..ive really just reached a point where i dont even really care about uploading fics anymore huh

Hey mx lofi I know nothing about sk8 so could u tell me if it’s genuinely worth watching or legit just gaybait?

ok i have a few things to say abt this

i LOVE sk8 i thought it was such a fun and exciting show and one(if not the only?) shounen-y skateboarding animes out there so obv it has moments of skateboard skills that r just not humanly possible but its an anime so. lmfao. but overall it stays p true to the heart of skateboarding!! awesome animation cool characters (except. well. we'll get to him) and just an overall eye catching aesthetic ❤️ v cool v swag v epic

there is ONE character whom i hate so dearly 🥰 i hope to kill him until he dies hes basically the hisoka of sk8 in which he is obsessed with a child due to their "skill" but its played in an almost romantic way and he calls them the EVE to his ADAM (his name is adam btw). so yea hes a freak i hate him sm if shit like that makes u uncomfy just. steer clear of this show i know there were some parts where i had to pause and take a walk around my bedroom bc i was so angry and uncomfortable when he was in a scene

putting THAT to the side, the show is also p focused on the whole bromance narrative so there r limited female characters and the one girlboss we DO get just putters around for a few episodes then gets kicked out like wtf 💀 its not my biggest gripe but it made me a lil salty lol

but id say despite that it is a v worth while watch tbh!!! i had so much fun binging the first couple episodes, then consequently waiting one week for every new one BDJFKNSKDOD i got hooked real fast, the main characters (reki (reki my beloved) and langa) have such good chemistry they r so fun and sweet together and the ensemble cast is amazing too, joe n cherry n miya n shadow deserve the world and more. ALSO. sk8 has made me laugh out loud so many times there r loads of silly moments to giggle at 🙏🏽

now moving onto the topic of queerbaiting...

first things first. there is a post out there somewhere talking abt this in better detail but i couldnt find it so i'll try to put it into my own words. u shouldn't rly look at sk8 thru a western viewpoint of whats queerbaiting or not.

in the western world, while still not as prominent or accepted as cishet relationships, lgbtq relationships r a lot more present, mainly bc they r allowed to b. now this is not to say that its sooooo easy to make queer relationships appear on the big screen, they still face a lot of backlash from ppl even IF the entertainment industry has made good steps in being inclusive. with this im just trying to point out that while still not normalized completely yet, lgbtq representation is easier to produce/consume

in this way, i personally dont believe sk8 was gaybaiting or queerbaiting at ALL. pls feel free to correct me if im wrong, im not the most knowledgeable on the subject, but it is arguably harder to produce or animate queer relationships in Japan, especially if its meant to be a shounen-type anime.

thru claiming sk8 is queerbaiting by not animating their two leads kissing or confessing to each other or whatever, u r discrediting everything else that makes reki and langas relationship so special. no they do not profess their love for each other under the light of the moon, but they are shown time and time again to care very deeply for each other, to push each other to b and do their best, they are shown to b very physically affection, to have have a strong bond built not only on a mutual love of skateboarding, but a mutual respect for one another

if u RLY wanna get shippy tho (not judging) there are a few moments that rly cement how much they like/care abt the other sprinkled throughout the show. i wont get into too much detail to avoid spoilers, but while one of the main characters is talking to his mom, she thinks he is asking her how to confess to a girl when he says he "likes the person." the same main character tells the other he wants to "skate infinitely" with him. which is pretty gay in and of itself if u ask me

so, from all that, i would say the producers, directors, animators, voice actors, and everyone who worked on this show did the best they could in terms of getting the ship as close to canon as they could what with all the restrictions they had to tiptoe around. i was pretty satisfied with the ending (bar the small complaints mentioned previously) and i know a lot of other ppl were too!! again, deffos worth watching in my opinion

this got kind of rambly so sorry for that but i hope this clears some stuff up, and if u end up watching it i hope u enjoy!

p.s. if u truly r desperate for ship content (again, not judging) u can always check the dub and the content that comes with it! the english VAs r very vocal abt their love for the ships in the show so u can get ur share of that from there ❤️

“Dad, you can’t just punch people like that,” Riley gave Drake a pack of frozen spinach and he held it near his eye. Riley’s father sat on the other side of the room and studied him warily.

“I can do what I want, that man here brainwashed you!”

“Dad! He didn’t brainwash me, what are you talking about?”

“Trent, honey, maybe we should--” a woman sitting next to him, Riley’s mother as Drake guessed, tried to calm her husband down but he didn’t let her finish.

“I spent years and years raising you. Giving you food, money, clothes, home. And you get married without even telling us about it? Your husband didn’t even care to follow our traditions! He never asked me for your hand. None of you contacted me. I did not approve of this marriage and I do not approve of it now.”

“But Daddy,” another woman tried to cut in and Drake thought it must have been Riley’s sister. She looked more like their father while Riley looked more like her mother. They both had dark hair but Riley’s was long and with red ombre while her sister’s were much shorter and almost black. The ladies had also different eye colors, Riley’s bright blue ones contrasted with her sister’s brown eyes.

“Shush. I’m speaking,” the man scolded his daughter and Drake knew he already hated the guy. He hated him from Riley’s stories but after meeting him in person, he hated him even more. “When you said you wanted to go to Europe I thought you wanted to do something valuable, learn something, make money. But instead, you marry the first man you meet. You’re such a disappoitment, Riley. You always were. How silly I was to believe maybe you’d change.”

“Dad!” The sister stood up but one look from her father silenced her for good. Drake looked at Riley; her eyes were fixed on the floor, not willing to make any eye contact.

“Okay, that’s enough,” Drake stood up to face Trent. “I will not let you speak to her like that. This is my home and if you have a problem with us being married you can complain somewhere else. She’s my wife now and you’re not allowed to insult us. She is not, and never has been a disappointment.”

Riley looked up at him, shocked. He was angry. She never saw him that angry. He looked like he was ready to fight and when she glanced at her father, he looked like he was ready to kill Drake. Her mother and sister both looked equally shocked.

“Don’t you dare talking to me like that. You take my daughter away, brainwash her and insult me?”

“Your daughter is not your property, she can do whatever she wants. And now I ask you politely to Get. Out. Before I call the cops,” Drake hissed. Trent looked at him before shaking his head.

“You did this to yourself, Riley! You ruined our family!” He said before storming out. His wife ran right after him.

“Holy--” the sister started before pulling Riley in a hug. “Are you okay? Are you?” She looked at Drake who nodded in response.

“I’m Danielle, Dani for friends,” she extended her hand and Drake shook it.

“Drake. Nice to meet you. I’m going to... I’m gonna make some tea,” he looked at Riley worriedly before leaving the sisters alone.

“I’m sorry, I had no idea we were coming to you, Daddy said it was a business trip,” Dani whispered to Riley, still holding her close.

“It’s okay. I know what he’s like.”

“Sooo... I’m not gonna yell at you, even though I should, but why didn’t you tell me you got married??Drake seems like the best guy for you!!”

“Dani, you’ve known him for like five minutes,” Riley chuckled, sitting on the couch and pulling her sister with her.

“That’s enough, I can read people, you two are so good together. And the way he stood up for you? Don’t tell father but it was ah-mazing!”

“Dani...”

“Okay, so how did you meet? How did he proposed? Ooh, do you have any pictures from the wedding?”

“Dani... I need to tell you something...” Riley started and Dani’s face fell. She needed to tell someone. Someone she could trust. The only person knowing the marriage was fake was Liam, Drake’s friend and Riley felt like she needed somone on her side to know that too. She quickly told her everything, about the restaurant, Bartie, accident, Madeleine, Bianca, weird videos from Karlington. At the end of her story, Dani didn’t seem moved.

“Well, if you ask me, that marriage is totally not fake. No fake husband ever looks at his fake wife like Drake does.”

“Like what?”

“Like he loves you and wants to protect you. Like he doesn’t want anything bad to happen to you. Like he cares, like he--”

“Oookay, that’s enough. You’re too much of a hopeless romantic and see love everywhere,” Riley shoved her playfully.

“Yeah, yeah, lie to yourself more,” Dani answered and Riley bit her lip. She wasn’t lying, was she? Their marriage was fake and they didn’t have any feelings to each other.

Or did they?

After four cups of tea and three hours of catching up, Drake drove Dani back to the hotel she was staying in with her parents. Despite hating Riley’s family, he liked her and he was happy that Riley had at least one person in her family who was normal.

When he came back home, Riley was in the kitchen, washing the dishes and cooking something.

“Hey...” he started, entering the kitchen and smelling something good.

“Hey.”

“What’s that? Smells amazing.”

“It’s just some rigatoni with beef. And some spinach on the side,” she motioned to the spinach Drake put near his eye a few hours before. “I wanted to apologize for my father. He’s not aggressive, he just hates when things are not as he wanted them to be.”

“It’s okay,” Drake shrugged. “It’s not your fault, you don’t have to apologize. How are you?”

“But I do have to. I’m sorry he was so harsh and rude and--” she bit her lip as her voice wavered slighly. She tried not to start crying and Drake noticed her efforts.

“Hey, it is not your fault. You’re not responsible for what your father is doing,” he wasn’t sure what to do or say, he just wanted her to feel better. Without thinking too much about it, he wrapped his arms around Riley and pulled her close. He felt her tears on his shirt and he wanted to yell at her parents for upsetting her so much.

“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have,” Drake whispered, pulling away slighly, worried he crossed the line. They were a fake couple after all.

“No, it’s... I needed that,” she answered and he pulled her closer again. She snuggled against him, allowing herself to be vulnerable at least for a few minutes before having to face the reality again.

At that point she wasn’t sure how fake their fake relationship was. She didn’t know what that strange feeling she felt towards Drake was and where it came from, the only thing she knew was that for the first time in forever, she felt safe in his arms.

“Dani, you look okay,” Riley rolled her eyes when she saw her sister was smoothing her dress for the tenth time since they arrived in the palace the next day.

“Maybe you should’ve mentioned it that Drake’s friend who married you two is a flippin’ king!” she hissed and started fixing her hair. “Do I bow? Is my dress formal enough? Should I cover my shoulders?”

“Dani,” she chuckled, “Liam is not that kind of King. Just be yourself and treat him like a normal person he is.”

Dani sighed and Riley’s eyes met with Drake’s. He smiled at her and she smiled back.

The day before was a weird day for their ‘relationship’ and Riley felt like something broke, as if the barriers were not there anymore. They went to sleep together, without arguing or even teasing. He pulled her close wordlessly and she felt relieved she didn’t have to ask him for it. For some unknown to her reason she found comfort in his closeness.

“Good morning everyone,” Liam greeted them, interrupting Riley’s thoughts.

“Hi, this is my sister, Danielle, I told her everything and she said she wanted to help with the investigation.”

“Nice to meet you, Danielle. I trust you’re enjoying your stay in Cordonia?” Liam smiled as he took Dani’s extended hand and kissed it.

“Dani is fine,” she blushed when Liam finally let go of her hand. “Cordonia is beautiful, your majesty.” She curtsied awkwardly and Liam chuckled.

“Liam is fine.”

“You said there was some news?” Drake asked and Liam reluctantly turned his attention from Dani to his friend.

“Yes, the camera footage from Madeleine came back from the laboratory. The video is legit, no photoshop, no remakes, it’s authentic.”

“Madeleine, you little--”

“That’s not all. The police officially drew back from the case. I still have my investigator and one guard incognito in Karlington though.”

“I can’t believe it,” Drake shook his head and Riley took his hand into hers and gave it a comforting squeeze. Dani smiled noticing that, mentally laughting at her sister’s poor attempts to convince her it was a fake relationship.

“I’m sure sooner or later they’ll make a mistake and we’ll catch it. All we can do right now is wait,” Liam patted his friend’s back and turned to Dani.

“Would you like some apple tea? I know Riley is not a fan and Drake only drinks it if it comes with whiskey.”

“I’d love to,” she answered and curtsied.

“You don’t have to curtsy to me, you know. It’s probably more uncomfortable to me than to you.”

“Oh, oh, I’m sorry! I just never met a King and I’m afraid I never read any Royal protocol so I’m not sure how to act, which is quite annoying to be fair because I was taught to be prepared for every possibility and now I see I failed but it’s fine! I’ll read it tomorrow and I won’t make this mistake ever again, your Majesty.”

“Liam,” he corrected her, chuckling. He didn’t know Riley very well but he could tell how different the two sisters were. Riley would sooner yell at him than curtsy and Danielle just made a two-minute speech apologizing him for curtsying.”

“Right. I’m sorry, sir.”

“Liam.”

“Shoes! I’m sorry Liam,” she corrected herself, trying not to facepalm herself. She was so focused on her mistakes that she missed amused looks that Riley and Drake exchanged.

“Shoes?” He raised an eyebrow.

“Oh, yeah, Nana taught us that. Riley never followed that though. Shoes for shit, duck for fu--” she composed herself. “Can I get that tea, I’m feeling slightly unwell?” She started fanning herself with her hand and Liam quickly went to the back of his office to make tea.

“Well, well, well. I have never seen you so flustered before, Dani,” Riley gave her sister a questioning look.

“He’s the King,” Dani whispered in response. “I don’t know how to act around Kings.”

“Mhmm,” Riley commented as Liam came back with the tea. Dani took the cup gladly and took a sip.

“Good?” Liam asked and she nodded.

“Really good. I like the addition of mint, it makes it taste more fresh.”

“Okay, I gotta go because my mom has an appointment and I’m taking Bartie now,” Drake stood up and opened the door, turning to look at Riley. She gave him a big smile in return and asked, “Dani, you’re coming with us?”

“I can drive you later, if you want to,” Liam offered quickly.

“Yeah, I’ll come with His Maj—Liam.”

“Okay,” Riley shrugged and kissed her sister on the cheek before catching up with Drake. When they left Dani turned to Liam.

“They are so in love. Please tell me you’re seeing it too.”

“I do, actually. And I hope they will see it too one day. I’ve never seen Drake like that, he seems so much happier now, despite everything that is going on.”

“Yeah, same with Riley. But I also know she’s the most stubborn person I know,” Dani sighed and took a few last sips of her tea.

“Drake’s more stubborn.”

“We should get them together. Make them see how in love they are.”

Liam studied her for a moment and Dani felt like she crossed the line. The Royal protocol probably forbid such things. She was just about to apologize when Liam spoke.

“I’m in. Drake deserves the best and Riley seems like she’s the best for him.”

“Riley deserves the best too. We have a deal?” she extended her hand, hesitating slightly when thinking about the protocol.

“Deal.”

They shook each other’s hands and Liam smiled at the thought of spening more time with and getting to know Danielle Brooks.

Im so tired. I cant even go put the dishes away. I cant move. To sleepy. I want to clean the fish tank and stuff. But I dont think I can do it. Well see how I feel after I get this written up. 

Today was a really good day! But yeah I was tired. And that was hard. But it was still good. 

I slept good last night. But I woke up at like 545 because James was getting up. But I fell back asleep and had kind of terrible nightmares about my teeth falling out. And then what I got up for real James wasnt here because he went to go put gas in the car which was so nice but apparently there was a police presence and he got stuck at the exit for the highway. But he got home soon after I got up and I didnt feel so stressed anymore. 

I left here around 715 and it was a nice drive. Some crazy fog out there. But a nice drive regardless. 

I got to camp and parked near where I did yesterday. I might try to park somewhere else tomorrow. But well see. 

And honestly today was a lot of hurry up and wait. But it was still a lot of fun. Check in went easy. I did some embroidery on my bag. I cleaned. I want to look into getting an outdoor carpet for the art shack because the floor gets so wet from humidity that its just muddy all the time. Ill try to find something this weekend. 

I had my first group and they were just the sweetest little babies. Quiet and calm and sweet. It was just so nice. I have found so far that when they finish with my project they like to fold paper, draw, and play with clay. I am glad they are having fun. And I hope they leave learning something even if its just that they like playing with clay. 

I had a couple hours before my next group. So  I went and got a bagged lunch. Enjoyed my sandwich and then went to sit in homestead with CJ, Charlotte, and Lindsey. It was really hot today and muggy but it was a good day. 

I went up to the art shack again. And did some prep. And then I just got in the hammock and listened to a podcast. It was so cozy and I was enjoying listening to the kids playing games and watching the trees. 

And then I fell asleep! I didnt mean to but I was out. This wasnt just dozing this was asleep! I slept for like an hour. And when I woke up at 2 I was very disoriented and confused. But I got up and shook it off. And headed to the office to get some paper work and splash some water on my face. 

I got the sheet for writing down all the cleaning I do. Its pretty straight forward. I filled it out retroactively for yesterday and this morning. But then it was time for my next group!

Its really interesting to see how the different counselors act with their kids. Some are really hands on and some just are so asleep. But the second group was really sweet too. And it was a lot of fun making stuff with them. But I dont love that everyone stays with me? Like its nice that they like being there for the art and they want to make too, I dont mind that so much. But I legit had 6 adults compared to the 5 kids and I am way more awkward with the adults being there. But I am trying my best!!

Some of the adults stuck around after. We all hung out and played with the clay. I cleaned. And enjoyed talking to them. It was nice. 

Once I was all cleaned up I went for a little walk to drop off all the dried paintings from yesterday. When I noticed my earring was gone! Disappointing. Its from taking my mask on and off and I know I have more at home but I was still annoyed. 

But I got all the art dropped off and went down to Homestead. Where I accidently got my feelings hurt. This was not Cj's fault at all! She didnt mean to hurt my feelings and I know that. But we were talking about how camp is different because there is no sleep over. And where we might have slept if there was. And I told her I hope next year to live in a cabin and maybe convince James to come work there again. And she said oh! The girl from last year wants to come back next year because shes from over seas and only didnt come this year because of visa issues. And that Cjs told her to get her application is quick because someone else is here this year. And I was just. So upset. Like Cj didnt mean to hurt my feelings but it made me feel so rejected and dejected. Like I really want them to like me and keep me on and Im like a real art teacher. I want to be invaluable and change things up in the art program. But everyone tells me this girl is so sweet. And I just. Felt really hurt. 

Ill shake it off but it was a little heartbreaking, like who knows what next year will look like but I really wanted to have that in my backpocket for next year. But I guess I just got to be my very best this year. 

I headed back to art. Finsihed cleaning and putting things away. Checked at the office if I could help with anything. Got some packages. Sat on the porch for to long because I was hot and tired. But it was tim to go. 

 I walked to the car and headed home. It rained again and it was very hard but it didnt last as long. I was mad because a bunch of cars didnt have their lights on and were very hard to see. But I got burgerking and headed home. 

I had my food and fed sweetP and played a little animal crossing. I took a cool shower and now Im just sitting in bed. I am so tired but Im going to try my best to at least put the dishes away. 

Tomorrow is my easy day. No classes but lots of coverage. I dont exactly understand what that means for some of the programs but I will do my best! I hope you all have a good night. Take care of eachother. 

I have an idea on how Handon could end and Hizzie could become a thing. (Warning: Long post)

And also a very rough half decent idea for how like all of season 2 can go. And the Hizzie part of season 3. (This is just hoping and assuming we'll get season 3 lol)

Now I'm thinking of season 2 having roughly 16 episodes again. So that's how im going to type this, just for a rough guestimates.

Okay so we know the magic of malivore is still active (because nobody remembers Hope) despite malivore APPARENTLY being destroyed.

So imagine someone remembers Hope. Said person (or people) then spend episodes 2x01 to 1st half 2x04 trying to find a way to get her out. Then the second half of 2x04 to 2x06 getting her out.

Even though she's out nobody remembers her other than said person (or people) that got her out. So 2x07 to 2x10 is then a somewhat peaceful time as they are trying to figure out how to make everyone remember Hope. Which they then succeed, but its kind of the 2x10 cliffhanger.

Now obviously trying to bring back and remember Hope wont be the only storyline going on. So 2x11 starts with us finding out they're plan to make everyone remember Hope worked. Then the rest of the episode is reunions and catching Hope up on the rest of the chaos going on.

In 2x12, Hope is helping out with other plotlines going on. Kind of a filler episode without much going on. Then the end of 2x12 is some confusing cliffhanger.

2x13 we then found out malivore isnt totally gone, bringing Hope out reveresed the magic. Kinda like how a normal stake to the heart kills an original vamp, but not permanently.

2x13 - 2x15 is then spent finding out malivore is actually up walking around again. Following leads and such to try and find out where it is. And at the end of the episode they're gearing up to go after him.

2x16 is then an epic battle pretty much. And the way malivore fights is by spitting out monsters. So they aren't fighting malivore as such, just the monsters it's puking.

There would probably be the twins, Hope and Landon, Ric and a vamp or 2. Probably MG and/or Kaleb. And to get everyone around, id think they'd be using that ugly car from the road trip episode.

So:-

- First quarter of 2x16 spent finding malivore.

- 2nd quarter spent going over a plan and everyone getting into position.

- 3rd quarter spent trying and succeeding at taking down malivore. Actually killing it this time.

- finale quarter. Everyone seeing to injuries and stuff like that.

They then find out Landon died during the whole fighting the monsters part. Hope is obviously upset, but doesn't worry too much thinking he'll come back.

So there's a small time jump (like a couple hours). The twins and Hope asleep in the car.

I'm thinking Josie asleep in the front seat after dozing off while talking to Ric who's nearby with Landon.

And then Hope and Lizzie passed out in the middle. Either one totally on top of the other simply cos that sounds cute. But most likely one has their head on the others shoulder or one lying down using the others legs as a pillow.

And MG and/or Kaleb just sitting in the back of the car minding their own business, maybe asleep too.

And Ric watching over Landon, waiting for him to come back.

Then, the last scene is Ric taking a closer look at Landons body before saying something like "You should've burst into flames by now." And boom season 2 ends.

Season 3 picks up immediately after, with Ric waking up Hope. Accidentally waking Lizzie at the same time.

So Ric explains Landon should've woke up by now and Hope grabs some research stuff they had about malivore that they brought with them. So the 3 of them sit beside Landon and have a look through it.

At first they cant find anything. Then there's a bit Ric explains he didnt understand, but now he does.

A bit explaining that the magic of malivore will dissapear when malivore dies. That magic including any abilities of malivores offspring. Meaning Landon became an ordinary human when malivore died.

So Hope is obviously upset, full on sobbing and everything. Ric is about to comfort her, but to his slight surprise Lizzie is quick to hug Hope. Obviously Hope and Lizzie being closer now and trusting Lizzie, she just collapses into Lizzie.

So after that, Lizzie becomes very protective over Hope. Doing everything she can to be near Hope, and everything she can to comfort Hope. Maybe even at Landons funeral, Hope clinging onto Lizzie's arm.

So Lizzie spends alot more time with Hope who constantly tries to push everyone away. Just puts up all the walls that fell down during season 1. Not wanting anyone to care about her because everyone that does winds up hurt or worse.

Lizzie is the only one who is stubborn enough to barge her way back into Hopes life (despite how cold Hope tries to be towards everyone).

When Hope is still trying to be alone, Lizzie would just sit somewhere in Hopes room and talk to her even though Hope is doing her best to ignore Lizzie in the hope she'll give up and go away.

Eventually Hopes walls start to crumble and they start to have short conversations in Hopes room.  And eventually that builds into going out and sitting by the lake, walking in the woods and visiting Landons grave.

Eventually, on one of their visits to Landons grave. Lizzie just looks at the gravestone before saying something like "Cant believe I actually miss you, Hobbit." without thinking. She's about to apologise but is surprised to hear Hope laugh a little. Not much of a laugh, like if you weren't listening you would've missed it.

So that happens. Then slowly but surely Hope becomes happier, mostly because of Lizzie.

They grow closer and we see Lizzies feelings for Hope become stronger, yet she decides not to act upon them because she doesn't want to be disrespectful towards Hopes love for Landon and give her a decent amount of time to mourn Landon.

Now I have 2 ½ ideas for their first kiss (and yes they are kinda cliche, but cute. So don't judge):-

1 - On one of their late night trips to sit down by the lake, they've got a big blanket wrapped around them both. Lizzie has her head on Hope's shoulder and Hope notices Lizzie starting to doze off. She lets Lizzie sleep for a while before deciding it's getting a little cold.

So she gently wakes Lizzie up and cant help but laugh at how cute tired Lizzie is.

Lizzie then says something but Hope doesn't notice cos she's to busy staring at Lizzie.

Lizzie then manages to snap Hope out her daze and Hope cant stop herself anymore and kisses Lizzie.

2.1 - They're out walking in the woods. Hope trips and Lizzie manages to stop her from falling. But the way she grabs Hope, when Hope regains her balance she's barely an inch away from Lizzie's face (or as close as they possibly can be considering the adorable height difference). And then they both stare for a moment before going in for a kiss at the same time.

2.2 - Theyre in the woods and Hope trips. Lizzie tries to stop her but instead gets dragged down with Hope and lands on top of her. Same thing as 2.1, they both stare for a second then kiss.

And then just a whole load more Hizzie couple cuteness and Hizzie endgame!

New Orleans

June 23

-This was Rhyann’s last day with me. His flight left Phoenix at 1 PM. We spent the morning together and then I brought him to the airport. I came back home, packed, cleaned up a bit and then head out to catch my flight. Traveling was long. My flight was delayed and also I had a lay over in Las Vegas. Which feel very senseless when you’re traveling to New Orleans. Anyway, I arrive in New Orleans around midnight. Britt picks me up from the airport. Traveling is smooth because I decided I didn’t need to check a bag. I packed two and a half outfits and went on about my way.

June 24

-Britt woke up this morning to go to brunch with her friends. She invited me but I was way to exhausted to go so she let me sleep in for a little while longer. Our plan was to hangout and then meet Jarvis later which is pretty much what happened. Brittany had to bring her friend’s dog to the boarding place which was an entire event honestly. Anyway , we picked up some crawfish and po boys and then head to Jarvis new apartment. It’s super cute and in a great location. He’s spending hella money for it but its a cute little bachelor pad though. It’s nice for the season he’s in. Later on Jarvis’s friend Chad comes to join us. I’ve heard about Chad numerous and times and has talked to him over the phone but this is my first time meeting him. This dude is 45 and looks 25. Legit get like Pharell. It was astonishing to see. We all drank wine and chat for a bit before deciding to head to the roof top. There is when I noticed there was a full moon. I immediately sat down and started to pray and manifest that I have a weekend filled with divine meetings and appointments. I didn’t necessarily have a frame work of what thats supposed to look like but I knew I wanted everything to be intentional this weekend. After that, we all attempted to find a spot to eat but that fell through so Britt Jarvis and I ended up picking up insomnia and then Britt and I headed back to her place.

June 25

-For this morning the plan was to meet Jarvis, Chad and Shay for brunch. We got a bit of a late start but we ended up making it happen. We ate a spot in the French quarter called Stanley’s. Their food was pretty good and it was a cute atmosphere. Shay and the kids dipped once they were done eating and Britt needed to make it back home os she could hang out with her friends later. Me, Chad and Jarvis were left so we went somewhere else to grab a drink This is when Chad and I start hitting it off and I realize this is someone who is going to be very helpful in making sure than I am successful if I decide to set up a practice in New Orleans. It literally felt like a divine appointment. It was solicited when he asked me if I knew Dr. Turshá! I was like uhhhh yeaaaaa duhhhh!!! Apparently they went to high school together! All in all, it was an unspoken agreement that we were meant to meet at exactly this moment in time for a reason. Chad had to leave for work so I asked Jarvis to bring me by my grandparents house so I can spend a little time with them. Jarvis had a therapy appointment so I he did that while I was on Belfast and came back when it was over. Grandpa really just wanted to talk about Lazarus and all the BS but I wasn’t about to do that. I had a little liquor courage of course and I was able to just speak candidly on how I felt about the situation. I wasn’t disrespectful at all but I was really tired of him stressing over this Lazarus situation when this boy is gone be just fine. He just wants other people to stress out with him. Anyway so we leave there and head over to this place called “The Wrong Iron” to meet Greg and his friends. We get there and its such a cute backyard ducked off spot. Nice drinks and cool people. I met Kevin, Gabriel and Justin. All seemingly good people. I order a drink called Strawberry Frozé not realizing that it’s made with Rosé. I Got halfway though the glass and my stomach was hurting so bad. So we all made the move to get wings from a place that I cant figure out the name. But the wings were really good. While we were in there waiting for our food, I caught a timely video of Greg falling through a door but picking himself back up mid air. It was classic. Literally just happened to be recording at exactly the right time. We left there and Jarvis drops me off at Greg’s place. Me, Greg and Justin chill for a minute, take shots, listen to music, smoke a bit before heading back out. Arial worked today but said she would come to NO so we can hang out. So by this time she’s here and I figured I would run into her at some point. Of course once we parked and walked not even two blocks, we happen to be right around the corner from where she was already sitting down having drinks. She came with her girlfriend Payton and friend John (JT). We ate another cute outdoor place called The Yard. Took a few shots, danced and ate fried pickles. We then walk over to a place called Dragon’s Den. It was cool but it was still early in the night os still a bit slow. We left after about 10 minutes and drive to this place that we saw on the way there. It was also outside but a little more (lot more) hood. It looked like it was jumping though. So we get out and somehow just walk in without standing in the line. This tends to happen very often when I’m out with Arial lol So we waltz on in. Music is BLASTING. They playing good stuff though. We head to the bar to grab shots. Arial decides she’s gonna find some weed. Greg goes “no way you’ll be able to do that in here”. Of course she comes back within 10 minutes with weed lol Again, not surprised…it’s Arial. They smoke a bit and I dance a lot. Having a great time! We leave there after maybe an hour and decide to drive back to Dragon’s Den. A parking spot opened up for us in the strangest way. Which you know tryna park in the streets of New Orleans can be real difficult. But we didnt have any problems tonight. Everything worked out just fine. Side Note: We were freestyling in the car which is something I only ever do when im at camp with kids. I forgot how much joy

So anyway we make out way back into Dragon’s Den, which is popping at this point. Good music, got some drinks in our system. Its all well. I even see Terri and a couple other people form XU in there. Arial and Payton end up dipping out at some point during that time. Eventually Greg, JT, Justin and I dip as well. We bring JT to his car and then the three off us decide we’re hungry again! We hit a place that has good fish, shrimp and grits. We were the only ones in there. It was freakin delicious. Two funny moments happened in there. 1. We were so thirsty so we asked if we could all get water. We’d been drinking all night so thats definitely what we needed. I guess the man was trying to be nice ad gave us all free sprites. You want to be grateful but at the same time we def dont need sprites. We laughed about that for like 30 minutes. Cause of course we never went back and asked for the water. 2. Three young white boys walk in. By young, I mean no more then 14 years old trying so hard to act cool. Young dude walk up to our table to tell her, unprovoked, that hes been smoking since he was 12 and some other BS that none us cared about. All three of those kids were weird. Also it was like 4 AM so who’s idea it was to take mom’s car and head out in the middle of the night I have no clue.

At any rate, we leave there and head home. It was 5 am by the time I showered and laid down. WHAT A NIGHT!

June 26

-At some point throughout the night we’d decided to do brunch this morning. I knew Justin wasn’t going to be able to make it because he said he had a funeral to attend. We woke up, sat on the porch and smoked a bit before getting dressed. It was a beautiful morning. We got dressed to a little praise through the speakers and decided on Ruby Slipper. Arial made it there first and called to let us know that the wait was 3 hours so of course thats a no. She then tells us to head to a place called Bear Cat. We didnt realize that there were two different Bear Cats so we ended up at two opposite ones. We decided that it wasn’t going to work. We missed the window of opportunity. So Greg and I put our names on the waiting list for the Bear cat we’re at and there’s a 90 minute wait. While we’re waiting we decide to kill time at this near by restaurant and get some drinks. Once we sit down there and look at the menu, we decided to order food. I ordered shrimp and grits and he chicken and waffles. Before we got our food, out waiter comes to tell us that its restaurant week and that our food is going to be 20 dollars. LIKE WHATTTTT?!?!? We ate, drank, vibes to the music and then stopped by my grandfather afterwards to say hello. Then we back to the house to chill for a minute. Jarvis came back cause I left my card with him and Justin cam back as well. We started nerding out on space/history/physics before heading out to get snowballs and zoom to the airport. I got a cotton candle snowball from plum st. Made it to the airport 30 minutes before the plan was to take off and still got a great seat. I sat next to two women who were on their way to Vegas for a girls trip. One of them had never flown before. She actually did pretty well. A few jumps and yelps but for the most part she did okay. The last sitting right next to me was very nice and passed on some words of wisdom on staying prayerful and focused. Alex picked me up from the airport and I came home only to be craving crab legs. I picked those up, came home and talk to bae while I ate them. He went to bed and I went soon after him.

“Bye mum, I’ll text when I land, see you soon.” I say.

“Have a safe flight, tell Angus to text me back, and tell Josh to Skype me again soon. Tell everyone I love them, bye.” She replies.

“Bye dad, hopefully I’ll see you soon enough.” I smile at him.

“Be careful, and study hard, bye we love you.” He pulls me into a hug.

“Love you guys too, bye.” I wave and turn around, making my way further into the airport.

After a while I’m all sorted, I’ve gone through security and now I’m just waiting for my flight back to England, which is going to be a long time, but I’ve got a book and my laptop so I’ll be good. There’s also a load of shops so I won’t be going hungry any time soon.

Slouching in my seat, I begin to respond to some emails, from viewers and companies.

“Harper?” Someone’s voice questions.

I look up and see Ashton and Calum.

“Oh, hey! What are you doing here?” I ask.

“Turns out we have a meeting in London before tour starts again. I didn’t know you were flying out today.” Calum explains.

“Well I thought I should get back because I’ve already missed so much school, so yeah. I also thought I should see a therapist quite soon, because if I’d get one in Australia, there’d be no point if I’d only be here for a couple days.” I tell them.

“Understandable, I can’t believe we’re getting on the same flight without know.” Ashton says.

“Yeah, what a coincidence.” I sigh. “Where’s Luke and Michael?”

“Somewhere over there, they’re talking to some fans or something.” Calum points to his left.

“Right, so what are you doing after your meeting?” I ask.

“We’re staying there for a couple more days, before we head to somewhere in Germany.” Calum replies.

“It’s gonna be so fun to get back on the road again, I’ve missed it, playing on my own in my room just doesn’t do it for me.” Ashton adds.

“Hey guys- Harper?” The voice of Michael Clifford fills my ears.

“Hello.” I nod and notice Luke walking towards us.

“What are you doing here?” He asks.

“What does it look like?” I deadpan.

“You’re gonna punch me?”

“Ugh, you annoy me so much, I’m so tired.” I groan.

“It’s like 8 in the evening you old lady.” Calum tells me.

“I was up most of the night, so cut me some slack.” I reply.

“Hey?” I hear Luke questions as he reaches us. “What’s going on?”

“Harper came to stop the plane so she could confess her love for you.” Michael teases.

“Now I will hit you.” I say and punch his side.

“Are you on your period or something?” Michael questions.

“Luke, tell him to stop.” I whine and pull his hand.

“Michael stop.” Luke sighs.

“Wow, you just saved the world Luke.” Calum sarcastically claps.

“You’re so scary, I’ll stop immediately.” Michael waves his hands in the air.

“I’m too tired for this.” Luke says and sits next to me.

“No wonder you’re Soulmates, you’re literally the same people.” Ashton shakes his head.

“Shut up.” I groan and go back to my laptop, that causes the others to drift into a conversation, I’m not sure what about but I’m not really listening so I don’t care.

“What you doing?” Calum childishly sings next to me, after a couple minutes.

“I’m responding to emails.” I’m boredly reply.

“Why.” Calum asks, keeping the same tone as before.

“Because I have to.” I sigh.

“W-”

“I’m moving.” I announce and close my laptop, beginning to get up.

“No! I’m sorry.” Calum whines as I begin to take a step, and grabs my hand.

“Will you stop annoying me?” I question.

“I promise.”

“Fine.” I say.

“Yay! Thank you.” He cheers and I sit down again, going back to what I was originally doing.

I don’t know why he wanted me to stay because he just goes back to talking to Ashton and Michael.

“How are you feeling? Like are you sore anywhere?” Luke speaks up after a while.

“Because of uh, being hit?” I question.

“Yeah.” He nods.

“Not really, sometimes if I lie down funny my hip and leg hurts, or if I lift something heavy for longer than a minute.” I answer.

“Well that’s lucky.”

“Yeah, I guess.” I stare down at my outstretched legs.

“I found a song the other day that reminded me of you.” Luke tells me.

“Yeah, what is it?” I ask.

“It’s by The Maine and it’s called I Only Want To Talk To You.” He says.

“I’ll look it up later.” I smile. “I love when people say they found something that reminds them of me, like you’re thinking of me, it’s so sweet.”

“Are you kidding? You’re always on my mind.”

“You could tag me in so many memes then.” I try to steer the conversation away.

“Nah, that Michael’s department.” He jokes.

“Yeah, that true, I bet you’re only discovering the troll face-”

“I’ve just gotta say, I’m so glad you guys are talking again, I know it’s none of my business, but it makes me so happy to see that you guys still have a relationship. Also, well done on your recovery Harper.” Someone that I figure is a fan says to us.

“Thank you.” I smile.

“It’s good to still be in contact.” Luke adds.

“Yeah, we’re still friends, we always will be.” I tell her.

“You honestly don’t know happy this has actually made me.” She beams.

“So what’s your name?” Luke asks.

“Felicia.”

“Oh my God, if we ever have children, can we name it Felicia?” Luke questions me.

“Maybe.” I laugh.

“I agree, you should name it Felicia.” Felicia agrees.

“No, if we ever had a child, it would be named after Ashton or Michael.” I shake my head.

“Imagine if we had an army of children, we could name them after all of us, Erika, Maddie, Calum, Ashton, Michael, Harper, and Luke.” Luke exclaims.

“An army of children?” I question.

“Yeah.” He nods.

“You’d make some hot babies between you.” Felicia interjects.

“Thank you.” Luke and I say in unison.

“Couple of things, I’m not gonna give birth 7 times, and I’m not letting you stick anything in me 7 times.” I claim.

“Yeah right, keep telling yourself that babe. Plus, if we ever had twins, we could name them Maddie Michael.”

“What if they’re both girls or both boys?” Felicia and I say unison.

“You don’t have to be a specific gender to be called a name, look at Michael for instance.” Luke points out.

“What on earth am I witnessing?” Felicia laughs. “All I came over here for was a picture and to talk a little.”

“So you didn’t like our chat about an army of children?” Luke asks.

“It was unique?” She trails off.

“Sure. So, picture?” I ask.

“Thank you.” She smiles and pulls her phone up and all three all pose.

“It was so nice meeting you.” I beam.

“Yeah, I’m glad and kinda sorry you witnessed us talk about an army of children.” Luke chuckles.

“You better name your child after me.” She grins and begins to walk away.

“Can’t make any promises.” I call.

“Army of children?” Michael questions.

“A small army.” I add.

“I agree with her, it is nice seeing you guys talk again.” Ashton smiles.

“Uh, forget that, you guys are gonna have a baby?” Calum asks.

“I mean, if we haven’t seen each other in a while, when we do, it’s gonna be electric baby.” Luke smirks and I look at him in disgust.

“Ew.” I grimace and push his head away.

“Don’t act as if you didn’t enjoy it when we were together.” He laughs.

“Past tense Luke, and I mean, I’m not gonna deny it, but now it’s gross.” I say.

“Yuck, it was bad enough for us to hear you guys talk about sex when you were dating, but now that you aren’t, it’s even grosser.” Ashton tells us.

“Why don’t you make a deal that if you are both 35 and single or something you’ll get married.” Michael joins in.

“We already made one of those, it was if we were 40 and single, we’d get together.” Luke confesses.

“What! Harper and I made one together too. If Harper and I were 38 we’d get married.” Calum exclaims.

“Well this is awkward.” Michael and Ashton say in unison.

“We made ours when were 15, when did you make yours?” Luke questions.

“When we were 17 or 18.” Calum says.

“We were most likely dating then!” Luke’s eyes widen.

“Fuck.” I burst out laughing.

“Okay, if we are both single my tomorrow, we will get back together, then fly to Vegas, and get married.” Luke proposes.

“Nope.” I say and put my hand on the back of Calum’s neck and begin to pull him in, but burst out laughing before he even gets remotely close to my face.

“Legit thought you were gonna kiss me.” Calum giggles.

“No, you’re not my type.” I say.

“What is your type?” Ashton laughs.

“Blondes with blue eyes, and maybe a lipring.” Michael mocks me.

“Well I’m not gonna disagree.” I shrug.

I love this, we’re all acting as we used to, which is so great. It’s not the slightest bit awkward, we’re actually having fun.

I continue to chime into the conversation every now and then whilst I continue to reply to emails, I know I’m going to be so greatful for doing it later on because I’ll be so tired.

“What do you think it’s like to shove an icicle up your ass?” I hear someone say.

“What?” I exclaim.

“New it’d get your attention.” Ashton chuckles.

“What butt stuff?” I question.

“Eh, you into it?” Michael asks.

“Not even the fucking slightest, bumholes creep me out, I don’t get why people are obsessed with asses, like shit comes out of it.” I shake my head.

“They’re so nice to put your hand on, they shape your body, embrace the ass, Harper.” Luke tells me.

“Someone put that on a t-shirt.” Michael laughs.

“Your hand was literally glued to my ass, I don’t get it, I didn’t mind it, I just don’t understand.” I say to Luke.

“So you’re saying you dont like my ass?” Luke asks offended.

“That’s different.” I deny.

“How?”

“Well firstly, I didn’t have my hand on it 24/7.” I start off.

“You had the opportunity.” He smirks.

“I hate this conversation, an ass is an ass, nothing more to me.” I wave them off, and go back to my laptop.

“What seat are you?” Ashton asks.

“8C, what about you guys?”

“Well fucking lucky you, we got that row too, although, someone will be sat next a stranger.” Michael tells me.

“Fan-fucking-tastic.” I groan. “The thought of spending around 23 hours straight with you physically hurts me.”

“You love us really.” Luke teases.

“I guess, depends what kind of mood I’m in.” I shrug. “I’m not sitting next to Michael am I?”

“Not exactly, he’s 8D.” Ashton answers.

“At least he’s not right next to me.” I say.

“I’m gonna go to the bathroom and cry now.” Michael wipes a fake tear away and storms off.

“Tragic.” I mutter.

“Could you imagine cleaning a plane?” Calum muses.

“Uh, yeah, I guess.” I trail off.

“Yeah but like it’s all empty, imagine hovering the floor.” He giggles.

“I want some of what ever you’re taking.” I mutter.

“Just air.” He clarifies.

“And a fuck ton of sugar.” Ashton mumbles.

“Ugh, it’s far too late for this.” I groan.

“It’s half 8, Harper.” Ashton deadpans.

“Your point?” I ask.

We all hear the sound of shoes squeaking towards then Michael appears infront of us, with a grin.

“I just saw someone’s wiener!”

“This is a conversation I’m not willing to go into.” I sigh.

The small movement under me causes me to open my eyes, and I grimace at the uncomfortable feeling in my ears.

“Oh, you’re awake.” The voice of Luke says.

“Yeah.” I sit up properly and rub my eyes, then realising where I just came from, more specifically, where and who I was leaning on, I had my head rested on Luke’s shoulder.

“Oh, sorry.” I sheepishly say.

“It’s okay, I had my head rested on yours too, not even 15 minutes ago.” He admits.

I lean back again and pull my phone out of my pocket. “How much longer left?” I ask, with a yawn.

“Uh, like half an hour or something.” Luke explains.

“Half an hour I’d like to spend asleep, so shut up.” The voice of Calum groans from next to Luke.

“Sorry.” We say in unison with a chuckle.

I lean my head on Luke’s shoulder again and go on my phone again. Luke affectionately scratches the side of my head, and goes back to his laptop.

“Here we have have a moody Calum, and a sleepy Luke and Harper.” Michael speaks up and shoves his phone in our faces.

“It’s too early for this.” I whine.

“My bad, we have moody Harper and Calum, as well as a sleepy Luke. Also, you were saying it was too late for this earlier.” Michael comments.

“Time is a thing, Michael Clifford.” I tell him.

“So tell everyone how it’s going guys.” Michael encourages us.

“Ugh, I will throw your phone out of this god damn plane.” I threat.

“Okay, uh, I’m going to go for a little bit, be back in a while, please send help.” He talks to his phone before ending it.

“Have this.” I say and throw a gummy bear at him.

“Oh, what that mouth do?” Michael smirks when I eat a gummy bear.

“A lot of things actually.” I say.

It’s a little while later now, we’re all waiting to be picked up, I’m sitting on my suitcase, Michael and Ashton are messing around, playing something like it on them, and Calum and Luke are on chairs with their phones. I’m being picked up my Angus and Josh, whilst the others are being picked by someone that I don’t know.

I’m actually terrified to face my brothers, it’s not like they will say anything negative about it, but I’m so ashamed. I have to face everyone else too, which I’m going to put off for a while.

I’m not sure if I’m going to tell my friends that it was a choice to stay and stand there, or not. They have a right to know, but they hardly know about me in that way.

I’m terrified of myself, I was actually capable of doing that, I willingly put myself in danger, with a plan that it would end everything. I’m terrifired of myself that I voluntarily stood still, because I was hurting so much.

I’m still hurting, and I still have that option.

I trust myself, I do, but there’s a piece of me that worries about how I’ll feel in the dark of the night, all alone, with things that could do some serious harm to myself.

“You look like you’re thinking hard, what’s up?” Luke interrupts my thoughts and tucks a part of my hair behind my ear.

“Uh, nothing.” I shake my head.

“Really? Because when I see you staring at the ground, and I say your name 3 times, and you don’t answer me, it seems like something important.” He points out.

I roll back on my suitcase to make some distance between us.

“Speak to me.” He softly says.

“I’m scared of myself.” I confess.

“Why?” He asks.

“Because I made a choice to not move, it wasn’t subconsciously or anything, I actually made that decision, hoping everything would end. I could do that again, at any time, and that scares me.”

“I get that, but I guess you just have to ask yourself, is this really worth it? Is it really worth ending a precious life, because you’re getting caught up in your feelings? I know it feels as if you’re suffocating, or the air is all clogged up and there’s no fresh air, but just wait or do something, until you get fresh air again. You begin to get used to clogged air, and forget what fresh air is like. I need you to promise me, that you won’t doing anything to yourself.”

“It’s not as easy as that, just saying I promise isn’t going to stop me from doing anything. Words can’t exactly stop everything, Luke. Look at how many promises I’ve made to you about this, I’ve broken every single one of them. Promises have just become lies to me.” I weakly state.

The sad sigh Luke does tells me he gets the last part.

“I know it’s a lot easier said than done, but that doesn’t mean you have to stop trying.”

“Try to what? Get better again? I’m so deep in this shit, I don’t think I can properly get out again, without the person that pushed me. I’m at a new rock bottom, and it’s so fucking low I can’t even see the top anymore.” I admit.

We stare at each other, Luke in disbelief and me in sadness.

“You really n-”

“I’ve gotta go.” I shake my head and picking my stuff up before making my way out the building.

yall ive had some shit this shift...i got lectured and vaguely threatened for having to pee a lot which was coz i drink stuff thruout the day like coffee and tea which is Pee City and since ive been on deliveries steadily all day ill be gone on that for ages and have to pee when i get back as well as the other shit i do. like i was literally this afternoon joking w coworkers who are actually cool to me abt how i can be at work for hours before people who have been in the store the whole tkme will realize im even there coz im a) out on deliveries most of the time, like for real if its a busy lunch period i can be at work for 2-3 hrs and actually be in the store 10-20 min and b) when im here im moving around actually doing shit and people have always been saying how its hard to get ahold of me coz im always going around doing shit and thats another reason people dont realize im here and c) people just dont notice me so like today my freakin bad i had to pee a lot coz my only comforting routine in this place besides constant disassociation is working my way thru a drink and i happen to like both coffee and tea even tho it does make me pee and sometimes i get the coffee dumps, truth. so today since ive been in and out on deliveries the whole time and i havent been talking to anyone since none of the people who notice me were much here and since ive been moving around the store since im actually doing shit, i get yelled at for using the bathroom too much.... like i get the issue of people who give themselves Bathroom Breaks which realistically we all do but sometimes people do it too long or whatever and like yeah while im taking a shit i will check my twitter or make a shitpost or something, like we all use our phones throughout the day including the managers and im not gonna feel bad for doing that but i am not thrilled w being accused of using the bathroom needlessly when im using it coz i need to use it....and like not like i can prove im peeing every time coz i'd be glad to give you a urine sample every time but they prob dont want that.... anyways whats real good is how i was just talking the other day about how this one delivery driver who's been here forever and was just given like acknowledgement for being a good employee, i was talking w someone about how like he doesn't actually do shit, and i was like i try desperately to ignore him but now that you mention it i never see him doing anything really? and like if you ask him to do some basic shit we're Supposed to do he wont or he'll ask someone else to do it. and today he was here and when we were slow and i was like washing tables and taking dishes and making coffee I actually paid attention to him and he definitely would just like stand by the computer even tho we had no new orders and then walk to a different spot and then go back to the computer and then walk energetically somewhere else and i think a couple times i saw him carry a few dishes to the sinks. and he's fine and im doing shit and getting lectured for causing issue for not doing my work like granted this was from the same manager who once made me mad for getting on me for Slacking Off coz i was leaning on the bread slicer, which i was leaning on coz i was trying to read the order info on the computer next to it, and was also happy about because i was doing a lot of work that day more than even usual. and another driver complained about her doing that exact same thing aka complaining about Leaning when the driver had been working hard and i was like yep ive had that happen too like now i essentially cant use the bathroom because the fact that i keep myself busy means that most people, who have a tendency to not notice my presence even if i AM standing right there, legit dont know im there and nobody sees me doing any work coz they dont see me coz im doing god damn work........ im annoyed coz like i can think of maybe seven other employees who distinctly notice me and are cool with me and im cool with them, and most other employees are fine and decent to me and stuff but theres a couple people who are shitty including this one guy who just now was talking with this dude who i thought was a decent guy? and they were kind of making fun of me and i went up to the decent guy like hey i was actually right over there and totally heard you guys, coz i was not in the mood, and he just brushed me off and i was like fantastic. plus for some reason the manager who fussed at me decided to do it all formally right before i had to go on a delivery, and so i didnt get enough time to say everything on my mind about my Problems with the fact that this was occurring which i was absolutely going to do in full on account of i think its bullshit and im no longer in the mood in my general life to act like i think that kind of bs is warranted, but before i could talk about it long enough i felt like id said everything i wanted to, she was like ok u gotta go on the delivery and im like you still havent given me that $60 you forgot to cash me out and you're allowed to say what you want and i cant respond? i get that mgmt is bullshit and i had just been talkingn about how mgmt is bs a couple days ago but i just dont care for me personally i am going to answer back. and because of being abused all my life a lot of times i have an automatic response to these kind of situations where i try to speak back and the stress just naturally makes me cry and then i gotta be like sorry im crying its a physiological reflex i earned for being alive. and now that you rushed me out to make a delivery i have to be trying not to cry at work, and extend my cryish period by having to try holding it back, and also extend it on account of im still got damnt pissed about it like god knows im not one to praise myself beyond reason but im a good worker here and ironically that means people might not ever notice it and I've definitely never heard a good word from management about anything i do since i dont even know when and instead i get in trouble coz one day i have to pee, coz other days i also have to pee coz i have established one comforting habit to get through customer service bs where i get weird treatment from other coworkers at least once a day usually and sometimes dont even have a work friend around and so my fucking bad i have coffee i guess like apparently my fuckin problem is that im both quiet almost all the time and keep to myself but also sometimes joke with people or say something to them at all just to be nice coz other coworkers are quiet and dont get shit from people or are always in a less than warm mood and dont get shit about it. i close tomorrow aka there for 10-11 hrs but at least a coworker im work friends with and who has a similar demeanor is around for most of it or i swear to christ. hopefully i ever deliver to someplace with a fucking bathroom coz i guess i cant god damn use ours anymore without being monitored coz im not a good enough worker natcho like i just dont know how im supposed to have my bladder on trial and if managers are only noticing that i pee more than them and not that i do work all day and extend myself to help out when things get dicey, well then like if nobody sees it i sure dont have proof i did it other that remember that time we had a massive dinner rush and i stayed an hr past my shift and was not only the sole person taking food to the tables but also taking dishes back and washing tables and restocking junk in the dining room, no you don't remember because nobody was working beside me and so as far as everyone else knows i did nothing and so anyways too theres nothing for someone with anxiety who worries about being monitored and judged like telling me ive been monitored and judged and now i cant pee anymore, that'll teach me to give myself one nice thing thru-out the day. i also dont have anything to rely on to comfort me after something shitty at work and tragically work is most of my socialization and most of the only thing i "do" and i feel like im being treated kind of crap for the fact that i do put in effort every day to be helpful around there. like thanks that i have to bite the inside of my mouth now coz im trying not to stress / angry cry coz i have nowhere to put it. like i dont care if this manager thinks this shit is part of the job like i deal with enough shit in life right now to Not be angry about this. like boy you guys are really making it hard to think about having to leave this store when i haul off to a different area in just a bit and i honestly dont know about the fact that some people especially this one guy who is just a dick to like everybody keep saying shit comments about me coz they cant see me and im like fuck off. like im honestly sick of it and im sitting on the fact that this dude also has said racist crap ive been an audio witness too and said something racist about a coworker to her face and she told me about it like. management is part of what i'm mad at right now but if im getting narced on for the fact coffee and tea go right thru me then i think i have a complaint here whenever the next time he says some shit is like when i'm here i honestly keep to myself and try to be doing work whenever we need work done and apparently thats why im now getting shit and sorry this post exists and is so long but im real peeved and the only way to put a long rant from me about shit anywhere is to put it here

So I go to the left and the left and gas it a little bit, I was going like 10 mph as I was taking off, and the light turns yellow, I cross the crosswalk, then the light turns red and I drive under the set of lights.. These 2 bike cops came immediately after me... So long story short, it was my first time being pulled over, I took the seatbelts off, and I ran the red light because there was a guy pulling into a parking stop right in front of me and I was too worried looking around afraid I was going to hit a jaywalking tourists. I know people always think they're right, but I honestly think I didn't do anything wrong here. I got a $25 seat belt fine and a warning for running the red light, which is complete BS. She was in a mall parking lot and pulled out to make a left turn. I think she didn't really see a car coming, but I also think the car was zipping around the lot at a too-fast speed. My sister got hit in her driver's door and needs a new door and the frame of the car needs pulled out. There are no witnesses to really show who's fault it is, and I think it's a little of both judging by how much damage there is on her car (the other driver had to be going fast). There is no damage on the other person's car. It costs about $1500 to get it fixed (just the bare minimum - a new door from a junkyard and fixing the frame, just to make it safe and sealed, there will still be some dents). We're debating on claiming it or not because there is a $500 deductible. She is 25 years old and hasn't had an accident before. So i made a mistake. I was stopped last night and cited by a law enforcement officer for no proof of insurance. I had an idea that my insurance was no longer valid due to it overdrafting from my account when i had no money. so i contacted the insurance company and now they will NOT re-instate the insurance policy due to the fact that i have had two bad overdrafts with them. I completly understand, and like i told the officer, this is my fault...i was poor..... anyways. Now i hear that the fine is 400.00 to start, i am willing to pay as i did not take the time to ensure insurance was active on the vehicle and that the overdraft was taken care of. However now i am hearing im going to loose my license...... So i was told by the driver license department that if i go out now and get an SR22 qualifying insurance plan with a different company, that when i walk into the justice court payment window, they will not take away my license from me? however justice court states that my license will get taken away and i have to bring the proof of insurance to the DMV............and get my license back. Do parents really expect their teens in highschool to pay for their own cars?

Its enraging when I hear my parents/parents in general tell their kids, who have their licenses to pay for a car yourself . Not even a split? A loan? These kids are still in highschool! Even after highschool in college, I just don't see how one can pay for even a cheap used car themselves unless they dedicate their life and save every penny for the damn car. People that age usually earn close to minimum wage, and if they spend all their time working instead of studying, that's all their ever going to make. Ex) my friend earns 9.25 hourly at a grocery store (he's worked there for a while so its not exact minimum wage), and works 40 hours a week. He is ALWAYS at work. At the end of the week, his checks are worth about 338 after taxes. A crappy used car is probably about 5000? I'm not fully sure. Someone that age would have to work 40 hours a week for quite a long time. Since they're teenagers, that would pretty much leave them no time for studying/doing homework and a social life in general. Don't parents want their children to perform well academically as well? Aside from financial issues of their own, why wouldn't a parent with a decent amount of money atleast agree to help their responsible teenager pay for a used or inexpensive car? I'm not suggesting brand new BMWs or mercades, but why not like an 06/07 used toyota or honda in good condition? Why not agree to help pay for.half or a smaller fraction of it?
