aaaaaaahhh all i can think of is like- most isekai fics I've seen for some reason [i mean understandably] the reader is wearing their pajamas, but after visiting the modern world they can finally show the chain what they actually like wearing, [i can see this going in so many ways, depending on who is reacting, and especially depending on what aesthetic the reader likes to dress in.

Time’s blushing. Is what I’m wearing really that impressive because I know he’s not blushing over what I’m wearing being revealing. A trenchcoat that goes down to my calves with the rest of my clothes? Does he just think I’m attractive or something?
“No, no issue. You look good in it, it’s just very different to what you arrived in Hyrule wearing.”
“I know, like I said then those were my pyjamas. These are my casual clothes.”
Well, his blush has only gotten worse from that, so he is clearly struggling with how my clothes look on me. Dark academia doesn’t exist in Hyrule I know that, but really he’s struggling far more than anyone else has with my fashion sense.
“Do you think you could help me choose some clothes like that? I’d like to match wit.. I think that style would suit me.”
“If you’d like, we can go shopping for you later. After I get my laptop back and finish off this report I have due.”
Laughing at how he's stumbling over himself to ask me these questions simply isn't an option, no matter how hard it is to hold myself back. He's asking so genuinely and so sweetly and who knows maybe getting some new clothes could help him adjust to this world more easily, I mean it certainly helped me when I was in Hyrule. How different could it be for time?
It didn't take too long to find wild after talking to time, and even less to finish off the work I had to do, now it’s just down to taking time shopping.
“So you want to look like you belong with a shot of espresso in an artisanal coffee shop while writing a research paper?”
“I only know what half of those words mean [name.], even less with how you’re using them.”
“Right, sorry. I’m still getting used to all of the differences in our cultures. Hopefully, you’ll get more used to the terms we use here sooner rather than later. Ready to go out though?”
“I am, it’ll be nice to get some new clothes. Not that I’m complaining about the excuse to wear yours.”
The nearest place that sells things like these isn’t exactly the closest to where I live, making it the perfect opportunity to adjust Time to my world’s transport. Well, more than he’s already seen anyway. Actually, now that I’m thinking about this, what size clothing even is he? Not that it’s an issue but not knowing a vague size is gonna mean he’s going to have to try on a lot of different fits. Then finding the right colours for him is a whole different challenge…
And we’re already here… Time to find out the answers to those questions of mine.
“Where would you like to start?”
“A coat exactly like yours perhaps?”
“I don’t see why not. Any colour in mind or just the same style?”
A shrug was NOT what I wanted as an answer, but he does know what he wants which means that I’ve got somewhere to start. Trench Coats are somewhat pricey but with how some of the others are chipping in towards living costs now there’s no issue with spending out occasionally. He seems to be gravitating more towards things that are similar to mine, isn’t that charming? He sees something he likes on me then decides that’s what he wants for himself hopefully, he just stays away from the expensive ones.
“You ready to try those on then, old man?”
“Just a moment more love, I can’t find quite the right colour yet.”
He just… How red is my face right now? It has to be crimson, doesn’t it? That’s the first time Time’s ever called me something like that naturally it’s when he’s looking at clothes like my own, is he trying to kill me with his charms?

i miss nicaise so much. my favorite little shit. i will never forget him stabbing damen with a fork. and it makes me really sad that laurent tried to keep him safe and nicaise hoped he would but didn't really believe it to possible and then he did die in the end and ughhh. everything about this makes me feel sick: nicaise spent his entire childhood being abused, and then was k'lled. i know it's repetitive but seriously, fuck the regent, and fuck nicaise's parents for not protecting their child.

OKAYYYY SO in the blood, doctor who extended universe book, i think it takes place pretty soon after the Silence in the Library arc cos that's mentioned quite a bit, and Donna's husband Lee (who was, i may add, i think going to be canonically trans but they weren't sure how to show that in a split second without it being confusing but he's trans in my heart) from the simulation is on Donna's mind a fair bit so my guess is it's pretty soon after that ANYWAYS, fairly standard doctor who plot, big problem with technology and people on earth and of course it's because Aliens. specifically its that internet trolls are dying and ofc The Internet gets worked up about that, but as more and more people start venting their anger online everyone gets more and more angry and they become hysterical and sometimes die. which obviously is a big problem they have to solve, i won't give away the plot but its fairly average dr who stuff.
BUT. OHH BOY THE CHARACTERSSSSSSSASASSaSSASaSAS i mean i love ten & donna anyways but they are written SO WELL like SOOOO WELL it's SPOT ON and it's so perfect because they do the same things they always do - the doctor is fully prepared to die (well. very painfully regenerate) just as he always does and uhhh actually maybe it's better if i take pictures there was a lot of frantic margin scribbling & underlining hehee
uhm. spoilers below. and very long post
my handwriting is nigh-on-illegible here i know but it says 'she remembers the Arachna-things [one google search later - Racnoss] from the Runaway Bride she knows he has killed people & that people get killed around him but... [long pause here as i thought of what to write. how do you justify that? greater good?] yeah i can imagine it really is easier to not think about it'.
this is just such an interetsing thing that they couldn't have shown in the show right, you can't show 'she didn't even really like to think about it' visually with the same impact. but like.... yeah. she saw him kill all the racnoss & still travels with him. moral grey areas flawed characters but.... the companions must do some serious mental gymnastics NOT TO MENTIOn the Doctor coping mechanisms or lack thereof.
^^but then there's this!! the hope!! he really can't stand people dying even when he is surrounded by it!! he has to hope!!!

the doctor was hiding that what Donna thought was going to fix the problem wasnt going to work b/c then she's get upset & angry, which spacey stuff blah blah is whats currently killing people - but Ten (teh Doctor in general) does this A Lot, not saying everything he knows because he thinks it's going to upset/panic/hurt people/

^^ (they were back in london in present day) the Doctor feels guilty about pulling Donna from her normal, safe life, even though like she wanted to he probably couldn't have said no to that if he tried - and putting her in mortal space danger - but also completely removed from her normal life. she doesn't live like Clara, who fits weeks of time travel in time to show up to work, she's missing out on Normal Life. she's not at home. Sylvia knows she wont be staying for dinner.
sorry a lot of this is kinda depressing BUT i promise you there are joyous bits too! the Doctor is canonically a Kate Bush fangirl!!! and donna has to stop him drinking coffee cos he'e hyperactive enough as it is lol. and -

GODDD VECTORRR i like him so so muchhhh. the zexal guy who Grabbed me and has Not let go. He's got so much personality, he's so EXPRESSIVE, I LOVE THAT WE GOT A 'MONSTROUS' YGO BAD GUY WHO'S SILLY AND EXPRESSIVE!!! he looks like he was drawn by a version of me from another dimension, he's FUNNY AND WRETCHED AND THE RELIGIOUS SYMBOLISM MAKES ME BANANASSS. And I love that at the end of the day he's... god he's just a kid. He's a mean miserable alien-demon child playing 4d chess with everyone in his life and his backstory does make me emo and his character arc (culminating in this very inauthentic always doing bits type if character doing something so genuine and beneficial for someone other than himself) is just so goooddd wahhhh. HIS DUB AND SUB VOICES ARE BOTH SO GOOD TOO!! hes just Danabait to the max and who am i to resist.
2. Favorite canon thing about this character?
LIKE. I LOVE EVERYTHING WITH HIM. BUT I GOTTA SHOUT OUT THE SHINGETSU STUNT like this image may very well but the single funniest thing a yugioh has ever fucking done

AND I AM SO GLAD YOU CAUGHT THE SUBTLY!!! Ik slow burns aren't for everyone but unless it's some stockholm kidnapped no choice thing then most slashers are a slowburn ESPECIALLY in Scream where the final girl is constantly beating or at least fighting them off and they were friends before it went south. And Stu is way more likely to be like 'Girl you know I love you!' when he half ass means it because he's manipulative like that. (He did/does care and it's probably the closest to love he's had but is it a genuine 'I won't ever harm you and I accept everything about you and trust you' love? Uh uh. At least not when he left that note a decade ago but of course you aren't gonna convince him it'snot 'love'.) Stu manipulated everyone much better than Billy did in Scream imo.
NOT THAT BILLY ISN'T MANIPULATIVE but Stu does it for his own entertainment or comfort and Billy does it for kills and to not get caught. So Billy isn't gonna lie to our face or exagerate his feelings. Holding hands in a dying moment was probably the closest affection outside of sex he's had in 15 years and it being us when we are possibly dying just seals the deal even more that he can lie he wants...He gives a shit 😏🖤

I really love how each of the pastel siblings are unlocking the true potential of their powers! Maria with the animals, Lorena with the plants, Jamie with the glow, and Gwen with her kindness.

So, in the midst of scrolling through tiktok nd waiting for kubosai content, i stumbled upon sumn I should’ve watched back during quarantine.
Cherry Magic. ( or Cherry Magic! 30歳まで童貞だと魔法使いになれるらしい )
It never occurred to me that i should watch it until two days ago, when a video a close friend of mine reposted came up. Despite having told myself that i might watch it back in 2020 when it came out, i never actually got to watching it but now that i did, I want to say that, its a fkin masterpiece.
Adachi nd Kurosawa have such a lovely relationship, that doesn’t necessarily revolve around sex ( something that i try to put off from most BL’s ppl around me have introduced ). The side characters are all well written and really memorable despite the little scenes they have with the main protagonists.
My favourites are definitely Adachi, Kurosawa, Rokkaku and Fujisaki! They’re all so sweet to each other nd their dynamic makes it more or less sweeter!! The way they ( Adachi nd Kurosawa ) inspire both Fujisaki and Rokkaku in their own ways. But despite the little ( i mean, does it count as little?? They do have alot of screentime together??? ) scenes they have, they do make their scenes worthwhile to watch and man they are js so adorable everytime they come up 😭😭
Adachi and Kurosawa on the other hand, are rlly rlly cute. Their relationship makes me crumble and fold.
Kurosawa is such a green flag. The way he wants to hold and kiss Adachi but holds back from his urges bcs he cares more abt Adachi than his own urges. Sure its basic human decency but seeing it actually being well-portrayed in a BL show ( not that I rarely see it, its more of most Japanese shows being weird nd stuff ykwim? ) makes it so much more refreshing to watch. Also the way he cares so so much abt Adachi? He could sense if Adachi is more gloomier, picks up on the lil quirks Adachi has, makes sure Adachi is smiling most of the time bcs he enjoys seeing him happy more than he enjoys seeing him being upset etc etc. It’s js so heartwarming and Kurosawa doesnt even have mind reading powers to do that. He supports Adachi all the way, even spending days trying to help Adachi perfect his presentation skills nd stuff nd js ughhhhh-
Adachi, is incredibly cute as well, his little bedhead, the funny monologues he does in his head, his existential crisis’ everytime he hears Kurosawa’s thoughts, the amount of “ Ehs “ he says and the way he thinks so lowly of himself makes his character relatable and endearing. He gets so excited about the thought of being popular or being an inspiration but immediately turns the idea down due to some unforeseen circumstances or js bcs of his thoughts. He sees himself as a normal boring person, doing normal boring things in his life. Hell, even we see that Kurosawa thought of him that way too before he fell for him. Everyday is the same for him etc, at one point when Urabe-san, his senior, suggests dating Fujisaki-san, he instantly turns down the idea. Even after thinking abt it, he turns it down bcs he thinks it would be impossible ( to an extent ).
But despite all that, Kurosawa and the others genuinely think of him as an incredibly hardworking, reliable and kind colleague to have around their work place. Even though he used to pick things up through his mind reading powers, he does show that, even without it, hes still as kind and reliable.
The show is so amazing and im planning to watch the others ( eg. the movie, the manga, the anime?? ) because i just cant get enough of them!!
Also i cant do reviews for the life of me so this would be the longest you get out of me yet. I usually attempt to ramble a whole abt my fav shows or anything but whenever i try, my brain melts or get all woozy at the thought of them bcs I JUST LOVE THEM SO SO MUCHHHH !!!!

Finished Season 2 of MASH!!
Didn't binge this quite as quickly as S1 but took notes
What is the best season of MASH and why is it S2?? Just hit after hit after hit
They give Trapper more to do and it's great I love him, extremely funny and some excellent TrapHawk moments
I wish I could better put into words what they did with Trapper but this whole season k was just like There's my baby boy 🥲 This is why I love him... Just so many great moments and I love the subtle but consistent characterization of Trapper being pragmatically principled
TRAPPER'S RECURRING SOUTHERN ACCENT "MIZZ HAWKEYE" MY BELOVED
Continuing my "Maybe I just have bad taste in MASH episodes" I genuinely didn't mind Operation Noselift. It was extremely stupid but I have a high tolerance for offensive 70s sex humor and it had extremely good Trapper moments
My personal least favorite was A Smattering of Intelligence but that was still a good episode and a decent satire of spies
Literally can't say enough good things about this season it was so fun to watch with like half of my all time faves in a row
I also noticed several episodes leaned into the "one bloody thing after another" plot form where it's kind of fast paced and chaotic rather than a narrative
More FrankMarg bickering, they break up and get back together several times
Also more sex and crimes for TrapHawk lol, they definitely get put on a watch list after this season lol
No recurring girlfriends but TrapHawk canonically have sex together (not WITH each other but group sex strongly implied twice lol), and they nearly get arrested like 3 times
Henry was so good I was loving McClean Stevenson, he plays Henry with such sincerity
My all time favorite MASH episode is Dr Pierce and Mr Hyde but I loved literally every episode this season LITERALLY hit after hit
Seconding Marley Manson's start with S2 finish with S1 MASH watch strat this is such a consistently excellent season you can't pick a bad start point to introduce people to the show
My favorite nurses are gone 😢 but we did get some quality Klinger and Mulcahy content so I guess that's the equivalent exchange you have to strike with ambiently misogynistic 70s screenwriters... Mulcahy with no glasses sighing "I'll go sleep with the nurses... What am I saying" iconic
Also timing a lil more ambiguous in parts esp since both Tai Dong and Kim take place over about a month each, but S2 has about 3-4 months happen on screen, so I am now confident for Harebrained Timeline Endeavor will be possible 🥲
In conclusion I loved this season so muchhhh 😭

I think you got the main idea behind my smut right - i try to write something consensual, something that's rough, but at the same time I want to show how much the reader means to these men too, hence the focus on consent and aftercare along with all the loving caress lol.
Coming to your question about how I write them - I think it's a mix of how their personality is shown in the anime and manga and how I see them? Like with Gojo, I think he would be chatty and teasing, as shown in the anime, but at the same time, he is someone thoughtful who genuinely cares about people.
Like him eating with Yuji while he was training him, though there was no need for him to do so, or when he sat on the floor because Megumi was injured, or him just crouching down to Megumi's eye level when he told him "when you die, you die alone" - it's just my perception of it, but his way of showing care is very subtle and is often missed by most people, and that's what I try to implement in my fics too.
Although I have only written one fic about him.
I am writing more fics about Gojo of course, and there I want to explore his character more, so I think I would be able to answer this question better when that fic is released and I know more about his character!
Moving further now- do i base them off someone? No. It's actually quite opposite lmaoo.
I was in this relationship/ situationship last year which left me TRAUMATISED lol because the guy was all about "cOnsEnt is sO ImPorTanT" (it is of course), but then whenever we were intimate and I said "no" he would just force the consent out of me till I agreed, and sometimes the consent was completely absent lol.
So I think that is what I keep in mind while writing smut, like showing consent and willingness from BOTH SIDES.
Plus the above guy (@whereflowerswenttodie and i call him Naoya btw 😂) was terrible in bed, so I just want these men to be godly to heal the damage he left lol.
Now, about the Geto fic. It's in work, it's more than 16k words now and I realised it will be too long to be a one shot, so it will be a series (my first series Woohoo!)
I was supposed to release the first part yesterday but there's a lot going on as my finals are nearing and i have to shift to a different place, but i am positive the first part will be out next week for sure! I am so excited and nervous about it, plus i have some scenes planned out in my head but I am scared to write it because I feel like i won't do them justice 😭😭
