You read that right. I'm going down the list of characters that are out and leaked/announced as of the date of the 2.7 livestream. This will include criminal charges, civil charges, and (of course) war crimes. I'm not sorry about this at all.
For legal reasons, if it wasn't obvious, this is a joke.
Before we move on, all of them will be slapped with aggravated assault preemptively because this is how the game works in general, but I will put this charge in some descriptions for emphasis.
(Thanks for the stroke of inspiration. You know who you are LMAO.)
Albedo: First-degree murder and unlawful experimentation as if Mond found out what freaky shit he was doing, he'd be mobbed and killed.
Aloy: Trespassing (do I tack on illegal border crossing too-)
Amber: Arson (unintentionally), civil misconduct, negligence
Arataki Itto: Disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, aggravated assault (that one time), vandalism
Barbara: Disturbing the peace (but not really lmao)
Beidou: Tax fraud/evasion, piracy (obviously), open container of alcohol (this is seriously a charge), probation violation, (legal) racketeering, smuggling
Bennett: Negligence, personal injury, the Torts law would have a ball with this kid
Chongyun: Trespassing, disturbing the peace (the ghosts would sue due to the yang energy)
Diluc: Willful killing, taking of hostages, willfully causing great suffering, extensive destruction and appropriation of property, killing a man already down (legit war crime), vigilantism, homicide, kidnapping, grand larceny, attempted involuntary manslaughter (there's more but this is getting long)
Diona: Malpractice, attempted poisoning
Eula: Disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace (Mondstadt hates her enough to waste tax dollars on this)
Fischl: . . . Indecent exposure (people really didn't like her in the lore)
Ganyu: I mean, if you wanna count war crimes from 2000+ years ago, I could tack on willful killing and the criminal charge of aiding in that regard, but other than that, she's pretty clean.
Gorou: Willful killing, aggravated assault, voluntary manslaughter
Hu Tao: Disturbing the peace, solicitation, harassment, kidnapping, attempted murder/burial of someone who is alive
Jean: Child labor maybe? Perhaps. Yeah. A charge of child labor is fair. And maybe a child soldier? They aren't in a war, but hilichurls are hostiles, right? Is solitary confinement considered child abuse-
Kaedahara Kazuha: Treason, espionage, rebellion/insurrection, inciting a riot/rebellion, civil disorder, illegal border crossing
Kaeya: Perjury, conspiracy, extortion, white-collar crimes, unauthorized disclosure of classified information, forgery, bribery, willful endangerment
Kamisato Ayaka: . . . I've got nothing. Literally nothing. I can't even put legislative misconduct, aid in a crime, or even complicity. She's innocent.
Kamisato Ayato: Extortion, racketeering, aiding and abetting, fraud
Keqing: She could get some class-action suits and some charges in terms of running the workplace, but other than that? No.
Klee: Arson, involuntary manslaughter (?), disturbing the peace, crimes against wildlife
Kujou Sara: 'Legal' extensive destruction and appropriation of property, 'legally' willfully depriving a prisoner of war or other protected person of the rights of fair and regular trial, 'legal' deportation or transfer or unlawful confinement
Kuki Shinobu: She actually tries to drop these charges. She went to law school, for goodness sake. Is being a lawyer a charge?
Lisa: Cruel and unusual punishment, use of torture, speculative disclosure of classified information per according to the Heavenly Principles
Mona: Tax evasion
Ningguang: Collusion, market, and price manipulation, monopolizing, and perhaps she'll also be held liable for whatever Beidou or Yelan does as she works with them
Noelle: If her scaring off Snezhnayan diplomats could be a charge for treason somehow, then sure
Qiqi: If she's technically not alive, does the law apply posthumously? Even if it does, she's done nothing wrong except maybe trespass on Jueyan Karst

Traveler: Over the implied longevity of their existence, it is my personal belief that they have collected war crimes and criminal charges like Pokemon and have caught them all (but I'm not going as far as anything sexual or domestic because that's a line I won't cross)
Venti: Gliding under the influence, open container of alcohol, grand larceny, disturbing the peace, public intoxication
Xiangling: Crimes against wildlife, speculative intentional poisoning (contested), malpractice (?)
Xiao: Manslaughter, first-degree murder, willful killing, torture (of the psychological variety)
Xingqiu: He could be slapped with a harassment charge if Chongyun cared to bother, but some vigilantism is a thing
Xinyan: Disturbing the peace, indecent exposure (the majority of the public really seem to hate her)
Yae Miko: Mostly extortion, but if she wanted to run a pyramid scheme, so could do so with wild success
Yanfei: The one prosecuting the cast
Yelan: Extortion, kidnapping, solo racketeering
Yoimiya: Negligence, damage to public property, unintentional arson
Yun Jin: The only thing I can say is that I don't know what an opera singer would do that's illegal or anything that she'd do personally that would be illegal
Zhongli: Is it terrorism if he's the ruler that allowed it? Is it treason? Can he even be held to a variety of war crimes? All I know is that the charges of negligence and liability law against would be downright criminal in of themselves.
Bonus - Paimon: Harassment. That is all.

i’m sorry but kaeya + any female character is just such a good dynamic. he and rosaria bein drinking + trusting no one buddies. part of his job is he canonically looks out for klee and noelle 😭 I feel like he would always have good advice for barbara and watch out for her (+little siblings unsure of how to talk to big siblings squad!) qiqi? clearly, klee’s new sibling. this small calm baby with a cryo vision: perfect balance for explosive pyro vision baby (definitely doesn’t remind him of him and diluc, oh no) I think he pokes fun at amber/teases her but is firmly on the amber protection squad and always teases eula about her crush on her. “lisa’s little helper” who’s fallen asleep on the library table while she strokes his hair more than once. he has undoubtedly saved sucrose from tripping in the favonius hallways because she has thirty tomes in her arms and is too excited to experiment on some monsters a new project multiple times. he probably goes to mona’s every week to bribe her with insane amounts of mora to tell him about how diluc is doing. shenhe?? they could relate to each other so much holy shit. “I feel like a monster that doesn’t belong. My original home is gone. My father abandoned me.” beidou? eyepatch buddies AND she’d think he was a riot and get him to go on an adventure on her ship (“haha why are you puking? didn’t you say your grandfather was a pirate? where’s your SEA LEGS?”). she takes him to meet ningguang, leaves for five minutes, and comes back to them in the midst of an extremely complicated game of chess while they talk and she can’t tell if they’re complimenting each other or not. when she takes him to meet xinyan they make fun of childe for a solid half an hour and she wonders how two such different people get on so well. if he actually got to sit down with diona and talk I feel he could sympathize with her situation and would apologize for the role alcohol has played in her life but encourage her to focus on something she wants to do rather than the downfall of the wine industry (and also subtly encourage her not to hate diluc lmao) kokomi and ayaka definitely remind him of barbara (and diluc in how they overwork themselves) in their own ways and you know he’d look out for them on adventures with traveler. fischl? absolutely plays along with the royalty schtick, what are you talking about? you don’t know her highness? my grandfather was a pirate and served HER grandfather at sea, excuse you. he would only feed into hu tao scaring people and be a MENACE. if you subscribe to the kaeya star eye theory he probably feels less odd around her. every other week you can find him inexplicably sitting in xiangling’s restaurant to sample the new dishes because keqing and ganyu will also be there and he will somehow poke fun at them so hard he gets them to take a break in the most roundabout backwards way. kujou sara tries to beat him up weekly for the sake of honor after he says something yet every time she gets to the agreed location it’s just a bunch of treasure hoarders needing arresting
kaeya and miko meeting is a chaotic disaster no one speaks of but they both found hilarious
ei stares at him for a while and eventually says she isn’t sure what happened in khaenri’ah, but she’s sorry, and he feels…confused. she pats him on the head and her guards nearly faint when he suggests that he teach the electro archon how to cheat in card games.
I’m not sorry kaeya alberich simply has the best platonic chemistry with women. in this essay-

Mmm let me think:
Diluc - something simple and readily accessible to him. Might dress like a "vampire," a cafe/butler suit, or just simply wear dog/cat ears and a tail. Razor would be so excited to see that and might call him his lupical T.T (plus he'd have to be careful, might start a riot being so handsome)
Albedo - either nothing, something practical and simple, or whatever klee would want. If she begged him to dress up like dodoco you KNOW Lisa, Jean, Alice would find a way to get him a costume and he'd willingly walk around getting candy with her 100%
Zhongli - I don't think he'd get a costume on his own, someone's gotta convince or make a deal with him. Hi Tao would probably ask him to play a zombie or just pretend to be dead. Ganyu/Xiao would die if he dressed like himself as the archon. Keqing has a few intense outfit ideas she's pitched to him but he seems ... Hesitant
Childe - he might dress up as something his siblings would like, maybe a family type costume, or a ruin guard for Teucer (that or Scaramouche lol)

Oh my god, I don’t know how I came up with this idea but one time I was playing a co-op domain that consisted of a party of Childe, Keqing, Kaeya, and Diluc. And for some reason, an idea came to mind.
What if these characters actually knew each other?
It went downhill from there, it went from Keqing babysits three grown men to Keqing reevaluating their own morale for them to me and my friend just labelling the idea as “Keqing’s disastrous and far from desired harem”. The idea spiraled in our heads, totally rent free, that I had to stop grinding domains for a while and just think.
Okay, hear me out.
Just— Just think of their interactions, albeit that their interactions may start roughly given that all of them have personalities that have rough ends, I believe that with effort, it will work out. Childe and Diluc would often disagree on most conversation topics, Kaeya would be... well, Kaeya, on a Kaeya-classified mission to annoy the fuck out of Diluc while the red-headed man deals with the Fatui brute who apparently was on a journey together with one of the neighboring nation’s chosen rulers.
It’s hardly even a harem! It’s just her being done with all these dramatic men’s own agendas and while it make not make a lot of sense, I fell completely in love with the idea. There are also a lot of things they would struggle to understand, like why Diluc just can’t let go of the past no matter how much he grows tolerant of the Knights, or why Childe chooses to keep on a facade of a toy seller just for his beloved brother, and many more!
God, I could go on about this for ages jdncjsjxjsmz— Anyways, taking all of that aside, happy belated new year and hopefully your blog doesn’t suffer again because it’s literally my consistent source of serotonin. Always remember that we love you and hope that you stay in good health! ... while also feeding us with content, hehe

I really really wish that genshin could mix more characters together and I know they just started and story continuity or whatever but it would be really nice. We do have voicelines so in a sense they do know each other but dammit, I want more food;;
I would read/watch the shit out of “Keqing’s disastrous and far from desired harem”. It lowkey reminds me of that fgo comic of Osakabehime, where she thought she was gonna start a harem, when really she’s just watching the mc go through theirs.
Keqing gives off major “I was not paid enough for this fuckery” vibes. You can not convince me otherwise. I think throwing 2 brain cell Zhongli [who is secretly the only one with braincells in the group] into that mess would be 11/10. I’ve been there before, trying to sleep and then at 3am I get slapped in the face with a 190k word crack/angst fic (which ahem, may or may have not happened with Xiao).
I’m so glad you have faith in them because I’m imagining they last for two hours on a good day before war paint is brought out. Childe is such a clown bastard, god I hate him, he would be the second Kaeya for Diluc but without the braincells. His only braincell is fighting. Lowkey, I actually really like Childe and Kaeya interactions that people have done, I just wanna see the Team Rocket antics. (If someone has not drawn that I will RIOT. Bonus points if Zhongli is Meowth). Poor Diluc popping 20 aspirin for his headache of having to deal with Kaeya and Childe which just ends up with Diluc trying to commit manslaughter and get away with it. No one will find out if everyone is dead.
Poor Keqing and her first impressions of seeing all these beauties only to realize, wait I’m dealing with actual children. Remember that Kaeya and Diluc wine talk where they were being petty in front of these two random guys? With Venti in the background. Pretty much the same idea except it’s Keqing with the most “are you serious right now? Right in front of my salad?”. Don’t worry anon, I love the idea too! Honestly, any “in the lore we don’t know each other or we secretly hate each other but OUTSIDE of the lore it’s a constant fever dream” is just mwah 💕💕 Having their soft and vulnerable moments with each other which brings them closer as a group is just ahh I love it. I absolutely adore this.

On Zhongli’s rerun I got to 60 pity, Eula’s banner got to soft pity and planned on getting Kazuha for a 2nd Spiral Abyss DPS. Turns out my Kazuha DPS build research revealed I’d need him at C6 for him to be a good DPS. So, I choose to skip him and wait for Ayaka since she was said to be a good DPS. A few days into Klee’s rerun, I choose to waste my pity and try to get Klee. Really hoped to not get Qiqi if I lost the 50/50 and really wanted at least a Keqing or Jean. Turns out, saying that I’d riot if I got Qiqi plagued me with the Qiqi curse. I ended up with a C2 Qiqi from my ten pull. And the best part is, my friend got C1 Jean and Keqing on Zhongli’s rerun, a guaranteed Klee, and won the 50/50 for Kazuha. But hey, at least I’m guaranteed Ayaka. -Sincerely, 📝
In my experience, Kazuha is actually a pretty good DPS at C1 (which is what I have!) he actually helped carry my team through the Abyss 12 last night, just before it reset, and even on my main overworld team, he plays really well as a main DPS!
It's too bad that your luck hasn't been the best so far, but if you're caving up for Ayaka, I hope that you get her soon!! Muah!! <33

Greetings Hazel, today I ended up with Qiqi on Klee’s banner after deciding that I didn’t want Kazuha since he may not work as a DPS according to too many sites and videos to count. I also ended up with her after saying I didn’t want her and would riot if I got her. I wasted my pity since I hoped I at least would get Keqing or Diluc. And got the Skyward Pride on the standard banner which still feels better than getting Qiqi, at least I’m guaranteed my Ganyu or Ayaka depending on who comes out sooner. I have no primos, at least they come out in a couple months / weeks. By then I should have enough primos to regain my lost pity. I wish everyone luck on whom they want, I hope you win the 50/50, have enough primos to get to hard / soft pity, and hopefully you get them on your first ten roll.
