Lair review for @sludgesifter, thank you for ordering! I remembered your lair from the last time I did reviews, so I’ll try not to pick the same ones!!

The first one I picked is Milo! He’s so beautiful (in both dragon and gijinka forms oh my god all those art pieces are stunning) The bunch of purple pieces make his shadow primary look darker than it is, but the way it all ties together works wonderfully. His wings look like a sunset without throwing off everything else. Did he make his clothes? He may be misunderstood for his silence, but he definitely went that extra mile to make sure every could understand how beautiful he is!

Next up is Alpheratz, another purplish bab From the thumbnail, I actually wasn’t too sure if they had an accent or smirch, but the smirch works really well in their favor! There’s a lot of people who don’t particularly care for the gene, but the way it has an overlay work into the favor of matching that borderline rose-y colored part of the sage apparel. It also helps the wings look a little less plain, since there’s a lot less going on on them. Not a bad thing, since other they would cluttered; they look perfect as-is.

I’m a huuuuuuuuge sucker for bee-dragons. Kalila stuck out for the combination of the white and pink from afar, but up close they’re no less gorgeous! They even have gembond looking like part of their regular ensemble, it’s amazing

Nonna is gorgeous! (and has a gorgeous bio layout winkwink xem’s work is amazing) I would be hesitant about putting that much green and yellow on them, since it doesn’t seem like it should work at first glance, but all the little details work in harmony? Even the thing in their mouth (an olive branch? I’m not a plant-ologist) ties in well, and the layering of the dove with the lattice and the flower petals add an extra element of 3D

Rylah is both a predictable and unpredictable choice for me. On one hand, AAAAAA THEY HAVE PY/MORPH! They’re such good genes, and metals is one of the better colors on the wheel. On the other hand, spines. There’s just something about spines that I generally dislike. On Rylah though? Wonderful. It doesn’t take away from python or morph, but still finds a way to tie in their eye color. It actually also matches their nails a little :0

ELLA!! I’m getting serious pagan/druid vibes from them, but I might be reaching a little lol That accent? With these colors? Ella is literally surrounded by plants!! That hummingbird almost hidden adds such a nice blue I’m stunned by the masterpiece that is this dragon. (If they ever get lore, please ping me? No pressure, of course!)

Now it’s back to some dark colors! Raven looks like they could cut a bitch and honestly? I would pay for them to fight me. That gold jewelry? Those feather wing apparel I can’t remember the name of? That bis ass sword? All Iconic.

You might be asking yourself whether I have an obsession with orange. I swear, I don’t. Diran just looks super nice, what with the wings and the flower petals gently drifting in the wind past their big necklace. The cherub looks really nice up against alloy and glimmer, and the flower crown on their head kind of looks like the petals blowing around fell their and just piled up. Looking at Diran makes me feel like it’s a nice summer day.

Cassiopeia is blue, da ba dee da, and looks like a galaxy. Do you study like color theory and stuff? Or do you just wing it very very well? Because not only does their accent look like they have glimmer (I may or may not have been confused by what I thought were two terts: glimmer and gembond) but the yellow accents blend in well and aren’t really noticeable unless I’m seeking them out. Please teach me your ways.

Last time I reviewed her wife, so now it’s Delilah’s turn! Her bio isn’t filled out much (though I do love the art!) so I once again can rave about her looks, but that’s definitely not a chore lmao Her opal matches the accent’s feet and hand parts perfectly, and she fits the look of someone I imagine in charge. What’s her story, though? What kind of queen is she? Only time (or you) will tell, I suppose, but this queen is a true 10/10

character: 9/10 i can’t speak much for baby tiki since i only really know her in heroes and fan content but aaaaaa i love big tiki and how she’s got that immortality angst (i’m a SUCKER for immortal characters it’s even on my favs page) but is also really a big goofball who wants to make lots of friends anyway, it’s a good balance. she also got shafted the least of the robin-romance-exclusives (five whole supports including two intergenerational supports dang) so good on her.

unit: 6/10 idk she was never really great for me in awakening (manaketes’ accuracy always sucking is kinda a factor), but 9/10 i LOVE my tiny tiki in heroes, such a strong bab

character: 8/10 i love my gay son! it’s a shame a lot of his dialogue goes into his valbar crush and that it’s yet another unrequited thing but i like that they get into WHY valbar’s so important to him and that he’s able to move on in a healthy way.

mom wanted to celebrate my bro with a trip to Disney!

I couldn’t go at first but my roommate wanted to also so he helped out

my bro opened up a lot on this trip to me ; u ; (about health, abuse, etc)

I had a lot of anxiety because of ptsd but thankfully my roommate (seriously I am so thankful for him) came and he kept me grounded/cared for me when I would get overwhelmed or disassociative or just get into a bad headspace

I went on HELLA RIDES including the new gotg one

there were so many cute girls you wouldn’t believe it dude like aaaaaa

I got crossed on the last day of the trip and it made the light show look way cooler than it should have

I cried at the fireworks because they were so pretty

I got a free pretzel

When I got home I was super sick from exhausting myself and not drinking enough damn water but it was okay because at least I got soy milk ; u ;

I want to pay off my mother’s college debt, buy her a nice place to stay as well as somewhere for myself, buy my brother anything his little heart desires, donate to fundraisers and charities, live my dream life, etc. (2) Clear skin. I used my day of the dead makeup and wore a flannel, jeans, boots, and a cowboy hat that I got from party city. love: have you ever fallen in love? describe what it feels like to realize you’re in love. - I think I have. I don't know. To me it's realizing the things I'd be willing to do for that person. Just wanting to make them happy. Wanting to spoil them, see them smile, hear their stupid jokes even if they aren't funny, see all the ugly or silly faces they make, and just loving everything about them. Overcoming my biggest insecurities and discomforts for them. Realizing that there are certain things I can only see myself doing with them. When I read those couple posts I think of them, even though it's been over a year since we've been together. Hearing a certain song or artist is tainted by thoughts of them, when nothing would come to mind before I got to know them. Filling spots in my mind and heart that for years had been left vacant. Realizing that despite how much they've hurt me, I'd gladly take them back if they asked. Feeling like it was the right love at the wrong time, even though it probably wasn't the right love at all. Falling in love to me is having them lurking around every corner of my mind, the darkest shadows, the deepest trenches, even when I'm not thinking of them, they're always there.
