Ok so I potentially solved some of the mystery of why Inprnt has started to be useless with their payments but then again I might be just:
So take this with a grain of salt, ok?
From publicly available info:
In 2017 the owner of Inprnt’s wife was added to the company as a manager. Her signature is on the yearly reviews after that, and she obviously was handling different managerial elements in the company. Her previous job experiences include a lot of money management stuff like PeopleSoft project cost, finances, billing, etc.
In 2020 she is removed from the manager position/possibly the company entirely. Sadly, she does not list her time at the company anywhere on her LinkedIn which means I can not confirm that money management was a part of her roll at the company. (Which is interesting all on its own, considering she seems to have just left that large chunk of work off her resume completely.)
Which might explain why the payment processing has gone down hill in the past few years. That, and a lot of payment processors from PayPal to Etsy have significantly slowed down and/or faced delays in this past year for their own reasons. Again, I’m not able to 100% confirm a connection, but it is a possible contribution to it. The final little bit of relevant info that helps point towards a slowly growing mix of mismanagement at Inprnt is this 2021 work review posted on Indeed:

hi!! as i’ve said before i do have redbubble and inprnt but i literally dont receive a cent for it so i’ve kinda abandoned them 🥹 although i cant have control of it i appreciate my art being printed by people who give me tips since the money on ko-fi goes directly to my account!

May i ask hoe you get your prints done? Im thinking of opening an artstore and i currently dont have the management to manage stock myself so i was thinking of using inprnt. Do you have any advice to give?
i get them made by a local printer or print them at home 🥲 no experience really with print on demand services, but afaik inprnt is considered the most high quality one? maybe someone else can share their experiences 🤔

BIG PSA: if you're an artist, I wouldn't recommend using @inprnt . If you already have, archive all your work until this is resolved. They aren't giving satisfactory responses (if any) or being clear why many of us aren’t receiving payments until MONTHS after their ETA for balance withdrawals, and only respond after numerous emails, if they ever do.
If you sell a print on @inprnt as of summer 2023, you'll have to wait 30 days until the money appears in your site balance, and then potentially up to 4 MONTHS for your withdrawal request to appear in your paypal account. As a reminder, the site's service terms still say withdrawal requests "should take" 3-10 business days.
If you're a supporter of artists, I'd recommend not buying prints from @inprnt. They need to explain what is going on
this all being said, I am no longer offering prints on @inprnt until they come clean or this issue is taken care of.

INPRNT shop issues
So, a lot of artists seem to be having issues with payments on INPRNT. I am one of those artists. So for the time being I am going to archive all of my prints and give everyone a heads up! Please DO NOT buy any prints! Many artists have not received their payments and INPRNT has been silent and unresponsive. Not sure what's going on their side, but I will no longer have my prints up on their site.

So after the inprnt incident we can officially say that online selling options for artists to make some money is for naught atm right (hyberbolically speaking)?
It’s not just inprnt, it’s many other platforms also, like for example redbubble, patreon and many more. They either changed their terms of use which actually takes away more money from the artist or royally fuck up payment and/or withholding money.
Is there at least one option that I can use safely and works like inprnt? I just want to sell good quality prints in a passive way income (not me doing or managing the printing and shipping).
I am just so worried because inprnt was so far the only platform with the best artist income share.

have you had any luck finding another place to sell your prints? srry if you get this ask a lot
Putting this one separately because it's a bit of an inprnt update - I contacted them, they responded saying that the delayed payments were apparently a paypal issue (doubt.png). They cancelled my withdrawal request and remade it and then within 10 working days I did in fact get the $186 they owed me.
The big test is next week, on the 13th of September I'll make my final withdrawal of the rest of my account balance. If I don't get that in a timely manner I'm done with inprnt until there is solid evidence their service has improved. If I do get that in a timely manner I will consider reopening my shop.
That is all contingent on whether or not people are actually getting the imprnt prints they ordered. If you bought one when I announced the closing of my shop, please let me know if/when you get the print and if it is of satisfactory quality. That will help me decide how to move forwards.
Anyway to actually answer the ask: not really, sorry.
