Crimeboys au where Tommy finally got his driver’s license, and was very excited to show off his fucking amazing skills to Wilbur.

After what felt like relentless begging on his part, Tommy finally convinced Wil to go on a drive with him.

Getting in the car, Tommy waited for Wilbur. /Why was Wil taking so long?/ Tommy thought absentmindedly.

What felt like in the blink of an eye Wilbur was out of the house and getting in the car.

“It’s about time dickhead.”

Wilbur only rolled his eyes and buckled up.

It had been agreed earlier that they would just go for a drive, with no real destination in mind.

Tommy put the car in reverse, and began driving, looking at Wilbur every now and then out of the corner of his eye to see his reaction to his incredible driving.

“Hey, Wil?”

“Yeah, gremlin child?”

“AYE, I’m a big man! Anyway, put some music on, man!”

With that, Wilbur blasted music out of the speakers, and Tommy yelled the lyrics alongside Wilbur.

It was just like they had done as kids when Phil was driving them around.

They had been driving for only about 15 minutes when it started raining, and at first it just added to the whole vibe of the drive, but then it started really pouring.

The windshield wipers were going at max speed, but Tommy still couldn’t fully see.

Tommy looked over to Wilbur who seemed relatively calm about the whole situation, but he had been pretty calm about everything for a few weeks now.

He couldn’t even remember what made Wil so chill. He used to be so worried about Tommy’s every move.

“Wil, the roads are getting really slippery. I don’t know how to deal with this.” Tommy felt his voice shake slightly, but couldn’t find it in himself to care.

He was *scared*. He didn’t know what to do.

“It’s alright Toms, you got this. Go on this road and over a bridge then there is a pitstop you can go to and wait out the rain.”

Tommy nodded and went towards the road, but the turn was just too sharp. The water on the road didn’t allow the tires to get enough traction as he slid towards the bridge.

The breaks weren’t working and he was gaining speed. Tommy couldn’t even turn the car to keep on the road.

They were headed towards the rails of the bridge.

“WILBUR! HELP ME!” Tommy felt tears stream down his face.

“Oh, Tommy. I can’t. I’m sorry. You know I’m not actually here anymore.”

“WIL YOU AREN’T MAKING SENSE. JUST HELP ME.”

“Tommy…”

At that moment the car crashed through the rails, and the car went soaring into the coursing river below.

“Wil, Wil, Wil, help me man.”

The car hit the river, and the airbags blew up. Tommy felt light headed from the impact, and could feel blood trickle out of his nose.

Wilbur didn’t seem affected at all.

“Just think about it, please. We both know I’ve been gone for a few weeks. I’ve been gone since November 16th. I’m nothing but your memories.”

Tommy struggled with his seatbelt, but it wouldn’t unbuckle. Water started leaking into the car as it sank under the water.

“Wilbur. Wilby, please.” He was out of breath at this point.

“The explosion, Tommy, it killed me. I’m not real, you are just imagining me. I love you so much, but you have to let me go if you want to live. I can’t escape from this vehicle.”

“I-“ Tommy knew. Deep down, he knew Wilbur was gone. It was difficult to process he was gone, and Techno and Phil would always give him a strange look when he would talk about Wilbur. He now knew why.

“But I miss you so much.”

“I know, but I’m still with you, and I’m not in pain from my injuries anymore. I love you, Tom.”

“I love you too, Wil.”

Tommy cried as Wilbur disappeared.

The seatbelt finally unbuckled, and Tommy broke the car window to get out.

The river was so cold, and the currents were fighting against him.

He was about to give up when he saw a rescuer dive into the water. Tommy swam towards the person, letting them hold him and swim the both of them up to the surface.

Tommy closed his eyes as he mourned his big brother.

Ok the idea of “okay but what if the past c!crimeboys stream went horribly wrong?” wouldn’t leave my head and so I wrote it down.

TW: INCREDIBLY unreliable narrator, referenced burning alive, grieving, abuse, manipulation, kidnapping, obsession, possessive behaviour, threats of murder

The sound of sobbing filled the air, echoing against the walls and layering on top of each other like a symphony. The light from the lava illuminated the look of despair and terror on Tommy's face, and any hints that another had entered with him had long since burnt away but the faint smell of burnt flesh.

“Well, I think that went well!” Dream beamed, placing a hand onto Tommy's shaking shoulders and feeling a jolt in pride in how he flinched so heavily under his touch.

“Don’t- don't you fucking dare touch me!” Tommy's voice was wild, like a feral animal, and pleasantly frightened. He tried to scramble away into the corner, taking a sword out of his inventory and holding it forward in a clumsy stance, looking half ready to drop the sword right on his feet.

Dream casually knocked the sword out of Tommy's hands with his own axe. “You haven't fought in a while, huh?” he said, voice light. “Your stance is sloppy, your knees are all wrong, you're shaking like a leaf. What happened?” He laughed as the question hung in the air, the two of them knowing the answer yet one being so afraid to say it.

“Please- please, just light the portal…” Tommy mumbled instead, slumping back in defeat. “You've done enough, haven’t you? I- Wilbur, he's…” His words broke up into nothing, and he had to take a deep breath, his face twisted in disgust at the very idea of being forced to bargain with Dream. “I'm- you've had your fun, haven’t you? Congrats, you let my brother die again. You've got my discs. You've won, haven’t you? You don’t need me anymore.”

Tommy's desperate pleas trailed off, and both of them knew they’d go unanswered.

“No one knows you’re here, do they?” Dream took Tommy's silence and distinct refusal to look at him as an answer, and couldn’t help but laugh. “Wow, I'll have to revive Wilbur to thank him some time. He practically gift wrapped you and handed you to me. I wonder if he knew that, coming in?”

“No- shut the fuck up, okay, Wilbur would never! He’s not like you.”

“And what’s that meant to mean?” Dream savoured in how he could make Tommy flinch just by raising his voice, but let it soften again. Tommy was fragile right now, and he’d learnt the hard way against pushing too far in those states. “Look, Tommy, you gotta face the facts. This is your home now, okay? It'll be a lot easier if you just accept that.”

“I don’t want it to be easier, I just want to go home,” Tommy whined. “I didn’t want to come here. Wilbur said- Wilbur said he'd let me leave, and he didn’t, and now-“

“And now you're back in your real home, with your real family.” Dream rolled his eyes behind his mask. Tommy was always entertaining, but sometimes his tenuous grasp on reality could be so difficult to deal with. Of course, it wasn’t Tommy's fault, Dream knew that, but it still was one of the few parts of Tommy he'd actually call annoying. “Now, c'mon, we can’t sit around here and whine all day. I'm actually busy, unlike you. You can either follow me or I'll drag your corpse to where we need to go before reviving you. Understand?”

Tommy mutely nodded his head, and behind his mask Dream smiled softly. He'd missed this. He'd missed Tommy.

ok warning im adding in after writing all this i just ramble about bedrockverse and tmmyrp for like a bunch of paragraphs.

its kind of interesting to me to think abt tmmyrp sometimes. like he started as ctommy as this blog that would follow alongside the canon streams. when dream broke out of prison i had tmmyrp act as the aftermath of that stream and freak out on tumblr.

but at the same time hes so different than ctommy. for one i think hes honestly a bit too mature to be canon ctommy in how he handles conflict (i.e.: the argument with technoblade in december last year). hes so different and my silly idea of including every different tommy design by making him shapeshift has now had deep and important connections to the plot. tommy flew michael back to see ranboo when he was revived. tommy grew tulips when he and tubbo ran off to petalsbrough- AND OH PETALSBROUGH MY PETALSBROUGH.

tommy and tubbo genuinely getting scared enough of dream- who unlike in current canon was a real, up close, and consistent deeply terrifying threat- to LEAVE the main smp. the fact that its still connected by a long tundra path of like 1000 blocks to SNOWCHESTER. its so interesting and i love the lore of that location so much i forget it isnt real. tubbo built an apiary there that never got used. tommy built up a house that was nearly identical to his old one because he missed it so much. when dream found their location through ranboo, he started burrowing fucked up tunnels underneath it to navigate the island easier and always be right behind him. when tubbo left for techno and phil's, tommy hid in tubbos house because he was scared. and that nether portal island right next to it where that confrontation happened between him and dream was TERRIFYING but it felt so so canon it was amazing.

the difference there in how tommy acted in an exile 2 situation was that at that maturity level- both the canon amounts of growth and the added bits of tmmyrp- he knew what dream was trying to do, and just went completely blank and dissociated the fuck out and didnt even respond to anything he said.

and during all of that the shapeshifting bits became environmental storytelling. when he died the first time and spent a month in limbo with ghostbur, the flowers went from tulips to blue cornflowers and he gave one to ghostbur before he was revived. the longer he spent with dream, the more draconic features started appearing on him, and he went slightly numb in the rain because bits of enderman also appeared after an argument with ranboo right before dream showed up.

and the way that before petalsbrough and before dream started tracking him down closely, tommy had another argument with technoblade in the basement of technos house. this was after their massive argument too it had been a while. and tommy told techno about exile first before anyone else before even tubbo and i think thats something so important and interesting to think about. and so techno knew what was happening when tubbo realized dream had tommy, and he was the one to approach dream first to confront him. and goddd god the rest is history with that bit it was so amazing it was one of my favorite bits of lore weve done with those blogs if you have the time go back to early february or late january and just reread those threads we did they were amazing.

but also once he was saved, he started talking to songbird again and holy shit the crimeboys era (which we are still in) has been so great. its so similar to canon in how tommy can read him like a book, knows how he works. but tmmyrp consistently goes about it by just acting like HE wants to do something, and wilbur should join him because hes not just going to leave tommy alone to DIE now is he? and so he- while i dont think canon ctommy in any way needs to be the one to "save" cwilbur, this is different theres a lot of buildup and it isnt even "saving" so. yeah. but he swims in the river with wilbur and makes food with wilbur and hangs out with wilbur but not enough.

thats the thing. it wasnt enough. because before casinoroyale joined the group, songbird kind of didnt have anyone. tommy was still quite frankly scared of wilbur, and was off in petalsbrough dealing with dream- wilbur was the only person NOT THERE when dream died. well casino too but casino wasnt a part of the rp group yet lol. so there's this strange distance between songbird and tmmyrp thats been so tense and everyone can feel it up until like. pretty recently. maybe july?? maybe june?? only now has tmmyrp started going and hanging out with songbird in a casual friendly way again. and man i love those threads. the fucking queen dying in the middle of a thread with songbird and having him break down over it was the funniest shit in the world.

wow. wow holy shit im going to stop typing even though i could keep going bc this is so fucking long. do not get me started on rp!crimeboys i have a LOT to say about them and im not going to make this another 7 paragraphs. jesus christ. anyways. hi everyone.

18 (making up after their first argument) with crimeboys?

[Ask Game]

I was in a big crimeboys mood, how'd you know?

It was something stupid the first time.

Something oh so little, as it usually is.

It started out small, Tommy touched something of Wilbur's. He only wanted to get a look at them, music discs had always intrigued him, but, with the clumsiness of someone who just started living among humans two weeks prior, he made them fall.

They didn't shatter in a million pieces like movies would make you believe. One only had a crack. The other got chipped at the point of contact with the ground.

It wasn't so bad.

Tommy was so sure that it wouldn't be too bad...

But then Wilbur saw. And Wilbur screamed. He yelled at Tommy until his voice started fading away. His face was red. There were tears streaming down his face. He was scary.

Tommy ran.

It was evening by the time Wilbur found him again.

Tommy was curled up tight, hidden inside an old tree. He looked cold, his lips were slightly tinted blue, his fingertips started to darken in purple tones, and he was trembling like a newborn fawn.

Wilbur took off his coat and silently wrapped it around Tommy's shoulders. He sat down beside him. Leaned his head on his shoulder. And, finally, offered him the broken discs. Cat and Mellohi.

"They're the only birthday present my father ever gave me" Wilbur explained "I'm sorry. I was hanging so much onto them that I thought my relationship with dad broke too"

Tommy wiped away his tears and leaned against Wilbur. "Sorry... didn't mean to break them. I just wanted to see them. They're so pretty..." He sniffles a bit, eyes tearing up once more just thinking about what he was gonna say "And now I ruined everything. The discs and your relationship with Phil and-"

Wilbur presses a hand to his mouth stopping him from spouting even more self-deprecation. "They're the only present he ever gave me Toms, our relationship was ruined long before you arrived. In fact, the only thing you did was giving me a family again. It's why I wanna give them to you now. I want them to be the anchor of a relationship that really matters"

"Oh"

They stayed there for a while, silently observing some snowflakes fall. Once the chill air fully calmed their spirits they headed inside, and a new family was born.

Wilbur was smart in what he did, tricking both Tommy and Dream, but he caused so much panic and pain for Tommy as well but it makes sense! it makes sense

Top Ten Most Wilbur Streams Ever:

rules: no dsmp lore streams, no music streams. I also tried to pick one from each ‘category’ of wilbur streams.

10. ‘If Niki Laughs the Stream Ends’ - feat. Niki

I showed extreme self-restraint in not adding more Niki-Wilbur solo streams. Anyway, this is the most enjoyable Wilbur ylyl vod, and one of the best of the Niki-Wilbur chill content genre. Besides their great chemistry, the Shawty bit is one of my favorites from the chat, and Niki losing it at the dumbest videos is just really enjoyable.

9. ‘mcc 12 - How long can I go without saying 'Gogy' ‘- feat. TapL, Phil, George

This team got first place four games in a row, had everyone in the top ten at one point, and looked great doing it. Wilbur’s chemistry with TapL and George despite having not made much content with them is off the charts, and it’s generally just such a fun vod to watch. Not only that, but their complete dominance and ease in so many games make this a really satisfying pov to watch, making this a rare vod where the gameplay and jokes are both at the top of their game. their communication and morale and skills and insane battle box comeback make this vod my favorite mcc team for Wilbur.

8. ‘Ultimate Chicken Horse (Post-nap stream)’ - feat. Niki, Fundy, Phil, and Tommy

Just a good time. Peak early dream smp content groups where people were just trying different dynamics out. Fundy shrieking when he died, everyone doing so poorly. They spend twenty minutes at the beginning trying to get Tommy to leave so Niki can play, some random dude accidentally joins. Cinema.

7. ‘Text-To-Speech Mediashare’ - feat. Phil’s assistance

Chaotic energy in the year of our lord 2020. The premise is simple: typing in chat activates a voice command, such as the word “clap” producing a clapping sound. This, as you can imagine, goes horribly, and breaks several times, while generally being overwhelming. At one point, Wilbur thinks he broke the entirety of twitch. This is where the clip of him reacting to the pigeon’s head coming off is from, it’s top tier.

6. ‘Minecraft 100 Player Lab Rat Experiment’ - feat. Technoblade

Definitely the best 100p in stream format, although I prefer the edited videos of some others, which is what keeps the moles and birds stream off this list. This is peak techbur content, what more can I say. uhhhh the techno burning his hand story makes me laugh every time I hear it, give it a watch.

5. ‘drunk geoguessr and minecraft with Niki, Fundy’ - feat. Fundy, Tubbo, Niki, Jack

Literally does “drunk christmas eve stream with dream smp gang” need more explanation? Drunk mamma mia!! Drunk geoguessr! Wilbur gives a giant sappy rant about how he loves his audience! Tubbo accidentally making Wilbur and Jack chug a ton of vodka is a highlight, but the whole stream just has a bubbly chaotic energy that really bottled the late 2020 dream smp vibes.

4. 'It's time for monopoly‘- feat. Niki, Minx

It is a three-hour vod of actually playing monopoly and it is the funniest gameplay of it I’ve seen in my life. Minx doesn’t know how to play monopoly and struggles the entire time, yet somehow, she’s winning for a majority of it. It’s the most shit-talky we’ve ever seen Wilbur be. featuring bits such as ‘Pussy so good gotta put it in jail- uh’, ‘it’s free parking you stupid bitch’, Minx taking so long on her turns that Wilbur starts timing them, and Minx trying to think of warm places to go and only being able to think of Spain. Wilbur comes from behind to win the whole thing through psychological warfare, Minx loses her shit. Iconic. It’s one of those streams where the full three-hour experience is needed to feel the relief when Wilbur wins, and yet it doesn’t drag at all.

3. LAST HOUSE STREAM Short fun improv n that with Jack and Tommy - feat. Jack, Tommy

This is Wilbur’s funniest stream. Ever. I’ve watched it like five times and it still makes me laugh hysterically, it’s the peak of crimeboys humor. While everyone has their favorite bits, there’s really not a bad one, but finding out that Tommy does a great Karen accent and Jack and Wilbur rping distraught girlfriends are highlights. It’s just. So funny. Watch it.

2. skyblock randomizer finale - feat. my tears

I don’t think the vod even exists anymore, but the edited video does. It’s notorious for making people cry, and for good reason. I talk about it more here, but what made this series so unique was Wilbur’s ability to carry a story entirely solo, in such a solitary and empty environment. It shows how simple it is for people to get attached to things, for them to build a home and find things to love, and it’s all over a pixelated fish.

1. Quackity Wine Stream - feat. Quackity, George

It’s all fresh in our minds, so I’m sure I don’t have to recap too much, but this is easily the best of the “Wilbur is rambling freely about whatever topic comes to mind” streams that actually exist on Wilbur’s channel. Wilbur and Quackity have amazing chemistry and just have really candid conversations about their friendship and content creation as a whole, once they get started there’s not really a moment of uninteresting discussion. Plus, the fact that they’re getting progressively more drunk is an added bonus, also Wilbur’s beret is really cute. Who knows if it’ll stay my favorite as time passes but it is rn

Author's Notes on my fanfic The Friends We Refuse to Abandon

Because I am feeling particularly proud of it and therefore want to talk about some details I intended while writing it

If you want to learn some stuff about my writing process for the fic, go ahead and read this post further!

Chapter 1

- Each chapter is named after a phrase from the English translation of Saint-Exupéry's The Little Prince; this chapter is called "Matters of Consequence" because this is where Connor's goals are first established

- If it wasn't obvious already, Tommy was talking about Wilbur in his conversation with Connor; nothing says ideal DSMP fanfic like a sprinkle of obligatory c!Crimeboys

- The cans in the gym flashback are beer cans

- "The whispers of the future" refers to Chat, based on a statement about them in a stream where the CC affirmed some popular hcs about his character; this is one of the ways Connor just knows things he isn't supposed to know throughout the fic

- Ranboo's behavior here (and in later chapters) is all in the Enderwalk state, and he follows hc I have for him in regards to my understanding of him in that state

- "Ranboo wouldn't be this open about his association with Dream to Connor regardless of what state he's in" there is a reason why and it's unwritten undisclosed dialogue prior to the conversation in the chapter; Ranboo trusts Connor

- I said this to a comment but Ranboo's eyes are funky like that as a show of transition between states; Tommy didn't call them "mesmerizing" for nothing

- Not made clear in the fic but if you catch me depicting Ranboo with an unbuttoned jacket (i.e. you can see his lime vest against his red tie), he's Enderwalking

- Connor in the TftSMP Haunted Mansion flashback is from February, but Glatt is from the undisclosed future; Connor in the gym flashback is after that, and Glatt there is from sometime prior to that party and after Quackity's visit of the gym

- the glass Glatt plays with in the Mansion flashback is deliberately described as "half-full"

- I have to stress Schlatt's partiality to magical, mystical things btw; something about the character's insecurity and desire to make himself look bigger than he actually is I argue connects to the idea

- "People like you?" —While Schlatt feels powerful around Connor, someone who falls under "magical," a lot of those feelings are because of how Connor views Schlatt as person rather than the other way around

- Sunsets are deliberately recurring imagery, particularly as a parallel to Wilbur's sunrise + majority of the server's partiality to the light of the sun

Chapter 2

- this chapter is named "If Someone Loves a Flower" because I had to make connections to the strong themes of love, romance, and dedications in common here with the title's source and the title's content

- that party was canon to Connor and I will ensure that here

- look I'm a "Connor is Sonic and Elise's lovechild" fan because this means I have a canonical reason to draw him as a proper hedgehog hybrid; he is depicted as such here

- Schlatt's horn is broken due to the White House incident with Quackity; the hc is that Q's shot broke big guy's left horn

- "Most don't last a week with you" —I refuse to believe Quackity was Schlatt's first partner; if anything, Quackity is definitely one of many hearts Schlatt has broken

- I like to think Karl's mental degradation makes him forget basic crafting recipes; the symptoms of the Castles' effect of him are inconsistent and deliberately so (though you'll see that more in The Planet With A Thousand Sunsets)

- Karl's list was a proposal plan set in Kinoko, though "Craft diamond rings" should tell you that immediately

- Karl's skin peeling to reveal colors is one of the Castles' symptoms; something about Karl losing what he's formed about himself during his time in the server and reverting back into the state he was in when he first joined

- "You're gambling against the House" was intended by Connor as an explicit reference to Quackity; Connor had heard of Las Nevadas in this flashback but has never been there yet; it's the acute awareness that the time travelling is putting a wedge between Karl and his fiances

- the stones Ranboo were carrying are Stronghold bricks from his "Laboratory"

- this chapter's Ranboo-Connor convo takes place after the wedding and before the prison visit

- Las Nevadas stripper Sam hc my beloved

- "The tone of voice Quackity had been using was very familiar to Connor. Nothing about that statement challenged his view of himself, however." —oh yeah, Connor can see his bestie Schlatt in Quackity, hence why he's able to rebut Quackity properly in response; it's their common desire to be seen as worthwhile and worth loving through an unhealthy approach to control

- the big question Connor asks Quackity was a gut-feeling type deal on Connor's end, particularly in regards as a means to find Karl in his next travel

Chapter 3

- "We Write of Eternal Things" is a particularly interesting line from the book, as this was said during the chapter where the Prince grapples with ephemerality, a subject which I thought was the main theme of the chapter about resurrection

- for symbolic reasons, imagine the sword stolen from Fundy's house as the sword Schlatt gave him, as unlikely as it would for it to be there

- Connor made invisibility potions because the last thing he wants is to gather attention towards him and Schlatt, especially after the act of necromancy that had happened prior

- Schlatt's resurrection was written as one that was worked towards and one that is desired and celebrated, in contrast to how Tommy's POV framed Wilbur's resurrection

Other parallels include:

Both of them rising in L'Manburg

Both of them going through visible changes after prolonged time in the afterlife

"I'm alive!" -> "I'm not dead!"

Wilbur rising with the sun -> Schlatt rising as the sun sets

Tommy was quite literally terrified of Wilbur and gave him a rather hostile welcome -> Connor literally embraces Schlatt and they gave each other pats, tail wagging and everything; emphasis on "Hold me, Connor! Hold me!"

- Connor's status as someone little involved with the grander happenings of the server (besides the stuff he does for Quackity in the book) has made him trustworthy to both Quackity and Awesamdude

- The crying obsidian has definitely kept any spilled blood in the cell fresh

- Connor's kind actions towards Dream are both sincere and deliberate

- The hardest part about writing this chapter was trying to portray Dream as vulnerable yet still cunning

- "You do have Sam and Quackity’s trust, after all.” “He doesn’t have theirs, and you don’t have his...but they all have mine, now that I think about it," — Connor trumps Dream by how he manipulates his own attachments vs how we all know how Dream dealt with his

- Forrbuscus (homage) my beloved

- I will neither confirm or deny my revived!Schlatt design as inspired by several ram!Tubbo designs

Chapter 4

- "Five Million Little Bells" because self-indulgent wedding chapter let's go

- oh yeah, Karl and Connor came back to the present; Sapnap and Quackity were having a confrontation in Kinoko and it involved a lot of fire

- Extra Castle symptoms: glitching and dripping i.e. Karl's form reaching a point of incomprehensibility

- themes about making efforts to improve one's own self and situation my beloved

- Tommy's suit to my knowledge is mirrored after Schlatt's own, and as such applies here when he went to the Karlnapity wedding

- Tommy and Connor's friendship my beloved

- I will neither confirm or deny killing off Mars and Beckerson offscreen

- I will leave it to the readers to decipher how the reconciliation happen, but I will confirm that bee duo snuck from the outpost to spy on the lover's quarrel a' la Egg incident at Foolish's house

- I based the location of Enoki through my memory of the server map; yes there are massive artificial bridges and tunnels that lead to the underwater city

- you can tell this was written before that one big outpost confrontation stream because of how Slime addresses Tommy and Connor

- Enoki refers to japanese winter mushrooms, inspired from "Kinoko" -> mushroom and "Nevadas" -> snowfall

- The Snowchester room in the Enoki building is part of Quackity's plan to try and get Tubbo on his side in this alternate outpost conflict

- "Velvet foot" is also another name for winter mushrooms

- Fundy deserves a restaurant

- Karl did the seating arrangements

- George volunteered to be officiator

- Purpled doesn't actually think that way about the polycule, this is just poorly packaged resentment towards Quackity getting happiness

- "Why did Fundy remember the time travel dream?" First, plot convenience. Second, it's a cool dream concept anyway. Third, I think we know that while Fundy forgets the details of these dreams, he remembers the ones that have a direct correlation to the present—this dream significantly affects the present hence why Fundy remembered some details of it; him focusing on the dream as a self-reflection on his potential helps him draw away from the fact that this dream is quite literally a snapshot of an event in the distant future—I had cc!Fundy in mind as Hughes Cox so the dream's allusions to the future were much much more clearer

- How well Quackity treats his Sam and Foolish is up to the readers to interpret

- Karl's been trying to move the library ever since he spilled the beans to his fiances; despite promising to be more honest with them about his travelling, he still refuses to let them into the library; neither of the two know that Karl lets Connor in sometimes however

- Foolish is missing from the Enoki independence signing due to backing out with Puffy and Eret's influence

- the outpost conflict in this universe becomes a proper server conflict compared to canon, with Enoki v Snowchester; this draws parallels to both the L'Manburg Revolution and Manburg v. Pogtopia, but it's really a faction-faction conflict one's more allowed to remain neutral in

- like honestly I can go on further with how things go in this canon divergence universe, like:

a Las Nevadas-Badlands alliance

Eret reestablishing his Knights with a roundtable composed of people he trusts, especially if they're already a foot in another conflict/faction

Revivebur being more isolated from faction-faction conflict so that he focuses on himself and healing properly (with Tommy, Phil, and Fundy as major players)

Puffychu reconciliation via the Syndicate

Ponk joining the Syndicate

Jack being a Spy for Snowchester through making business deals with Las Nevadas

Ranboo balancing his loyalties once again as conflict arises

integrating new members like Michael, Eryn, and Tina within this new au
