Life Update

Not that anyone cares but I created this page when I was 14 years old in 2014 before the release of 1989. I fell in love with Taylor swift and began obsessively listening to her music. My entire high school referred to me as that “crazy swiftie”. I fell in love with Red, Speak Now and Fearless singing my heart out as if I could understand these complex lyrics with the minimal life I’ve lived. It’s crazy to think that it’s been over 8 years since 9th grade me created this page. My last post was about 5 years ago and although much has changed one thing has not, Taylor swift remains a huge favorite of mine and someone who I love and appreciate. I turned 22, I’m attending PA school and got married over a year ago. And I of course danced to LOVER for my first dance, it truly was the most magical thing. As I grew Taylor’s music became more real and meaningful. I began to understand the complexities, the meaning and stories. It truly was such a beautiful thing growing with her music and realizing how different these songs felt and meant. Now here I am 22 back on this page with so much that has changed. I don’t know if Taylor swift is still active on here. But i’m here for fun. Happy blogging 💜

Why do I mumble so much :(

I sacrificed so much for you, and you just proved to me why I stopped making sacrifices for others ages ago.

You reminded me humans never change. They're selfish creatures who think of themselves and hurt others in doing so, then complain when they lose what they wanted because they wouldn't see the pain they caused.

You reminded me that only I have my own back and that I'm the only person looking out for me. You can be a part of my life, but you'll never rule it. You'll never run it. And you'll never win my heart like you did again.

My heart is my own, my soul is my own and when I die, it will go it's own way. We will go our own way because I am free. I can love and be free. The sooner you realise you will never control me, the better. You don't try to chain up a dragon.
