Hopefully Fang gets some literal booty in the future 🍑🥚
Oh yesss 💜 I really wanna see them interact more to further fuel it. Every time they do, my mind very easily goes to thoughts of Fang getting some Egg Booty and vice versa 😋
All my Eggman x Fang concepts are very ns4w with it being a gay4pay situation where Fang will accept Eggman's advances with the promise of money. But instead of Eggman treating them like favors Fang does for him on command for that purpose alone, he acts like it's a "reward" for Fang instead
He's like "look at how generous I am! you get paid and the lucky chance to experience me~" And Fang is like "wtf gay this isn't what I signed up for" and tries to act disgusted when he kisses him and other things but there's a blush in his cheeks and he's very flustered by the strange feelings he has hehe
Eventually it gets to the point that after a successful mission, Eggman bends over and presents his ass to him as his "reward" and Fang is like "when I said that I'm out for booty I meant money and treasure!" Really Eggman had secretly wanted this from the start and had planned for it to get here.
But who could possibly resist the opportunity to play with such a big round thick booty like his? 😍 Fang certainly can't, so Eggman will get exactly what he wants and then try to pass it off as such a generous extra reward after lol. Oh yeah I have actually seen art exactly along the lines of this with them 👀
I should finally finish this one concept I have and put it on my ns4w blog 🥴 Here's a little mostly sfw preview:
Fang sees his job as very serious business despite being a goofy klutz, he tries his best and will do anything for his pay. Eggman is showing obvious interest in him from the start with the way he blatantly checks him out whenever he's near and he hypes him up like in the Fang's Big Break comic (that was pretty gay ngl) but Fang just takes it as him trying to charm him to keep him working with him.
After Fang has found and captured Trip to make her work with them, Eggman says he wants to give Fang an early reward and that he needs to sit in his Egg Mobile for him to give it to him. He's confused but jumps in and Eggman grabs his back and pushes him down onto the space of the seat between his legs, so he's wedged between the man's big round soft belly and the dashboard.
Eggman has a big sly smirk on his face and puts his hand under Fang's chin to tilt his up head up, then quickly steals a kiss on the lips. Fang reacts with great shock, and tries to look appalled and disgusted by screwing up his nose and sticking his tongue out because wtf that's gay. But there's a faint blush in his cheeks. He's about to ask what kind of a reward that was but Eggman suddenly grabs his butt and squeezes it.
He reminds him that they made a deal, he'll pay him well if he does everything he says. Fang didn't expect it to get gay as fuck but he has to do it now. He'll do anything for his pay, is what he tells himself. He's grumpy and huffs, rolling his eyes with a "fine!" He's all flustered but Eggman finds it amusing. Fang half hopes that it just means letting him kiss and grope him occasionally but he should know it won't stop there.
- And it doesn't because it all gets very ns4w from there so it'll have to go on my blog for that when it's done lol

I just read an interview when Charithra says she is not coming back to S3, what are your thoughts?
To be honest I'm glad we won't have Edwina in S3, purely because of how badly the writers screwed her character over in S2. It's a shame because Charithra did a fabulous job with what she was given to work with but Edwina deserved far better treatment. The show version of Edwina was a far cry from the Edwina we got in the books and the writers utterly messed up the relationship between the Sharma sisters, which had been such a beautiful aspect of The Viscount Who Loved Me. I understood they had to change things up from the book for the sake of drama but Edwina, as well as Mary's characters were done dirty. There were plenty of other ways they could have instilled drama without destroying the beauty of the Sharma women's relationship with one another, and the fact they left S2 without much of a satisfactory resolution only bothered me further. As much as I would have liked to have seen Edwina in S3 finding love with Mr. Bagwell or building back her relationship with Kate and supporting her sister through her (presumed) pregnancy, I think it's for the best if the writers weren't given the chance to ruin Edwina further. She'll probably get a mention of how her life is panning out off screen, perhaps Kate will casually mention she is writing a letter to her, but otherwise it'll probably be the last we see of her, unless we get a cameo later on down the line. Don't get me wrong, if there are new (and hopefully better) writers employed on the show to redeem the Sharma sisters' bond, then I would be happy to see her back, but it might work out better for fans of the books if we could instead imagine that Kate and Edwina have reconciled and get along just fine without it being shown.

Bale!Bruce Wayne x reader
Yikes this is short, but I'm getting my wisdome teeth out tomorrow and I won't be able to post until next week, so I wanted to post today at least.

As the daughter of Ra's Al Ghul, she sits highly amongst the brotherhood known as the League of Shadows. When her father orders her to lure a stranger from the outside to be recruited amongst the mysterious clan, she will question everything she's ever believed.
Chapter warnings: jealousy, angst, stupidity tbh
Tumblr media
I got up later in the day feeling more refreshed than when I'd climbed back into my own bed after several days. When I looked in the mirror I noticed that the bags under my eyes had also gotten significantly better. Hopefully it would stay that way, because tonight I had to help host a certain party for a certain birthday boy.
I had pulled on one of Bruce's bigger shirts he'd given to me upon my first arrival of the house, and left my room at the sound of the door bell. Hopefully I could catch Bruce in the hall before Alfred answered the door. I wanted to talk with him and see how he was feeling now that the effects of the gas had worn off, thanks to Luscious Fox and his antidote.
When I got downstairs I realized Bruce had already gotten himelf into a greeting with the guest at the door. I had a quick look to see who it was, and recognized her as the woman from some of the pictures in the house. Rachel, I think her name was. Bruce's childhood friend. My heart swarmed with envy at the realization that someone could be closer to Bruce than I was. I had no reason to be jealous over such a thing, but I couldn't help myself.
It appeared I had stared too long, and caught eyes with the brunette woman standing in the doorway. She squinted at me and I froze in plain sight, realizing I couldn't run and hide now.
"Bruce, who's that?" She asked curiously, pointing to my lurking frame. My arms were crossed shyly as I stepped forward, suddenly well aware of how she might see me. "She's a little young for you, isn't she?"
"That's... um-" he looked for the proper words here. Truthfully he couldn't really say who I was. 'She's my best friend from when I was off exploring a corner of the world, learning to fight so I could become the batman.' He had to think of something fast, and since Rachel had already mentioned my age, he had a harder time coming up with a story.
"She is.... my ward." He managed to get out, and my face screwed up in disapproval of him, which Rachel thankfully didn't notice.
"Your.... ward?" She asked slower, realizing that meant I was even younger than she originally thought. Bruce knew he'd messed this up, and now that he gave an excuse, now he needed to further it.
"Yeah, well the technicalities are a bit complicated, but-" He began, but seeing the hole he was digging himself into, I needed to help.
"I'm Moyra." I reached my hand out and she took a slow moment, looking me up and down before she shook it. "I'm living with Bruce while I work at Wayne Enterprises."
"Oh, so you're an intern, then?" She assumed, probably because of Bruce's stupidity a moment ago. He was about to get it as soon as this woman left.
"Not exactly... I'm training to be the new press representative ahead of staff." I told her, to which she instantly grew more tense, as if I intimidated her in some way. Maybe I shouldn't be so surprised, most people are intimidated by a woman standing at 5'10 with an athletic build that could snap a full grown man in half.
"That's a big job for a teenager, how old are you, if you don't mind me asking?" She stood back and crossed her arms, raising her nose in the air when she spoke.
"Old enough to boss this guy around when he needs it, which reminds me, I have to talk to you about the big party tonight." I said smoothly, trying to get us out of this situation as quickly as possible.
"Oh right, about the thing?" He replied as if he had any clue as to what I was talking about.
"Yeah, the big thing." I confirmed, and poor Rachel looked confused, but it was all for the good of this awful situation.
"Looks like you've got things to attend to, but I'll see you around, Bruce." She said, stepping backwards out the door with a wave.
"I'll call you." He said with a gentle smile. I've only ever seen that smile a few times. He was awestruck. By her.
When she walked to her car, Bruce couldn't seem to remove his eyes from her as she went away. I rolled my eyes and shut the door, desperately trying to get his attention back to reality.
He blinked a few times, his mind snapping back to real life. I glared at him and he heaved his shoulders with a sigh.
"Your ward?" I said with a deeply irritated tone.
"I'm sorry... am I in trouble?"
"Oh, you have no idea."
-
Getting ready for patrol was something I had grown excited to do, but getting ready for a party where I had to entertain guests was certainly not the same. The pain that went into just curling a strand of hair was nearly unbearable.
I pulled on a pair of slightly higher heels than normal, figuring they would make me appear more adult like, since I had earlier literally been mistaken for a child.
I walked down the hall and into the piano room, pressing the keys that were necessary to open the secret door. As I stepped upon the elevator, I made sure not to fall over the metal grate that made up the floor.
I made it all the way into the cavern, and Bruce and Alfred were quickly alerted to my presence by the sound of my heels clicking on the rocky ground.
I'd reached the computer station, and when I leaned over to see what was happening, I couldn't believe my eyes.
"You're going out, aren't you?" I sighed, my patience with this man was wearing incredibly thin now, for I knew what this entailed for me.
"I'll be back as soon as I can... I just need you to keep the guests occupied until I can be here. I promise I'll make it up to you, but this is Important." He gave me the look. The one where I knew if I said no, he would get down on his knees and start begging. As entertaining as that would be to watch, I loved him too much to make him. He made me crazy sometimes, but I would never not put up with him.
"Fine. That's two ya owe me, kid." I reminded him, and he instantly stood up and wrapped his arms around me.
"Thank you." He said into the strands of my curled hair.
"How did you ever get along without me?"
"I didn't."

If this accident thought me anything is that some of Jared stan is no different from AA's/Minions/Hellers even thought J2 talk it out, they still are bashing Jensen for not publicly apologizing and for not giving explanation. They want to tank the supernatural prequel before it airs cause sam not in it,they hate John and Mary and cause of plot holes even though supernatural also had plot holes.
Hi there Anon,
This is hopefully the last post I'll have to make regarding this "prequel gate" dumpster fire. I'm not taking sides because just about everyone involved screwed up. More importantly, IT'S OVER, and everyone needs to move on.
Both Jensen and Jared made mistakes to begin with. Jensen should've either told Jared before the article came out or had better control over his people (if the fault was actually on a publicist, assistant, etc.). Jared should've talked to Jensen directly about his hurt feelings instead of venting publicly on social media (and his doing this before isn't a legit excuse). But you know what? They're both only human, and humans make mistakes. The important thing is that they talked it over and worked it out, and everything seems to be fine again between them.
The real people to blame for this fiasco are all the "fans" who overreacted, jumped to conclusions, and made this into a far bigger and far more noticeable mess than it needed to be. If people had simply remained calm and waited to hear all the facts, this could've simply blown over. Instead though, we had both Jared and Jensen stans making assumptions and flinging accusations with little to no basis behind them, which further riled up the entire fandom and beyond, and everyone who said anything negative about either Jensen or Jared should be ashamed of themselves. I'm honestly disheartened by how few people on my feed remained reasonable versus how many jumped on one bandwagon or the other.
Regarding the so-called lack of apology, those people need to stop acting so entitled and get over themselves. Most normal people don't live their entire lives on social media, especially private people like J2. I'm sure Jensen apologized directly to Jared, since even if he wasn't to blame (i.e. it was a publicist snafu, there was an NDA, or whatever) he felt bad that Jared was upset. However, he was in no way obligated to do so in public simply to virtue-signal to over-invested fans. People need to get it through their thick skulls that celebrities are their own people who have a right to keep their personal lives private and don't owe their fans anything.
Finally, I really wish people would stop trashing the potential prequel when all we have is a basic premise. We don't know any details about the plot, who the cast will be (other than Jensen as narrator), or really anything else. Is it too much to ask that we wait until we have some actual Jack-damn information before judging? For all we know:
This could be a limited series or TV movie that only covers a specific time frame, such as from John & Mary meeting to them eloping after her deal, or it will skip over the times when nothing really happened, or otherwise handle the story in such a way that there won't be major ret-cons to the canon.
Jensen could be planning to ask Jared to be involved as co-narrator or something, and he simply hasn't yet because the show is too early in development for that.
They could have a reasonable explanation for how Dean is narrating, especially given that what's possible in SPN is a very broad range--he could be narrating from Heaven (because why not?) or from sometime in the later seasons after getting the story from Mary, or whatever.
If you're legitimately not interested in something SPN-related that doesn't include Sam and Dean, that's understandable--although most of the other spin-off ideas people are touting don't either. Otherwise, how about we give Jensen the benefit of the doubt, considering how much he loves the show and its characters, and at least wait to hear more from him about it, if not actually watch it? I was willing to do that for Walker even though nothing about it besides Jared's involvement interested me, and I plan to do the same for The Winchesters.

This is psycho!erik, not the softboi or #goals erik we typically love. Be warned. I'll tag when I wake up.
2. Let's Begin
"Annd gotdamn she's awake.. Up and atom, Ms. Stevens."
Ivy felt groggy and mentally off. She was unsettled and her limbs felt heavy and impossible to lift. Where was she?
"Time to wake that ass up, Ms. Stevens..," a voice sung in a hard whisper.
"My bad, I ain't know I was that tired..," she yawned unable to raise her arm to cover it. Her eyes watered. "Shit... My arms feel dead as fuck. Were you able to work with me knocked out or.."
Her eyelids fluttered open unwillingly. They still felt heavy but she could fight it. Her sight focused on the straight white teeth of Dr. Stevens who was close again, sitting on his stool to her right. At least he wasn't pissy about her falling asleep mid-process, she'd maybe chosen the right dentist afterall.
"What's so funny," she smirked watching his wide shoulders shake with silent laughter. He was goofy as hell. She hadn't expected him to be this damn goofy. His entire upper body was engaged, but he wouldn't laugh outright. He was still trying to hold it in.
"Damn, did I embarrass myself while I was out," she asked softly seeing the clear humor in his expression. "I do talk in my sleep sometimes.. What I say while I was out?"
The dentist continued his fit of silent laughter to the point that Ivy was starting to get irritated. She was feeling too out of it to deal with his silliness. He was pissing her off.
"What? What is so damn funny?"
She was too tired to move. Never had she been in the position where she was so tired that it paralyzed her, until now. Suddenly, she was concerned.
His arms wrapped around his body as he rocked back and forth, grinning with his mouth wide enough to show the pointed silver caps on his canines. They hadn't been there before. His head rolled back as his chest and shoulders bounced and now he looked fuckin crazy.
"I'm finna.. yeah." Ivy tried using her weight to lean so left that she could force her body to move, roll, and stand, but she couldn't even lean and that was when she realized she was tied to the chair. Her legs were bound at the knees and ankles to the flat part of the seat by a bright red rope and still stretched forward as they'd been when she fell asleep.
"Oh shit, I think she got it," Erik whispered, voice full of slick humor.
Her shoulders were bound. Her arms were bound at the elbows. Doubled up red rope wrapped around her body trapping her to the seat.
"I see you're experiencing some mild confusion and disorientation... Side effect of the anesthesia," he pouted.
"Most times, the anaesthetic I use won't put a patient to sleep. Typically I'd use a local anaesthetic. Lidocaine."
She watched his eyes unsure of how to respond. The man was clearly on one. What was that supposed to mean for the situation and how did it explain all the rope? She didn't feel her phone in her hand and that made her heart skip a beat. Her eyes darted to her lap. It was gone along with her keys.
"What you lookin at?" His tone was rough as if she'd somehow offended him.
"You looking for your phone? Pft. You won't be needing that, it would only be a distraction."
He gripped her chin as if she weren't already looking at him at that point.
"Nigga, get your strong ass hands off me!"
Was she supposed to stare at him harder or something? He didn't need to grab her face like that. She tried unsuccessfully to snatch away.
"Listen to what the fuck I'm telling you. I won't repeat myself," he bit, lip spread over his teeth, his angry grip vibrating her jaw. He was raising a hail of the reddest flags, as red as the rope Ivy was bound in and at her first opportunity, she was getting the hell outta dodge. She didn't care about how gotdamn fine he was or his job title or his paycheck, he was crazy as a damn cockroach. Now she really couldn't look away. She was scared.
"I assume you don't know much about practicing medical care with anesthesia. You might wanna pay attention."
"First of all," the bass in her voice jumped out. "You not about to talk to me like I'm your child or your assistant. I want my phone back and I'm a get the hell up outta here.. I'm awake now so you can get this shit up off me."
He blinked, his lids fluttering before letting go of her chin and taking a silent deep breath, rubbing the dark beard on his jaw. As if he hadn't just kirked out, his flawless smile returned along with the friendly light in his eyes.
"As I was explaining, typically with a cavity I'd use a local anaesthetic. However, it's not often that a get a patient through here that's single.. alone.. no kids.. no husband.. and she crackin, I mean, body like damn."
Ivy's lip twitched in distaste as she watched his hooded eyes change yet again. The friendly and professional mask began to crack as his irises darkened and she could see a visible shift in his countenance, his eyes narrowing and full lips forming a slight pout. The wheels in his mind seemed to be turning. She could see the muscle in his temple tense with his jaw.
Ivy wondered if she should call out as loudly as she could muster for help, but determined that the two twins would have intervened by now if they were there and planned to do anything. No, they were likely his accomplices. Twin bitches.
There was no one else she knew of who would hear her and answer in time or maybe even at all. Dr. Stevens looked the type to fuck her up real quick as soon as she opened her mouth too wide.
"On you, I used a drug called etorphine. Well, it's actually more of a tranquilizer. I figured if it works on elephants..."
"Elephants? Nigga what? I'm 4'11 do I look like I need something that was intended for elephants?"
He looked amused and that only served to frustrate her further. Ivy couldn't hold her tongue. She was angry and when she got angry she tended to say exactly what was on her mind.
"You got a fuckin screw loose giving me a damn elephant tranquilizer. Are you stupid? This is malpractice. How you still got a license?"
"Shhhhh," his finger went to his lips and his eyes said that this was funny to him. They twinkled and she wanted to slap him but her arms were pinned to her sides.
"I still got my license because I'm smart about what I do. Don't get it twisted. I operate my business just like any other orthodontist... I just like to have a little fun here and there, is that so wrong?"
"I'm tied to the fuckin chair. Yeah. You wrong."
He chuckled and all Ivy could think of was how much she did not like him.
"I take it you're not used to being tied up."
"I take it you're not used to minding ya damn business. What I do has nothing to do with you. You don't know me."
His amused expression cracked into a lopsided smirk as if there was something he knew and was dying to share.
"I know more about you than you think.  Privacy ain't shit these days and neither is an internet service provider. Lot of things you can find out about a person. Shit they hide from the average person. Shit they hide from their friends and families. You have a lotta secrets, Ivy." His smirk expanded into a smug grin that sent a shiver down her spine. What did he have on her? She didn't think it could possibly be anything too bad. Either way, she needed to find a way out. Something told her that this man had no intention of releasing her without a struggle and aside from him, she'd probably have to barrel through Thing 1 and Thing 2.
"You're a sociopath," Ivy muttered watching the glee crinkle his eyes. He was sick.
"And you're a filthy little smut ass whore."
"Excuse you," she blinked.
"Don't like that much, do you? It's all labels. Labels don't necessarily define us, Ivy. We're free to define ourselves and I choose to define myself as an artist. Pretty girls like yourself just so happen to be my preferred medium."
"Uh huh... you know you could've just asked for my number like a normal person?"
He looked taken aback, blinking with a blank expression.
"See there you go getting it twisted again. I don't wanna date you, Ivy.. I wanna transform you. Like I said, I'm an artist. In my profession, it's rare that I get the chance to be creative."
She couldn't stop her mouth.
"Well then paint a sunset, sculpt a vase, chip ice! Don't tie women up in your chair."
He chuckled softly, but again she was serious, annoyed, and also scared.
"As much as I'm enjoying our little conversation.. I'm ready to get into the opening act. There's a lot that I have planned for you today. Hopefully you'll be able to appreciate it... Either way," he shrugged, eyes wide, "I'm finna enjoy myself. It's been too long since I've been able to cut loose... I deserve this," he smirked, his nose wrinkling with wicked intention. It was in the air. She could feel the chill.
"Stay put," he whispered sending another chill through Ivy's body. She had no clue what to expect.
Once Erik disappeared behind her she began to struggle within the ropes to see if she could loosen them. They wereway too tight to slip down or give out. She couldn't escape. All she could do was wait for the dentist to return.
After a minute, Ivy could feel his presence approaching. He was directly behind her and she could feel something about to happen. He was about to do something, she just didn't know what it was. He leaned forward and his lips almost touched her left ear. She shivered feeling the vibration in her side.
"Let's begin," he whispered.

Recently, the company I work for, or will start working for in a couple weeks, has begun to offer to pay for online courses and any books required to further learning as their employees please. I'm working part time and probably cant ever go to college because I just know I'll drop out before I even get close to graduating, almost did with highschool due to math getting way harder and a teacher mistreating me and overall too much stress, so I can honestly see this happening with college, I know I can't handle that and working part time. But this offer maybe a good opprotunity. I want to professionally learn animation and/or character design and if its possible, I could actually do them! And all on my own time to boot. Buuuut I'm a little nervous it would be way too time consuming and I could slack in either field and hyperfocus way too much on the other.
So my question is: Is animation really all that time consuming? I don't mean production, I mean just overall, does it take too much personal time?
I dont want to screw up at work because of my online classes. I dont want to screw over my, well, nonexistant sleep schedule and burn out completely. I'm just not sure if its actually worth it while working is all, even as just a learn at your own pace class.
Like anything it really depends on you as a person, your college, and your teacher. Animation as a BFA is great for gaining connections and insight and critique that you probably won't get on your own but is in no way a requirement for getting a foot in the industry! Animation college courses focus on the WHOLE thing, so that includes, pre-production, production, and post-production so keep that in mind!
If you have a specific college in mind that you want to apply to get in contact with someone who works at the school! I'm sure they would be more than glad to help you understand if this is something you would be able to do. Colleges also allow for more flexibility in their schedules than high school does. So if you're worried about having X day(s) off you should hopefully be able to find a schedule that works for you.
It also really depends on the classes you're required to take cause those take time as well, I can't tell if this is a "pay for actual college and all courses need for an actual degree" type of deal or a "pay for specific courses and those courses only" situation.
Animation, in general, IS time-consuming, and I would be remiss to say otherwise; but it's worth every second of it! There will be stages that you feel like you're dragging yourself through but that's just how it goes with anything I suppose. Personally I LOVE the rough animation stage but I would rather pull my teeth out than do clean up lol (don't worry I HIGHLY doubt you would be forced to d clean up first-year lol, even than it's just refining your drawings and making them on the model, I just find it tedious and enjoy the aesthetic of rough lol).
You also need to keep in mind that when you start it could take you HOURS to do a few seconds of animations (especially if they start you on paper) but as time goes on it gets easier and faster to do just like with any other skill! My first-year teacher gave us WEEKS to do about 15 seconds of animation but as a Junior I'm able to clock that out in a day lol,
Unfortunately, I don't know you or you're specific situation and ability so I can't tell you if it's worth it or not but if they're offering to pay I would go for it! It's better to have tried it out and know that that's not the right path or IS the right path for you than to never know at all!
There is absolutely no shame in not going through with it either!
Give it a try and see how you feel about it, even if you don't graduate I'm sure the experiences you leave with will be worth it :}

Building a Boom Case from an Old Box Spring, Part 1
So I bought a new bed frame a few months ago. It turns out that the particular style did not require a box spring. So I was stuck with an extra queen size box spring. I put it in my extra room to die.
Tumblr media
My cars have done a real number on it. They have been using the fabric sides as a scratching and climbing post. They have been known to perch at the very top to nap. On a few occasions they have knocked it over. I got tired of seeing like this, so I looked into how to repurpose it (it was that or take it to the nearest dump 30 minutes away).
I cane across a few pictures but no instructions for making a shelf/book case. Without further ado, let's see what we can do with this obnoxious thing.
Part 1 - removing the fabric cover
You will need:
Box cutter (fresh blade please)
Utility gloves for safety (dont be like me plz)
A smallish but sturdy flat head screw driver
Need nose pliers
A broom and trash bag for clean up
Using the box cutter you need to cut away the fabric from the frame like so:
Tumblr media
You want to cut where there is no wood underneath. This way you can cut all the way through the fabric and batting without leaving cuts in the soft wood frame. Please note, there are plactic peices in the corners on the i side and outside of the fabric. Do your best to pull these off as you go.
Tumblr media
Do 3 sides first. You will want to save the bottom for last.
Now comes the hard part. Now you will have left the strip of fabric with the staples attached. Our goal is to remove the fabric strip and as much staples as possible. This is when you need to put on gloves.
The best way that I could figure out was to slide you fingers between the fabric and frame (in the gaps between the staples), use your foot to brace the bottom of the frame, and just pull like hell.
Tumblr media
This should tear off the fabric and hopefully loosen some staples. Most of them will still be there with fabric and fuzz caught between them.
You will need to remove all fabric staples you can. Pick put the fuzzy using your fingers or pliers. Using the screwdriver head, pry off the staples as such.
You will probably want to cut the fabric strip as you pull away large sections.
Now comes the most tedious part, when you begin to question your life choices. You just destroyed a perfectly good peice of furniture, and now you are about to subject yourself to something repetitive and time consuming.
Tumblr media
You will need to really get in there with some of them. Sometimes they come out cleanly and other times only one side comes out, so you gotta finish it off with the pliers.
Tumblr media
If they simply won't budge you will need to tend to them later in Part 2. Dont hurt yourself trying to pull every single one out. And don't remove any structural staples either.
Once you have finished removing the staples on 3 sides, it's time to flip it.
Tumblr media
This is a good time to point out that you can build this 2 ways. If you place it on its end, you will get a taller shelf with downward sloping shelves. Which could be good for movies and books. The down side is you would need extra wood trim to make a rim to keep the books from sliding off and your shelves will be at predetermined heights.
I am planning on putting decorative things on mine, so I am gonna build it on its side instead.
Finish cutting away the fabric like you did before. Pull off the remaining fabric strip and remove the last of the staples.

After a lot of work you are left with this bare frame. Be sure to sweep up all staples and discard all of the fluff and fabric.
As you can see, this will be an industrial-meets-farmhouse kinda look. This took me an hour and a half. My hands are little sore, but I managed to not get any punture wounds or splinters. So for now, I am done for the day.

Cat and Mouse Chapter Four: Confrontations (are when two stubborn people won't shut up)
Charlie wasn't there when I got home, so it was just me and Ari until he came in from work.
I briefly debated storming off to search for Jasper and insist on knowing why he hadn't told me, but decided against it. He didn't need me screwing up his life any further than I already had and I definitely didn't want to run into Edward.
I hauled myself up the stairs and to the first room, which was inhabited by the girl who was claiming to be my sister. She was coloring in the book I had gotten her for her birthday.
"Hey, little girl," I purred.
"Mommy!" She hopped to her feet and was squeezing me in seconds.
"How was school?"
"It was boring! We learned numbers and our A-B-C's. The teacher called it the Awpha-somethin'."
"You learned the Alphabet?" I corrected her gently.
"Yeah, but I already know it! I can read too! Remember when you read that book about the guy who was a vamp and those thwee girwls who worked fo him and he drank the guy's blood and he lived in that big house in that place?"
I nodded. I knew exactly what she was talking about. I had been reading Dracula and she had curled up with me. I had thought she was watching Sesame Street but she had really been reading over my shoulder.
"I knew 'most evewy word!" She proclaimed proudly. I laughed softly and looked down at her with amusement.
"I'm sure you did, Princess. You're a fast learner."
"Can I show you my pictue when I'm done?"
"Sure. Let me know so I can see it."
She nodded and threw herself back onto her bed, scribbling madly. I chuckled softly to myself. She was a fast learner… that's what scared me the most.
I sighed and flopped down onto my bed. Today had been a long and stressful day, and it was only the beginning. Things would get much worse for us here.
"Good God, how could I be so stupid?!" I screeched into my pillow. All the moving we'd done was to avoid the problem I knew I'd have with Edward and now I've gone and walked right into his trap with my eyes wide open. I could only hope that he hasn't been around Ari, because one look at her and he would know in an instant. She had his hair and the green eyes to match, and there would be no doubt about it.
"God has nothing to do with your stupidity." I jolted upright and barely avoided bashing my head on the wall beside me.
"Your sister, however, is pretty smart for her age. It would be a shame for such talent to go to waste."
I growled and made for the door, but he blocked my way and shoved me back into the room.
"That was stupid." He amended.
"What are you doing here, Edward?" I had no patience for him on my best of days, but he'd just entered into my room like some creepy stalker and threatened my baby girl. My intolerance level was through the roof, and I wanted nothing more than to bash his head in! I couldn't though, because whatever pain was caused to him would be felt by me ten-fold. Stupid imprint.
"I heard what Jasper told you." And this is relevant because...
"That has nothing to do with why you're here." I bit out.
"My brother's little mind trick didn't work on me, Bella. I remember everything now." Edward purred, voice eerily comforting.
His grip was firm enough that a flick of his wrist could yank my head from my shoulders. A sharp whine escaped me, but I froze when his glare pieced my own. Apparently the whole pain thing didn't work for vampires.
Stupid imprint.
"We'll be together soon, love. I've already convinced my family that you are the one for me. You just have to play the part. We'll pick up right where we left off… And, uh, for your sister’s sake, don’t try anything stupid. I will always find you." He purred dangerously into my ear.
His cheek rubbed against mine and it took everything I had not to roll my eyes.
This fucker and his games...
I stood still as his stone cold arms wrapped around my shoulders and he brushed his lips against my cheek. Then, in true 1920′s Edward Cullen fashion, he was out the window. He always was a bit dramatic for my taste.
I stumbled back to my bed and threw myself on it, finally letting my tears slip. It was obvious that he hadn't changed a bit. I knew he would make good on all of his threats if I didn't do exactly what he wanted, but I’ve always been my own person, and everyone I’ve come across had acknowledged and respected that.
It figures that the one man I can never escape turns out to be a self-righteous jackass with his head back in the 1950′s.
"I'm sorry," Jasper's voice drifted to my ears. If I hadn't heard him then I would  know he was nearby simply because the heat radiating off him matched my own. "I couldn't leave without them following me."
"It's okay." I gasped out. "I'm okay."
He rolled his eyes, but didn't bother to move, allowing my tears to soak his shirt.
I don't break down often and certainly not around Ari or those I don't trust. Being around Jasper allowed me to show my true emotions. I might as well; he's seen what I go through. He was one of the few people I would ever confide in.
"What happened?" He asked.
"He said he remembered everything… that we'd pick up where we left off."
"Indeed you will." Jasper snorted.
"I'm not letting him anywhere near her." I spat, whipping around to glare at hi. That turned out to be a mistake. I eased my head back to my pillow with a barely audible whimper., but it was enough for Jasper’s rage to start spilling over, strong enough to taste.
“It was bad enough that Edward might know who Ari is. I couldn't count on him not to try anything stupid with her in the next room over. I didn't need her to see that.”
"I can handle him if you let me." My old friend half-sang in a menacing growl.
"I should have known he would be here… I should have figured it out when you told me where you were going. Jesus, I’m being stupid. Gimme a moment."
"For what?" He wondered.
"I can't afford to sound weak and I don't want them badgering you because of me. You should go home."
"You need me more than they do."
"It should be the other way around! They're supposed to be your family!"
The empath snorted and rolled his eyes.
"I'm going to do my job and if the Cullens can't see that-."
"You're staying." I growled flatly, cutting off his train of thought.
His wife being naive enough to succumb to my former husband's wiles, didn’t make the rest of them  that foolish. Besides, from what I could tell, they genuinely liked Jasper. There was also the fact that I'd met Dr. Cullen briefly, since Jasper trusted him enough to ask for help when I gave birth to Ari. The golden-eyed doctor had taken one look at me and wrapped Jasper aside the head, insisting that he should have asked sooner before setting things up for me.
"Whatever." Jasper huffed, jerking me from my thoughts. I could tell he was trying to appease me, so I dropped it.
"You're gonna have to face him someday, Bella, I can't interfere every time and when I do get my hands on him, I'll kill him. There's no doubt about that."
"I have to break the imprint. Hopefully I can do it before he gets any worse."
"He'll turn them against me if I help you." Jasper admitted. "I already know Alice will believe him. He's brainwashed her into thinking you're his one true love."
"They're in for one hell of a surprise." I huffed.
"Half the coven still thinks you're human. What happens when they find out that your sister is your daughter and Edward's not the prude little virgin they think he is?" He scowled quietly.
I tensed and closed my eyes.
"Go home, Jasper, I'll call you when I need you, if I need you."
"You were right the first time."
"What did you see?" I asked reluctantly. He froze.
"Nothing." He lied. "Get some sleep, Bella, tell Ari I said hi."
"Sure, Jas. Whatever."
"Be careful." He insisted. I nodded and he climbed out the window.
I shut it and sighed, exhausted. If Edward wanted to spy on me tonight, he'd have Jasper and Charlie to get through, and as much as Charlie liked the good Doctor and his wife, he'd have no qualms about putting Edward in his place, no questions asked. Charlie didn't play around when it came to our safety, no matter what he didn't know.
Jasper was back before his wife had predicted. She'd seen him coming, but not for another half-hour. They were all sitting on the couch, obviously awaiting his return. Carlisle had a knowing look in his eye and Jasper nodded imperceptibly.
"How did you get back so quickly?" Alice demanded.
"Don't act like you've never seen a vampire with powers." He snorted. He felt better than he had in awhile. He had a purpose again, something he’d apparently lost during his time here.
"Last I checked, feelings can't get you a mile in a second." Edward sneered.
Last I checked, domestic abuse is illegal.
“You manipulative little shit!” Edward growled.
Funny, I was about the say the same to you.
“Why do you even care about her? She’s just some human that I happen to have a taste for.”
Because you’re baiting her, Edward. It’s impolite to play with your food.
“What I do in my spare time to pursue my interests is none of your business. Stay away from that girl, Whitlock. With your track record I’d never have a  chance. You’d eat her first.”
“Right, because I’m the one with the mind of a wild animal and the emotional range of a flea.” Jasper sneered through bared teeth.
“Work on your relationship before you go hounding me about mine, asshole.” Edward scoffed.
Jasper narrowed his eyes and glanced at Alice.
“I don’t suppose there’s a reason everyone’s favorite psychotic telepath reeks he way he does, is there?” He chuckled bitterly.  Alice scoffed and glared at him.
“I have nothing to say to you.” She sneered. “Go hang around that human bitch and leave me to my own business.”
“I will, thank you. Be careful, Masen. With the road you’re heading down, your past life will come back to bite you.”
And not in the way you like.
Jasper snorted, tasting the guilt that flowed from Alice like a waterfall, before shaking his head and walking out, letting the front door slam behind him. He’d given everyone plenty to think about, and there was no way he was sticking around while the rest of the coven got their heads out of the clouds.
