At a fan screening of Eps 12 and 13 the acting couples were asked to say something to each other now that the series was over. I expected just the usual polished PR-tested phrases and instead we got some VERY heartfelt words. Many actors are pretty faces but otherwise empty vessels, some are toxic, but these men are touchingly kind to each other and it's hard not to think they're good people who respect, trust and to whatever degree have grown to love each other.

Sebastian and Ema should get to be friends at some point in canon. I feel like Sebastian would relate to her feeling inadequate. Like, she’d probably resent him at first because he’s a nepotism baby while she had to try again and again for over 7 years to get the job she wanted, but like... once she’s actually a forensic scientist i think they’d get along great.
