"just activate voiceover! :)" says the app's official faq. okay first of all that completely changes the control scheme of the device second of all it sounds like absolute dogshit so consider the merits of fucking right off.

Look, I was just scrolling through Code Vein tags on tiktok, I'm not leaving Genshin for this soon I swear, just pls dont be paid because it caught my interest. I like RPG games, so that is probably why [. . . "Bloody scenes". . . That aint stopping me--]
Hydro Harbinger does not like me leaving at all

While the dlcs are complete and utter dog crap, largely just reskins and stuff, it is a wonderful game and I would highly recommend it. The combat may take some getting used to but it is a very cool game overall that I very much enjoyed my playthrough of.
As for Childe not liking it, well Code Veins has a very good character creator, so who knows maybe you could bring our Murderous Tartar Sauce along for the ride with you...that is if you feel ok of depriving Zhongli of his wallet for a while lol.
Edit: I just looked at reddit and take a look at this and you can see what I mean by the character creator being pretty good, I mean it may not be a 100% but I think that this is a good example:
https://www.reddit.com/r/codevein/comments/mj559v/genshin_impact_tartaglia_childe/
Also, and you will understand this when you start playing it if you decide to, Io is best girl of Code Vein and deserves all of the love you can give her. There are 3 endings I think and I feel it is worth it to try and get the best ending, which requires a bit of work to do, because it is...well I won't spoil it.
The requirements for that one are a little hidden so don't be afraid to loo them up because I would never have known how to get it otherwise lol.
If you do decide to go down that blood soaked road, maybe you can understand why my next batch of brainrots will contain an idea for a reader who has arrived in Teyvat with some interesting friends and a very interesting condition.
Now if only they could stop their acolytes and mother from trying to make plants that bleed so they can eat their greens lol.

JJK DnD classes
Gojo - Paladin-Sorcerer
His first pick was actually wizard, but then he realized this would be more his speed
Getou - Warlock-Cleric
He originally wanted to be a Paladin, but Gojo called it and then Getou found out about the "recharge after a rest" feature. He took like two levels of cleric bc he thought it was funny
Shoko - Cleric-Wizard
She didn't want to be the cleric, but then she found out that there are a lot of domains that don't focus on healing
Yuuji - Barbarian-Fighter
He wanted to hit things even harder
Megumi - Rogue-Wizard
Gloomstalker rogue, and blade-singer to be specific. He wanted to keep his motif
Kugisaki - Ranger-Barbarian
She wants to find things and also hit them (find treasure hit baddies. She wants to most kills...)
Maki - Fighter-Ranger
She takes as many fighting styles s possible, got Ranger for Hunter's Mark
Mai - Fighter-Rogue
She's a gunslinger of course, but spends a lot of time trying and succeeding at jump scaring Maki's character. Maki refused to rp along...
Inumaki - Druid-Paladin
He wanted healing and didn't want access to the command spell. He passes nearly all his persuasion checks. All NPCs flirt with him
Yuuta - Cleric-Wizard
Maki tried to bully him into being a warlock paladin but the face he made put her off lol
Nanami - Artificer-Paladin
I don't know if this combination is actually good, but he didn't want to play at first and thought this build would let him sit at the party base while he read his newspaper irl
Utahime - Bard-Sorcerer
Gojo made fun of her for it and she sent his Paladin to sleep the first time they played together.
Mei-Mei - Paladin-Warlock
She's only a Paladin first so that she got heavy weapons proficiency...

have you played Flesh, Blood, and Concrete by io? it's a little free horror game on itchio it seems like the kind of thing you'd be into
Yes of course!! it really touched my heart : ) im a huge rpgmaker horror buff & me and io were mutauls for a long time back when iwas a kid so it's been really crazy to see them finishing a passion project and being recognized for their work & like, the renown is fully deserved, its definitely one of the best rpgmaker projects in recent history and probably one of my favorite rpgmaker horror games ever released up there w/ your Ib and your witchs house and such. flawless art direction as expected of io, beautiful concept, really touching prose, & just altogether a really touching story.. if anyone here hasn't played it yet i highly recommend it

i said it before but i just want to say again, scrapland is really really good.
its NPC crowds feel more alive than a good chunk of the AAA open-world rpgs that have released in modern times, and this is a game from late 2004.  for example, a cop robot demanded a banker robot give him money; the latter obliged, and then immediately stole it all back when the cop turned his back to him.  that’s such a simple little exchange that happened almost completely at random, but it was entertaining to see and added so much life to the exploration.  meanwhile, you have games like cyberpunk where NPCs rarely if ever interact with each other like this if at all, which results in the game just feeling so dead.
there’s also hilariously dark humor, fantastic robot design, lots of little minigames to play (some of which are almost completely hidden, there’s nothing outright telling you to do some of them but they’re still there just for the fun of it), great music, bizarrely quotable voice acting, and all in all just so much fun to play.  it’s the very defintion of gaming soul, and i have been hooked.  i’m this close to calling it my new favorite video game.
