I just saw Mr. Right movie. Another great underrated story, I guess again some people didn't understand that this movie is absolutely impossible to take seriously (yes, that's what action comedies are for). Spoilers for finale of Loki ✨

You have been warned

I think the way they ended it left it pretty open ended for the possibility of other things

But I find it sad

At the beginning, Loki told Mobius he wanted a throne, that he deserved a throne to fulfill his glorious purpose

But by the next season he had a change of heart. A throne is not what he wanted. He didn’t want to be alone. He wanted his friends.

But by the end he placed the lives of the entire universe over his own wants and he got exactly what he wanted in the very first episode, his own throne. To be king.

But now he’s alone. Potentially forever.

He lost even if he won.

And Mobius finding out exactly what he was protecting the entire time is very heartwarming but also breaking. It must be so bittersweet to see that this entire time you were protecting a man who looks like you living the life you always dreamed, understanding where your love of jetSki’s came from and that you’re protecting your sons. But also being vaguely aware that even though that is his life, it isn’t his life. He’s a variant. He can’t have that. He’s not part of this timeline. And he can’t displace that man he’s been working so long to protect. His timeline is gone.

And the fact that they have no way of knowing if Loki’s ok? That really saddens me. For all they know, he died when the timelines came back to life. He saved everyone, at the cost of his life.

Overall, they wrapped the season up stunningly but that leaves the awareness that there most likely won’t be another season as where are they to take it now? A quick google search doesn’t leave much hope for another either.

I really enjoyed the series from the debates over whether selfcest was ok to the Loki x Mobius fanart spam on my for you page to the talks with some friends over what we liked and disliked from it.

I loved it. But I’m also sad to see yet another series end.

Something about opla that just has me howling with both laughter and sorrow is the fact that they just left merry fucking dead at the bottom of that well.

Like im not even sure if Zoro told anyone his body was down there.

And like, Merry is supposed to be Kayas last support sytem on the island when Usopp leaves. Cause her parents are dead, her butler, maid, and cook all just betrayed her, and I'm pretty sure she doesn't really interact with any of the village.

And I don't believe for a second that shes had any heir training at all, like kuro would have ever have allowed that. And now her one actual caring considered family member, and her goddamn family accountant is full dead and at the bottom of a well in front of her house like-!

They could have done one scene of him twitching and like some throw away line of hes still kicking and recovering but they were like nah.

Sheep man dead.

And that is such a bitch move to kaya, it kills me

First of all, I thought your commentary on the whole trivia scene was absolutely hysterical and totally spot on! So, no, I don’t think things like this cheapen the work. And besides, my view is that it’s fanfiction and totally just meant to be fun and enjoyed… even if the subject matter isn’t necessarily always fun. So, seriously, please have fun with it! Keep making jokes like this! I find it hilarious!

Secondly! I love how frazzled poor Drew looks. This man is running on three hours of sleep and twenty-one years of self-loathing. He looks exhausted and it’s so perfect. The bags under his eyes! The bandages! Even that smile is the smile of the most stressed out guy you’re ever going to meet! Thank you for this, it was funny when it was just in the comments but now there’s this and I have been dying for days.
