lantern - how did you meet your best friend? What were your first impressions of each other?
haha, this is a great story that actually started here on tumblr! i had a gta v-focused gaming tumblr in 2014 and i got a message from them and we got to chat! with their way of writing i assumed they were a woman but when we got to play borderlands together for the first time and got into a voice chat i was super stunned to find out it's a dude and his pfp was actually him!! we had our ups and downs in our friendship, but i also learned tons from him (and still am!) and am thankful for him every day. i think i remember him saying he thought i was cool (which, looking back at the fragments i can still find from that blog - it's not much, circumstances led me to delete it - I WASN'T COOL AT ALL LKSDJFSDFD)
harvest - what fictional character do you most identify with? Why?
that's a tough question! i often identify with aziraphale (ties in with me being a big aziraphale "apologist" i guess) with being soft 99% of the time, but a fighter when it counts. i also love tea and wearing the same three shirts to the outside world, and have been pining for the same person for a couple of years...
in general i'd say, since i'm big on hyperfixating etc., i have a little bit of every thing/person i hyperfixate on, i'm kind of an amalgamate (also reflects in my language/accent!)
fog - how well do you think you’d do in a zombie apocalypse scenario?
oh, horribly! i'd probably pidgeonhole myself into my flat and hope for the best. if i was with friends i'd probably do a lot better, because i thrive with other people (almost like we're social animals skdghjsdgd)

(2) First ever ship: ooohhhh that's a tough one. I think it's either speeding bullet or bush medicine...
(3) Last Song: i'm currently listening to Sehnsucht by Rammstein. I realised yesterday I hadn't listened to them in a long time so I put the playlist on again.
(4) Last Film: Portrait of a Lady on Fire...these tragic lesbians will be the death of me.
(5) Currently reading: I just finished Voyager: A Constellation of memories, and I'm starting on the crow road next week. Taking a break to prepare my cosplay for MCM comic con this weekend.
(6) Currently Watching: Nothing really. I barely watch shows, but I started binging Dr Who a while so occasioally I'll tune in or leave it on in the background while I'm working.
(7) Currently consuming: Nothing, but the last thing I hate was some homemade tomato pepper soup with some duck wraps, and i found out that I'm not the biggest fan of duck but it still tasted good!
(8) Currently craving: UHHHHHH cuddles and kisses. and money cause im out of a job at the moment and my savings are slowly being depleted

Fog - how well do you think you’d do in a zombie apocalypse scenario?
I think it would be fair to say that the easy answer to this is: I wouldn’t
I just don’t have the survival drive that I feel would be necessary, you know that ‘keep going no matter what as long as you’re still breathing’ vibe - it’s not me. Obviously I’ll never know unless it actually happens, but my instinct is I would voluntarily kiss this sweet world goodbye and leave the surviving to the strong (sorry for this depressing answer!)

It’s been a bit of a mixed bag 🙈 my brother came over to play Detroit Become Human and watch me make terrible decisions (one of our favourite pass times) but half way through Seb WWE wrestled a wasp and got stung a bunch so we had to take him for an emergency vet trip 🫠
He was fine thankfully, a dose of anti histamines, looking very sheepish and big cuddle later he’s back to his normal self, suffering only from a terminal case of being a daft boy!

So we met on our year 6 ‘visit your secondary school day’ we were stood outside of reception and the kids in the upstairs classrooms threw pens at us, hello shared trauma bond 😅 she was then in my tutor group and we stuck together because we are both suspicious introverts with a vaguely outlandish sense of humour
(I also want to give a special shout out to @heartleafs who I met here in Tumble Town, we initially bonded over ST and a frankly insane Murder Town au. I waited patiently for her to move to the UK and now we go on day trips to the aquarium and without her my daily life would be much poorer)
