It strikes me that Ed knowing Stede wants to hear “You wear fine things well” from him is massive growth. He understands now that Stede is not as steady as he seems, that he needs reassuring. He realizes Stede treasures and relies on his opinion, not just of Stede as a pirate, but of Stede as a man. He understands Stede gets panicky and is helped by comfort and praise and gentleness as much as he is. He sees that he has something to give Stede not just as a captain but as a lover.

The standard version alone is a brick, this thing is a concrete behemoth, it’s at least 3 kg minimum, it’s simply not possible.

Having to sleep with my door not just pushed to but fully closed because there’s a fly the size of god out in the hallway and I SWEAR this bitch followed me upstairs. I’d seen it in the kitchen earlier and it would not leave!! And then it came into my room of everywhere it could go. i went through hell all of that effort to help a friend with the first trigonometry question on law of sines.
i did it step by step, explained each diagram/equation with enough detail that she can understand, made extra notes to the side, gave her encouragement when she keeps telling me it’s confusing, and i even recorded a video on how to find the final answer on a phone calculator because she got a completely different answer.
mind you this lasted for an hour on the FIRST QUESTION and i’m not a math person
