My scanlation of chapter 1 of “Totsuzen Nantonaku Tonari no Seki no Dōryō to Kisu Shitaku Narimashita” aka “For Some Reason Suddenly I Wanted to Kiss the Coworker Who Sits Next to Me” by Miura Cozumi is up on MangaDex.

This is the first chapter of an ongoing yuri series, which is a sequel to the anthology oneshot "For Some Reason I Suddenly Wanted to Have Sex With the Coworker Who Sits Next to Me."

Looking forward to more of Hayami and Kohashi being useless together. 🙏

okay girls im going to be a little hashtag critical here but i have been ruminating LONG ENOUGH and i really really do not like that scene in the graphic novel murder on the rockport limited where lucretia recognized the umbrastaff. i understand what they were trying to do and i understand you have to change things for the medium but its kind of a disservice to both lucretia and taakos characters imo. lucretia works so hard to keep the boys from questioning things like why would she have a reaction like that. like they couldve alluded to her recognizing it but a scene like that is so in your face and it takes power away from the scene in crystal kingdom where red robe barry recognizes it. and wrt taakos character like. hes never Particularly trustful of lucretia like on a personal level but overall he trusts the bureau and lucretia until reunion tour. adding in a scene like that at that point in the story makes no sense like u cannot convince me taako would not start questioning what the directors really up to and why she had such a personal reaction.

#ada speaks #untagged #not tagging this but #i am curious to know everyone else's rankings #ive really only seen polls and that doesn't rank them properly bc its like. one vote per person #its hard to rank a lot of the seasons bc like. i fucking love the first two eps of s7 and i think frank's pretty woman is #one of the most solid eps in the entire series #but as a whole i think there are a lot of weak eps in s7 #frank's brother absolutely blows. sorry rcg. i don't particularly care for storm of the century. audited is Fine. ANTI-social is Fine.#9 has a stretch of 3 eps i enjoy and then the rest are meh #15 got fucked over because i. absolutely fucking adore the ireland eps. so much #and even roller rink i enjoyed on its own. its fun if you consider it noncanon. botched continuity and retconning piss me off but.#i dont care for the first two eps of 15 at all though and there are Less eps to like in 15 (because less overall) than smthn like s3

Sometimes I really wish I saw what other people could see in the Tellius games.

#ask #kasmusser #lorillee liveblogs aa investigations 2: electric boogaloo #this game is actually. i might make a more in depth post on it later but its actually surprisingly cohesive #like because with all the other aa games most of them follow like a loose narrative #but most of the cases themselves arent terribly like. relevant to the climax #oh no i can already feel this becoming a tag essay. uhhh ill try to keep it short so i can talk about this more later #but for this game every single case is like absolutely intrinsically tied to the overall narrative of the game #and the ultimate climax. which makes it infinitely more satisfying #not to even get into the themes #like honestly i think this is like The most cohesive game in this series that ive played so far #actually i really want to talk about this in a lot more depth later but WE'LL GET TO THAT AT SOME POINT !!!!!!!!

As additional context to my last post, the episode in Alola I’m referencing is this one.

In retrospect, I feel bad that I never really commented on it on my blog because I found that episode really touching in how Ash really found a good base of support in his Alolan fans. I legitimately got a somewhat emotional during that scene. You really could feel them all putting their hopes and faith in Ash to represent them well at the Masters Eight Tournament.

I feel like Alola could be a second home to Ash, whether he retains his title of champion there or not. While he’s been around other regions, I feel like he connected to this region on almost spiritual level thanks to his interactions with Tapu Koko, it being one of the guardians of the land itself. As well, Ash forged so many friendships with not just people his age as we’ve seen in his companions and schoolmates, but people of walks of life and ages, not to mention pokemon. Even some of his pokemon have elected to remain there to further tie Ash to the region.

There was a time where I had always imagined a future where Ash was the champion of Kanto, or jointly Kanto and Johto given the way those two regions are entwined. But now... I feel like I see Ash living out his life and title in Alola more than anywhere.

Maybe I’m wearing nostalgia glasses for Alola already, but I feel like there’s a lot to love about the place, both from an series external and series internal perspective. I imagine this is doubly true for Ash, given his ties there and his achievements there as well.
