyes now dark and filled with something new. “Hmm?” He asked again, the playfulness in his tone clear as he knew you were quite literally putty in his hands.
“I-“ you didn’t even know what to say. He had begun using his middle finger to apply pressure to your center through the thin fabric of your underwear, his teasing was too much. He felt how wet you were, he knew he won, but he needed to hear you say it. You let out what sounded like frustrated whine as you caved. “Please, Jeff.”
He didn’t tease you much longer, with a victorious smile his lips pressed hungrily against yours. His tongue pushed its way into your mouth, brushing against yours in the most delicious way. But you needed more, and you caught his lip between your teeth. Just enough for him to hiss in shock, his eyes reigniting with a fire that matched yours.
His hand that had been cupping you rose to your face, his thumb brushing your lips before pushing into your mouth. Your lips closed around his thumb and your tongue grazed it as he retracted it from your mouth, a raspy and quiet moan sneaking out from Jeff’s mouth.
His smile was dark and confident as he let his hand fall to its previous spot, this time skillfully slipping into the fabric and feeling you for the first time. You let out a moan as his fingers traced against your slit, his thumb finding its way to your clit.
Your moans were muffled into his free hand as he thrusted his digits in and out of you. It was an alteration of lazily connecting your lips and Jeff kissing against your neck, his voice coming out in pants against your skin, sending shockwaves running through you. As his beard pricked your neck in the most beautiful way, and you dug your fingers into his arm, you were euphoric.
“S’good, Y/N.” He spoke against the skin of your collarbones. “C’mon, babe.” You knew you were close, your body was needing a release. With Jeff’s free hand sneaking under your shirt to your hardened nipples, you couldn’t hold out any longer. You came undone with his fingers still inside of you. He was holding most of your weight against the counter and your lips found his. He swallowed your moans and his thumb continued circling your clit as you rode the high.
Your forehead rested on his chest. It was rising and falling beneath you; you could feel his fingers still in you. You leaned off of him as his hand snakes out of your underwear. Looking at his face now, you were bright red. His eyes stayed locked on yours as he lifted his fingers to his mouth, sucking on them. You were shocked at how forward he was and it made the pressure begin to rebuild in the pit of your stomach.
His eyes closed if only for a moment, and you heard him hum from behind his closed mouth. He pulled his fingers from his mouth, his dark eyes burning into yours again. You didn’t know what to say. You were beyond flustered. Before you could do anything, Jeff looped his hand to the back of your neck, pulling you in for a final kiss. Jeff took control of the kiss, making sure that you could taste yourself on his tongue.
He pulled away and you noticed his erection. You stepped forward, your lips pulling into a smirk, ready and almost excited to return the favor but Jeff stopped you. His hand wrapping around your wrist before you could feel his toned chest. Before your insecurities could question why, he spoke, letting his hand rest along your jaw, his thumb brushing against your swollen lips.
“Next time. Now you owe me one.” He said it with a smirk, walking around you. His hand quickly smacked your butt as he passed you, and you let out an airy gasp. Your whole body felt electric. His head turned back to you and he was already smiling, “Goodnight, Y/N.” He rounded the corner with a wink, and he was gone.
“Fuck.”
Don’t wake me up, I’m not dreaming // Jeff Wittek
It feels like a dream. Or at least, you try and convince yourself that’s all it was: a figment of your imagination, wandering unchartered territories.
Your brain dipping into the forbidden concept of love, so foreign yet eerily familiar in the way Jeff is all you see behind closed eyelids.
‘Rise and shine angel’ the gentle tone makes you stir, body warm and still swallowed up by the bed sheets.
The world still resembles a fantasy when you open your eyes. He’s standing by the door, body leaning against the frame with a tray in hand.
The smell of coffee makes you blink and reach to rub your eyes, so you barely catch Jeff step into the room, tray momentarily forgotten on the beside table as he kneels near you and gently pats the mess of hair away from your face.
You’re still half asleep, bedhead & an old t-shirt of his the only decoration in the morning. It makes him smile as he reaches to wipe the drool from your cheek.
‘Made your favourite...or at least tried to’ he finally clears his throat. You scoot over and lean against the headboard when Jeff shakes his head.
‘No, c’mere doll’ he sits on the other side, fingers finding their place at your sides as he lifts you directly in his lap and between his legs. ‘Wha-’
‘-we’re having breakfast together, y’know like a couple’ you’re confused, still half convinced last night didn’t happen.
But Jeff’s chest is warm against your back, breath sending a shiver down your spine as he leans forward behind you, mere inches from your face and he places the tray in your lap.
‘Oh yeah..’ your reply is stuttered, cheeks warm from the proximity while he seems more than comfortable in this setting.
There’s pancakes, blueberries and syrup drizzled across the top with two corresponding cups of coffee.
‘We’re sharing cutlery too?’ you can’t help but ask, snorting at the prospect of feeding each other.
It’s barely seven in the morning you notice, light escaping through the slit in your curtains, legs warm tangled in the covers and with the tray in your lap.
‘We’re in love remember?’ Jeff jokes, snapping you out of reverie, for a second you become stiff in his hold, body rigid as the thoughts overwhelm you, too many what ifs and ‘this is a bad idea’s’ before you shake them away.
Might as well indulge, it’s for homework, you remind yourself, simple research, as you melt into him again. It’s not as if Jeff has never held you before.
But this, watching his long fingers cut up the pancakes as he rambles about something directly in your ear? This is new.
Until he’s making you laugh, his own giggle vibrating in his chest and directly against your smaller frame and it’s easy to forget about how just friends don’t do this.
Friends don’t share such intimacy as though it’s the easiest thing in the world to fall into each other.
‘Alright, I’ll clean this up while you get ready for your lecture?’ Jeff asks, your lips sipping on the hot drink made just right, stomach full & limbs tangled in his own as you nod.
For a second, you ponder asking him how he even remembers about the two hour session but then he leans to kiss the side of your head and you almost choke on your coffee.
He’s gone in the next instant. You try not to think about how cold the room feels in his departure.
It attempts to still haunt you in the shower, but you blast Tame Impala through the speakers and set a scolding temperature that calms the thoughts, at least for now.
Jeff is sat in the living room, patiently waiting as you emerge from your room, hair still wet & a pretty summer dress with long off the shoulder sleeves on your body.
‘You look beautiful’ he admits, standing up to gather his wallet and keys as if it’s nothing out the ordinary.
And it isn’t, he’s stayed the night so many times in the past there’s a shelf of his clothes in your room and even a couple products in the bathroom.
He’s complimented you before, pretty words leaving even prettier mouth freely whether you’re all dressed up, your own smile decorated with lipstick or while you’re sat among your friends in a wrinkled tee, ripped loose jeans and hair tangled with stories of a long day passed.
‘Ready?’ Jeff snaps you from the thought. Get your shit together what’s wrong with you. You scold yourself, feet scrambling to put on shoes as he waits by the door, your bag on his shoulder and hand reaching out for yours as soon as you’re out in the hallway.
You don’t even question it, fingers slotting in between his own. It’s clear he’s taking the initiative in this experiment of a kind.
The ride over is semi normal, reminiscent of the many times you’ve sat in this exact spot, passanger seat of his truck, music loud as you playfully serenade him in the morning traffic while Jeff pretends to be annoyed by the noise.
The small smile tugging at his mouth, nose scrunched up in fake annoyance, gives him away every time.
‘Thanks for the ride’ you finally say when he parks, campus full of other students rushing to make their 9 am.
‘It’s no problem angel, have fun bein’ a smart ass yeah?’ Jeff teases in reply. He leans over, frame towering over your own and for a second your heart falls in your ass.
Is he about to?... But then he’s reaching across your lap to open the door for you and you feel the warmth rushing to your cheeks in realisation.
‘Yeah uh..bye’ you can’t get out of the car soon enough, fingers clutching at the book bag on your shoulder.
‘Stupid’ you mumble to yourself, too busy simmering in embarrassment to hear Jeff calling your name.
He reaches you seconds later, hand wrapped around your wrist as you turn around with a confused expression on your face, cheeks still dusted with pink.
All the while, Jeff takes off his jacket, warm material falling around your smaller shoulders as he catches his breath and carefully pulls your hair out from under the collar.
You pull a face as his cold fingers lightly graze your neck and it makes him smile apologetically while he looks down at you with fondness.
There’s something else in his eyes you can’t decipher, but your lecture is about to start and you still need to run up two flights of stairs to make it there in time.
‘In case you get cold’ Jeff clarifies post fact. ‘I’ll see you in two hours darlin’ he adds, face leaning down to your height as he kisses your cheek in final goodbye, his lips meeting the corner of your mouth before it’s done and he’s gone just like that.
You stumble through the entrance to the lecture hall, out of breath and stuttering a half-assed apology at your lecturer while you find a seat.
The uncontrollable hammering of your heart in your chest is from the never ending stairs, you reason.
Even when the organ only calms its rapid beating as your eyes make contact with a pair of familiar brown ones, 11:05 in the crowded hallway where he’s standing just outside the double doors with a smile.
Like he belongs there, waiting for you with open arms. How are you supposed to survive the next twelve hours without something falling apart?
Summary: Seeing Jeff with your best friend’s baby changes something inside you.
Warnings: Smut, Fluff
By clicking “Keep reading” you are agreeing to be 18 or over!!
It had all started when you and Jeff had gone to visit one of your best friends, Eliza. She had just had her 2nd child, and of course y/n and Jeff being the amazing godparents, had to go.
Seeing Jeff play with Eliza’s first born, Olivia who was 3, just flooded your brain with ideas. Watching him interact and talk with the sassy toddler just melted your heart.
”Are you excited that you’re a big sister now?” Jeff asked the little girl, curious on how she felt about her new baby brother. “I rweally am!” The toddler squeals softly, practically bouncing in the chair.
”Hey come and sit over here“ Eliza called to her daughter. “Do wanna hold him?” She asks as the little girl nods her head excitedly. “Ok but you have to be really careful and let Uncle Jeff help you ok?” Hearing Jeff’s name made a smile appear on the girl’s face. “m’k mama I pwomise” She says as she waves over Jeff to come and help her sit down and hold her baby brother.
Jeff walks over and carefully holds the baby making sure to support his head. He sits down next to the toddler, who‘s excitement may have dimmed down a bit but still had a grin on her face. He helps her hold the baby and makes sure that she’s holding him right. You stood in the corner filming the whole interaction and taking pictures of the three with a huge smile on your face.
God, baby fever is real. _____________________∘°∘♡∘°∘_____________________
Today was a lazy day, so you and Jeff were just lounging on the couch with a random episode of The Office on, when you finally decided to ask him.
”Can we have a baby?” The question made Jeff freeze. Of course he wants to spend the rest of his life with you and eventually have kids but right now, he didn’t know what to say. “What?” was all he managed to get out. “I asked can we have a baby, please?” you ask with puppy dog eyes. “I know what you said but all of a sudden, right now?”  You and Jeff had a talk about your future and the both of you agreed that children are something you both want. But this was out of the blue. You hadn’t been dropping hints, or Jeff just didn’t catch them (but he’s pretty sure you didn’t).
“Please i really want one. Imagine a little Jeff and y/n running around, it’d be so cute!” You plead, desperately wanting to have a child with the love of your life. “Angel I know but all of a sudden? Or has this been something you’ve been keeping inside that pretty little head of yours?“ He says holding on to both sides of your head and shaking it slightly.
”It started when we went to go see Eliza’s baby. I saw you with Liv and how you both got along together. And it made me want to have that too.“ You say studying his face trying to see if you can find even a sliver of emotion that could tell you how he felt.
”I want that too. I want to hold our baby and have a family. I really do! But you just can’t keep this type of stuff in your head sweetheart. See how easy it was to just tell me how you feel and we talked it out.” Jeff explains. “Ok, but does that mean we can have a baby?” You say, excitement streaming through your veins. “Yes, we can have a baby.”
At this point you’re practically bouncing off the walls from how happy and excited you were.  You lean in connecting your lips with his in a hot, messy kiss. Your hands went to his hair, tugging slightly causing him to groan into your mouth. You remove your hands from his hair and slide them under his shirt, making him take both his shirt and sweats off flinging them somewhere in the apartment, leaving him in only his boxers.
”Fuck baby, be a good girl and tell me what you want.” He groans as you litter pecks and kisses on his neck and all over his chest. “I want you to fuck a baby into me daddy.” You say breathily against the shell of his ear. Hearing you say that made Jeff go feral.
He throws you over his shoulder carrying you up the stairs to your shared bedroom. He carefully lays you down on the bed and climbs on top of you. He places kisses on your jaw, moving lower and lower. As he reaches your collarbone you take your shirt and shorts off leaving you in your bra and panties.
Jeff unclips your bra, making you slide it off your shoulders and throwing it somewhere in the room. Jeff continues to kiss down your collarbone, the valley of your breasts, and down your stomach stopping at the waistband of your panties. ”Can I take these off?” He asks, wanting to make sure you actually want this. You nod your head frantically, desperately wanting to feel him inside you. “You have to use your words sweetheart“ He says, trying to rile you up, knowing you’re already desperate. “Jeff please take them off and fuck me already.” You say while clawing at his biceps. “Oh look at you so desperate and needy.” He coos, taking off his boxers.
His throbbing hard member smacks against his lower abdomen. “I’m gonna fuck a baby into you. Fill ya up to the brim, make sure I make ya a mommy. You’d love that wouldn’t you?” He says while putting two of his fingers in your mouth and slowly rubbing small circles on your clit. At this point you were soaking wet and so incredibly horny at the thought of Jeff fucking a baby into you.
“Yes, please daddy just fuck me.” You let out breathily as he removes his fingers from your clit and puts them in his mouth, sucking on them.
“Oh look how eager you are.” He says as he pushes the tip of his cock through your folds, slowly pushing into you. “Oh fuck!” You moan, screwing your eyes shut tightly. You’ll never be able to get used to his size, even after however many times you’ve both had sex. Your hands go straight to his shoulders, pulling him closer as you scratch your nails down his back. He hisses at the sudden feeling of pain. He stills just taking in the feeling of your throbbing pussy squeezing his equally throbbing cock. “Daddy please move!” you plead, your hips bucking, hoping to find some relief.
He pulls out almost all the way, only leaving his tip inside, making you whine like a bitch in heat. He began thrusting hard into you, causing the bed to shake and the headboard to hit against the wall.
“Oh fuck, feels so good, please don’t stop” You manage to moan out. Jeff slowly wraps his hand around your neck, leaning down to place a messy kiss to your lips. “Fuck baby, this pussy is gonna be the death of me”
Suddenly he pulls out, flipping you over on your stomach causing you to huff out in frustration. “Ass up sweetheart” He says with a slight chuckle and a smack to your ass.
Groaning as he thrusts back in with an amazing view of your ass and your pretty fucked out looking face in the mirror. This position made him reach the deepest parts of you. “Want your baby, daddy.” You get out egging him on to go faster. You whimper as he picks up his pace, pulling you close to his chest with a hand around your throat and the other on your hip. Your head was thrown back on his shoulder from the intense pleasure. “Fuck”, He mutters breathily against the shell of your ear.
Jeff’s eyes met yours in the mirror, breathless from your beauty and the power you had over him. The idea of you being pregnant with his child drives him crazy, and he sure as hell is keeping his word to get you pregnant.
Your walls start tightening around his shaft, his cue that you were close to cumming. That’s when he flips you over on your back again.
“Daddy please” You whine. “I’m sorry baby, but Daddy wants to see your pretty face when you cum” He says as he shoves himself back into you while wrapping your legs around his waist. He starts pounding into you, causing your legs to shake from euphoria.
His tip brushes against your cervix every time he spears into you, causing your eyes to roll back and your back to arch. Your nipples lightly graze over his chest, adding even more fuel to the fire of pleasure burning inside you.
“Oh Jeff! Fuck!” You moan out, right on the brink of orgasm. “C‘mon baby, be a good girl and cum for daddy” He pants.
An especially deep thrust sends you spiraling towards orgasm. “Fuck! I’m cumming” You moan out loudly. You tangle your hands in his hair moaning even louder as he thrusts into you faster, his thrusts getting sloppier as he nears his orgasm.
“I’m close baby” He moans against your neck. “Please daddy, give me your cum, put a baby into me!” You say as he places his head in the crook of your neck.
“Shit!” he growls deeply as he releases inside of you, covering your walls with his seed. He stills, slowly grinding into you, fucking his cum deeper inside you. “Jeff please!” You whine from the overstimulation.
“Gotta keep ya stuffed sweetheart.” He spoke softly as he slowly pulls out and takes his fingers to push his cum back into your clenching hole.
He kissed you again and again. He rested his head on your chest, wrapping his arms around your middle as you comb your fingers through his hair.
“Ya think I’m dad material?” Jeff says as he lifts his head up from your chest to look up at you. “Oh you’re definitely dad material, a total dilf.” You say with a playful smirk. “Oh yeah? Round 2?“ He questions as he gets back on top of you, his chain hanging in your face. “Yes please” You say with a smile as he leans in with a needy kiss.
“I told ya, by the time we’re finished you’re gonna be knocked up”
Best friends. (J.W)
Tumblr media
Summary: y/n and Jeff are the type of friends that are always flirting with each other, Everyone in the group knows that they both have feelings for each other but what's keeping them from acting on these feelings?
It was another Friday night and y/n, Toddy, Jeff, Natalie, and David were all sitting at David’s house while David tries to find a party or something for the group to do tonight so that he has something to film for the vlog. Natalie is laying in the lovesac on her phone scrolling though tik toks. Y/n is sitting on the couch in between Toddy and Jeff as usual and David was pacing in between the kitchen and living room on his phone. Y/n leans into Toddy’s side as she scrolls through her phone looking through her instagram feed and replying to comments. She smirks over at Jeff as she wiggles her freezing cold feet under the back of his shirt and against his warm back, Jeff was always like a furnace. Jeff yelps and glares at y/n who is hiding her smile behind her phone.
“y/n... I’m going to catch hyperthermia of you don’t move your ice cubes from my back.”  Everyone's attention turns to the two on the couch and Toddy chuckles at them shaking his head. “Oh, come on J you’re always so warm and my feet are freezing!” y/n gives Jeff the puppy dog eyes that always seems to get him to do whatever she wants. Those big blue eyes melt Jeff’s heart and make his knees weak, but he would never admit it to anyone, except Todd- he knew everything.
“Give ‘em here Doll,” Jeff holds his hands out to her, she puts her feet into his large hands smiling feeling accomplished once he starts rubbing them to warm them up. David looks over at the two of them and rolls his eyes “Come on you two get a room.” He says chuckling and rolling his eyes.
It’s about two hours later when the rest of the group walks into David’s house and David finally had a frat party lined up for the group. Jeff has now returned after heading back to his apartment to change into something better for the party. Y/n, Natalie, Corinna, and Carly are all in Natalie’s room while her and y/n get ready for the party. Y/n always left going out outfits in Natalie’s closet for nights like these.
“Damn Y/n you look so hot!” Corinna gushed looking her up and down. Y/n blushed and smirked at her friends, “Thanks babe. It’s not too much?” She asked looking herself in Nat’s full length mirror. “God no! It's amazing!” Natalie and the rest of the girls chimed in. “Alright lets go out there then! Lets do some shots before we have to leave!” y/n said to the girls after they took a few pictures in Nat’s mirror.
Tumblr media
All of the guys are in the kitchen pouring drinks and goofing around and David was filming when the girls came out of the room. Jeff was standing against the wall talking to Zane when they made their way into the kitchen and grabbing shot glasses, y/n trailed behind the girls running her fingers through her waist length blonde wavy hair looking down at her phone. Whistling and shocked expressions pull her eyes away from the pictures she was looking at that they took in Natalie’s room, Y/n looks up at the group and everyone was whistling at her smirking “Damn baby you look FIIIINEEEE” Zane calls turning his attention away from Jeff who's eyes were raking up and down Y/n’s body and his lip was pulled in between his teeth. Y/n’s cheeks were burning hot as she blushed grateful for how much make up she had on so you could barely tell “Guys stop! I had to step up my game! Look how bomb everyone else looks!” She giggles trying to take the attention from herself and onto her friends, thankfully it worked. Carly hands Y/n a shot which she gladly takes and places the empty glass on the pool table as she heads over to Jeff whose eyes hadn’t left her since she came into his view.
“Take a picture it’ll last longer.” She teases winking at him. Jeff chuckles and snakes his arm around y/n’s waist pulling her closer to him, Thankfully the rest of their friends were now distracted by Zane and Natalie doing shots and David filming them. “Who told you that you could look this incredible.” He whispers against her ear, goosebumps prickling over y/n’s skin as Jeff’s lips brush against her ear and then her bare shoulder. “You don’t look so bad yourself.” Y/n cooed, Todd came over to the two which made Jeff drop his arm from her waist and back away from her just slightly. “Let's go love birds one more shot before we leave.” Y/n takes the shot from Todd’s hand and let the warm liquid burn her throat on its way down.
Everyone piles into David’s tesla and of course Y/n ends up on Jeff’s lap all the way in the back next to Todd and Natalie, Zane and Carly were in the middle row, Corrina was in the front seat with David, Heath and Mariah took the Lambo like always. Todd and Natalie were talking closely, and the rest of the car has their attention on David and his camera on the front dash. Jeff’s hand was on Y/n’s bare thigh and his thumb slowly rubbed her silky skin. Y/n hums happily as his other arm snakes around her waist once again. “God I can’t believe how amazing you look doll.” Jeff cooed into Y/n’s ear brushing his lips softly against it once again. Her skin was tingling under his touch and she suddenly wishes they weren’t going to this party anymore. “Thank you, J.,” She whispers before pulling her plump lip in between her teeth. Jeff’s hand slowly makes its way higher up her thigh almost disappearing under her small skirt, y/n’s breath caught in her throat and she looked at Jeff who’s eyes were full of lust, her eyes went between his eyes and his lips as his tongue traced across his bottom lips and a smirk started to form. Y/n buries her face in the crook of Jeff’s neck as his thumb slowly brushed over her panties. “We’re here!!!” Zane yells happily reminding Jeff and Y/n where they were, he quickly pulls his hand away and ran his fingers through his hair letting out a breath he had no idea he was holding, he couldn’t believe the effect y/n had on him.
Y/n was quickly pulled out of her trance when she heard Zane’s voice, she lifts her head and blushes looking at her surroundings no one seemed to notice what was going on between her and Jeff, Thank god. “Are you okay?” Natalie whispers to y/n once she turns her attention from Todd and notices her flushed face and rapid breathing. She chuckles trying to cover it up, “Yeah I’m good, just feeling those shots that’s all!” She smiles to her friend and looks briefly at Jeff whose face was just as flushed.
a/n: Do you want a part 2? I’m just starting writing so I’d be happy to do a part 2, Let me know !
It’s you.
Tumblr media
For a winter’s night, the temperature was perfect, or maybe it was the fact that the man I loved was there, walking by my side after a month without talking. Nonetheless, the winter cold and the warmth of my cheeks created enough contrast to remind me that this was not a dream.
He walked beside me in silence, his hands in his pockets and head down. The only noise around us was the crunchy of our boots in the snow and only the lanterns lit us up on this empty street. He seemed so close but so far at the same time, yet he was the one who drove four hours to see me. He was the one who ended our relationship by bringing a girl to his apartment. He was the one who thought we shouldn’t be together, so why should it be me breaking this awful silence?
For a moment, all I wanted was to feel his lips on mine, feel his breath on my neck and his hands on my thighs. For a while, all I wanted was to go back to where we were a month ago. After what feels like a long time, he finally broke the silence. His voice was raspy at first and then it softened. His voice. So soft and comforting, felt like velvet.
“I don’t know where to start,” he said. I noticed how the warm air from his mouth blew smoke with the cold air from outside.
‘‘Why are you here?..’’ I whispered.
The city of Angels was sleeping, the sun had gone down and yet it was still as hot as it was a few hours ago. But the music was in full swing, the echo of laughter sounding far away as my feet played in the pool water as Jeff sat next to me, telling me how he met our mutual friend, Jac. We sneaked out of the party quickly to be alone. Being a bit drunk, the idea of a cheeseburger seemed incredible. And that’s how we spent part of the night, in his truck, in the In N out parking lot, drinking milkshakes. That's how he came into my life, completely out of the blue, on one random evening of June.
Meeting Jeff was an avalanche of emotions, positive, exciting and intense.
Soon the darkness of the street was replaced by a busier street; families, couples, strangers passed by us and I couldn't stop thinking how they manage to walk near me without realizing the hole in my heart? hole the man next to me made. After some hesitation, we took our seats in a small cafe which was still open despite the late hour. With my hands around my mug of hot chocolate, I couldn't help but stare at Jeff, maybe trying to figure out what he was thinking, but no success. He looked tired, sad even. He took my hand, a way to draw my attention back to him. The touch of his skin on mine made me shiver, reminding me of the first time he touched me.
After an evening with friends, we returned to Jeff's apartment. Everything was new, everything was exciting and the exhilarating feeling of falling in love with Jeff still took a lot of energy. That’s why the idea of sitting on his sofa in front of Netflix sounded so delicious. Shamelessly, Jeff sat right next to me, letting me rest my head on his thighs. That’s how I fell asleep in less than twenty minutes. "Do you want to sleep here, or do you want me take you home?” He asked, waking me up delicately. "here’s fine" I nodded, "maybe I’ll take a shower first?". I wasn't sure if he was going to take the lead and join me in the shower, but after 15 minutes and my skin boiling hot, I got out wrapping the towel around my body. When I entered his bedroom, Jeff was sitting on his bed, scrolling through his phone. He quickly shifted his eyes from his phone to me. How could a look be so tender and loving? he quickly got up to give me some clothes I could sleep in. He passed near me, in silence but with a gaze that said it all. I never knew that a look could make my insides throbbing that way, and I guess that was all it took for me to drop my towel in front of Jeff's marveling eyes. A smirk formed on his face as his eyes devoured me alive. In my outburst of courage, I slid my hands up his chest, under his navel, and finally, I took my sweet time to play with the elastic of his briefs. I could feel his breathing quicken against my skin as my hands explored further. He took one of my breasts in his hand, his thumb playing with my nipple to make them hard for him.
The waitress asking if I wanted a refill of hot chocolate, quickly tooking me out of my daydreaming.
"Do you remember our first night together?..." I asked him, whispering
Surprised by my question, Jeff raised an eyebrow. "Of course. I was so stressed out"
"Really? Why? it was good" I reassured him
"Yeah, it was really good, I remember not getting much sleep that night," he replied with a smile. He started playing with my fingers, dancing his with mine. “I miss your touch” he whispered back.
“yeah…” I hissed. “Should’ve thought about that before bringing someone else home” I paused “did you left your family right after Christmas just to tell me you miss me? I got your texts, don’t worry Jeff”.
Both our families lives on the east coast, we had plans to visit them all during the holidays since my family live four hours away from his. But no plan are set in stone and mistake are made.
‘‘I know. I regret everything, it was a stupid mistake, i didn’t think and I - It was selfish but I got scared...’’ he spoke slowly, articulating every word.
‘‘You got scared? That’s your excuse? You’re the one who told me to trust you and to let myself loose and not be scared to fall in love’’
I got up.
‘‘What the fuck do you even mean you got scared ? That’s so dumb’’. I was raging, i could feel the heat coming up to my face and the tears threathening to roll down my cheeks.
Almost home, back in the empty and silent street, i could hear him walking behind me. I don’t know if he thought I would give him a bed to sleep in but he is not my problem anymore.
‘‘I don’t care if you think it’s stupid because it’s the truth, I got scared, really scared. All the cards are in your hands and you don’t even realized it. I woke up one day minding my own business, taking care of myself, next thing I know ? I wake up next to this amazing girl who loves me for me, not for the clout or the money, but for me. And that, that legit scared me. I don’t know why I acted that way, I wish I didn’t hooked up with that girl and i’m so sorry I hurt you. It kills me’’
He was almost screaming, three feet away from me, right in the middle of this street. And at that moment, I completely forgot where we were and how cold the middle of the night was.
Imagine how Jeff would feel, knowing half his fan base wants him to get rid of the mullet. He wouldn’t know what to do bc you keep reminding him how hot he looks with it. He thinks you love the cut so he’s torn.
He spent a long time in the mirror after his shower, pulling his hair in all directions to really see his length. Is she just saying it looks good to be nice? Have I been walking around like this? A few self deprecating thoughts fly by before he walks in to the main room, finding you with Nerf half on your lap in the couch.
“Babe, the hair back here is getting pretty long,” Jeff starts, interrupting your movie. You study his hand that’s bunching his mullet, waiting for him to continue. “Think I should cut it?”
You shrug, nodding, “Yeah, if you want.”
He drops his hand, baffled, “If I want?”
“If you think you need to cut it, yeah,” you agree, only making him doubt himself.
“Did you not like the haircut,” he asks, softly.
“I love the haircut,” you proudly state, giving him a soft smile. “What are you doing,” you giggle, “Are you trying to see if I want you to keep it? If you don’t want it anymore than change it, Jeff, I don’t care if it’s not a mullet.”
“It’s not that,” he sighs, dragging his tail behind him as he sits with you, “everyone’s either been for it, or against it. You know I don’t give a shit what they really think.” You giggle, nodding, and you reach for his hand to play with. “But you said you liked it.”
“Yeah, I do like it,” you smile, running your hand through his hair out of habit, “but, if you need to change it, change it. You suit anything.”
“But you’ve never given any other cuts this much love,” he pouts, enjoying your hand still roaming his head.
“Because it’s different,” you grin, tugging his hair slightly, “it’s hot.” You know it always riles him up when you talk to him like that, but you just playfully push his head away, careful of his swelling. “But, so are any of the others haircuts you get. I promise to love them equally.”
He rolls his eyes, shaking his head. “Should I go bald,” he tests, watching for your reaction.
You stifle a laugh, “You wouldn’t handle that, no. You swear you need your hair to look good.”
“You saying you wouldn’t like it,” he pokes, bringing you closer by the back of your neck.
You giggle, feeing ticklish as he teases you, “Go bald, I dare you.”
He finally pulls you into his arms, laying you both down with you on top. “I’ll hit up Don, see what we can do.” You nod, relaxing on him. A take in the few seconds of silence with each other before Jeff speaks up. “I thought you liked it, so much, that I wasn’t going to change it.”
“You’re so cute,” you blush, hugging him tighter. “But change it if it’s bothering you.” You lift you head to look at him, “I like you more than your hair, remember that.” You press your lips to his, softly, as you run your hands through his hair.
~~~
I hate being away like this, but I’m always here y’all lurking and reading it all

rumors - j.w.
plot: you and jeff are engaged and keeping your relationship private but rumors spread when you’re seen wearing one of his baseball hats while running errands
 word count: 1100
masterlist
You stepped out of your air conditioned office building and into the hot LA sun. You walked over to your car, praying you had your gym bag in the trunk since you had signed up for a yoga class and didn't have time to run back to your apartment and get a change of clothes. The drive to the yoga studio from your office building was one you hadn't done since mid-March and you had missed the familiarity of the route in your daily routine. Your windows were rolled down with the AC and music blasting as you drove the 22 minutes. Your class wasn't for another twenty minutes, but you headed inside to change in the locker room. You kicked your heels off and changed into leggings and a sports bra. Your new engagement ring was tucked into your purse so it didn't get lost or damaged. You tugged your sneakers on and joined the few others waiting for the class. You made small talk with a few of them, before the instructor welcomed you into the studio.
An hour later, you were feeling relaxed as you walked out to your car.
“I’m running to the grocery store, do you need anything?” you asked your fiancé into the phone on your way out of the yoga studio. Jeff said he just wanted what you normally picked up, and to hurry home because he wanted dinner.
You climbed into your car and blasted the AC to combat the dry heat of LA. Your hair was a mess, so you tied it into a low bun and pulled Jeff’s worn in black baseball cap on to your head.
You turned into the parking lot of the grocery store and grabbed a cart. You wandered around the store, filling it with your normal groceries. You were still in your leggings and half zipped sweatshirt that revealed your sports bra from your workout and you definitely could've looked better, but you brushed it off.
You loaded the paper bags into the trunk of your car and texted Jeff that you would home in ten minutes so he could come help you bring everything in.
He was standing in the parking garage when you pulled in, flashing you a smile.
"I missed you," he whispered, pushing you up against the car door and giving you a soft kiss.
"You saw me this morning," you reminded him, using your left hand to push him off of you. Jeff still wasn't used to having you out of the house everyday since you had recently returned to your office building earlier in the week. "But I missed you, too."
"Where's your ring?" he asked, grabbing your hand and staring at your fingers.
“My purse,” you reassured him. “I took it off for yoga.” A small frown formed on Jeff’s lips and you rolled your eyes, but opened your purse to slide the ring back on.
“That's much better,” Jeff grinned, giving you another kiss, before grabbing the groceries from the trunk of your car to bring them up to your apartment.
 ---
After the two of you finished dinner and the dishes were washed, you poured yourself a glass of wine and settled down next to Jeff on the couch. He was scrolling through his phone and avoided making eye contact with you when you sat down, making it obvious that there was something he didn't want you to see.
"What is it?" you asked, glancing over to try and see what was on his phone.
“People are speculating that we’re dating,” he confessed, angling his phone so you could see it. A side by side photo of you grocery shopping today and Jeff from the other day were on his Twitter timeline. In both pictures, the two of you were wearing the same baseball cap, and different parts were circled to prove it was the same hat.
A small frown formed on your lips and you could only blame yourself for the spreading rumors. “I’m sorry,” you mumbled, looking down.
“Hey, this isn’t your fault,” Jeff assured you, wrapping his arm around you and kissing the top of your head. “And it’s not like this is the first time people have assumed we’re together.”
“I know, but this is their first real piece of evidence that we are,” you sighed.
The two of you had been keeping your relationship as private as possible, since you weren’t a public figure. You had met Jeff through a mutual friend when you were still living in New York City. After doing long distance for over a year, you finally decided to move out to LA and Jeff encouraged you to move in with him. You’d been in LA for two years and although you had quickly adapted to the lifestyle, you still didn’t love the fact that Jeff was famous.
“Babe, you know we can’t control what other people see or say,” Jeff reminded you. You nodded, knowing it was true, but you still felt responsible for the rumors. They wouldn’t be spreading at all if you didn’t wear his hat to the store.
---
“They seem happy for you,” you said softly, running your fingers through his hair as his head rested on your lap. The two of you were still on the couch scrolling through fan theories on social media to see what people were saying about your relationship.
“But you aren’t happy,” he pointed out, sitting up and turning around to face you. “What’s wrong?”
“I just feel bad,” you muttered. “We wanted to keep things private and I’m the one who ruined it.”
“You didn’t ruin anything,” he promised. “And besides, it could’ve been worse.”
“How so?” you questioned, absentmindedly playing with your ring.
“They could be unsupportive of me dating someone. Or they could’ve seen you wearing that,” he said, grabbing your hand and pointing to your ring. You knew he had a point. The most concrete piece of evidence people had that you two were together was a picture of you wearing his baseball cap and you could easily lie about just being friends with him to stop that rumor.
“You’re right. I’m just overreacting,” you sighed. “It’s not like they know any details of our relationship.”
“If only they knew the truth,” he grinned, holding his arm out for you to cuddle up next to him. You rested your head on his shoulder and his arm was wrapped around you, holding you tightly. You lifted your hand up to admire the diamond ring Jeff had given you a few weeks ago.
“So, have you given any thought to our wedding?” you asked.

Fluff 22 and 47 w Jeff
Tumblr media
22. You’re in love with her. 47. If you don’t tell me to stop, I’m going to kiss you.
(send me your prompt requests!)
--
while jeff and his team talked about some business things and new video and merch ideas, you volunteered to go and get some food for them. nobody wanted anything except waters, which jeff already had. jeff wanted mcdonald’s, so you had gotten him a burger and fries.
you returned back to jeff’s place, where the only people there were jeff, jonah, natalie, david and nerf. you barely made any noise as you entered the apartment, about to bring jeff his food when you heard them talking about you.
“she cooked up this amazing design for a new merch design, i just wish she was here to present it. she was really proud of it” jeff bragged about you, making you smile as you put his food on the counter.
“you talk about her like you two have been married for years” david laughed and jeff fell silent. “oh my god!”
“you’re in love with her. oh my god, jeff! i call planning the wedding” natalie joked and they all laughed.
“alright, alright, can we keep it down? i don’t want her to walk in and here us talking about how i’m in love with her and she freaks out, okay?” jeff laughs and you nearly jump up and down in your spot. you slam the door, making it seem like you had just came in.
you brought jeff his food, sitting down with the rest of the group. jeff thanks you, the rest of your friends looking around before they all call it a night. you said your goodbyes, you, jeff and nerf the only ones left in the apartment.
“you better eat your food or it’s gonna get cold, and no one likes cold fries” you suggest and jeff laughs, opening the back and taking out the box of his hamburger and his fries.
“you want some?” he offered. you smile, taking out a fry and laughing at how long it was. “wanna lady and the tramp it?” he raised his eyebrows and you laugh, holding it out for him to bite. you both kept eating it and eating it, and it was so small the both of you laughed and broke away, but your faces still centimeters away.
you swallow your fry, looking at jeff’s lips then his eyes. his smile drops and you lean forward with your hand on his leg. “jeff, if you don’t tell me to stop, i’m going to kiss you”
“who said i wanted you to stop?” he whispered and you backed away.
“oh, i heard stop!” you laugh and he rolls his eyes, throwing his head back.
“god, you’re an idiot” he laughs, holding your jaw and kissing you. your lips molded into his, your hands resting on his chest as your lips move together. you pull away, forehead on his as smile, playing with his shirt. “you heard.. about.. what david said.. didn’t you?” jeff blushed and you nodded, jeff groaning and throwing his head back against the chair.
you crossed your legs in the chair and leaned your elbow against the table, resting your head against your fist. you stole some more of his fries, giggling as he peeked behind his fingers. “me too”
“what?” he dropped his hands, taking a sip of his soda.
“i’m in love with you too. you act different around me, in a good way. normally if your friends were over, you’d be a dickhead to me. but you aren’t like that, and it’s really nice. you’re the first guy who was nice to me with and without his friends” jeff smiles, kissing you again.
“the team really liked your merch idea” he mumbled against yours lips.
“oh wow, you really know how to turn a girl on” you reply, making him laugh and pull you on his lap.
“do you want it a yellow or white color?”
“yeah, i love your dirty talk” you tease, the both of you erupting in laughter. “come on, dork, let’s go watch a movie. and eat your dinner!”

Protective
In which jeff is really protective over Y/N, because he has a crush on her
warnings: cursing
a/n: for the very lovely anon who requested a Jeff imagine. Thank you so much! I had to change it a little bit but the main thought behind it is still there.
I kinda got inspired by ‘nobody puts baby in the corner’ from @fanficimagery. I just had to think about that imagine when I read the request for this one and thats that. I hope you like it! Please tell me what you think.
word count: 1.5k
All she did was sit there and sort bills from the month prior. But that was all it took for Jeff to be mesmerized for an hour. Y/N had glasses sitting on her nose and some loose strands of hair framing her face while she concentrated on the pile of paper in her lap. Jeff couldn't help himself. She was beautiful. If he could he would ask her out right then and there, but sadly, there were a few factors that made this move harder than it already was.
One: She was his friend’s assistant, which meant that if things would get awkward between them, Jeff couln’t avoid seeing her every day for a very long time. Though, that was something he would take the risk for. Just the sake of knowing if she felt the same was enough, honestly. But it was difficult.
Because Secondly: She was a tad younger than him. Which shouldn't bother anybody, honestly, considering that their friend group’s age ranged from pretty much toddler to grandpa. Both, mentally and physically. And there had been people dating in their group whose age gap was even bigger than Jeff and Y/N’s. She was legal to date too, so why was he so hesitant about it?
Well, Jeff wanted to believe that he didn't know, but deep down he did. Sometimes his age made him insecure, but he wouldn't admit that. Not to himself and most certainly not to his friends. He wouldn't let any oh so reasonable argument ruin the feeling that filled him with warmth when he looked into her eyes, the tingle that made his breath hitch when their skin touched, or the smile he went to bed with, every night, because of the thought of her.
Yes, she was younger, but that just made her so much more adorable to him. All he wanted to do was to protect her, cuddle and hold her while enjoying her warmth and scent that crawled back into is nose now that he thought about it. Especially, now that Natalie seemed to have gained an sort of untouchable status: She wasn’t obliged to do any stupid shit David came up with, including paintballguns and make-out sessions. Y/N on the other hand, had not reached that level of appreciation from her boss just yet. She still had to go through all that. Which was, why Jeff found himself a lot closer to her more frequently. Ready to protect her face or body at any given time, just like he did right now.
Jeff sat on the floor across from her. He studied her features, relishing the silence that didn’t happen too often in Davids house. She never noticed when he looked at her. Or at least, she didn't show any signs of recognition, which just made it so much easier for Jeff. And on top of that, thrilling. Was she ever going to notice? Was she ever doing the same thing to him when he wasn't watching?
She was. And Jeff never noticed, either.
Screaming boomed from down the hall and soon david was chasing someone through his house, flamethrower in hand and a crazy laugh pulling on his face,making the whole scene even scarier. Y/N flinched, too focused on her work to look up and leave her neatly stacked papers out of sight.
‘’Ahhhhhh!’’
‘’Watch out!’’ David came running through the living room. In an Attempt to jump over Y/N and the papers, he tripped, knocking the stack over. Papers flying everywhere, he crashed to the floor right in front of her. Jeff had reacted pretty quickly, pushing Y/n to the side to protect her from any harm the flamethrower could have done and proceeding to hover over her frame for a couple more seconds.
‘’Dude!’’ Y/N breathed out and Jeff wasn't sure if her comment was directed towards him or her idiot of a boss. He ignored it and studied her face for any injuries, then maneuvering his body  towards David, who was lying on the floor, clutching his stomach from the laughter bursting out of him.
‘’What the fuck, bro?!’’ But David didn't seem to mind. He was happy to have had somebody film this incident, he would post on his youtube channel later that week. Jeff turned his attention back to the woman on the floor. His hands were still wrapped around her shoulders and her stare was fixed on him for a solid minute.
‘’Are you ok, doll?’’ He checked her body once again before looking back into her eyes.
‘’Yeah.. Yeah, thanks, I…’’ Y/N stopped for second scrunching her nose in the process and let her eyes wander around the room. ‘’Do you smell that?’’
With that, Jeff noticed the smell of fire. He didn't think much of it before, thinking it was still from the flamethrower that had now been shut off for everyone's safety. But Y/N was right, it smelled differently. Jeff looked around and found the source of the smell on the carpet less than a feet away from him and her. One of the paper had caught fire and was about to share its flames with the carpet beneath it.
‘’Woah!’’ Y/N scooted further back while Jeff lunged forward to put out the fire. He was quite fast and managed to sooth the situation with his foot and soon the fire was out.
‘’Bro, you always do this shit! You could’ve hurt Y/N! And look at the fucking mess you’ve made.’’ Jeff’s blood was boiling. He motioned to the scattered sheets of paper on the floor, Y/N had sorted a few seconds prior and his heart ached as he noticed the blank expression on her face. He had watched here organise these documents for hours and now she could start all over.
Jeff clenched his fists approaching David who was just holding his camera and reviewing the footage Jason had recorded of him. He snached him on the collar of his shirt and pulled him forward, making David press out a screechy ‘woah’ by the outburst of his friend’s sudden anger.
‘’Jeff calm down!’’ Somebody screamed, but Jeff didn't listen. His mind was set on David, who had been backing into a corner as soon as he caught sight of him.
‘’Fucking look at me when I’m talking to you! Have you even noticed, what just happened or can’t your brain take in more than one information at once?!’’
David’s eyes widened at his words but the anger in Jeff did not stop from rising, slowly reaching up and making his heart beat even faster. -how could someone be so inconsiderate?- The shaggy haired boy put up his hands in defense, closing his mouth after an attempt of a counter argument. He knew he had fucked up, and seeing that Jeff really cared about Y/n didn't ease David's mind in the slightest. He had never seen him this angry, not even when he was acting for the vlogs.
‘’Yo, I’m sorry I fucked up, okay?’’ David could see the heat vanishing from Jeff’s face and dared to let out a breath he didn't know he had been holding.
Jeff shook his head letting go of David, who had relief rushing all over him. ‘’Just be more careful next time.’’ He went back to help Y/N, turning back to his friend one more time. ‘’I can’t hurt you, because that would cost too many people I love their job, but just know that you are fucking stupid.’’
David stood there dumbfounded as he watched Jeff help his assistant collect the papers and following her in the hallway, where they disappeared. Y/N had shot him an apologetic look while mouthing a ‘sorry’ before leaving the room. Jason and Natalie were speechless, too.
‘’Does Jeff have a crush on Y/N or something?’’, Natalie joked to lighten up the mood, but David was stiff, training his eyes on the corner his friends had just rounded. That had definitely been noted.
Jeff and Y/N had settled down on her bedroom floor, spreading out the papers that survived the incident and started sorting them once again. Y/N was quiet. Too upset with the previous happenings and her work, which had been ruined so mindlessly. Jeff watched again as he placed the last papers on the floor.He never wanted to agitate Y/N in any way.
‘’I’m sorry about that…’’ His head hung low as he let the guilt take over his features. Jeff didn't even bother to look up, too deep hung the guilt in his face. He had forgotten about the image he wanted to portray in her presence and scolded himself for the sudden outburst.
‘’It’s alright.’’ A small smile snugg on her lips. ‘’Honestly, I’m glad somebody finally told him…kinda’’
They both looked up, a hint of a smile on their faces. Jeff found himself getting lost in her eyes again. He loved being her friend. Though, he would prefer to be more than that, he would give her all the time she needed to realize how perfect they were for each other. But until then, he would just enjoy the time with her and cherish their every moment.
