Anyways I got diagnosed with hashimoto's disease like a month ago and the fun thing no one warms you about it is each day you think it can't get any worse and then it just , does. The next day. Over and over. You feel like you are dying every single day and really no one cares and there's nothing to fix it and you somehow got to keep living

I need some guidance but I'm not sure how to word this so I'll just say it. tw for food and talks of eating yk, do not feel obligated to read this
I don't know if this is the same for anyone else but when I' stressed about anything, or if I'm going through some tough things, on some days I cannot eat anything, like nothing at all, everything makes me sick and my brain tells me I don't really deserve to eat. But on some days, equallu as stressed, my stomach feels like a bottomless pit, I feel like I'm constantly hungry and need to eat. Why is this? I know I have a really unhealthy relationship with food, I feel like I have to earn the right to eat (ik ik eating isn't a luxury i know this, i am working on eating regularly regardless of whether I feel like I deserve to or not and taking it in small steps) but on some days it feels like I need to eat like.. a lot. but i cant tell why i feel like one on some days and not the others when the catalyst (ie. stress, or something going on)is the same. I get bad morning sickness so that probably plays into it a lot.

If you write fanfiction with characters that do physical activity like a lot of weight lifting or athletes or something of the sort and you write that they're getting diet or meal plans, I am begging you to write that they're getting it from a dietitian rather than a nutritionist. A dietitian is licenced to prescribe meal plans and menu plans for patients. A nutritionist is not. Absolutely breaks my heart whenever I see this somewhere. I'm here like "they don't know it should be a dietitian. An RDN. With a license." People are killing me.
