Sorry had to… loved Qi Rongs "Nicknames" in the english dub of the donghua. So well, this is Shipsinking Black Water Xuan. I just finished reading all of the books of Heaven Officals Blessing and I am a little bit hypt about it. I liked it so much and the pictures it painted in my head. Very powerfull images were the four Calamities. So… well this is my first ghost king. Hope you like it. If you want to talk about the story - happy about any DMs to talk.

He Xuan : Yeah, a partner sounds nice, but a supreme enemy you can make out with in secret sometimes sounds a lot more hardcore.

Why the fuck was he xuan keeping an island full of crazy people in sub standard living conditions

Another thing I noticed is that Furina and He Xuan pretended to be gods to fool the people around them so their plans could work and be put into action. Both plans involved justice or have some kind of justification for why they are doing what they are doing. They end up miserable while waiting for their plans to be put into action and a little more after their plans were completed. But Furina was able to pick herself up and find something that made her happy as she adjusted to mortal life while He Xuan’s fate after his revenge plan took place remains unknown.

The ghost king also wants repayment for the lost family members. BeefLeaf has three kids now. One son and two daughters. Shi Qingxuan willingly names them after He Xuan's father, mother, and sister. He Xuan comes up with a suitable explanation for why Shi Wudu has to pay his respects to the spirits in question and bless the kids. Personally. And humbly. Nice

He Xuan does not tell anyone of this. He does not reveal any dastardly plot. Black water doesn't even remember to feed his fish. He just keeps living as Ming Yi and does not bother informing anyone why he ascended

Man I had a great idea for a pirate!HX AU but the only information I can find is wayyy later than I typically use (I know TGCF doesn't have a canon era but like, I typically prefer like...Han - Tang Dynasty with a bit from Song and maybe Ming on occasion for my inspiration) and I can't find any information older than Ming 😭 and of course since it isn't as romanticized as Western Pirates I can't find a lot of information on the actual lives they lived...

I might have to give up on my idea...

Btw does anyone know any Pirate!HX that isn't Western Pirates? (Preferably not beefleaf please)
