hi, my name is anne aka hinawa !! i'm nineteen years old and currently looking for roleplay partners. nobody under the age of eighteen, though! this is just a simple little post i'm putting out to - hopefully - find more rp partners, and friends! so it won't be aesthetic by any means, but it should cover most bases.

i live in florida, usa, so i'm on the est timezone. i've been roleplaying for around eight to nine years, and in various different forms. my preferred style is descriptive, as i enjoy writing a lot about whatever character i'm portraying at the moment.

i typically do fandom and fandomless, though lately i've been doing the latter a lot more. i just love making ocs! i typically roleplay fem characters, as it is preferred, but i am flexible !! i do have an endless amount of plot ideas, however any ideas of yours are also welcome. i love plot heavy roleplays, as it does give me more to write about, but also because it gives me a chance to fully get into the character that i'm roleplaying. i consider myself pretty flexible when it comes to plotting and figuring out specific details for the roleplay, as i always enjoy hearing other peoples ideas and seeing how we can combine them.

i do require that your responses at least match my length of responses! my minimum is typically three to four paragraphs. i will either ask you to write more, or not respond, as i can't work off of little to no information.

communication is one thing that i stress. whether it be that one of us can't respond right away, or we have something to talk about in regards to the rp. either way, it's communication is always appreciated. i do work full time, so my replies usually come in before work and after work, though sometimes i can get one out during my lunch break! if i can't get a reply out, i typically try to let you know.

i will only block without warning if i believe that you are being pushy, making me uncomfortable, or trying to disrespect my boundaries. i do typically try to discuss these with whoever i am plotting with.

i don't get on tumblr too much, so i typically prefer doing my roleplays on discord. if any of this interests you, please send me a friend req. or a message! my disc is naturagardens. xoxo 💕

sunday six :]

LONG TIME NO SEE i didn't write at all during my long vacation. but i have something for you this time. it's early in most of ur timezones but i'll tag you anyways @four-white-trees @passthroughtime @c-cw-f-saeko @futilecombat @fire-tempers-steel @overdevelopedglasses (i might have forgotten some people it's been too long TT)

here is a one shot that is an extension of my recent fic (thought you don't need to read that for context lol) in which kuwana shares an awkward beer with mitsuru's father. it's a bit longer than what i usually post so if you want a link i also posted it on my privatter (https://privatter.net/p/10683758) but if you don't mind reading it on tumblr you can check it out under the cut. bye!

His father, a high-bred accountant, a former bank teller, was not as reserved as he had been described. He must have sweated his hairline back three centimeters, and worked as hard as any man at a desk could. He clacked on the ordering screen like a keyboard, pressing hard and fast like there were motors in his fingers.

Kuwana was amazed at his speed, his slick-backed greying hair and the shilling way he spoke about normal things. From there he concluded that Mitsuru was born from a growth on Reiko's side--not an ounce of his father was within him.

"Cheers," the father named Jiro said, raising his mug high. "To better health."

Kuwana was late to clink, and bashfully congratulated the air instead.

"Cheers."

"It's nice being back in Yokohama." He lived in central Tokyo now, alone, in an apartment that probably had windows for walls. "I heard they've got nice Chinese food here."

"That's right."

"Mm," he gulped. "Bet you'll miss it."

"I'm sure they have good Chinese food in Ehime."

"Maybe orange chicken!" Jiro's laughter was pointed by a snap and another gulp. He rattled the too-small table with his cross-legged knee. It wasn't that funny, but Kuwana offered him a polite smile.

Between his laughter and the dead silence of the settling table, he seemed to stop and think.

"Reiko is really going to jail, huh."

There was probably a softer image of her still buried somewhere in his mind; one that was pregnant-bellied with swollen feet and that weird post-vomit glow new mothers get. Kuwana only encountered remnants of her motherhood in the rare moments she smudged food off his face or pointed out his shoes were untied--when she said things like "My baby" in a voice that was much smaller than her own.

It was natural that their divorce ended in some anger. Kuwana remembered her twisting her ring around her finger anxiously like it was hot, talking about how they decided to separate the night he couldn't make it to their son's first graduation; how those bimonthly dad weekends were a blessing he often rejected; how she was jealous of how quickly he fell out of love with her and how he could sleep around without worrying about cooking dinner for a picky child. Surely those things rang true and terribly in her mind, like how her distant gaze and sharp tongue rang in his. But it was across the table, there, that Mr. Kusumoto crumpled his pale drunken face like paper and really thought about what kind of woman she truly was, like it had suddenly occurred to him that he was on-paper divorced for a spit over a decade. Then, perhaps he was trying to imagine his ex-wife with a knife in her hand, and he was failing.

"I can't wrap my head around it," Jiro spoke again when Kuwana didn't answer. "Why would she do something so terrible?"

"She's not a monster," he defended her quietly.

"Tell that to the human popsicle they buried last month!" He laughed again. He punched back his beer and the remaining foam bubbled over his shaven face. His hand predictably hit the table again. "For the record, that kid could rot in hell for all I care, for what he did to my son!" Then the bottom of his mug nearly cracks, and his voice gets low and somber and suddenly thoughtful again. "Why her? Out of all people, her?"

Suddenly Kuwana felt on trial. He realized there was nothing he could say to make Jiro understand, so he shrugged and answered, "Revenge?"

"Some revenge!" He ordered two beers on the keypad without looking. "A high school drop out working in the red light district--he would've been dealt with in an alley without her, had she given it some time, some thought!"

Kuwana pedantically thought of revenge as being more hands-on. Their beers arrived, but he was still finishing his first.

"Selfish woman," he spat, and motioned a short defeated cheers with his drink out of habit. "Stupid, selfish woman. Had she really given up on our poor son so quickly, that revenge was the only answer?"

Kuwana's eyes hit the ceiling. He thanked it that Reiko wasn't there to watch him absorb and swallow the insults hurled towards her.

"You look troubled," Jiro observed.

"I guess."

"Did I upset you, new friend?"

He winced. "No."

Jiro's mouth hit his hands. He said something that sounded like, "Dybulycareouter?"

Kuwana lifted his head. "What?"

"Do you really care about her?"

"Yes." He answered too quickly, then cleared his throat. "Yes, I do."

Jiro crossed his arms. There Mitsuru was, a little. "Are you one of those people?"

Kuwana assumed he was talking about the small cult following Reiko accumulated after her televised confession--a group of housewives and single fathers who believed she had done nothing wrong, and, paradoxically, theorized she had been forced to confess to cover up an even larger scandal within the Ministry of Health. He changed the channel any time one of them was stupidly given a podium and a camera--walked a little faster when he saw an apron-adorned woman trying to turn on a megaphone--for his own sanity.

"No," he answered. "We've just known each other for a while."

"That's right." Jiro pointed at him sharply, like he was trying to pin down their connection once more. "How long have you known her, again?"

"A while," Kuwana dodged.

"That's vague," he groaned. "After we divorced?"

"She was wearing a ring when we met."

Jiro took a hurried sip of his drink.

"I ought to reach over this table and smack you."

Kuwana slowly finished his.

"It wasn't like that."

But just then in his mind, he could see the indent of a ring on her finger--and some other residues of motherhood, like the C-section scar on her belly--from long ago. Reiko's unfaithfulness might have been the least surprising thing about it all--next to Kuwana's willingness to participate.

"At least you're honest." Jiro sighed, though his face looked like he knew he wasn't, and that he didn't care. "You and Mitsuru will be on the road soon, right?"

"Soon enough." Kuwana bowed a little. "If I'm quick, we can leave Yokohama next month. We'll practically be chasing her down."

"There's no rush," he said wisely. "She'll be there whether you leave next month or next year."

"That's true, but."

"Have you ever been married?"

Kuwana shook his head.

"I guess you've never had kids before, then."

"I can't."

"It's about as fun as it looks." His eyebrows twisted and he gave a sly wink. "In other words, not fun at all."

"So?" Kuwana couldn't tell if he was feeing impatient or jealous.

"So, so, so..." He chewed his lips in thought. "So, I guess, silver lining: you're lucky you have a choice. Though, I'm not sure why you would choose it, when you can live as a free man."

He thought about how much he hated being so free. It felt like his existence was bragging. He'd be better off confessing in the aquarium window of a koban than across the table from the ex-husband of a woman that should have avoided him.

"Because I've never done it before?" he answered instead.

Kuwana watched his expression change in real time. Jiro's face was all twisted up in annoyance before his answer. He laughed instead. In his own mind he thought it was out of pity, but it was really shock. He knew this when it was followed by a gasp.

"Cheers!" He got so loud that everything quieted around them. It was unsavory to cheers with a half-empty mug with yakitori backwash, but less unsavory when it was half-full. He lifted his mug in a way that beckoned Kuwana to lift his as well. "To new things!"

"Cheers." It connected.

TIIIIME for another new post!! YAY!!! This is a new character of mine, Noodlebeard The Dreaded! I got into Deep Rock Galactic, due to a person IRL, who was obsessed with the game, just like I became so!

This is a coloured in doodle (don't rlly wanna call it shaded, as it was a lazy 2 hr job unlike my actual shading taking me days), it shall be a commission example for this year's revamp of the sheet I'm working on, between some other projects! I've gotten a new paint-skin in the game, so Noodlebeard's gear is purple now but..I STILL am also attached to his Santa-look. 🤣 But yeah, I might follow up my DRG posts with another commission example, but that one's ACTUALLY shaded in like 4 hrs instead LOL, WE GETTING FASTER BOIS.

I was surprised, at the super warm welcome in the official game's server, as the player who got me into the game, was super competitive, toxic, and didn't let me have fun. (We made up lately but agreed to not play the game together anymore as our play styles are vastly different)

The game has so much charm, man. I got it at a discount and thanks to my friend Hart, for commissioning me to get it (ALSO post inbound, that one's also from like..June/July of this year), but this game should've deserved my full money ngl. I plan to buy all the cosmetic DLCs, once I'm financially stable in a good bit. The devs deserve my money. For creating this amazing comfort-game of mine, and the positive and supporting community it created.

The moment I posted my sketch of him in the server, by request of the strangers I was playing with (the drawing was also my Discord pfp at the time btw), I got HELLA recognition some damn how. The thing is- I'm used to my art getting overlapped and drowned. Every time I was in a discord server with an art section, I was usually ignored and basically spat at, if not for one person who'd usually actually pay attention to me and my art, and made my whole day with being so kind to do so. ANYWAY. TANGENTS. GOD. So I've drawn my dwarf (version with my beloved little femboy dwarf peaking out on the right) and added, that I was working on renewing commissions, and- I had an AVALANCHE of interest. Which was WHACK?? Because like I said- I wasn't used to recognition. I'd usually be ignored in communities. So this was really surprising. I cannot thank the community enough, for making June/July a month, where I actually was a happy person for a bit. Like genuinely happy, out of the depression-hole I was dealing with at the time happy, happy I was alive happy. That indescribable happy.

I can't WAIT to draw his family, his teammates and develop the lore in my own universe, to connect to the lore of the game!! He might just be my favourite fandom character now, beside Pierrce,, (might post about Monster High too, don't you worry, the few people who actually wanna see my art LOL)

SO YEAH. HAVE A GOOD EVENING TO THOSE IN MY TIMEZONE AND ENJOY ARTE. I scheduled another post for tomorrow, so you're getting the luxury of 2 posts in a week! Or was it 3? BUT ANYWAY YOU'RE GETTING MY ART!!! I'm starting to get comfy on Tumblr so,, I can't wait to share my art in time in the future, instead of holding off for months due to my mental health! <3, Promise I'll also post eventually on InkBlot again, as mentioned, having several social medias is really hard for someone like me!!

Btw get ready to see him more often, as I loved drawing him LMFAO.

since i've gotten a lot of new followers from the whole twitter debacle, i wanted to make a post to introduce myself and let y'all know how i run my blog. and it gave me an excuse to finally write some kind of faq, which i've been meaning to for a while. whether you're a new tumblr user or not and you have any questions about this post or anything else related to my blog, feel free to shoot me an ask! :3

about me

hi, my name is melia! i've been listening to kpop since 2016 and a carat since 2017, i stanned right around clap era. i listen to a bunch of other groups but i don't stan anyone except svt. and as you might have been able to tell from my blog header, i am, in fact, a huihui :')

my main blog is @corvid-lesbian. you can follow me there if you want, but it's a mess of untagged reblogs, so it may not be that interesting. but i mainly wanted to bring it up since you may see the username in replies and i want y'all to know that's also me!

about this blog

this is a sideblog that was originally just for reblogs of svt/kpop stuff but i started running it as an update blog in late 2019. caratblr and kpop tumblr in general used to be really active when i first got into kpop, but over the years more and more people left for twitter or became inactive in general due to life stuff. when all the general svt update blogs became inactive i didn't want to see caratblr die, so i thought, fine, i'll do it myself >:3

unfortunately i can't speak korean so i'm not a translator, and i live on almost the exact opposite side of the world from korea so i'm not in an ideal timezone for updates. but i'm dedicated to what i do and i like to think i've gotten pretty good at scoping out information and resources about seventeen and conveying it to the tumblr sphere over the last few years :')

what i post

my rule of thumb is i try to post updates within 24 hours. on the rare occasion i can't meet that, i'll make a post notifying that updates will be late

if there's something you expected to see that i didn't post within 24 hours, you're welcome to send me an ask about it :3 occasionally i will just miss something or there may be a reason i didn't post it which i'll be happy to explain, but there are some kinds of content i just generally don't post (as specified below)

most of my posts are updates from twitter, instagram, and tiktok

i don't currently post instagram stories

i do post youtube links for certain things like teasers, mvs, and appearances on channels other than the official seventeen/hybe channels. i don't tend to post youtube links for regular content like gose or inside seventeen, etc. though i will occasionally

i do post links for article interviews (i don't post articles that are about seventeen but are not interview based/contain original content from svt)

i don't usually post anything related to merch

i also primarily stick to official seventeen channels (so for things like magazine shoots, i do post any promo shots uploaded to svt's twitter or instagrams, but i don't post any additional promo shots posted to the magazine's social media)

theoretically i also post weibo updates, but a lot of the stuff jun and minghao + pledis post these days are also cross posted on twitter or instagram so i haven't been as good at checking it recently

i don't post event information that is region specific (to korea, japan, etc.) i do post general event announcements (tours, online concerts, etc.)

i'll also post random information/updates that may be of particular interest or significance, even if it doesn't fit within the categories i normally post (there may also be other categories i could add to this list that i'm forgetting)

for all the things i say i don't post, there are always exceptions. but those categories are usually one's that i have posted in the past and have learned people don't have an interest in, or (like ig stories) are too intensive to always post even though i know people would appreciate seeing them

i am one person, and i've learned to limit myself so as to not experience burnout, and because i've been suffering from wrist pain since summer of 2021 or so TT so please be understanding that i can't post everything ;-;

as i said before though, if there's something you expected to see and haven't, or you're looking for information or have a question about something, you're welcome to send an ask about it. I love being helpful and i love answering questions about seventeen! i don't have the answer to everything 100% of the time, but i do know quite a lot :3

p: p stands for platform! it indicates where the post/update originated from, be it twitter, instagram, tiktok, weibo, etc. i also use "p: article" for article interviews

t: t stands for translator! all translators are twitter handles unless otherwise specified. translators are also credited within the body of posts themselves after "trans cr."

melia.txt used for all non-update posts, though they can sometimes be unofficial updates if you want to call it that? sometimes it's info about svt, sometimes it's a rant or joke, sometimes it's about a different group or kpop in general, sometimes it's about my personal life. really just a catch all tag for my ramblings. if you're here only for updates, feel free to block it!

melia.ask ask tag, older asks previously tagged as ask. asks from anons will be tagged anon, otherwise tagged with the asker's username

ad: for advertisement, it's a tag i started using in the latter half of 2022. i usually delete hashtags for aesthetic purposes since they don't translate well to tumblr. but sponsored posts are typically indicated in the hashtags, and it felt wrong to erase that information, so i tag sponsored posts as ad: [name of sponsored brand]

tw: hello this is pledis for any official announcement from pledis entertainment. i know the tag sounds a bit funny, but i do know some people who get genuinely stressed by these types of announcements as they can bear bad news. so it's available for people to block as needed

not svt used for reblogs related to other groups that are not svt. i don't use the not svt tag for melia.txt posts

gfx, gif, meme, fanart used for reblogs of graphics edits, gifs, memes, and fanart respectively

who i block/behavior expectations

i like to think i'm pretty lenient with people i block, but i do have some expectations

bots there are a lot of bots on tumblr, which is why i always check new follower's blogs. if your blog looks too much like a bot, you may end up getting blocked. i try to give some benefit of the doubt for this one, but i do advise new users to change their pfp and header image to avoid being mistaken for a bot :3

being shippy in the tags or reblogs of my posts i don't care what people get up to on their own blog, but shipping real people personally makes me uncomfortable. and if you're in the tags of my post making shippy comments or writing explicit self-insert fanfiction (yes this has happened) i'm going to block you. just make a separate post so i don't have to see it and we'll all be happy

being antagonistic in my inbox or on my posts the inevitability of posting on the internet is that sometimes people don't agree with you. i've had a lot of healthy discourse on this blog and i don't mind engaging with people who disagree with me on things. but if i feel like you're coming at the conversation in bad faith/being overly antagonistic or trying to argue with me over something i didn't even say, i won't entertain it. luckily this doesn't happen often, but it has happened

also want to put it out there that blocking isn't personal, i just want to curate my tumblr to be a pleasant experience so i can continue to enjoy running this blog for a long time :3

hi! i'm june from @junkissed :) about this question, some of mine are definitely hit and miss too but i try to post around 3-4pm pst because at that time it's afternoon for the americas and it's early morning for the eurasia folks, so the way i see it that time catches the most ppl awake at once? don't know if it actually does anything but i like to think it does lol.

as for how often, i don't post more than one "fic" (anything more than 1k) per day and i usually post every couple days. i think it helps spread them out so ppl have something to look forward but again i really have no idea if it works or not. honestly i just post, reblog it to my fic recs blog, and pray haha

HIIII JUNE i loveee love your work <3 you’re definitely one of the reasons i started this blog because i pretty much read everything you wrote when i was just an onlooker on caratblr hehe

that’s smart about time!! i always forget to take everyone’s different timezones into account because i usually just post stuff when i finish it which is most often late night on eastern standard time but i feel like it should be a little more calculated so that my stuff can reach more people.

and that’s what i was thinking about posts per day/per week. i feel like the algorithm likes it to be a little spread out? and i also think for me that might be best because i get in writing spells and then get busy and completely fall off the face of the earth so maybe i could like prewrite stuff so i can plan ahead for when i know i’ll be busy… IDK but this was helpful it’s good to hear what other people do bc sometimes i’m just like maybe i’m using tumblr entirely incorrectly

Okay so this is GM anon, to answer your questions: as a friend group we definitly lean towards sci-fi and adventure, as in we enjoy movies in those genres so we know and enjoy the conventions thereof. Horror too, but in the style of Scream watch-alongs, or watching scary movies to make fun of them (and hide that you're feeling creeped out) no actual like gore or serious contemplative horror. I don't really know if it's better to go with more serious of more silly games, I was def looking at the more silly stuff bc the serious ones feel really awkward to me (but that might be informed by the fact that most serious RPG's I've heard are longform? The actors get really deep and attatched to their characters and I can't really picture feeling that intense? But maybe I'm just biased to think that short games are always more comedic and silly?). I think I'd prefer more rules/guided games to start with, I think it'll help with getting started and not freezing up when you can't think of something. I think puzzle games or like a heist or mystery sound great! Social interaction too, that's def one of the plus points of RPG's and games over watching something, that you're spending the whole time talking to eachother. Tbh I really don't know what would be best to focus on, I'm just spitballing, I just think something with a clear goal. We usually have at least a couple of hours time together, but it's not necessary for a game to last that whole time. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this!! I'm in a different timezone, it's actually pretty late for me so if I don't answer any follow up questions, it's bc I'm sleeping LOL

hi again gm anon! glad u did not wait up for me bcos it took me a while (i have...... many games), but here is a handful of recs for you!

first up, i think generally caltrop core games might be p good for a beginner; it's a very simple d4 system with very structured rules (how much depends on which game, but generally it's turn-based with set actions to choose from). there's still room for roleplaying & improv ofc, but it's easy to keep a handle on the table. there's been a caltrop core game jam with lots of submissions before, and ofc u can browse the tag on itch, but something like crystal souls or cursed confections might be fun for your group!

futuristic scifi 'group of thieves/scoundrels/rebels/etc do a mission' games are also very popular (i own like........ 20? 30? some are cyberpunk and some are spaceships and just. lot of em.) and also generally have a decent structure to work with (altho less turn-based than caltrop core, usually). a lot of them are geared towards longer campaigns, but can be done as a one-shot if you ignore some of the between-missions stuff. or do it as a post-mission cooldown thing. u kno. (lots of them are sorta forged in the dark based, but the slightly less complex ones i think are good for beginners; fitd can get really involved, but there are also simplified ones!)

you might enjoy offworlders, off the grid: resurgence, xanadu, subway runners, what's so awesome about hacking the planet, weasel overdrive, make our own heaven, bubblegum wizards 2, or dwindle.

and finally, i do love a dungeon crawl; keeps everything to a relatively small & defined space, but you can get weird with it (npcs in a dungeon? yeah! timespace fabric folding in a dungeon? yeah!) and it's a place to do all the puzzles and riddles and inexplicable creature encounters you generally don't get a chance for in a 'here you are in A World' sorta game. also, easy to keep short (my game sessions tend to run 4+ hours for oneshots, but in a dungeon crawl you can just. skip to the last room lmao.) games designed for dungeon crawling tend to lean more horror (if they don't lean..... d&d, basically), but i tried to pick ones where you can either take out most horror elements, or choose to play them lighthearted and chill/campy. you may like crwlr, the dark below, or the empty house.

.......and that's some basic game recs for your group; should be fine for 3-4 players, or even for one-on-one play if you can't get everyone together, altho that's not the ideal. as far as games specifically designed as two-player games, i know there are a bunch of them on itch, but most of them are gmless (usually asymmetrical gmless, but still gmless), and many of them lean heavily emotional (altho some are silly!). i'm not sure if you have different requirements in mind for a two-player game; lmk and i'll see what i can do? altho probably not until after this weekend, i got some stuff to work on for school T_T (this is....... part of why i'm not actively looking to gm rn, even tho i waaaaaant to. too many school.)

5: What part was hardest to write?

ugh definitely the long flashback. I think I started it the second or third day in and was still working on sections the night I posted. there were so many turns in the conversation and too much info/feelings-dumping. I was constantly like ugh this much sharing is so unrealistic and self-indulgent, stop, leave it out, stick it in background character notes or somewhere else. and then I'd be consoling myself: it's ok, they're getting drunk, drunk people can be talkative and overly emotional, the show has ppl randomly spewing feelings and memories, fuck showing I'm gonna tell, let Syd have her moment of just being able to get it all out for once etc 🤪

15: What did you learn from writing this fic?

that when I'm stuck I need to get off the computer and either think about it in the shower or sit down somewhere else with a pen and paper. it worked so consistently, like literally every single time I was actually shocked. good to know for the future, right?!!

in terms of fic content lol I did so much rabbit-hole research (v related to getting stuck ofc) I spent like two days trying to identify various celebrities on the wall of the real Mr. Beef (via yelp and google photos). George Benson took like two minutes but I went through the gauntlet with Robin Robinson, it was so ridiculous. like her autograph is completely illegible and I guessed she was probably a newscaster bc so many of the other photos were and she had newscaster hair. so I was doing all these searches and not to brag but I'm usually v good at research, except I'm lowkey face blind! with the added challenge of pictures online being fairly recent but the photo on the wall is from like the late 70s, early 80s and in black and white. and I have trouble recognizing younger pictures of my parents sometimes lol. I even fb messaged the restaurant and was considering calling them the next working day just to ask. (I do not live at all in the same timezone lol) anyway, I was saved by those youtube accounts that collect clips of regional news station promos and logos. bc I was able to find a contemporaneous clip, show it to my partner (who is very much not face blind lol) and have him confirm yes or no.

so I guess that's a learning: the existence of hobbyists who like to ID and collect news station logos through out the years. compulsive little weirdos coming to the rescue of another compulsive little weirdo how magical

which I guess also ties into the first learning of Get off the damn computer if I'm not writing so I don't go down a spiral of scanning through all the various Fox affiliates of the Midwest or something jeez

hey! sorry for getting back to this a bit late, i’ve been pondering how to answer this and also just,, getting distracted, and then i realized that that is basically the answer to your question

first of all, it isn’t just you. i feel that way, and i’m sure many others do too. it helps to remember that lack of interaction is usually due to reasons that are out of your control, you know? it could be anything really--timezones, responsibilities that take people away from tumblr for a bit, putting asks and things off because they want to give a good answer but can’t find the words yet (cough ME cough) or distractions and things like that which many of us are privy to. it’s easy to blame yourself for this stuff, but there is really nothing you can do about it except to...try again? all i can really say to console you is that it likely doesn’t have to do with you specifically or anything that you’ve said or done. i know it isn’t much help, but maybe just...take a breather and look at it by taking a step back and seeing the slightly bigger picture?

but i do hope this feeling fades soon, and know that i personally do not hate you at all!! give it some time, it’ll get better ♡

A little bit about our system!

We are an undiagnosed DiD system (working on diagnosis). Our collective pronouns are they/them.

We have no currently defined Host, but our temporary Host's name is 0wen. Cohosts include Felix and Norman.

We mainly consist of fictives, with about 3/4 of our system being entirely introjects of that kind.

Our system tag is "|| 🏘️ HAUS 🏘️" on PluralKit.

We got our system name from the Haus Labratories makeup brand- We thought it would be funny if we named our system "Haus", since it means house in German. So we did!

Our collective name actually comes from our Discord tag! Our old Host went by Quentin, and one time they said "man im feelin pretty cozy rn". Our friend then proceeded to say "you're... quozy", and we have used that as our tag ever since.

We tend to use tone tags! If you don't know what those are, some examples are /j, /t, and /nm. Those mean /joking, /teasing, and /not mad. It's used to indicate the tone of a message!

Hey Moss, TAZ anon here, executive dysfunction hit hard for a while, so I kept procrastinating sending you asks, because social interactions are always the first thing I neglect, I'm not sure if I disappeared for long(because I left my notion of time in March of 2020), but it felt long to me, and I'm really sorry for that, I promise I'm trying to improve it, but knowing myself I'll probably do it again eventually, please forgive me for that, I missed you!

I saw your post about simping for the in between (and honestly mood, that place is gorgeous) so I assume you watched the tales today, if so, what did you think about it?

Because I'm speechless, everything about it was just amazing, I had no clue about what was happening most of the time, and this is one of my favorites kinds of stories (is this phrased correctly? I'm not sure)

And so much happened in the lore since the last time I sent an ask that I'm not sure if I can mention it without making this ask giant, and my asks are already pretty big.

But basically I'm trying to catch up with egg lore (which is hard because of timezones, most of them stream at like 2am for me) and I'm trying to see more POVs as well, I started watching Ponk, and I'm planning to start watching Foolish and Hannah soon, because I almost don't see them in the POVs I usually watch.

Also I'm pretty invested into Tommy's hotel, because the child deserves a break (I'm calling him a child but he's like 3 months older than me) and I would die for Sam Nook (and for Sam in general, his character is great) I'm also invested in the memory boy, because Ranboo is definitely one of my favorites.

kldlfksakl I rarely read manga/ webtoons so I don’t really have that issue BUT I feel you there: there’s a novel I really like that got adapted to a manga but I haven’t gotten around to reading it because I don’t… like… the art… 😢 I prefer the snk anime art style to the manga one too so I guess I’m fortunate there 😅

omg I’d really want to go back to school one day too… but I don’t really know what I want to learn like there are so many things!!! what field are you trying to get into now?

I studied something similar to international relations (but not 100% similar) and now I’m working… in the design industry 😂 not as a designer though, something like a project manager. it’s… not related at all to what I studied HAHAHA but I did do a bit of designing for fun back when I was in high school and uni for like extra-curricular stuff so I guess that’s the only link

guess what I binged all the hq episodes in 5 days HAHAHAHAHA and I’m like… hyperfixated now 😂 I’m sooo late to the fandom 😅😅 but omg the characters!!!!! I get what people say now when they say that hq has really good character development and I can’t figure out just one character I like the most because I like so many of them and their growth over the episodes 😂 I usually pick shows to watch by synopsis and genre and (ofc) seiyuu and back then I didn’t watch hq because I don’t usually go for coming of age / non-fantasy / school-related shows, and rn I’m just banging my head against a wall for not starting it earlier 😭

I LIKE A LOT OF VOICE ACTORS TOO HAHAHAHA AND YES I’ve watched anime solely for the voice actors before too *cough brocon cough touken ranbu* and yES miyano mamoru and nakamura yuuichi and suwabe!!!!! the first time I heard miyano was through vampire knight (lol) and when I watched subsequent shows with him in them I realised how much of a ham he can be lmaoo 😂 nakamura yuuichi and suwabe are really so distinct!!!! their casting in jjk was perfection tbh like nakamura as gojou and suwabe as sukuna?!?!?!?! toriumi kousuke as well!!!!!! besides these four I also really like onod, sakurai takahiro, tsudaken, and ishida akira (hiS RANGE when I learned that ishida akira would be voicing akaza in kny I was like YESSSS)

I usually prefer action, fantasy, sci-fi! might or might not be related to my need for escapism cough cough 😐 I do watch/ read a fair bit of bl but yes… agreed that sometimes the portrayals aren’t exactly accurate/ beneficial/ helpful😔

ohh you're a novel reader?? i have read only a few ones bc of mangas/manhwas that i've read and liked and wanted to read a deeper version of it, so i read the novels but i can't really concentrate anymore reading books rip (although i do reread pjo every year lmfao) but yes i understand!! it's ok to be shallow like this <3 i'll also not watch a kdrama of a webtoon i liked if i don't really like the actors lmfao it's entertainment, so we're allowed to be picky!!

i'm gonna try for visual arts!! i love art and i've always wanted to study/work with it, even though i have many problems with me doing art bc i don't think i'm good enough and etc, but i've been having a huge crisis this year and my therapist keeps kicking my ass every session, so i decided i'm too old (although i'm only 24 lol) to not try the things i want. i do have a technical degree in graphic design though and i'm studying ux design right now, but the quarantine also made me really miss actually going to school and seeing people lmfao the uni i'm trying for is a very good one (and free) but the exam is soooo hard and i haven't studied basic school things since i finished school 8 years ago lmfao like idk anything about biology and geography and history anymore lmfaooo i'm good with numbers but i suck at theory and it's too bad that history is what counts the most for my exam and i hate history ;;

have u ever watched karneval and/or servamp?? my mind is a wild place and there are some anime i think are very similar even if different genres. kuroshitsuji (shounen), karneval (josei), servamp (shoujo) and yuukoku no moriarty (shounen) have the same vibe to me for some reason lmfao then a little to the side and not as similar i put vanitas no carte and pandora hearts lol yes yes i get you!! i read so much romance because irl i hate anything romance related lmfao man there's this trend in bl that makes me so angry that it's a weak ass mc and all the love targets treat him like shit and they're all so obsessed and possessive and it's so toxic and unhealthy but this happens soooo much. there's this manhwa being published called finding camellia and it's a girl pretending to be a boy and the whole romance plot is EXACTLY like a bl. random guys liking her for absolutely no reason and acting like she's an object or a prize that they must win. i hate it lmfao i read so many things but i get stressed over 90% of them because i do read so much romance shit and most of them are such bad portrayals of what good relationships should look like :/// (on that note, i did read here u are and i loved it before the plot went somewhere else and i dropped it a few years ago lmfao also i swear yuyang is absolutely based on gusari's version of oikawa. gusari/kizu natsuki used to write so many doujinshis of haikyuu and her oikawa is really specific and yuyang REALLY reminds me of that oikawa lmfao) lol so i just googled it and nowadays more ppl think the same, but back in the day no one was talking about it!!! me and projecting oikawa into everyone else LMFAO

i read so many things at the same time that i couldn't tell you even if i wanted to lmfao but some i wait the most for a new chapter are bnha, kono oto tomare, bsd and beware of the villainess!! i'm only watching kny at the moment, but i did watch all of the way of the househusband recently! i love the manga soooo much but idk if i really liked the anime or not lmfao the animation was... interesting. it felt more like a drama cd with images then an anime but oh well
