JonMartin week, Day 2: Monsters // Office Romance (prompts by @jonmartinweek)

Synopsis

London, 1963: The Doctor returns to the place where it all began — alongside his latest companion, Ace, with unfinished business.

The Doctor and Ace arrive at Coal Hill School where Ace's ghetto blaster seem to attract attention from a young girl.

Not for the first time, unusual events are unfolding at Coal Hill School. At 76 Totter's Lane, the Doctor discovers that his oldest foes — the Daleks — are on the trail of stolen Time Lord technology that he left on Earth long ago. The Daleks are planning to perfect their own time-travel capability, in order to unleash themselves across the whole of time and space.

The Doctor, with the help of the local military, must stop his oldest enemies from stealing Gallifreyan secrets, but the lines between allies and enemies are tested to the limit, and the Doctor and Ace must trust no-one in order to survive.

I'm not like, a huge fan of dark Hawks, but I do think an interesting concept is that the Commission covers up a lot of shit for him. They don't approve it, but they definitely can't get him to stop. He'll call his newest handler (very high turnover rate for that position) in the middle night like heyyyyy and his handler has to send out a cleaning crew and if the victim was too noticeable to sweep away, call some corrupt detectives to get them to pin suspect on someone else. Meanwhile Hawks just goes about his day as the #2 hero. When they send him to infiltrate the League, they're not worried about it at all. Obviously Hawks will be convincing because most of it will be true. Worried about him switching sides? No, he wouldn't. They know the fun of it all comes from playing the part as the friendly hero as if people weren't cleaning up his messes on a weekly basis. He loves that, manipulating people and knowing things they don't. Hawk and mouse.

Miguel is a naga god and Peter was sacrificed to him, but didn’t eat him because he was too pretty, lol (also, depending on how you feel about human X giant/giantess).

this the snakey kinda gods? i'm not the biggest fan of absurd size differences just from a practical perspective lol

but i am a big fan of gods with many forms/able to shift at will and appear human~<3

lmao could def picture miguel finding peter too pretty to eat, but also too chatty and likely to give him indigestion~<3 and peter just.. keeps on talkin' away like nothing.

see, he thinks he's in danger still cause the godly miguel just ain't all that talkative, or maybe he just doesn't eat people in general but they keep for some odd reason sacrificing people to him. and here comes peter who's trying to save his own hide not realizing he never even was in danger

maybe miguel's just a bit lonely and likes the company~<3

i could def picture something a bit more tame and cute here, maybe even dipping into scheherazade themes a bit where miguel is always silent but enjoys whatever stories peter has to tell, possibly about the human lifestyle~ eventually, possibly for miguel to get curious enough to want to experience it and that lil experiences ends with a nice lil romantic night between them~<3<3<3

maybe he does eat people and petey pie has to stop him from eating multiple people during their little visit~<3
