O'ravi with her mother and sisters! (Technically half-sisters, but I don't think Sunseekers care to make that distinction.)

Xolne and Vaulsi are full sisters, as are Feerkima and Tahja. Ravi and Dyalani are their mothers' only daughters.

O'vaulsi is a huntress, treasure hunter, and adventurer in her own right, and she sometimes joins O'ravi on her quests (such as the Mhach raids).....usually uninvited, but hey.

O'xolne is something of a big game hunter, frequently does clan hunts, and she was also one of the first of the tribe to make the move from the Sagolii to Dravania during Shadowbringers.

Feerkima is a very bubbly energetic person, and a huge social butterfly. She teases O'ravi for her crush on Aymeric, teases Aymeric for his crush on O'ravi, and is generally mischievous. She spends most of her time teaching O tribe children various life skills such as reading, lighting and tending fires, skinning animals, and maintaining weapons.

Tahja is studying red magic, though she also does alchemy and weaving.

Zarha is one of the tribe's premier weavers. She is famously calm and levelheaded in every situation, which balances out her husband O'lirhu Nunh's impulsive tendencies.

Dyalani is a seamstress and jeweler, and the orphaned daughter of the nunh's brother. (Her dad was a tia and idk when or why he died, but I'm thinking it was a hunt gone wrong. Not sure what happened to her mom.)

#they're almost never in the same place at the same time so zarha had to do some god tier wrangling to get them together for this LOL #o'ravi doesn't keep in touch with them they have to hunt her down if they want to talk to her and even then good luck #she sends like 1 letter to them during msq and visits only once #granted i think she used to write to her mom every few months or so but she stopped after the attack on the waking sands #she left home bc she didn't fit in and now she still doesn't fit in but instead of it being bc her autism it's bc she's a storied veteran #even so she starts visiting them sometimes after ultima thule. and her family welcomes her back more or less like she never left #she still feels ehhh abt some ppl in the tribe but things with her family are mostly mended #o'ravi soltholia #ffxiv #gpose

(looking at you Katherine beloved, please don't spoil this for yourself 😭)

The sheer irony of Elidibus being the Ascian O'ravi hated more than any other (because he stole Ardbert's body, because he took everything she loved and threw it back in her face, because he made her suffer all those shades of her past in Amaurot) when all along he was actually one of her dear friends, he just couldn't remember and she didn't know yet

She didn't know, at the time, that his forgotten past was her future

And the absolute horror of hearing Themis's voice when they met in Elpis and immediately recognizing him and remembering how his story ends....

But despite it all she still gets attached to him. Loves him (and Erich) fiercely and beyond measure. At times she can almost forget how this ends.

Needless to say....when she returns home after Anabaseios....and again on the day the door to Elpis closes.....she's a wreck. The grief will stay with her for the rest of her life.

Loss and love words cannot hold, indeed....

#she loves the ancients SO MUCH but she can't save them!!!#in the end her only comfort is that when she put the unsundered down it was a mercy kill every time #and she wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do it (and they probably wouldn't either)#they mean a lot to her. and she matters to them (lahabrea at least respects her even if he doesn't like her gnskfjek)#and that is why she had to be the one to kill them

Why Lolorito despite being a Ruthless Ammoral Capitalist is actually still a better person than a modern day CEO.

He actually pays those under his employ fairly well from what I can gather considering the kind of loyalty they seem to have for Lolorito. Money is a powerful motivator.

The thing Lolorito cares about above his own wealth, is Ul’dah.

He still has standards as to what he will and will not do for profit.

What does a Modern CEO care about more than profit? Their own Wallet, to the detriment of everyone around them so long as they have fat stacks of cash.

rb and tell me what’s your most re watched movie.. and be honest

#....finding nemo lol #i had to watch it every single day between the ages of like 2-4 #and i've watched it a couple more times as an older kid/teen #behind that tho? lego movie princess bride howl's moving castle #i was so obsessed with lego movie when that came out i watched it no less than 6 times within the first couple years of its release lololol #i don't know how many times i've watched the original star wars movies. many times #or at least i've watched new hope a bazillion times. the other two not as much #also watched lotr and hunger games a lot but with those and sw being series i don't know the numbers for each movie individually #still i don't think anything comes close to the number of times i watched nemo fbskdjsjd #i apparently also used to watch cinderella constantly as a kid but tbh i don't remember it much at all so i don't really count it #i think we still have a nemo toddler-sized fork too 😂

Lolololol fuck my life for real

Vent post

Vets were too lazy to put anything on my cat to stop her from ripping up her stitches after her spay, my mom is mad at the cat for hiding under the bed when we need to take her back to the vet to get her stitches repaired, my dad wants to play dnd today, I have a gynecologist appt in a half hour, my brother refuses to drive to the vet without having taken a shower (even though it's my dad who is taking the cat in and he's just sitting in the car), I haven't eaten a single thing today, I haven't gotten hardly any sleep because my dreams are exhaustingly vivid and disturbing, and to top it all off the chemicals in my stupid lizard brain are making me full of self-loathing and trying to convince me that all my friends are 3 seconds from getting sick of me, I'm literally on the verge of tears

Not sad tears, rage tears

And I have appointments every single day this week and one of them I didn't write the time down for some reason so I have not the slightest clue when that appt is

....AND WE STILL NEED TO GO GROCERY SHOPPING if it doesn't get done today it won't happen until Saturday and I'll have nothing to eat until then. AUGH

dogcoded characters where they're loyal because everything else has been taken from them and they're desperately clinging onto any sense of purpose or meaning they can grasp. dogcoded because they're willingly made into a pet doing tricks for the ones that own them and they're aware of it all and embrace it. dogcoded where they could be sent to the shelter at any time but feels like they never will, because they're a big strong dog who attacks just right, hurts the right people, and doesn't recoil when they're pet or punished. dogcoded where they obey because if they don't the world is dark and cold and empty. dogcoded where they're trained to move on command, to sniff out downfalls and cracks in strength and manipulate them with their nails, all for the ones they heel to. when will i stop talking
