Rotating Etho's choice to protect his allies in my mind. Obviously they made incredible escapes and held their own but Etho also refusing to sell out Cleo and Grian meant that nearly everyone else died, some died multiple times, most lost additional hearts, hurt alliances (Scott: Gem has no band loyalty!), and did not gain something like 120 hearts total
Meanwhile, Cleo and Grian get to feel secure in their alliance, not go red, and actually finish their tasks. The playing field has obviously been levelled significantly and they still suffered, but Etho facilitated his alliance gaining the most where everyone else lost the most
Obviously it's a display his loyalty first and foremost but he also played the game, ran the numbers, and counted himself out of success knowing it would be diminishing returns to go after them and I just think that's neat

jack in third grade with a crush on davey teasing him on the playground bc he doesn't know what else to do with the weird emotion.
jack in middle school realizing that it's a crush and not knowing what to do with the weird and now terrifying emotions so he stops talking to davey altogether.
jack in high school feeling like shit for ghosting somebody he used to be close with but not knowing what to do about it now that it's been four years and they're about to graduate and also he still gets weirdly sentimental and also butterflies when he hears davey laugh from across the room.
jack in college texting davey happy birthday because he can't think of a better way to restart a relationship that pretty much ended eight years ago and he misses home and misses familiarity and has never forgotten davey's birthday since the first time he learned it in elementary school.

Cont of my other post, but this one has yonah spoilers
SHE DOES THE SAME "warden. No.... Es" THING ON BOTH WHICH MAKES ME EXCITED TO SEE WHAT SHE'LL DO AS SHES PISSED ON T3
the difference on how she slaps her hand on the table on t1 to make Es snap out of their identity crisis vs on T2 going in and comforting them
Kotoko has said that she would forgive someone who did the same thing she did.... so.... do you guys think that if she knew exactly about Amane's murder she would forgive her? Because.... If she knew the circumstances and everything she had to endure and all of that, she would notice Amane was one of the people she needed to protect.... But makes me wonder since on deep cover she calls her out on her cult thing, so... Would she be a hypocrite and be like "you did good but you had the wrong mentality, so you should be punished" or would she still accept and forgive her... Like, I understand that her views are black and white, which is what brought me to that question. How heavy are the person's motivations on her books when doing something that she'd consider good...
killing someone isn't inherently good or evil. I love my morally gray wife... But makes me wonder... At first it appeared like she was guiding herself on this, and on Es' judgment "these are guilty, so these are evil" but she dissed on everyone... And basically said everyone should be guilty... I was wondering why she said that on t1 and then turned around and came to this conclusion and I think that's one of the things that her inno verdict radicalized her on. SHE can see who did evil and who didn't, SHE isn't in the wrong, SHE was right all along. I still believe she's throwing a tantrum because Es doesn't want to play with her anymore, and she is like "but you said I was right! You are soft! You are turning on me!" That's what she felt...

AKA The easiest character for me to torment with illness 😷
A prime whumpee candidate.
I gave him a sprite edit for every basic illness known to man and made this category chart. I may have a problem. This sprite editing is addicting.
~
Shinigami you're not helping.
The lactose thing is just a headcanon. I've seen a lot of memes and shitposts with it and I was like, yes this is canon to me now
Shinigami just causally eating that ice cream right next to him to rub it in his face while he struggles to intake the milk, god what an asshole
TW// Emeto
alsotheaftermathofthesecondrow
Poor baby... ;-;
At least Shinigami has a non-existent warm beverage for him lol
Credit to this mini-fic for the nausea edit inspiration

Feel free to share your sick headcanons w me if you got any for him.

if jerma doesnt like "jerma isnt real jokes" then how could you possibly see him being okay with being treated like an animal ?? imagine if someone you didnt know did this shit about you. imagine if you did this with any other person you dont know on the internet. that would be weird as hell
I’m going to really dig into this ask, so I’m putting my response under a read more. This is going to be a long discussion, but I think it’s an important one to have.
As far as I am aware, Jerma hasn’t taken a stance on “Jerma isn’t real” jokes. Please correct me on that if I am wrong. My rule about “Jerma isn’t real” jokes is entirely personal preference; I think they’re overdone and annoying.
I do completely and honestly see your point here. To an extent, the whole idea of “is the (content creator) video cute” blogs is a bit strange. It’s not lost on me that these posts, if made about the wrong person and saying the wrong things, could cause real harm. Personally, I wouldn’t be affected by a blog like this made about me, but that is because I enjoy being compared to an animal (which sounds totally fake, I know, but it’s true).
I would never make a blog like this around anyone else, because I don’t know other people’s preferences around these things. What I do know is that Jerma has interacted with similar jokes to these before with no negativity, such as the “plastic skin” chat message.
I’d also like to make it as clear as possible that when I talk about Jerma in my posts, I do not mean Jeremy, the real person who streams on twitch. I am talking about the fanon idea of the “Jerma985” character. In many ways, content creators play characters, whether they are inventing entirely new personalities for their videos, or just omitting details for the sake of their own privacy. We do not truly know these people. There must be a degree of separation between the Jerma that we watch in livestreams, and the Jerma outside of streams, who lives his life.
I do NOT make posts about Jeremy. I do not say Jeremy in my posts for this reason. This blog is about Jerma985. If you are still uncomfortable with this, you are more than welcome to block me. I don’t want to force my posts upon people who dislike them. I started this blog for fun, and I want it to stay fun for everyone.
I hope this response has been satisfactory. I tend to work myself up over asks like this, so if I have been unclear or you haven’t understood anything, I’m more than willing to clarify. Thank you anon, for reminding me to confront what I do and say, and deeply consider what is appropriate online.
