EnaKasa Tickle Headcanons

It's downright criminal that these two have never interacted.

Absolute. Drama. Queens.

Neither of them can just sit still and take it, they are either flailing and squealing like it’s the one thing between them and spontaneous combustion or twitching violently and complaining nonstop (never meaning a word of course)

Ticklish tummy solidarity. I don’t make the rules, sorry.

Tha image of them just sitting next to each other, gradually hiking up each others shirt and tickling oh so softly without either laughing or saying a word. It’s kind of become an unspoken game for them at this point. The first one to giggle gets nonstop raspberries for at least 5 minutes. They have a pretty even win/loss streak.

These two are stubborn, so tickle fights can get intense and often start with no warning.

All it takes is a few fingers under either of their arms and suddenly its been an hour and both are exhausted and panting on the floor.

Ena for sure plays dirty too. Does that thing where she pretends to be giving a break but right as Tsukasa inhales, she tickles him again. She’s also really mean by means of going for bad spots and not letting up for even a moment.

It is no understatement to say that both of those make him lose his mind screaming.

Pretty much the only advantages he has on her are physical. He’s got size, strength, and endurance but in every other sense she has him completely beat. Yeah he can pin her but that won’t stop the teasing, which is half the battle for him.

Neither of them mind how often he loses though.

I’ve talked on here before about Tsukasa being the most dramatic and playful, but also the sweetest ler out there. That 100% rings true when he goes for Ena too.

She’s the type to be easily frustrated and then take that frustration out on herself. Luckily for her, her boyfriend hates that and has a much better solution for it (read: frequently tickling her to pieces)

Idk, I think Ena comfort tickles would just be a common thing for them in general.

Tsukasa is one of the only people in her life who she feels comfortable enough to admit to that she kind of maybe just a little bit doesn’t hate being tickled.

He, of course, understands that’s Ena-speak for “she loves to be tickled. It makes her happy.” He also knows she’s frequently in need of comfort.

Body image issues? Soft tickles everywhere she’s insecure while he whispers how pretty his girlfriend is. Insecure about her art? Tickling her until she forgets and saying the corniest stuff like “if your art is half as lovely as that laugh, then you have no reason to worry.” Trouble waking up? Try staying in bed when you’re too busy squirming.

It is a miracle she hasn’t burnt to a crisp yet with how easily he can make her blush.

Another embarrassing thing he does is the theatrics.

He just makes.. Such a big deal about how fun it is for both of them and is clearly so engrossed in it.

Playing characters and high pitched “kitchi kitchi” noises serve to remind Ena exactly what’s going on and exactly why she’s not pulling away.

The worst part for her is the fact that he’s not even trying to fluster her with the tickling. It’s just an added bonus if/when he notices it. He’s just so affectionate she can’t help getting all embarrassed.

Ena, on the other hand, does not at all take Tsukasa’s sweetness into account when he winds up on the receiving end.

Ena loves to draw on Tsukasa in general, like doodling on his arms/hands whenever she's feeling antsy but especially loves being able to take the time to make use of his stomach when she's in the mood for a longer “project”.

Really it's just an excuse to see/touch Tsukasa's tummy but he doesn't need to know that. Sometimes she doesn't even draw, just traces shapes with her finger or a clean paintbrush.

“Such a beautiful and strong canvas. So perfect for me” is all that needs to come out of her mouth for Tsukasa to be ready and able to do anything she could ever want.

She’s one to keep her nails always well done and pretty and that fact has nearly sent Tsukasa to his grave so many times.

He already loves how they look, he can recognize the artistry and has even considered having his own done. But when they’re wiggling towards him? He’s an absolute goner. She knows exactly how to pinch his ribs and slowly drag them around.

To the point where he’s associated that with her nails and even looking at her hands too long can put him in a lee mood.

Tickles to get him to shut up.

Tsukasa has a unique talent of being able to fill any room’s silence with his voice going on and on and on. Ena has a talent for filling the room with his laughter instead.

Tsukasa can get kind of overenthusiastic and reactive at times, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes though, feeling so much at once is overwhelming and what better way of tiring yourself out than annoying your vindictive girlfriend into wrecking you to pieces?

A classic favorite of his is to poke Ena over and over, sometimes somewhere ticklish to make her jumpy or even just her cheek just to be annoying.

Because he lacks subtlety, she always knows what’s going on.

Whether she draws it out and makes him admit it or immediately gets him back depends on her mood. Tsukasa loves both regardless, it’s a win-win.

He gets downright whiney if she drags it on too long but still won’t ask. The best she’ll ever get is a little mumble.

When Ena is in the ever elusive “soft ler” mode, she has a tendency to become absolutely captivated with any smile of Tsukasa’s. She just wants to look at him all day. Every single one of his features is perfect to her.

He gets so so shy from the attention, Ena just has to tickle him right back out of his shell.

Anyway made myself upset thinking about my parents again (ofc it's nearly Christmas)

and like how they weren't technically abusive and it was all just kinda. Emotional neglect, unintentional(?) manipulation, so much shit born out of their own issues and immaturity and their own suffering. And like yeah. Okay. Maybe it (mostly) wasn't intentional, and wasn't my fault. But it still feels like my fault, my responsibility. It's still my burden to live with for the rest of my life, and it's still my personality, my inability to make connections and trust, my fucked up 'attachment style's or whatever, that suffered the consequences.

And maybe things are marginally better than they were when I was peak vulnerable and they were peak bad. But that just makes me fear I made it all up? In my head? And it IS just me and all my fault, despite my father outright admitting all these horrible things about the way my mother feels about me, despite their ongoing bullshit, despite the consensus amongst all the siblings about how fucked it is, and how I specifically was the least loved child?

Idk. Its a guilty wish, sometimes, that things had been worse. That there was some definitive /event/ to point to, as proof, as an excuse, as a reason that I'm Like This, and not just the slow, near invisible grinding down beneath their passive aggression over the years. How can you measure the effect of their behaviour on a child who was already of an anxious disposition, but never to this extent? How can you count the costs, see what was lost, when I was never allowed to grow into a person outside of it all? I'm STILL not a person, not really, not a full one at least.

And still, still the enduring wish that it had been worse. So I'd feel less crazy. More justified. So I'd have an excuse to leave and cut the strings with finality. So I wouldn't have to keep playing this game, balancing this dance, even as I reap the (financial) benefits of of not having to be completely independent in this economy. And yet. And yet. How can we count the costs?

If things are marginally better, is it because I made it up? Because I matured and put in the work on my end and am trying to handle myself? Because I learned how to more carefully walk on eggshells and navigate this? Because I simply stopped outwardly caring? Or are they better? Are they capable of being better? They're still awful to each other, and it spills over onto me constantly, but it's not /as/ bad as it was when I was my youngest brother's age. Were they always capable of that? Was I simply not worth the effort to change for? Not worth the effort to try and help, to save?

And I have to live the rest of my life like this? Not just with all the fragile shattered spiky bits of my non-self, but also always doing this dance with them? Always the tension and the guilt because I want and need to leave, but that's just Not Done, and I can't, won't, be my mother, practically glued at the hip to her aging mother. But I know I'm the only one of my siblings responsible enough to be the one to step up at take care of them as they age, regardless if I need to move cross country and change my name and never return. I know it'll fall to me, even as I was the one most damaged by them. There is no way our, no reconciliation at the happy ending, no fixing this in a way that matters. But there's no justification for my leaving, my escape either. If I cannot wish evil on my genuine enemies, how can I not care for them when they eventually age? My conscience won't let me, even as I know it'll kill whatever's left of my heart, to be stuck with them, again. Its a long ways off, they're young still. And yet. And yet.

Idk. I hate the holidays. I'm glad I'll be out of the house for most of them save Christmas Eve & day itself. It'll be lonely, perhaps, it usually is, and I'll be melancholy and drink too much wine and lay about being morose. But at least it'll be on my own terms.

But when Raph isn't being the most helicopter mom you've ever had the misfortune of living with, he's really the best big brother you could ask for

Whenever you need advice or comfort or anything really, you always go to him

And even if he doesn't know what to do, he's good at giving you excuses that either make you laugh enough to keep your spirits up, or actually calm you down themselves.

He's really the best.

And he also has a tendency to show you his inventions or gadgets first.

He'll finish something and turn to you with his mad scientist eyes and you have to hope and pray that his newest peice of tech doesn't involve something dangerous

He'd rather die than ever hurt you, but sometimes he just gets too excited to even realize he's waving around his dangerous weapons

He's so excited to not be the baby of the family anymore you will not believe.

Though he has been 100% infected by the family bug, and is absolutely mother henning you almost as much as Raph.

You cook together really often, food is one of Mikey's love languages so cooking with him is one of your favorite activities

He lets you mix the ingredients and if you're baking he lets you lick the icing off the mixers

And he'll draw or play video games with you, literally indulge in almost any activity you want just to hang out with you

He'll absolutely crush you in almost every video game, and then proceed to beat you over and over under the pretense of "Oh its practice :)"

As much as it annoyed him when he was your age, he absolutely sides with Raph when he goes on his "You're too young!" Rants.

He's nodding along and occasionally adding in his own comments about how "you're just our baby brother you can't do that yet! You're too young! Too fragile!"

Also please dont think about all five of you sitting in a circle in front of Splinter's recliner, watching old Lou Jitsu and Jupiter Jim movies on repeat, just the five of you sitting in each other's company and relaxing for once. Yeah don't think about that.

Ok before I get into the fic idea I want to highlight a fic my friend did for L2C way back in 2021 bc this title reminded me of it. It was so funny to see my insta followers run around screaming bc I refused to confirm if it was canon or not lmao, but now that the fic is out I can confirm that it's a what-if scenario

NOW FOR MY IDEA(s) FOR THE TITLE

The first one is also L2C related, and could probably be a chapter in Tales From The Lagniappe wherein everyone is on the boat and trying to find ways to keep themselves sane, considering they've been on the water for a few days and they can only play so much Uno before they have to do set the game down.

They can't exactly pull up spotify seeing as they have no service, but there is a record player with a couple of vinyls. They use it pretty sparingly to avoid getting sick of the same twenty-something songs too quickly, but they have a fun time dragging each other around the room to Sinatra in a pitiful display of "dancing." It doesn't change how horribly things have gone throughout the Green Flu, but it does bring some reprieve and comfort that they couldn't get nearly as much of when they were jumping from safe room to safe room.

My other idea... got really long lol

In this one Michael and Jeremy don't reconnect right away and it's full of all this "I wanna see him but idk if he wants to see me, idk if I'm ready to talk abt everything, blah blah blah" all that fun stuff.

Eventually we get to the sweethearts dance (valentines themed), so it's not a Huge Deal like prom but hey it's still a school dance. It's girls choice (classic high school heteronormativity) so Jeremy basically shunts away any idea that Michael will be there. He debates on even going at all but Christine frames it as an excuse to hang out with everyone, and if he hates it they can all just bail and do something else.

Everyone's "dates" are exactly who you'd expect them to be: Chloe took Jake, Brooke took Rich, Chrissy took Jeremy. So they're at the dance. There's music. There's friends. It's a pretty ok time. But this is technically a couples dance and Jenna hasn't shown up yet. How is she getting in? She texted saying she's on her way so she must've gotten someone to come with her. But who did she get on such short notice?

Jeremy gets his answer when he sees her come in with Michael.

Oh shit.

Did everyone else know this was her plan?? Was it part of the plan the entire time??? He's so unprepared oh my god she's bringing him over Michael can also tell whats going on theres no hiding from this fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck the music is so loud the gym is so crowded Michael's right here in front of him and all his friends are retreating and its-

Michael follows him pretty quickly after. They get to talking on opposite sides of the bathroom stall. They never meant to avoid the other for so long, they were just scared, they want to see each other again.

It's a slow song. A slow dance. People are pairing up. It's just the two of them in front of each other. Michael is actually dressed up in front of him in a pink-lit gym with a slow song playing and Jeremy can't tell if the pounding in his chest is anxiety or something else.

But Michael reaches a hand out to him and he can't find it in himself to stop him from swaying him around the room. Jeremy's head is screaming at him to say or do something but nothing comes of it every time he tries. Michael's mouth keeps opening and closing but he's not saying anything either until he finally just whispers "I've missed you."

And Jeremy runs out of the gym into the bathroom. It's too much to see Michael look at him with such a heartbroken expression. Jeremy did that. He caused it. How could he. What kind of a friend was he that he would leave Michael alone to wallow in misery for so many months.

The two of them bail. Jeremy texts Christine to let her know and naturally she's understanding. They continue to talk as they walk back to Michael's place ("Jenna was my ride." "We carpooled."), mostly about how neither of them were too keen on going to the dance but were talked into it. Jenna had openly framed it as a way for the two to reconcile while Jeremy had been left in the dark.

They talk more when they get into the basement. They go more in depth on all the squip stuff and it's the catharsis they need to hug and cry it out. It's at this point that they realize they've yet to change out of their dressy clothes and put on a record to have their own dance. Michael offers Jeremy a hand and, despite the lack of floorspace, share a slow dance that they can actually enjoy.

long story but my favourite tree in town survived the two years of peace i gave canada and the rest of the world from my bullshit! i think qatar or some other gulf state is building its embassy around it. i want to convince them to save this thing and integrate it into their design so bad. her name is grandmother acab!! forreal guys. if theres another close favourite its the apple tree near the aviation museum that fruits like a maniac. im just too shy to bug the ppl at city hall about it if they already offered it to another gulf state in that alley (the japanese and south korean embassies arent far either, its just behind global affairs lmao).

i wanted to play more concerts in that field with my friends. as far as i can tell mitski and lady lamb are interested in playing there again. i need to hit them up when shit gets less crazy again. i dont even know if they realized this was communist bullshit and theyre americans lmao.

its been left to fallow for sooo long and its one of my favourite spots in town. ive offered to kill suicidal friends there before idk. its very sacred to me. and im so glad the bulldozing hasnt started yet really. the shit they did down by the marina and the path down to the kichi zibi (ottawa/great river) from the north end of lowertown hurt me sooo much my god. i was scared i lost so much more behind the mint too dear lord.

okay lsitennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn rdr2 has been mt hyper fixation since July of 2022 when my brother in law gave me his old ps4 and the game and i don’t think ive shut up about it since i started playing. My entire personality is rdr2. And my current outlet/therapy is writing my rdr2 fanfiction

it’s gotten to the point where my family has literally started buying me cowboy/outlaw stuff. when I was a teenager i loved owls so everyone got me owl things. now im obsessed with cowboys at 26 years old and every gift I receive has something to do with outlaws

My sister got me a cameo of Roger Clark talking to me as Arthur for my 25th bday and literally nothing has ever topped that. It was the most amazing gift ever and now I have a video of Arthur Morgan saying my name and talking to me about my horses!!!! It’s so amazing I watch it all the time

unfortunately there isn’t any way to explore blackwater as Arthur unless you get like mods or something. the AI immediately roll up and the bounty hunters shoot him dead if you try to get into west Elizabeth

do you know how to play dominoes??? Literally ive only ever played 5 finger fillet in that game because i cant fucking play dominoes or poker bc i don’t know how

also Tilly is amazing just wait until later in the game. there’s a mission that really solidified the love i have for Arthur being the protective older brother

Dutch is sooooo complex and i think that’s why i love him so much. i won’t get too deep into my feels for him just yet bc i want you to keep going without me saying anything but once you get farther into the game we can talk about him!!!

Hosea and Dutch are literally my gay fathers. I love them so much. Their love for each other literally makes my tummy flip I love it so so so much

Also I’d let Charles hit me with a chair too, tbh. Love of my life

I never disliked Molly but I didn’t like her either, I think she’s just too much of a loud mouth. Felt like to me she could have not been in the game and it wouldn’t have changed much. Idk

And John’s complexity we can talk about after you progress a lil further. I honestly don’t want to spoil anything or give it away unless you don’t care about spoilers. But I’m just gonna stay quiet until you let me know 😂😂😂😂

two block men that are shaped like a pig and a crow getting yoinked by some bad guys and then beaten up and thrown at the wall

am feeling a magic au where techno can control technology, hence his name, and phil can create an invisible bubble that contains different weather conditions.

they, as well as wilbur, tommy, n mumza (bc yes) are in college getting taught how to use their powers to benefit da society, and combat is just an option (only tommy took that route.) neither of the two knows how to fight, techno is just a nerd (affectionate) playing video games and destroying his classmates in computer science while phil is a late bloomer having a hard time controlling his own bubble. idk yet what his life was like before gaining powers

and it just so happens that the Forces of Evil here are interested in their abilities, bc who wouldn't want someone who can make any technology happen and someone who can pretty much create blizzards and typhoons to cause damage

they just need some shaping and training that's all :D and maybe a little carving too, as a treat, to signify ownership. ysee the island this university is located is known for having high security, but somehow the forces of evil managed to break thru it, and yoink the two at night, taking them to a ship

there they're subjected to "rigorous training" and it involves A Lot of Pain and Mental Strain. forced to keep breaking the limits of their own powers, and to forget their past life, their home and their friends. they want techno to become like a robot, so he's never allowed to make any expressions while getting beaten up, while they want phil to be able to bear extreme weather conditions so he gets locked in a room where its either super hot or cold... to name a few.

they can comfort each other in a closely monitored room, just in case these weapons turn their backs on their wielders, and it's a cycle that'll last for a long time, having each other see how worse they've become every after session

basically i really love magic school settings n thought why not make one and add whump into the mix

:autismstare: anon are you sure...a free pass to infodump about r1999...(i start shaking)

(imagine the scene changes into me looking like a nerd about to teach you something) ok so reverse 1999 is a (checks note) turn-based tactical role-playing video game. whatever that's supposed to mean. and it released globally pretty recently, during october 2023! the first version released was the chinese one, who was released may 2023, so the difference is not too huge

but yeah! the gameplay is basically it's...gacha. unfortunately. maximum rarity is 6 stars. and you can use your characters in battles (3 maximum, + a bonus character that enters the battle if one of your characters dies)

and in the battles you can do moves but using cards, and there's multiple different moves. attack (either reality dmg or mental dmg, either on a single enemies or on 2 enemies, ect), buff, debuff, healing...you know the drill. and yeah all your characters have their own sets of cards that are handed to you randomly at the beginning of each round. you can also move your cards around and combine them (IF they are the same) to make them stronger!

theres also moxies that you accumulate by doing moves or moving your cards or combining them ect and basically when your character has maximum moxies you can play their ultimate which is their super powerful attack, basically

BUT ENOUGH OF THE GAMEPLAY the story. its sooooooo good basically the premise is that there is something called the storm that makes time move backwards ever since 1999. so the main cast goes from the 1960s to the 1920s at one point

you play as vertin, who is the main character, AND UNLIKE MOST GACHA GAMES MC SHE IS HER OWN CHARACTER!!!! with her own personality and motive and story and eughhh shes great i love her so much

theres also events with events stories but i didnt really do much of those yet. im sure theyre really good too though

also we have yuri. like a lot apparently. including a yuri square with doomed yuri and unrequited yuri (vertin is part of it)

I THINK r1999 is also very good when it comes to history and cultures because 1. they literally travel back in time and 2. the characters are all so varied!!!!! idk about the other voiceovers but in the english one they made sure that the characters have accents based on where they're from, and even sometimes speak their own language! (for example vertin and regulus have a clear british accent; schneider and sonetto have some sort of italian accent? maybe?; matilda has a french accent AND speaks french; satsuki has a japanese accent AND speaks japanese; and ect and ect!)

and hum. thonks. idk if i have anything else to say hum the game is free to play on mobile and windows! so uh feel free to check it out and just, see what you think and if its your type of game or not :3 i personally started it COMPLETELY BLIND and in the end well. i adore it! i seriously need to continue main story grrr

2: i love his dynamic with the others in general tbh!!! he goes from being the older of two siblings to the youngest in a large group of them and there is somewhat of a struggle with the transition especially with the others' protectiveness but it's so obvious how much they care for each other- special shoutout to his dynamics with time (timeline talk 1) and wild (kings of hyrule)

12: i don't personally adopt the hc that he's four's descendant but all the fanwork i've read/seen incorporating it has been adorable so i do want to give it a nod here!!! otherwise i think he and wild would have a good cathartic conversation about their sisters if wild ever remembers his own

21: i haven't tried writing any of these three actually oops. if i were to write wind i think it'd be interesting getting into his perspective :o he's a very optimistic character but it's also important to consider all the trauma he's gone through both before and during lu and i think that'd be interesting to explore, though it may be difficult getting his age down in my writing

22: age swaps or de-aging aren't usually my thing in fics but lu is a fandom i make an exception for because of how different characterization is during their adventures vs the one shared with the others in the comic. ones where wind ends up not being the youngest anymore are interesting bc he can tap back into his older brother role and it can be fun to explore the what-if. i do think people overdo it on his swearing sometimes though; i do think he would (he's a pirate come on) but i don't think anyone would get onto him for it and i don't think it'd be every other sentence

24: bonnie!!! bonbon is a little younger than him but they share in being the kiddos of the group who hate being infantilized and are more capable than they may seem at first glance and have sisters they love dearly and would go through hell and back for

2: his fairy form is so cool!!! the design is so pretty :o but regarding his actual character can i just say his sheer determination. there are so many little moments this is expressed in but probably the most prominent is his words to twilight, on the verge of death, encouraging him to not give up… it breaks my heart in all the right ways

12: i haven't actually played either of his games yet!!! except for the first the tiniest bit as a kid- so i'm not really sure… maybe. actually. just bc i think it'd be funny he's a really good cook it's just that he can't make stew which is the complete opposite of most of the cast where there's some sort of soup or stew they've made in their adventures. imagine it

21: i think it'd be harder getting a grasp on his personality without the exposure to his games; i wouldn't feel very confident and would be referring to the comic itself constantly- but i'd be interested in exploring his era more through writing centered around him :o the events that happen between legend's time and his own, his relationship with legend as his successor, how his era shapes him and his behavior with its inherent roughness yet his deep and inherent love for it

22: i love his dynamics with legend especially in fics!!! but i don't like how he's reduced to just the healer of the group sometimes. the fandom isn't always bad about it (thunder is pretty common with occasional fire from the ones i've read- outside of his fairy form of course) but he has other spells and a sword too!!!

24: hmm maybe emma (mikhaylov not woods). idk how to put it into words but there's the same drive there, the same passion, a shared dedication to the land and the people around them

2: his little subtle moments of vulnerability… his reaction to twilight being alright ;w; but also when he's turned into a bunny and he's thanking twilight and sky (only to be interrupted by sky's "nice hair" comment sgfdkhlj); there's so much depth to his character and so much he hides. there's a reason he turns into a bunny

12: ough i have so many palace of the four sword thoughts. not sure how in-depth timeline talk is gonna get (life spoilers and all) but he would struggle so much with the realization that he killed four since all records would most likely have vanished or be extremely obscured by his era (after all there's like. no more mentions of the minish or vaati or the four sword or anything about four save for a couple of references on wild's map). he already deals with nightmares but they would get so much worse starting the adventure with the chain after meeting four

21: there are so many good potfs fics out there already and i want to add to that. but also i want to give him a fucking break bc please this man deserves it. hurt/comfort perhaps for a nice even mix of both. i think it might be difficult keeping track of his inventory though in anything i write; between all his adventures he has so much gear and so many items

22: i love when people acknowledge his own special relationship with the master sword!!! especially when he gets to know fi; i always find those so sweet- it's clear he holds the sword in high regard and people mostly focus on sky's relationship with fi instead (not that that's bad, it's completely understandable, but legend deserves some too imo). but i feel people do go a bit overboard with his behavior sometimes compared to canon y'know; he teases but there's no real malice behind his words and he loves his family

24: okay this is gonna be mean of me and maybe a bit hypocritical since i just talked about him not being as mean as some people make him out to be in fanwork but. jax gave me legend vibes. like jax is significantly meaner towards the people around him but two bunnies coping unhealthily with their respective traumatic experiences…

okay starting off with the basics

his fashion sense ranges from absolute dogshit to somewhat decent. usually ends up wearing some random shirt and shorts though

yes, this means that he doesnt wear the silly link clothes everyday. he thinks that theyre uncomfy and always changes into something else as soon as possible. he keeps the green colour scheme though

probably goes to thrift stores with jeff to get a laugh out of the stupid shirts they end up finding

hopefully this isnt too much?! like i said i usually keep this stuff to myself O_O i have more hcs for ben and other pastas, along with a slendermansion au doc im working on (lol), but i dont think im ready to share those yet

An unpopular opinion: I HATED FFXIV ARR so much. i know it's not an unpopular opinion but it took forever to get into ffxiv that i was genuinely concerned i wasnt going to like it. if you want to play the game just get the free trial. also the way people treat tifa wrt cloud makes me feel insane

My Canon OTP: not exactly an otp but tidus and yuna are SO cute :[ i do also like celes and locke a LOT though

Most Badass Character: IGNIS!!!!!! episode ignis makes me feel insane. i actually didn't care that much for him until after i played the game and was like wait hes actually amazing

Most Epic Villain: as for EPIC its gotta be kefka for sure. he has the best OST and best fight for sure. i also LOVE kuja and ardyn but theyre not particularly "epic" i think

Pairing I am not a fan of: cloud/sephiroth, terra/anyone(except maybe celes..), ignis/noctis(though it might be growing on me? shrug)

Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): i could write an essay about ffxv. lunafreya deserved more screentime & from what i read what they had in mind for her was REALLY interesting and im excited to read her chapter in the novel. gladio was a bit better in episode gladiolus than the actual game... but he wasnt awful either. also, not FF, but all of the kingdom hearts portrayals of all the ff characters is HORRIBLE.

Favourite Friendship: i know yuna and tidus are a couple but they're ADORABLE friends too :[ i love them together. also prompto and noctis! zack and cloud are cute too

How I feel about this character: HES MY ALLTIME FAVOURITE FF CHARACTER all the characters in ffvi are so good but i just looove sabin and it doesn't help that soraya saga put so much love into writing him and edgar LOL

Any/all the people I ship romantically with this character: cyan of course... i've also seen people shipping him with vargas which is good too but i haven't thought that much about their dynamic

My favorite non-romantic relationship for this character: EDGAR OF COURSE their whole thing makes me. grrr. GRRR. how horrified was sabin to find out his brother formed an allyship with the very people who murdered their family. yet they were so happy to see each other once again when they reunited :[ i miss them. also edgar trying to convince his TWIN brother that he was a completely different person was hilarious. aside from him GAU!! sabin's dedication to encouraging him to reunite with his father because he couldn't have the same thing for himself & yet it was never possible grrrr. Grrrrrrr. also i think they're just hilarious LOL. despite that he doesn't exactly interact with the other characters but imagining anything with all the other FFVI cast is really fun. i really like the one DFFOO story where shelke and llyud asked sabin about edgar and he basically encouraged them to host a lengthy investigation on him all day long LMAO.

My unpopular opinion about this character: HE LOOKS BETTER WITH THE BEARD

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: in general i wish we got more content in ffvi! i wish we'd get a proper remake! or even a novel or something! if ffvi got the ffvii treatment we'd get so much more content on all the characters :[

Favorite friendship for this character: OK so i heard he's friends or acquaintances at least with shadow... but.......... i killed shadow before the WOR and i havent wanted to look up his cutscenes before my replay so i haven't thought about his relationship with him past the phantom train.... i guess favourite friendship would have to be with his brother LMFAO.

My crossover ship: none! still playing DFFOO though so maybe something will crop up 🤔

drafting a tss rpg/fantasy au pt 1 (no actual plot yet, just for design purposes!), notes below

lowkey genshin inspired, even though i dont play the game cause i dont have time i watch a lot of vids

for context in my tiny tiny brain, i imagine that they aren't all born with magical powers (except actual magicians/descendants of magicians), i think its something that they are gifted with at some point in their lives by some all powerful being. or idk. im working on it. this is just a draft.

Roman would definitely be a sword user, was wondering if he'd have a greatsword but considering he has a katana in tss, a regular old sword should fit it. contemplating giving him a shield, probably would just cause of his emblem. Fit will be very princely, I want to say I'd give him fire-based powers but I'm also contemplating earth or light. Fighting style would be the usual close combat sword fighting, so a lot of upper body usage. A prince from a kingdom, rebelling against the "stay behind the walls and rule the kingdom from there" ways, seeking for the thrill of adventure. Probably our main damage guy

Logan would be a mage/magician for sure! His weapon would definitely be a spellbook that floats around him. Because of this I'd say he'd work well as a mid-position fighter, as his elemental powers might be able to go both long and short range. Thinking electric powers for the teach. I'd think he'd be one of the smartest magic users from his kingdom/nation/'s academy.

My friend suggested I make Patton a catboy lmao. But, Patton would be either a summoner or a beast tamer! Anything that has to do with animals, with the ability to call upon his fluffy and feathery friends into battle or stand by his side. Maybe a species of human-animal hybrid that has a hunt-to-survive background, but after developing a bond with one of the monsters his kind usually hunt, he learns to befriend them. Possibly a bow user with some really good healing skills?

Bless this concept that came to me late in the night; Virgil is a non-human but human appearing creature, born where "dark and light meet". I'm on the fence if I should make him another magic user with a catalyst like Logan, or a rouge-support with dual blades or a polearm. Either way, I think a special ability he'd have is to morph into two other forms (1) that of a monstrous beast with claws and fangs (2) that of a bird-like creature that can speed through with ease (fight or flight, am i right?). As a side-effect of these abilities, he has wings on his back in his normal form, and hands with sharper claws that match his monster form.

Janus is a magician as well, but use it more as a tool in his main gig which is alchemy. After all that's a lot of work and could needs some extra hands, which Janus just so happens to know how to make through his magic. Ofc his weapon is gonna be a cane, the magic and potion part is his main method of fighting. Human-Animal hybrid, snake. His backstory I'm still not too sure what to do with, other than he's a man that you look at and it just screams mystery.

Remus is Roman's twin brother, a prince who abandoned the royal lifestyle in exchange for a more adventurous and chaotic one. A thrill for adrenaline, charging into fights and getting into mischief. Maybe a bit too much mischief. Either way, he loves the energy of the fight. The team's tank that hits like also hits like a truck! Gotta give this man his morning star, and maybe a really big real heavy looking shield. His powers probably have a big hand in his ability to take so much damage so easily.

i usually prefer to sleep alone, so i call them and wait until they're sleeping to get off the phone and sleep by myself

she just likes to hear the sound of me breathing while going to bed which i think is sweet

i didnt leave the call tonight though, i just didn't want to be alone

for valentines day, i got us promise rings

mine is silver and hers is gold because those are our preferred metals

its two little hearts and theyre ruby and sapphire gemstones because he loves steven universe and there are two characters named ruby and sapphire and they're madly in love

the rings are so pretty and they align with their interests and im so excited

we wear them on our wedding ring fingers

its exciting because i know that one day a real wedding ring will replace it and this one will be a memory of our love

and he also made me the prettiest bracelet ever and there are some very nice things about it that i will list here

ok yea i can’t say im having the most fun with brotherhood

it certainly looks better like the beginning in monteriggioni looked amazing it was so colourful and the cutscene also look great. but the controls feel worse somehow, like ezio only does what i want about half the time as opposed to 80%. the music hasn’t impressed me yet and i fucking hate rome i cannot express how much i hate hate hate rome oh my god i hate it more than any place in the first game aaaaaaaa.

it’s either narrow streets or annoying hills and the architecture is shit and there’s so many people and they’re so annoying and i don’t like their outfits or how they behave and yea you can call a horse anywhere but using it on narrow streets /or/ hills isn’t that great especially when im supposed to be laying low. i guess its partly my fault bc i dont know much about rome so i expected it to be like venice but nicer, like colourful and modern-looking and with amazing music, but nah it’s none of those things i hate the overall feel of the city

you do get more money when looting corpses and you get trade items that you can sell for money or do stuff with i guess, and there’s this really cool main quest kind of thingy where you gotta go into restricted areas kill a guy burn a tower and that helps things. i love it since it’s very similar the kill 9 lieutenants part of ac2 which was like my favourite thing ever. ezio is still his wonderful self and i kinda like how the story is going i think, so there are some positives. the pistol is a lot faster this time around and you can lock onto targets form further away as well

but the guards have guns and crossbows i think and the lock-on tends to go from one enemy to another for no reason, and the entire game takes place in rome which, have i mentioned how much i hate it. there’s still 100 feathers to collect and a bunch of side quests and assassin tombs and treasure chests and you can help rebuild the city and yea there’s a ton to do. but. i wanna get the main story done with as soon as possible so i can move on and maybe go back to the first game and collect the damn feathers because that’ll be more fun than spending 50 hours in this place i absolutely despise

like i don’t hate the game i still love it and i do wanna see the entire story because i just love ezio so much but. dang. i really didn’t expect this. ive also heard there’s some questionable writing at times especially considering ezio’s actions in some parts and so im kinda worried. oh and the third game takes place in constantinople which???? i might also end up not liking based on the architecture??

ooooooh and there’s this other thing. so notoriety isn’t really a thing in this game as far as i’ve seen however each mission has some requirement for you to get 100% sync which will unlock some repressed memories. repressed memories sound fucking amazing and i’d love to get them all but some of the requirements are so fucking asinine. how do i do a parkouring room in 8 minutes when im on keyboard ubisoft you fucking shits im sgjdfsjis. i mean i could try to replay every single memory with a sync requirement until i get it but who fucking wants to do that NOT ME -_-

oh and the music for is of course different which makes sense but also sucks bc the specific theme that played during high tension missions was amazing and now it’s... not... and the music for when i sync with a viewpoint doesnt play when it should??? i dont think this is intended but idk how to fix it and it sucks. aaaand within the first 10 minutes ezio glitched out so badly i had to restart the game. amazing. i sure am having a time with this game

also the ending of the first game was lowkey wack bc yea character development-wise it makes sense that ezio didn’t kill the dude but it’s also like. this game wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for his choice in that particular moment. lmao. and that kinda makes him partly responsible for the attack on monteriggioni and uncle mario’s death which... holy fucking shit ezio’s life is so fucking sad wtf. but the way they tried to integrate the present-time sci-fi bullshit with the ending was terrible imo like what even is the point of that part lmao i sure hope it doesn’t show up too much here or in the next game :///
