Two weekends of work later, and I've finally finished my hardcover version of @flying-guinea-pig's So You Want To Be A Demonologist! I've never bound a book before, so this was definitely a new experience for me, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!

Got inspired to revisit this FEH comic redraw I did when it first dropped! Specifically these panels:

In a way though, I'm glad that I dropped it and picked it up again later... like I feel like this isn't even from that long ago (guy who has no sense of the passage of time voice), but the characterization and even design of Moe is so different. The Scrunch and :< face were game changers for it LMFAOOO (also just making it autisticer 👍)

Beyond that I think everyone looks a lot better and closer to how I envision them, esp Loki!

i've so many issues with the new wonka (2023) movie that i could talk about them for hours, but the thing that bugs me the most atm is the fact that willy wonka is, in my viewing, not a character, it's a position, and this movie is, well, an origin story for a character.

“You are the new Willy Wonka of course!" was said in a West End production of a musical (that lost it's soul on Broadway), which means that Charlie Bucket is Willy Wonka, which means that the musical's Willy Wonka probably wasn't named Willy Wonka, but that was the name he got from the previous Willy Wonka.

well it took a week but I finally got all the signatures I needed on that stupid document, and I've now sent it to the last person I had to send it to. soo. now I'm fully, completely done with uni. I should get my diploma soon. I'm not even excited, just relieved it's finally over lol

As I once said all the way back in 2019, you're not a proper explorer, adventurer, rescuer, bounty hunter, treasure hunter, or even healer without the proper gear. So I decided to try my hand at giving Rockruffmore something to wear.

The vast majority of Rockruff's movepool is physical moves, so I first tried giving him finger-er, clawless gloves in the upper right. Kinda basic I'll admit, but that wasn't my problem. The problem was that the small amount of whatever color I made them just didn't balance well with the bright blue of his fur.

Tried a cloak next, which helped balance the color palette now that there was more of that bluish purple to go around, but what got in the way now for the upper left and lower right versions was his neck floof. Thanks to his Growlithe "heritage," Ruffmore has more floof than normal, so drawing the collar/hood around or below the floof just made it look weird or like he was being choked by it.

Third time ended up being the charm; after looking at some fanart of other fluffy-collared 'mons like Eevee and Zorua, I opted to try drawing the collar directly on top of the floof for the lower left and middle. Sure, a lot of the floof is hidden now, but it looks alright and I think that Dal would personally prefer to wear something that covers the sharp rocks around his neck. He, uh... isn't a fan of those once he realizes what they are =w="

Another reason why he'd probably pick a cloak over anything else is because... well, dude misses wearing clothes, obviously. I don't think I need to elaborate further.

Guest star is the Jangmo-o from the four potential partners I drew for Ruffmore. Never really decided on a name or even gender for this character, but I have been calling them "J" as a weak attempt at a nickname. Mostly because J (alternatively spelled "Jay") is faster and easier to say than Jangmo-o XD

And if they ended up being Ruffmore's partner, he'd call them the same thing until he learned their actual name. =w=

Omg no ur not crazy I think about the same things… Ok so I did a deep dive into everything I could find and there’s not MUCH info—Hisham Tawfiq said they’re not allowed to wear colognes and perfumes on the TBL set so he didn’t know about James and Karina Arroyave (actress who played Mierce) said the same thing, if he wore anything it was never noticeable to her

BUT according to my sources (a few fan forums and twitter lol) multiple people who’ve met him said he smells like Irish Spring soap 🥹😮‍💨 I’d imagine for a long time he smelled like cigarettes too but as far as I know it’s been about six years since he quit, unless he picked it up again

EACH of his characters oh man we’d be here all day… yk @robertcaliforniagf and I were just talking about this Willow made a list!!! I think it’s very accurate a lot of cigar smells and masculine woody warm notes… Also the internet rocks and I found this website that identifies colognes and other scents in movies—Max in White Palace uses Polo by Ralph Lauren and Graham in slv shaves with Barbasol… a very light classic creamy barbershop smell yeah I can picture that for him

#another fan said they can’t remember what he smelled like but his hands were soft. I’m chewing my arm off #red wears something nice and expensive. maybe he’s got a signature scent maybe he has different ones for different suits…#steff wears too much of something kind of obnoxious but once you get used to it it’s very sweet. his lips taste like buttercream frosting #sorry I say that every day but it’s true he’s like sweet vanilla icing to me #alan wears something very expensive but he doesn’t put too much thought in it. he found it after law school when he started making money and #liked it so it’s just what he buys now. but if a gf got him something else (expensive) he’d probably wear that too he doesn’t really care #something clean but not clinical at all. very warm actually and just subtle enough you want to get closer to smell him better #jack pozzi music of chance smells like the cheapest cologne you’ve ever heard of. and he’s kind of damp #ask #anonymous
