Arisu Ryohei (Alice In Borderland) X Gn!Reader

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

Ryohei is extremely affectionate once he gets comfortable enough around you that he isn’t shy or afraid to do certain things. He would most likely show affection by actions rather than words, like doing random chores for you or something as simple as cooking dinner that night instead of ordering take out of some sort, he would also show it by constantly hanging around you, but not in a annoying way. He would either always be holding your hand or touching you in some sort of way just to show silently that he’s still there for you and always will be.

B = Best Friend (what would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?) A friendship with Ryohei would more than likely start from either you two meeting at an internet cafe of sorts to play video games or meeting over a game in a store, knowing Ryohei, he would probably start out pretty shy around you in the beginning of the friendship but he would soon break out of his shell and become more comfortable around you. Ryohei as a best friend would be amazing, sleepovers while gaming and eating pizza, him randomly showing up at your house because he needs to get away from his father and brother, and he would be so supportive of whatever you do or want to do. A 10/10 friend for sure.

C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Ryohei absolutely loves to cuddle, and all of the time. He doesn’t mind if he’s the little or big spoon, he just enjoys being close to you and feeling genuinely relaxed and good that you are there with him at that moment, especially at his most vulnerable times. He particularly likes spooning or any way that he can have his arms wrapped around you or vice versa because he cherishes every moment when he’s being held or holding you. Ryohei also wants to cuddle almost all the time when the two of you are alone, wanting to be close with you at all times because once he’s caught on, he’s never letting go.

D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Ryohei would love to settle down with you, and he actually thinks about it a lot surprisingly. He is good at cleaning, when you tell him to do it at least because he’s a little lazy, cooking…is a different story, he can cook ramen, eggs, premade oven foods, but that’s about it. Now, if he had a recipe in front of him and all of the materials he probably could make whatever that is, maybe, it all really depends on how difficult the food is or he won’t do it. That being said, he does love cooking with you, it’s much more fun and he enjoys any time that he spends with you.

E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

No matter what, Ryohei would feel utterly terrible for wanting to break up with you and actually doing it. That being said, he would try and do it in the least painful way possible especially if you were still in love with him and he wasn’t with you. Most likely Ryohei would write a note out and give it to you indirectly either through a friend or just slipping it under your door and quickly leaving before you realize it was him because he can’t face you when he’s going to break your heart, and he won’t ever hurt you, even if it hurts more without seeing him face to face doing it.

F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?) Ryohei feels very strongly about commitment, and he would totally want to get married to you and move in together, but he will go the same pace as you, never wanting to pressure you into doing something you don’t want to do and won’t voice his feelings of wanting to marry you until you say something first. He would want to get married pretty fast once he knows that you want to as well, probably after 2 years of being with you or so, so that he knows you two really genuinely love each other.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Ryohei is the most gentle boyfriend you could ever ask for, both physically and emotionally, which is uncommon for most. Physically, he couldn’t hurt a fly anyways, so he would be extra gentle and careful with you just in case something does happen and he accidentally hurts you, which he would feel completely terrible if he did so. Emotionally he’s even more gentle, this mostly being because he knows how it feels to be hurt over and over again, and he never wants that to happen to you, so he always chooses his words very carefully when talking about a sensitive topic or literally anything, never wanting to hurt you in any way even unknowingly since he was so accustomed to it at home.

H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

Ryohei literally adores hugs, he loves them so much but he will never verbally ask for it, he’s the type to just hold out his arms to you and you have to assume he wants a hug because he won’t actually say that he wants one. He will hug you at literally any time he wants, whether it’s a back hug whilst your cooking, or literally hugging you while sleeping, he always wants to hug you it’s so cute. Ryohei’s hugs are like a rush of warmth that just makes you feel all nice and fuzzy on the inside with how you can really tell that he loves you just by how he hugs, and he tends to stay in that position for quite some time, just simply enjoying the warmth you give.

I = I Love You (How fast do they say the L-word?)

Ryohei probably says it quite fast into the relationship, like around 6 or so months because no one has ever treated him like you do before and he knows pretty quickly that he loves you. He most likely accidentally blurts it out while you’re talking and he has to hope that you say it back so that he doesn’t look stupid and get embarrased.

J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when their jealous?)

Ryohei doesn’t really get jealous because he knows you would never leave him for anything, but of course, there are moments when he does. He won’t do anything in the moment if someone is flirting with you, but he will express his discomfort the next time you two are alone and he sounds a little bit sad but just reassure him a little bit and it will all be better and work pretty fast. He never wants to initiate fights of course, so there will be times where he won’t even tell you that he’s jealous but it’s obvious by his actions and expressions so you have to still reassure him that you won’t leave him for anyone or anything, and give him lots of cuddles he needs it.

K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?) Ryohei’s kisses are often short and sweet, but with many emotions lurking deep inside of them every time he kisses you, even if it’s just a peck before going somewhere. His lips may be chapped from time to time, but they are somehow still soft and every kiss makes you feel like you’re floating on a cloud. Ryohei likes to kiss you on your head or hand, especially at the most random times. He’ll be holding your hand and randomly pull it up to his lips and kiss either the inside of your wrist or just your hand in general. He likes to be kissed anywhere, he doesn’t care when or where you kiss him, he’s going to cherish and enjoy every kiss he has with you no matter what, that being said, he does particularly enjoy getting kissed on the cheek, it makes him easily blush and stutter out responses but he loves it for how innocent it is and how much of an effect it has on him.

L = Little Ones (How are they around children, how do they feel about having kids, etc)

Ryohei is extremely good with kids, he is always playing around with them and making them laugh but would never think once about having kids with you, not in the bad way though! He just never thought anyone would actually want to have kids with him so he’d never thought of it before, but he would love to! While he would be worried that he would end up like his father if you guys had two or more, all he needs is a little reassurement and then he’ll be okay and believe that he will be better than his fucked up father.

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Mornings with Ryohei are usually spent laying in bed for much longer than supposed to be with how he simply won’t let go of you whatsoever, the epitome of “just five more minutes” but that tends to change into hours if you don’t pry yourself out of his grip. He has a hard time getting up early much more with him constantly being up all night playing video games, but if you get up earlier than him and start cooking then he’ll wake up shortly after because he can smell the food and will make coffee (or drink a redbull) while watching you cook breakfast. Ryohei is pretty groggy in the mornings and it takes some time for him to actually wake up and get moving around and start to do the normal things.

N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)

Nights with Ryohei are mostly spent with the two of you playing video games all night, or you watching him play video games all night. That, or watching movies so late into the night that you two end up passing out on the couch or in bed while movies are still playing and wake up to some random thing still on. Ryohei stays up late pretty much every night, which is why he has such a hard time getting up in the mornings, but he just loves you and wants to constantly be around you.

O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

It would probably take some time for Ryohei to fully open up to you, unless you two were friends before getting together. After a few months he would slowly start opening up about certain things like his trauma and terrible family, but when he does it feels like such a weight has been lifted off of his shoulders because he knows he can trust you and that you care about him, he just needs some time to realize that you completely understand and don’t think of him differently with his trauma and more. He would probably spill everything at once most likely while eating dinner at home just so that he can go to sleep resting easy knowing he isn’t hiding anything from you anymore, because it can be extremely difficult to open up about trauma that you’ve experienced and never really told anyone since most people would judge.

P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)

It is extremely hard for Ryohei to get angry, like, genuinely angry to the point where he will actually yell or give the silent treatment. He has a lot of patience and is the most understanding boyfriend he could possibly be, but of course, he does have moments when he gets angry and will actually say something about it, but it is very rare for him to do so. Though, it is easy to calm him down whether it’s getting him food or you just being by his side, but, if an argument happens between the two of you then it will either be harder for him to get better or easier, it really depends on how serious the argument is and if it will affect you both later.

Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

Ryohei has an amazing memory, and therefore he will remember pretty much everything you tell him, even the weirdest things that you say which surprise you that he somehow remembers those moments. He is the type to write down things that you say you like or enjoy so that he can get you those things at random times when he has money or for gifts or even just simple date ideas like going on a picnic or something of the sorts. He most likely has a whole book dedicated to the things he’s written down that you like or literally things you just say to him at both the worst and best moments.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

Ryohei’s favorite moment with you is most likely the day he met you, because it was when his world was turned completely upside down and he wouldn’t expect to be where he is today without you and his amazing friends who have stuck with him through thick and thin. But really, every moment he spends with you is his favorite moment, he just loves you so fucking much that there isn’t a single second that he doesn’t enjoy being with you.

S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?) Ryohei is very, very protective of you, like, more than what you would expect with him. He protects you in various ways, whether that be standing up for you when someone insults you or is trying to flirt with you right in front of him even if it results in getting his ass beat up terribly, to making sure you don’t do things that could possibly be detrimental to your health in any sort of way, physical, mental, or emotionally. Ryohei does like to be protected by you at times, but usually he is too shy to be verbal with it and it mostly results in you having to stand up for him in some sort of situation that he’s uncomfortable in and he feels very grateful and thankful for you always afterwards.

T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, and everyday tasks?) Ryohei puts his all into everything with you, dates, gifts, chores, literally everything you could possibly think of. He isn’t playing around with you, anything you ask him to do he will immediately drop whatever it is that he is currently doing and go do what it is you asked him of, and will do it thoroughly so it makes you happy, he doesn’t half-ass things when it comes to you at all. Anniversaries he plans extremely well surprisingly and always wants to do things special and different on those special days.

U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)

Let’s be honest, he probably doesn’t wash his hair as often as he should be. Oh, and he uses 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

Ryohei didn’t give two shits about his looks before he met you to be honest, but, after he did meet you, he did start to care about how he looked and started to clean himself up more and actually put some effort into his outfits, hair, etc.

W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Oh most definitely. It seems every time he gets close to someone they end up either fucking him over or dying, so if you were to leave him in any sort of way he would be so heartbroken that he would become severely depressed and resort back to his old lifestyle. Ryohei obviously has attachement issues with how many people he’s seen die and turn on each other in the games, so he would freak out and it probably wouldn’t end well.

X = Xtra (A random headcannon for them)

Ryohei’s love languages are words of affirmation and quality time (also physical touch)

Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn't like, either in general or in a partner?)

Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habit of theirs?)

Ryohei moves a lot in his sleep, he can’t seem to stay still. He also tends to have nightmares even well after everything has gone down, some are worse than others which result in him sleeping less than normal.

Okay these are gonna be pretty short and also sorry for not writing for a while because I've just been kinda not great but back anyways

Niragi would honestly just push the child around a bit, make them cry and just be like 'Youre such a loser' to the kid and walk off. He's mostly just an asshole.

Chishiya on the other hand would ignore the child first but then keep her around after some thinking to use as bait incase he needs to run ☠

Arisu and Aguni on the other hand would actually have sympathy for the poor kid and let her hang around and even take care of them in the game and make them avoid possibly dangerous scenarios.

an: My brother's been watching pokemon masters again and I've been replaying shield and let's go so why not make a crossover? anyway, depending on how this goes and if people like this concept, i will be making one for the girls! happy reading!

SHUNTARO CHISHIYA

Psychic and Ice type trainer

His starter pokemon is obviously a Froakie, now an over powered Greninja

His team consists of Greninja, Espeon, Vanillux, Frillish (who he sometimes switches out with Solosis), a Galarian Meowth, and a mighty Kadabra.

He completed two of his Pokedexes in his first 3 years of being a trainer.

Treats his pokemon team like a sports team. he’s the coach and he trains his pokemon to be the best.

One day, he last the Pokeball containing Espeon when it was still an Eevee, he retraced his steps so far that he ended up getting lost in a forest. When he found the Pokeball, Team Rocket was already there, trying to take his Eevee. He fought them so hard that even though he got a few injuries, nevertheless he won. Letting his Eevee out, he celebrated internally, and little did he know, the Eevee was two seconds away from evolving.

Even though Greninja was his starter, his little Espeon will always be his favorite.

SUGURU NIRAGI

Fire type trainer (oops)

The team he built contains Torracat, Charizard (evolves into the Y form to be specific), Cinderace, Blaziken, Litleo, and Houndoom

Keeping things simple, he only catches fire type pokemon with a dash of fighting types.

He has huge respect for his pokemon, they're the ones fighting, not him. When they are all out of their Pokeballs, he treats them like his best friends and always takes care of them.

When in battle, he makes sure to always burn his opponent on the first move.

HATES grass-type trainers and grass-type pokemon in general. He thinks of them as useless since they're weak against most types.

His amazing pokemon story as a trainer would be when he first got his Litten in high school. The Litten he received HATED him at first. Every time he would try and train it, it would always end up with him having cat scratches all over him. It was only until his bullies at school approached him with their pokemon and tried t attack him. The Pokeball in his pocket opened by itself revealing the Litten, and Fire Fang’ed those kids back to their mommies.

from then on. he realized the problem was the Pokeball, and that he can't just be too bossy over the Litten, since it had a mind of its own as well. Every night after that, he would sleep next to the Litten like his very own companion throughout his journey.

RYOHEI ARISU

Fighting and Electric type trainer

his team has Gallade, Lucario, Luxio, Pancham, Togedemaru, and Marshadow

As the dedicated trainer he is, he’s completed 4 of his Pokedexes in just a year of training. It was mostly because he loved to collect regular pokemon and always trained them to get their evolutions instead of catching an already evolved pokemon.

Treats his pokemon like his pets, always handing out treats, playing and buying them new toys, and eating with them.

He always battles with a balance of fun and strategy. He loves to knock out the opponent on the first move, and when they switch out their pokemon, he paralyzes them.

Never uses a normal Pokeball due to his laziness, even though he’s broke, he will never buy a Pokeball. Rest assured that he’s stocked up on Great and Luxury balls.

Talking about being stocked up, he has EVERYTHING. when I say everything I mean it. He often goes away from the city for a long time to collect new pokemon. Potions, poke dolls, repellents, you name it he has it.

His Bulbasaur that he received as he started died due to some failure in its organs. That death was something instead of being grieved too much, took it as a lesson in life on how every living thing could die at any moment. He used this lesson to always spend time with the people he loves and makes sure that all his pokemon know how much he loves each and one of them, no matter how many times they fail in battle, his pokemon will always be his best friends no matter what.

If they remembered...

I think we can all agree that the ending was slightly lackluster. Them just forgetting everything we had watched them go through so here’s what I think would have been cool. Like I think what a really interesting dynamic would have been was that the players all remember and that would have opened up a possible S3 of them re-navigating their place in the world with PTSD and becoming closer with players than the friends they had before. Almost like in shows like Manifest or The Hollow. That way the borderlands can still exist in the player's minds without going against the canon of the meteor.

Like imagine Arisu getting discharged and he's living with his dad and brother again but he's a completely changed man.

He goes from sleeping till 11 to not sleeping at all or on the nights he does sleep it usually ends in screams and a cold sweat with a knife under his pillow. His beds too soft now so he sleeps on the floor. He's constantly pinching himself or trying to wake up from a dream that his family don't understand. Every little detail of his life he now calculates, before it was just within his games but now its the average temperature of everyday, what kind of cars be sees from his bedroom window, when the milk expires... everything. He, seemingly overnight becomes inseparable from this girl named Usagi and his new gang are completely different from Chota and Karabe, their teamwork is seamless and they all seem to understand each other on a level that's incomprehensible. Imagine his father and brother trying to understand how a forensic scientist, a doctor, a kickass martial artistist/boutique clerk, the daughter of a famed climber, and a jobless gamer somehow new each other like the back of their hands. And everytime someone asks them about it they’re always met with the same response. “Sorry, I can’t tell you.”

Arisu’s brother one day walks into him having a panic attack- he’s crumpled on the floor, basically unresponsive just frantically muttering to himself over and over. Your fault your fault yourfaultyourfault- they didn’t deserve to die. His brother eventually puts its together that he’s talking about the death of both Chota and Karube. His brother explains that it wasn’t his fault, and that he was lucky to survive. But I killed them. And everything is wrong because now he doesn’t have his anchors, the people who held him in place when he was at the edge- and he’s never felt so truly alone in a world where he has more people on his side then ever before.

Imagine all the now ex-players are convinced that this is just the next level, that they're still playing some sort of game and now after so long of living in almost total freedom from social restraints are finding it difficult to just exist among unchanged people.

- let’s start with the first meeting, it either happened before or during the time in the borderlands, it really depends tbh, but for the sake of this, we’ll say the two of you met before the games

- you most likely went to the same school as her and knew of her just from what people said in the halls, never even sparing a glance at her with the stories you’d heard from friends or just random students who talked far too loudly

- you knew teenagers liked to make up stupid lies or stories so most of what you heard you didn’t believe, mainly because a part of you thought everyone had good in them and not just what people gossip about or say behind each other’s backs

- much to your surprise though, akane ended up speaking to you first which was definitely…interesting to say the least

- of course, you knew of her, quite a lot of people at the school did, but never once did you think she would be talking to you first, and definitely not about that she needed help in one of her classes

- you were utterly confused as to why she was asking you of all people when you had never spoken to her even once, and you didn’t even realize she was in one of your classes until she told you so

- so you did help her with the class, and it spiraled into something you didn’t know what it was

- you knew of her history of toying with boys and their girlfriends, and at first you thought you were going to fall in with the others as a victim to the beautiful girl but turns out it wasn’t

- but one day, akane disappeared, without anyone knowing where she went, then soon after you too found yourself in the life-or-death games that were the borderlands

- by the time you found her again, she almost looked like a different person. a prosthetic leg, bow and arrow, and a look you’d never seen before

- but as soon as she saw you, that demeanor quickly evaporated when she immediately hugged you, leaving you both confused again and surprised

- you were able to adapt to the new world rather fast, only because you had her with you the whole time, but you were still confused as to why you both were sent here and how, but you tried not to question it too much

- during your time together in the borderlands before the second stage, you two grew much closer than you thought you would, and one night while you were about to fall asleep, you heard her mumble something almost inaudible

- “you know, you’re not so bad, i’m glad you’re here.”

- you thought you were hearing things for a second, not being able to believe that she would actually say that to you, but when you turned over to look at her, she was asleep or faking it at least, which made you sigh, rubbing your hands over your face trying to decide if you were going crazy or not

- why were you thinking you were crazy? well, for one, she had never said anything like that before, and two, well, you might have had a crush on her, but who wouldn’t?

- the next night, you decided to question her about it, not wanting to press too much but you needed a clear answer with all the different signs the girl was giving you that left you confused as to whether she cared about you or not

- when you did ask akane if what you heard was right the night before, her whole body froze once realizing she had been caught and she knew that she couldn’t just lie now, so after a few seconds of silence on both ends, she ended up telling you the truth that yes, she did say that, yes, she did care about you, and yes, she did have feelings for you

- you honestly couldn’t believe it honestly. the heiya akane having feelings for you? real feelings? it felt like some sort of wild dream you never expected would come to real life, but you definitely weren’t going to complain

- and that was how the relationship started whoop whoop

- after that was finally established, you noticed a big difference in her, not a bad one, but one you weren’t expecting, one where she finally seemed to be the real akane, not the one everyone else had seen at school or even in the borderlands, and you were the only person she’d shown it to

- when the second stage started, the both of you knew things were only going to get harder, and that meant a higher risk of you two separating entirely and possibly never seeing each other again, so she stayed by your side the entire time, slowly developing a fear of losing you, the only person who seemed to genuinely understand her, that way if anything were to happen to you, she would be right there to help

- but neither of you thought the king of spades would be going for every player not participating in a game yet, and that you would have to kill some sort of mercenary who was trained to kill instead of two high school kids, a loser gamer, and a military man

- aguni gave you a gun when the time came down to it, not that you really knew how to use it, but you’d played enough video games to understand the gist of how to, and eventually, you lost that gun because of the flood that rushed throughout the district

- after that (fun) fiasco with the king of spades, all of you decided to let someone else finish the rest of the games, plus you guys did relatively the hardest one, so it was fair you guys sit out for the rest of the second stage

- those few days while letting the other players complete the games, akane wouldn’t leave your side once, almost like some sort of puppy never wanting to separate from its owner, and of course, you knew the reason why after you practically drowned, but you never thought she would show it in front of other people with everyone being around constantly

- but wow heiya akane actually showing she cares and loves someone??? you never thought you’d live to see it

- anyways akane was probably the one cooking for you and the other two, mostly because arisu couldn’t cook shit, aguni would eat anything good or not, and you didn’t really have a clue on how to cook with limited supplies

- now, she’s not the greatest cook in the world, but she was used to cooking herself meals almost every day so she knew how to make basic things, but anything was good in the borderlands, even if it was burnt somehow or wasn’t cooked all the way

- you might be surprised, but akane does like cuddling with you, only when you two are alone, though, because it still is embarrassing for her to be like that with someone after so many years of believing she wouldn’t ever find it

- cuddling while going to sleep is a must with her, she doesn’t care how, she just needs to be holding onto you in some way while sleeping just so she knows you’re still there and not some fragment of her imagination like the 7 of spades game when she almost died

- speaking of that game, she comes with a lot of trauma after that one game, with getting stabbed in the side, completely destroying her leg, and almost dying of dehydration, it was normal too, and she wouldn’t want to speak of it at any time

- akane would also steer away from talking about her mother and parents in general, she knows how she was back in the real world because of her shitty mother, and the borderlands have changed her, just as it did with everyone

- for some odd reason, when half-asleep is when she is the most affectionate and really speaks what she thinks about you which tends to lead to more on most nights, not that you would complain though

- literally during the first days together you could find some random thing while scavenging for food like even something so stupid like a toy dog or some shit and bring it to her and she would start crying

- that being said, when she does get more comfortable with the thought of being committed to a relationship with you, she will grow more bold with what she says toward you and will even get to the point of teasing you in all sorts of ways, yes, all sorts

- while she would rather die than admit the things she says and does afterwards, she still does enjoy every moment she spends with you

– the split second you two had before being sent back to the real world was spent with akane saying she loves you before you woke up

– waking up in the hospital left you confused as to what happened, having no memory of the borderlands but when you ended up finding akane again, you remembered her from school

– you had decided to strike up a conversation with her which had worked and resulted in talking to her more than in any class before

– you had a feeling about something, almost as if you knew more about her without actually knowing, so what did you do? ask her out

– luckily, she agreed and the next week you two went out, helping her get around on the crutches she had from losing her leg and things spiraled

– even if you two didn't remember the time you spent together in the borderlands, you found each other again and simply start over

– that being said, you two did end up dating after a few months of occasional dates and learning more about each other

– akane would often invite you to her place because of how lonely it is when it's just her in the apartment even if you two didn't do anything but just sit in silence, she was just happy to have someone around her

– without either parent in the picture, there was still a few things akane didn't realize was considered not good when in a relationship with someone like occasionally agreeing to go out with some guys out of simply fun only to realize they meant literally go out with her

– and while it's hard for her to apologize, she immediately does say sorry to you when she does realize she probably shouldn't do that but she's never had a real relationship before so she's a little clueless at times

– if you're still upset, she would give you your space for a while but eventually come up to you and hug you from behind and say (again) that she's sorry and didn't mean to upset you, suggesting to do something to get your mind off it of some sort

– now, if she's the one upset, you better be prepared for a long cuddle session because she will need it, probably crying a little too but once she eventually falls asleep from crying she wakes up again feeling fine

this is set after the 10 of hearts game

- after the hell everyone went through at the Beach, ryohei was torn apart from reality, even if he had survived, he had the worst case of survivors guilt

- it was bad helping him after the 7 of hearts game, but this only amplified it to the next level of the type of nightmares the male would get

- once you two found a safe place to rest, you immediately tried to get ryohei to rest and go to sleep with how bad he got beat from aguni but he refused, and that cycle repeated for days

- whenever ryohei did fall asleep, it didn't take long for him to wake up again suddenly with a nightmare, and every time you would wake up with him because of how bad the reactions and movements were whenever he did wake up

- most often, the nightmares would be about karube and chota, and other times they would be about him losing you somehow, and it was almost daily it happened

- ryohei would shoot up awake with a gasp, his entire body shaking and sweat dripping down his forehead and tangled hair as he would turn to see if you were still there with him and would let out a sigh of relief when he sees you but immediately regrets it when you wake up

- he always feels extremely guilty for waking you up because of his nightmares, so please reassure him that it's okay and it's not a big problem because he will literally make the least amount of noise possible the next time and end up feeling worse

- he feels even worse when you wake him up first because he's clearly having another nightmare, but as soon as he sees the worried expression on your face leave and turn into relief at him being awake, he just hugs you tightly and doesn't let go for a while

- it's very hard for ryohei to get back asleep when he's already woken up from a nightmare, so usually he'll just cuddle with you until you fall asleep and he stays awake until he passes out

- one of ryohei's love languages is words of affirmation and god is it needed for times like this, please tell him that he'll never lose you or anyone else and that you love him over and over and soon enough he'll listen and understand it's the truth

- sometimes, he will wake up from a nightmare but you won't wake up and he goes outside to see the city and the occasional lasers shoot down from the sky and will stay out there until someone finds him and asks what he's doing which is usually you

- the only way to get ryohei to fall asleep is if you are cuddling with him and playing with his hair or getting it untangled, he just finds it so calming and he feels safe so he thinks it's finally okay to close his eyes and rest for a few minutes

- there would be nights where ryohei would end up screaming as he woke up because of how bad the nightmare was, and while it would always shock you awake, you would immediately see him and wrap your arms around him before pulling him back down and saying how it's okay

- he will most definitely cry if it gets to the point where the nightmare felt so real he thought it was, and as soon as you hug him he just starts to cry even more because he doesn't know when he'll lose you, he just knows it will happen one day and that's what scares him the most

- the next morning ryohei refuses to talk about it and prefers it to be kept as a secret between you two but the others know it happens basically every night and just keep their mouths shut out of respect

Can you do the aib characters where their s/o cries really easily. Can you do chishiya, niragi, kuina, and usagi. :)

A/n: Anon, listen. I know its been like 3 years and idk if your ever gonna see this cause it's been so long but I finally did it;-;

Chishiya-

Chishiya would see this as a weakness but also a strength.

He would think his s/o is too overly sensitive and that sensitivity would probably be the end of them in heart games

However it is also a strength as crying can be easily used for people to take pity and mercy on them.

Chishiya always keep in mind this strength to try to manipulate innocent people nevertheless he does refrain from doing so and he knows that it’ll hurt his s/o.

Niragi-

Okay, Niragis s/o crying easily will definitely be a big boost to his ego.

He would think of his s/o as a very fragile and precious thing and will literally hurt anyone who manages to make them cry.

If he were to make you cry a few times he would definitely be more careful around his s/o and try to think before doing something.

Overall Niragi would be extremally protective but would also make his s/o cry more than a few times because of his violent tendencies.

Kuina and Usagi-

I feel like Kuina and Usagi would be similar in this regard as they would like to comfort their s/o a lot when they would cry and try to cheer them up.

Kuina would be more silly in her tactics. She would try to make her s/o play a game or just generally start a pillow fight. She may even drag chishiya out of his bedroom and make him intentionally 3rd wheel while you two go out on a date.

Usagi would be more serious however. She would sometimes lay her s/os head down on her lap and play with them or massage their scalp. Sometimes you two would go down to the pool and just sit by the edge your legs submerged in water or sometimes she would take her s/o to the rooftop to see the starry sky. If her s/o were to feel lonely Usagi would bring Arisu to talk about your hobbies before you came to borderland

They would both be extremally caring nd give anything to make you happy.

A/n: I didnt think I would do this request so fast but here it is anon! I really liked this one because I got to play around with the characters a bit. Enjoy!

Chishiya-

Honestly, Chishiya would be pretty surprised.

One moment he's standing around with you in a game room waiting for it to start and then the next moment the floor collapses.

Chishiya honestly thought for a second nothing could save him but then you suddenly grab him, like a person would grab a child and lift him up easily like you have the strength of a hundred men.

Initially he's surprised because you didn't really showcase this strength before.

But after he gets past the shock of getting picked up by you and well… almost dying(but that's not important)

He starts to subtly ask you to do stuff that requires more than normal strength

When you do them easily he realizes that your strength’s real

Look Chishiya isn't really one to doubt himself but after he's confirmed it with his own eyes he starts to wonder how useful youll be to him

Of Course you're his s/o but you can't be completely useless after all

Like Chishiya, Niragi would actually be very shocked too

Even more than him I would say

Because you were supposed to be his scrawny, little s/o who can't defend themselves and needs to depend on him

But you just killed a man with a punch

So he sulks for a few days but then he gets a magnificent idea

That does the trick because Arisu is now wide awake and startled, trying to understand what's happening and why he's in the air suddenly

When he realizes that he's being picked up by you he starts blushing wildly

Like seriously he literally turns red

He tries to struggle out of your arms but you don't let him go instead you hold him tighter

He hides his face in his hands which brings you extreme joy because who wouldn't like to see a flustered Arisu.

There was this one incident.

One time he came up behind you and tickled your neck and you accidentally elbowed him in the stomach because reflexes.

After that he learned not to approach you from behind.

So one time you wanted to take vengeance from all the tickling and so you went and tried to tickle him too.

(It didn't work out well)

There's other times when you're just sitting down trying to read sum and he pounces on you and starts to tickle you out of nowhere and you just cry internally because why.

Well the thing with Niragi is that he's very brash (and psycho but we don't talk about that).

Okay so from the start Niragi’s gonna make the first move cauSe hE’s mAnLy.

If you like him that's good.

If you don't like him then, a. He's gonna force you to date him, b. You're gonna die.

No one rejects Niragi.

But anyways I feel like in the beginning of the relationship there would be little to no pda because he doesn't gotta let anyone know he has a weakness yk.

Can I request Arisu fluff? Maybe before Borderland, like best friends to lovers? And if it can be extra fluffy? Thank youuu

A/n: Omg this is my first request after a long time. I had a series of tests for like 2 weeks straight and I didnt even have time to look at anything lol. Also this is my first time writing Arisu so I hope it goes well. Thank you to you too anon :) sorry for any mistakes tho.

So you and Arisu met at Karubes bar. (I had to think really hard if I wanted you two to meet online in a game, in a game convention, a game shop, at a merch store basically anything to do with games)

You came with your friend because he got a promotion and you two went and sat at the bar.

Now you met Arisu because of Karube rip.

Karube gestured Arisu to come sit beside you because you cause… well his best friend has been single for an eternity.

But anyways Arisu comes and sits next to you but fails to strike up a conversation anyways so he takes out his phone and starts playing a game.

Now since he's sitting beside you and the fact that your friend is shit faced drunk compels you look at what Arisu is doing.

Surprise surprise! He's playing that new viral video game that you also play.

So you ask him what rank he's on and he's really surprised you know about the game so you two gradually start to talk until both of you are full out geeking out about the game.

Alas it's time to take your friend home but before that, instead of asking your number, Arisu adds you to his games friend list instead.

So now you two play games together whenever you are free cause you actually have a job.

After playing games for a while and exchanging numbers.

One day Arisu texts you about how his dad and brother are being assholes so you tell him to come to this random place.

When he reaches there he sees your car park at the same time so he goes up to you and you tell him to get in.

(I swear we’re not kidnapping Arisu)

You drive some distance until Arisu sees a fancy looking restaurant and you park right outside it?

What. he's literally wearing a hoodie and some worn out shorts, he cant go inside like this!

You see how he's nervous and you have an idea of what's going on so you reassure him that you've booked a private room and that if he's nervous about anyone seeing him, they won't.

That seems to calm him down a little.

You two go inside and you guys have like a private dinner much Arisus relief.

Also he finds out you're rich so now he's panicking like

He literally lives in a tiny little bedroom with no care for himself while youre so accomplished and he thinks you might not want to be best friends with him anymore.

But you quash all his worries because the next time you see him you’re still as sweet and welcoming.

And Arisu’s like, ‘Omg you actually want to be my friend?’

You're like, ‘Weren't we friends all this time lol.’

Arisu just thinks to himself for a moment before going oh yeah.

So you two become best friends (much to Karubes discontent but he'll take what he can get. At least you have the power to drag Arisu out of his room.)

So after a few months of being friends Arisu started to feel a little strange when he was near you.

Whenever you would tease him or your hands accidentally brushed against his hands he started to feel butterflies in his stomach.

Whenever he would stay over to have a sleepover and he would wrap himself up in one of your blankets he would feel secure because of the smell of your perfume that he oh so loved.

Whenever he would nerd out with you when discussing game strategies, he would feel a sense of fulfillment.

Arisu concluded that he just loves to be around you, nothing more.

After a week or two after these continuous feelings, he consulted Karube about it and Karube literally smacked his head on a desk from how oblivious Arisu was and he just took a big sigh until Karube was just like, ‘your in love’ and just walked away.

Okay so Arisu tried to deny it at first because well yk how could you such an accomplished person date him, a rat who even his father and brother looks down upon.

And so these feelings dwell in his heart until one day you two are just sitting on a couch together and you very sneakily put your arm around him and pull his close, just a little.

(By that time Arisu’s reduced to a blushing mess)

And you're like ‘I like you. Let's go on a date’

And Arisu just takes some time to comprehend what you just said and he just sits there till he quietly says in a very sad and small voice, ‘Stop messing around with me, I know you were just my friend out of pity-’

Before he could even finish saying his sentence you kneeled down infront of him and took both of his hands and said, ‘Arisu you are the most perfect human being in my eyes okay and you should know that I love you and would never mess around with you. So would you like to be my boyfriend?’

Hey! I was wondering if you could write something like - chishiya and the reader have been dating for some time and he unconsciously tells her “I love you” for the first time, and then it’s like a really cute moment. Thanks❤️

A/n: First of all I hope you like it, second of all I didnt think this prompt would inspire me at all at first. But for some reason at four am in the morning I suddenly got like a bunch of inspo for this request and idk but I just wrote it then. Words: 450+

I hear the door open and suddenly I'm awake, my muscles become tense and I can feel everything around me but then I get a whiff of familiar cologne, I relax. The bed sheets crinkle for a second then I feel the mattress sink in from his weight. I hear him sigh, he seems like he didn't have a good day. I turn around surprising him. ‘I thought you would be asleep by now, why are you up?’ ,he asks softly.

‘Do you want to talk about it?’. The moonlight shines through our glass windows and I see tears welling in his eyes, one of them drops, it shines like a diamond... then it is gone. Soon enough, I see more of them starting to fall. I gesture him to lay down with me, I feel his shoulders tremble. ‘Don't hold back your tears, set them all free’. I can tell he doesn't want to talk, so the most I can do is hold him up while he is down. Help him climb up to regain his usual radiancy once again. He positions his head on my chest, my arms around him. I let him wet my shirt with his tears, I let him cry as long as he wants to. ‘Get everything off your chest so you can return to being my beautiful Chishiya’.

He falls asleep in a while, the moonlight shining on his face, his blond hair spread messily. He looks more beautiful than any prince in a fairytale. I hear light snores and I look at him once more to see him looking peaceful. ‘I guess I should sleep now too huh, prince’ ,I whisper tenderly as if any sound more higher could shatter him. I slowly fall asleep too, his hair in my hands and my leg securing his body in place so no one could take him away from me.

The morning rays shine in my eyes as I open them, I feel someone shift beside me. I see him, my angel. The sun rays reflect on his pale skin giving it a golden colour. My body moves on it's own and I lean down to give him a kiss. It rivals the kiss of sleeping beauty and snow white. It is a kiss given out of pure love. I hear him mumble something- ‘i love you baby’. I smile softly, tenderly even. I lay back, thinking about how I'll love him for the rest of my life. I've devoted myself to you, I love you more than anything. I think this is better left unsaid for now. I fall back asleep, content, knowing that he is mine and I am his.
