Hey! I was wondering if we could learn some more about Alexi? Does she have a favorite animal? Hobby? What was her family relationship like growing up? :))

Her favorite animals are chickens. She always dreamt of owning a farm somewhere on Earth or a small colony with just a few chickens running around and all the locals knowing her as the Chicken Lady. She never really did anything to achieve that particular dream, but she does have a plush chicken called Peep who of course is her loyal companion to Andromeda.

She loves going to the gym. Not just the working out part, but mainly chatting to people, making friends, helping others with the routines they might struggle with. Andrei suggested multiple times that if she loves it so much maybe she should try becoming a personal trainer. Alexi loved that idea, even applied for a personal trainer training. But before she could attend the first class she got someone killed and Papa Ryder shipped her off to Andromeda.

Andrei and her were an accident, products of an anniversary night gone wrong, something Papa Ryder never let them forget. Their two older brothers basically ignored them their whole life, unless they were in the mood to pick on them, which Papa Ryder never believed, because Ilia and Dmitri were saints in his eyes. Mama Ryder truly loved her youngest children, especially her only daughter, but their relationship became a little weird after the accident. Mama Ryder couldn’t look at her daughter’s face without crying, because seeing her child suffer caused her great pain as well. Only when she was really sick with Alexi by her side, Mama Ryder realized that her daughter needed the same when she was hurting.

Thankfully Andrei was always with Alexi, the time he spends in coma is the longest they were ever apart. Alexi thinks of that time as the worst period of her life filled with loneliness and a series of impulsive decisions that would have been stopped if her brother was around. For Andrei it was a much needed vacation.

“Blake’s friend? Chameleon Faunus?” Ryder asked, while he worked on yet another muscle car he had won in a street race. “Yeah, I’ve met her. And she’s really cool.”

“And the fact that I like women doesn’t bother you?” Ilia asked, from the driver’s seat.

“Why would that bother me?” Ryder asked. 

“Because of your harem?” Ilia asked tilting her head. 

“Okay point taken, but that’s really not something that bothers me.” Ryder grunted as he attempted to attach the engine to the correct valves and tubes. “Two members on my team are lesbians, so that doesn’t bother me. Alright, try it now.

Ilia turned the key in the ignition, and the car’s engine roared to life. “We did it!”
