Omgomgomg I am BEGGING for some good ol Rika content and I love yours already sooooo could you do Rika x reader where reader is the MC of SV and Rika getting jealous of how close reader is to Nemona andddd maybe it gets a little spicy?

Author Note— We need more Rika, I got us covered. This ain't my first rodeo with making fics/hcs on tumblr for the underloved ones, lets goooo

1. The first few times Rika saw the two of you together she didn't mind all that much, you had plenty of friends around and she was used to the chaos by now. Being pretty adaptable she fit well into the circle although much preferring to be by your side she hardly gave the others attention if you weren't by her side. She was fine with this... For a while.

2. Nemona was a pretty handsy type from what they could tell, the throw an arm around you randomly and aggressively shake some sense into you type. It shouldn't have come as a surprise when Nemona had gotten overly excited for a battle again; no surprise there- and had grabbed your hands, pleading for you to fight her. Rika shouldn't have cared about the small touch, barely able to be called affection at best and she could see you had no interest in Nemona, at least not in the way the two of you shared for so long now. But they did care, and a hell of a lot too.

3. Rika had little to no hesitance when it came to outsmarting Nemona, the next time the hyped up girl went for your hands, maybe out of reflex at this point. Rika was faster by miles; swooping an arm right around your waist and giving your body a nice gentle tug to redirect you away from the grabby annoyance. Nemona seemed a little stunned by the reaction but both of them had been sure you barely noticed what had happened, the sweet actions from your lover was nothing new and you had contently just leant into her; neither said anything that time.

4. The subtle acts continued for a while longer just like that, slipping you into her own grasp instead of letting Nemona get her hands on you again even if there was nothing romantic behind it. Rika didn't care, it was too much for her to see. She was fast and careful how she treated you, letting you have your battle if you chose to actually want it; Nemona had to learn rather quickly to find other ways to get your attention on her however. Rika may not be able to beat her in a battle, but the glare they held that shot a terrified shiver down Nemona's spine was plenty enough reason to back away.

5. It took a rather long time for her to crack, each time Nemona tried to touch you it got on her nerves more and more until she itched to do something about it already. Instead of aiming to hurt anyone for it though she was much more passive aggressive about dealing with the unwanted attention on you. Having lived with you her plans were easy to pull off, even more so with how often you sat by her or even better; right in her lap.

6. Rika patiently waited until you seated yourself comfortably on her lap before she finally struck, her arms wrapping around your waist the instant you got yourself settled down. One of her hands resting against your hips with a firm grip encouraging you not to move at all. Before even letting you question what she was doing her lips found themselves against your shoulder, gentle and deeply loving complete opposite to the demanding hands holding you down.

7. Of course she would have let go and found other ways to deal with this if you protested it, but she found herself being indulged all over again when your head tilted to the side and exposed your neck to her use. Rika immediately took her chance and trailed her soft lips from your shoulderblade all the way up to your neck, keeping soft and sweet with no warning of what she was about to do to you; although you already had a pretty good idea. The sudden bite into your sensitive skin despite being a bit expected, sent a wonderful shudder through your body she absolutely felt against her own body.

8. Just one bite wasn't enough though, for either of you. Rika wasn't particularly rough with her teeth making sure not to hit any sore spots and focusing on all the places you loved it most, having plenty experience mapping out all the sweet spots on your body something like this was easy. Barely lasting a few minutes before she felt you squirming on her lap, breathing hitching ever so slightly when she dug into a rather nice spot.

9. Small heated moments like this were never anything new for either of you, half expecting her to randomly stop and leave you whining for attention again. Rika didn't plan to stop for a while, finding a rather visible spot higher up on your neck she wasted not a second longer and pressed a harder bite right over that area. Digging in deep and grazing your skin faintly, sucking over the small wound as much as you could handle, a soft almost apologetic lick over the slowly bruising mark quickly following when she was finished with the bite just barely short of making you bleed.

10. She wasn't sorry though, that much was easy to tell when you felt her lips curl into what you could only describe as a possessive grin. She had murmured something against your new lightly sore mark before she bit you again in a different place but you didn't manage to hear what she said fully; far too focused on the sudden rushes of pleasure you were being offered. Rika, however; finally content, eager for more and completely ready to see the results of her plan, the realisation on that clingy girls face playing on her mind and kept the smile lingering. "You're Mine."

I actually want to congratulate you on your work because what I don't think a lot of people in this fandom understand is that Riko is a character that is FUCKING HARD to get right. Not just to understand, but to WRITE. You can't make him too unhinged or he's just a cartoon villain and you can't make his actions too light (If you're writing within canon) or he looks like a pathetic clown instead of the actual threat he is on canon and if you aim for the middle he can end up just bland (AND I WILL SAY the greatest offenders in this are Riko haters and not his stans). And even in your most redemptionest AUs you manage to write him in a way that is consistent with the existing characterisation. I have yet to come across from a post by you that didn't make me think "yeah, if things went different, he could have turned out like this"

I feel pretty honoured I feel like I just won fandom and riko is shipped to me in the post . I would like to thank my parents for making me fucked up enough to get him.

There is few things that contribute to it all pretty much. And I will use this as excuse to talk about them all its 7 am and I slept 4 hours let's goooo

I actually see riko as very pathetic and non threat myself and I'm pretty sure Neil and most foxes do as well because even on my first reading of the books something stuck out to me pręty severly

Characters who actually killed people in those books

Andrew Aaron Renee Neil ? The foxes are pretty hands on with murder

Riko? Riki never actually got his hands dirty it does separate him already in cannon as all bark no bite whose only way to be intimidating is to use family name and people who follow him menawhile Riko himself is scary only to Kevin.

Riko's buildup in narrative as threat is very good but I really wouldn't confuse it as fear of him himself.

Riko's roast perfectly sums it up

Riko is pathetic used and delusional

I'm sorry if this is spitting onto what you said I am happy you like my things but I truly believe that riko is pathetic and I say this fully loving his character and issues his character puts light on.

He is scary only if you give him power as abuser (wchih is what this fandom does a lot in their need to have black and white villian ) but as a person he is pathetic.

But seeing riko as pathetic is seen by people as " he is poor and sad and I don't want to feel this way about him BC he is bad person "

He is not pathetic little kitty

He is pathetic eaten by anger and frustrations and unable to cry from all the pain he is in I can see how killing him could be seen as mercy actually.

Another thing I think people don't get right

Is that riko is not 100% delusional about his value

He has skills and he knows he is worth something he is fighting to have his father acknowledge it not because he does not feel worthy but because he knows he has a lot to offer and wants a chance to show it

He does not feel worthles he is just frustrated that others see him as such

Also growing pains are important thing to show

I think saddest and my favourite thing about riko is that the better person you let him be the more unhappy he will be.being good person won't erase things he did in the past and hurt he caused and the further you go the heavier it will be on his conscience and this is balance in act and I have way too many versions of the story where I let him snap

So yeah riko is pathetic clown and he is scary only when you don't understand this I'm sorry to blow his cover like that !

Maybe my reading of character is different in the end we all base things we create on things we know and while I never did such horrible things I know how it feels to grow into being a better person than I used to be and I know how it feels to still not believe you did got better even when I have friends to prove. There is a lot of comfort in seeing someone so horrible get nice things not because I did those horrible things but because I know how it feels to not deserve anything nice and hate myself enough to self sabotage.

I could go on also to talk about difference between gloryfying physical abuse in fandom and ignoring psychological abuse but maybe that's a talk for another time.

Like a 3, maybe a 4. The only part of editing I enjoy is that its the last step in the writing process and then I get to upload the fic, I just find it boring and lowkey stressful and 1 typo always makes it's way into the fic no matter what I do

I have a degree in Film Studies, I wrote my dissertation on representations of masculinity in Hollywood films of the 1990s with a focus on Robin Williams in Jumanji, Mrs Doubtfire and Good Will Hunting! That was a lot of fun to write and I can occasionally get pretentious about films from time to time. I am always down to talk films with people though

okay love this, I don't usually keep track of my hc's and don't want to revert back to my usual bottom barty and evan collects teeth bullshit.

It seems to have made it into my fics' canon that Barty’s phone screen is always smashed or cracked but I think Evan’s is pristine like he has a fucking bumper phone case incase he drops it, with a screen protector and if it gets the slightest scratch he gets frustrated and buys a new screen protector.

Okay so my biggest support is @futurequibblerjournalist aka Alex who I have been continuously hyping up and roasting in the answers to the questions he asked me. He knows he's my biggest supporter and, like a wanker, wants me to inflate his ego.

they had me up until the adopted brother storyline??? why??? also they're probably saving this for the actual drama but how did a number mix-up ruin all of their lives?? (7/10)

I'm going to be real, this seemed really boring. I feel like I'll probably watch anyway, but only bc i have nothing better to do. Also, I've been seeing people say that pondphuwin are the main leads of the cast, but it honestly feels like winnysatang also have an equal position in the trailer. but we'll see.

The Trainee (6/10)

this was okay, i like the concept. didn't feel all that excited though, but the cast is pretty stacked. also kaphook lesbian??? they gained points for that fr, give the casting director a raise.

The idol concept is interesting...but that's it? idk. LMAO.

This actually looks really fun. 2 points off for New, but him aside, I am actually really excited for this! Communicating with ghosts through food also sounds fun, so I'm really curious to see how they go about that.

Ossan's Love (4/10)

no <3 ok i love ossan's love (both the japanese version and the hong kong version) and i am definitely open to a thai adaptation -- i just am not confident in how well earthmix can pull off the characters, whichever ones they play. there's a lot of physical comedy and the main character in both adaptations was...very Expressive. so idk how this is gonna go.

this looks like its gonna be so stupid, i am so here for it. really excited for gawin and I'm happy he's getting more roles, especially lead ones. the premise also sounds really interesting, overall very excited!

I am going to watch and hope they do justice to the manga (because this is an adaptation of the manga and not the show). The trailer felt very lackluster imo. I think the characters would have been a better fit if fourth and gemini switched roles, but i am going to wait and see for this one. Yep. Kingohger brain rot. Kaguragi got me feeling things so here I am. Sometimes I gotta write self-indulgent shit. But hey! We’re finally on the last part of the YAMK series~! Let’s goooo~!!!!!

Warnings: Spoilers for ep 4-ish. Kaguragi is a complex man and I like him. This is a romantic relationship with GN reader. I also love angst so I’m Super Happy to dive into Kingohger angst. Also uh, who wants to hear me scream about Rita next week and make like 70 fics about em?

Stingers are stabbing him.

Piercing him.

Harming him.

But they are nothing.

Nothing at all.

They do not hurt him as much as the sheer thought of anything happening to his beloved. He could feel the buzzing of wasps and hornets scream from within the pits of his gut as his fingers nearly shatter the next wooden brush. The splinters would soothe him, perhaps, from this inner mud that threatens to cake him in sorrow-

“Kaguragi?”

Honeyed balm salves his skin, his pain, his heart. It fills in those cracks and crevices of dried skin and he looks skywards to the shoji doors of his office. Sunlight finally blesses his face and a tired smile lifts his lips. “My dearest,” he sets down the ink brush without hesitation, letting it clatter in a lonely patch of darkness in the corner of his desk and holds out his empty hand towards them. “Come in, whatever is the matter?”

“I heard that you made a deal with Racles?”

Kaguragi could almost hear their heart stop, or was it his own? How it ceases to beat and simply claws its talons into each surface of tissue and burrow deep and deeper. It’s wrenching it out in the worst of ways, letting it become carrion to be picked upon.

But he forces a smile to his face as his beloved steps closer, and closer, and closer. They’re sitting in front of him now, frown evident upon their beautiful face, marbled from the finest of paints and causes him to want to sing hymns to God Hachi in praise. “It will be fine, my love.”

He will not shake.

He will not cower.

He will not bend to pressure as it threatens to snap him in half.

Kaguragi gently takes the hand of his spring blossom, a kiss dotted to their knuckles.

Let them know how much I love them.

“Do not fear, my love,” the king breaks away, covering their hand with his own, lacing fingers into this nest of adoration - tightly packed by a honeycomb.

Who is shaking, is it he? Or them?

He does not know, but he cannot falter.

“Kaguragi,” they murmur, barely heard above the fluttering wingbeat of a hummingbird. Their voice causes his heart to lurch in his chest, passing from one flower to the next, desperate to find some sort of purchase. “I know Racles cannot be trusted...but,” they return his gesture, their lips pressed to the knuckles of the lord and he inhales deeply from his nostrils flaring.

Gods above, give me strength.

“Dearest...”

“Shhh,” they lift themselves up a smidgen, their free hand cupping his cheek and on instinct he leans into it, shutting his eyes and letting their warmth radiate from their pores and into his own. “I’m here for you, I will always be, no matter what you do. But please,” a thumb runs over his cheekbone and a ghost of a sigh escapes his lips, wondering if his spirit went along with it.

“Come back home to me, safely.”

Kaguragi opens his eyes to glance at them, their clear eyes that bore into his soul, that drowns him in pools of water that he never wants to leave and nourishes him...

He removes a hand from theirs, cupping the hand at his cheek, and lightly turns his head to press a kiss to their palm. “Of course I will,” he murmurs their name reverently at their altar. “For you, for Toufu, for my people, I will do anything to protect you all.”

“And I, for you as well.”

Let the world rain down fire upon him, let him become a man scorned, a man blamed, hated, and burned at the stake.

If his people, his country, his most beloved are safe...then he will betray the world itself.

7) Does your f/o’s color palette mean anything to their character?

Ohohohoho lets fucking goooo I actually noticed and have been thinking about this recently >:3 💖💖 So. One thing that usually has a factor in drawing me to characters is being able to appreciate their design (when it applies) and good god I LOVE Craig McCracken so much cuz all the designs in PPG fuckin SLAP, and Mojo is no exception 💖💖 I wont go too crazy into it here cuz this ask is JUST asking abt the colors used (and also I'm too tired to get into all that) but let's look at the colors used in his design and have a lil discussion on it uwu (also i have very few screenshots on hand forgive me this is what i got aAUH)

ehehehehehe 💖💖💖 ANYWAY, there is one thing that I'm surprised took me as long as it did to notice, and for anyone who knows abt color theory and the color wheel, I'll give you a second to try to think of what.... ok time's up. What I noticed that I thought was very clever in his design is that they ONLY used the "cool colors" side of the color wheel for his palette!

For those that don't know, red, orange and yellow are "warm" colors and green, blue, and purple are "cool" colors, and I think that its so smart that not only did they use only cool colors but they used ONE shade of each color, instead of different tones of each. I am a huge believer in less being more in design and I have such admiration for GOOD character designs that have an extremely limited palette, and other than anything on the grayscale, Mojo's palette consists of only 4 colors. I also do adore the fact that the one and only spot they used a warm color was the reddish-pink of his eyes, which is genius because red is on the opposite end of the color wheel to green so it complements the green of his skin so nicely and adds to his mutated look, plus it feels symbolic of how quick he is to "see red" when his plans go awry 😅💖💖

Ok last thing cuz this has gone long enough but one thing I rly wanna point out and praise is the use of white in his design! It's practically a universal rule in color design that white=good and dark=evil, so I find the use of so much white on a villain character to be so interesting, but it looks so striking and especially stands out against his black fur and the darker colors of his palette.

Friends & Family

I'm putting them together cuz technically friends ARE family to me. More and more do I realize just how stinkin important they are and how much they make my day/month/year.

My friends sending me tiktoks/memes they think I'll love or remind them of me, who love me for me and I can be my goofy self with them

my parents being endlessly supportive and hear me out, who sometimes pick me up coffee or snacks simply because they are thinking of me. My mom, who used to take my brother and I to anime cons and would patiently listen to us rant about our latest obsession and STILL does it till this day even though she has no interest in any of it because she loves us that much. Or my dad who will be a big ol' goof and won't stop till he's cracked a smile out of me.

2. Mutuals

I would put mutuals in the friends and family category, but y'all deserve your own spot because otherwise I'd go on forever lmao (also I see mutuals as friends but I know some people might find that TOO familiar and I'm not trying to weird ya out or nothin)

mutuals who leave tags on reblogs, letting me know their thoughts or little comments to me. Or the reblogs on my art and letting me know if you love it or not?? like 'IM OVER THE MOON'. Know that I'm squeeing and kickin my feet and twirling my hair. All of it. Also, seeing how excited y'all are about a certain show, books, fandom etc Even those posts that are like 'reblog if you would gently headbutt with the person you reblogged this from if y'all were cats'. I love that. I mean it when I say that all of this makes my entiiirrree day. I love it and I love y'all!!

3. My Pets

Seeing their cute little faces gets me through so much. They let me hug and kiss them a whole bunch and it fills me with so much seratonin, holy hell. They have helped me on lonely nights, being little supportive spirits when I'm in my head too much or going through a bad break up. If y'all want some cuteness too, heres a pic of the two of them. I lost my sweet Gir last year and it still gets to me. It's also the anniversary of her passing, but she was an amazing dog.

4. CBD gummies

okay so this is left field and sounds goofy, but I struggle with sleep pretty badly. I'm a night owl through and through, so it makes settling down super hard. My brain just won't shut the fuck up. It's caused my anxiety to spike enough to get medicated for it. However, with these gummies I can FINALLY bank on a good night's sleep and for that I am forever thankful. It also makes me feel so damn good too, so it even calms my anxious nerves. It's made me happy to tears, let me tell ya.

5. Baking

Been finding a lot of happiness in trying new recipes. Some of my favorite nights are getting tipsy/high, baking, and watching horror movies. I've mad pie dough, mini pumpkin pies, brownies, no bakes, caramels, truffles, muffins and god its been such a TREAT. I made my friends and family baked goods and it filled me with so much joy.

What’s your favorite Sims death? Sims 2 ... honestly not sure. Maybe Cowplant? Sims 2 cowplants are the superior cowplants.

For Sims 3 it's definitely the jellybean bush from Supernatural. I love the ghost colour, its silly, it reflects how i feel about jelly beans 10/10 no notes.

Sims 4 i wanna say Spellcaster Overload? Splosions!

Alpha CC or Maxis Match?

Maxis adjacent cartoony is generally what i gravitate towards, though especially for Edona's Glade, I'll just grab whatever I like.

Do you cheat your sims weight? Kinda? Sometimes? Usually when it changes in a way I don't think it should, which is mostly in sims 4. Sims 4 metabolism is whack and i really don't think it should be like that.

Do you move objects? yes. yes of course. thats how game do.

Favorite Mod? I am bad at picking favourites, especially since it totally depends on what i want to be doing and such. And then of course there is the mods that make the games playable, like NRaas and stuff. I do love things that add more craftables and foods and such for all the games, so that's like, a whole category?

First Expansion/Game Pack/Stuff Pack? For sims 1 it was Superstar, Sims 2 the first one I owned was Free Time, Sims 3 I got World Adventures asap and with Sims 4 I grabbed Get To Work first.

Do you pronounce live mode like aLIVE or LIVing? aLIVE. it's like a livestream or a tv show. it's live!

Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made? I don't really have a fave for sims 2 rn, because my fave (Cattie Peach) is born in game. Though I do love her made in CAS mom Elena.

For sims 3 it's gotta be Varuna, really proud of how she turned out.

And for Sims 4, I guess I am the most attached to Jewel? Her or one of my TTRPG characters i made to have a way of visualising how i think they should look.

Have you made a simself? Nope! I think I tried once, but i can't get it right and I really don't see the point for me.

Which is your favorite EA hair color? Sims 2 I mod the EA hair colours away, so does not apply. I like the soft blonde in Sims 3, and i love both the blue and green in Sims 4!

Favorite EA hair? Again, don't use em in Sims 2. I do like that one Island Paradise Waterfall Braid for Sims 3, and plenty of others, but that one i actually remember. For Sims 4, there is so many of them, I have lost track. There is plenty I like! Maybe the twin braids from Snowy Escape?

Favorite life stage? Really vibin with the teens in Edona's Glade right now. But that's because of the characters, not because of the lifestage I think. Generally there is the most to do with YA/A sims in all the games, so really, it's not that they are my fave, it's just that there is the most content to play with.

Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay? Gameplay all the way baybeeeee

Are you a CC creator? Kinda? I've got a few mods I've shared, and i used to do a lot of recolours for sims 4. Like I don't consider myself one, but I have indeed created CC before.

Do you have any Simblr friends or a Sim Squad? Not really? Like I have people on here I like and interact with, but its not like... a friend group? I am very bad at reaching out to people, it's the anxiety about being annoying, so I mostly stick to myself.

Do you have any sims merch? Nope!

Do you have a YouTube for sims? I have a youtube, where I did a Sims 4 BaCC back in like 2016. I've unlisted those videos, but left the playlist up. But I am currently posting my Twitch VODs there. So it's not for sims, but there is some sims there.

How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing? Well the biggest change is I went fantasy medieval for sims 2. That and i've moved a little away from basic EAxis style sims? Also compared to my childhood there is more storylines and drama. And more longlasting saves.

Who’s your favorite CC creator? I don't have a favourite CC creator. Picking favourite people is weird so I refuse to.

How long have you had Simblr? This blog has been around since May 2013, and I think i started posting sims things on it within that year, so if you go by a definition of "A Simblr is a blog with sims things on it" then for over 10 years. I personally don't consider this a simblr. it's my personal tumblr, and it has a lot of sims stuff on it because thats what i feel like posting, ya know?

How do you edit your pictures? Generally I just slap some brightness and a lil bit of saturation over it and call it a day. Sometimes I don't do anything.

What expansion/ gamepack is your favorite?

For the sims 2, Open For Business is just... so good. So essential to how I play these days with Edona's Glade. Free Time also though. So those two in combination.

For Sims 3, I love World Adventures. I just love the tomb puzzles.

Sims 4 I am honestly not sure. Like a lot of them I am like "yes, i use this, it's alright", there isn't really a stand out one for me. I do quite enjoy the Milestones from Growing Together, and i think they did a pretty decent job with the supernatural focused gamepacks, but none of them are like "YES, THIS ONE". Might just be because sims 4 and how i want to play dont quite get along.
