Can’t stop thinking about how the best way to keep Eddie safe in most time travel fix its, whether it’s a loop or not, is to have the police arrest him and put him in a cell. Ideally before anyone dies, but if that’s not possible, before Patrick and Fred die. He can’t have killed them if he was sitting in custody at the time.

Mostly can’t stop this thought from bubbling up because of the idea that Steve is the one who brings the police after Chrissy, and stands there and watches while Eddie is arrested, watches it, knowing that he’s saving Eddie’s life, and ruining any chance of Steve ever finding out if the spark he felt the first time was real.

back to color symbolism again for the 15th time this week.. im fucking obsessed with how the sword meant deliberately for jaime, and the twin (or close cousin) swords that will eventually land in jb’s hands, physically reject the color crimson. they will be used in opposition of house lannister. like how the moonlight stripped jaime of lannister colors, also again turning crimson to black in agot, a similar thing happens with the swords: the blades “drink the sun” out of the color. “a crimson sword might flash prettily in the sun, but if truth be told I like these colors better.” they will not let themselves be turned crimson. all that remains are ripples of blood and night. like yeah tywin cannot cover up the reality of his house and its crimes. he also cannot mold his children, and his own tools will reject him. omg george what the hell are you cooking
