thinking about adding more effects and prob will but also have realised the reality of a 3+min vid means horrible render times. I don't know if my pc can handle all the previews that well as is—not without spending half my time lagging anyhow lol. Rendering promo vids for fan projects was irksome enough and those were mostly under 15 seconds long. To be fair, this is not exactly a program designed for long content...but, well, it's nothing too complicated either, so here's hoping.

^if I test VHS-type rewinds now I can recycle it with mild changes for hfic. Although this lyricstuck is very diary. Page flip effects look a little tacky often, however. Photo card flips？or perhaps page flips instead of the sliding masks.

^increase in cool text effects? But what fits? Convert to outlines and animate the trace? But that's very modern-feeling. Ink splashes, maybe?

^instead of VHS, ink spill across Harry? Should be easy to reverse the cc burn. > flip through scattered tomarry pages during the instrumental. >

Really want to animate something for this... L2d it? Or save it for hfic. Do simple blink w masking on Harry alive. But what else? Probably not feasible^. My layer splitting isn't suitable.

^if ink is too garish: out of camera focus into new screen transition. Other moving parts wizard themed book 2? Hmm.. Thematically, probably more dark blob people blinking. It's a long instrumental section so there's probably room. Ink splashes also prob will work, but the text effect I used on my last lyricstuck applied here will probably look good. The only problem is that I wonder if it'll work with my strip-style images. Perhaps see about chopping it up.

I know you're disappointed by the interaction Dreea and you have every right to feel as you feel. Its sucks when you put so much effort into it and even if people aren't engaging with Hfics because he's blown his fandom to bits with exhaustion and disappointment. But thats little consolation for fic writers.

Theo Ban Chủ nhiệm Ủy ban Nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (UBND TPHCM), việc xây dựng và ban hành nghị quyết của HĐND TPHCM nhằm thực hiện Nghị quyết 98 đã được đảm bảo về mặt pháp lý, nhằm cụ thể hóa các quy định trong dự thảo thành các đề án, nội dung đề xuất cụ thể, thời gian thực hiện và cơ quan chịu trách nhiệm. Trong kỳ họp thứ 10 của HĐND TPHCM, diễn ra vào ngày 10/7, toàn bộ các đại biểu đã đồng ý thông qua nghị quyết triển khai Nghị quyết 98 của Quốc hội về việc thí điểm một số cơ chế và chính sách đặc thù nhằm phát triển Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Nghị quyết này mang đến nhiều cơ chế và chính sách mới, tạo điều kiện để thành phố này khai thác tối đa tiềm năng và thế mạnh của mình, phát triển phù hợp với vị trí đầu tàu kinh tế - xã hội của vùng Đông Nam Bộ và cả nước. Nghị quyết giao cho HĐND TPHCM 14 nhiệm vụ, trong đó có việc ban hành tiêu chí, điều kiện, mức hỗ trợ, nội dung, thời gian hỗ trợ giảm nghèo và giải quyết việc làm. Ngoài ra, cũng quy định quy mô tổng mức đầu tư tối thiểu của các dự án đầu tư theo hình thức đối tác công tư (PPP) trong lĩnh vực y tế, giáo dục - đào tạo, thể thao và văn hóa. Đồng thời, cơ quan này cũng ban hành danh mục dự án áp dụng hợp đồng xây dựng - vận hành - chuyển giao đối với việc nâng cấp, mở rộng và hiện đại hóa công trình đường bộ hiện có. HĐND TPHCM được giao trách nhiệm quyết định về phí, lệ phí chưa được quy định trong danh mục phí và lệ phí ban hành kèm theo Luật Phí và lệ phí. Cơ quan này cũng quy định về đối tượng, điều kiện, trình tự, thủ tục, mức và thời gian hỗ trợ lãi suất đối với các dự án đầu tư được Công ty Đầu tư tài chính Nhà nước TPHCM (HFIC) cho vay trong lĩnh vực ưu tiên phát triển kinh tế xã hội trên địa bàn thành phố, sử dụng nguồn vốn đầu tư công từ ngân sách thành phố. HĐND TPHCM có nhiệm vụ quy định trình tự, thủ tục chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất trồng lúa dưới 500ha. Ngoài ra, cơ quan này cũng ban hành tiêu chí, tiêu chuẩn, lộ trình chuyển đổi công nghệ và quy định về điều kiện, định mức, đơn giá, giá đặt hàng liên quan đến khối lượng chất thải rắn sinh hoạt được đặt hàng bổ sung. Nghị quyết 98 cũng giao cho HĐND TPHCM quyền quyết định về việc sử dụng nguồn ngân sách địa phương để triển khai dự án đầu tư công độc lập, nhằm thực hiện công tác bồi thường, hỗ trợ và tái định cư đối với các dự án đầu tư theo đồ án thiết kế đô thị riêng, đồ án quy hoạch đô thị vùng phụ cận các nhà ga thuộc các tuyến đường sắt được cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt và vùng phụ cận các nút giao thông dọc tuyến đường Vành đai 3 thuộc địa phận thành phố, nhằm thu hồi đất, chỉnh trang và phát triển đô thị, thực hiện tái định cư và tạo quỹ đất để đấu giá và lựa chọn nhà đầu tư cho các dự án đầu tư phát triển đô thị, thương mại và dịch vụ theo quy định của pháp luật. HĐND TPHCM cũng có quyền quyết định về dự toán và phân bổ ngân sách của thành phố, đảm bảo phù hợp với định hướng cơ cấu lại ngân sách nhà nước, phát triển kinh tế xã hội và các lĩnh vực quan trọng theo quy định của Quốc hội và Chính phủ. Họ cũng có quyền quyết định việc sử dụng nguồn ngân sách thành phố để thực hiện các dự án và công trình giao thông đường bộ có tính chất vùng, liên vùng. Ngoài ra, HĐND TPHCM được phép bố trí nguồn thu từ cổ phần hóa các doanh nghiệp 100% vốn nhà nước do UBND TPHCM làm đại diện chủ sở hữu để bổ sung vốn điều lệ của HFIC. Cơ quan này cũng có quyền quyết định về việc sử dụng nguồn thu từ giao dịch tín chỉ carbon để hỗ trợ các chương trình và dự án ứng phó với biến đổi khí hậu, phát triển kinh tế xanh, kinh tế số và kinh tế tuần hoàn. Nghị quyết 98 cho phép HĐND TPHCM thông qua và ban hành hệ số điều chỉnh giá đất phù hợp với tình hình thực tế của thành phố. Đồng thời, cơ quan này thành lập Sở An toàn thực phẩm là cơ quan chuyên môn thuộc UBND TPHCM. HĐND TPHCM cũng có thẩm quyền quyết định bố trí nguồn thu chi để tăng thu nhập cho cán bộ, công chức, viên chức, người hoạt động không chuyên trách tại các xã, phường, thị trấn, người lao động thuộc khu vực quản lý nhà nước, tổ chức chính trị,

tổ chức chính trị - xã hội, đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập, một số hội có tính chất đặc thù và một số cơ quan trung ương trên địa bàn thành phố. HĐND cũng quyết định về mức thu nhập cho các chuyên gia, nhà khoa học và những người có tài năng đặc biệt của thành phố. Họ cũng quyết định về tổ chức bộ máy, số lượng, chức năng và nhiệm vụ của các phòng, ban chuyên môn, đơn vị trực thuộc thành phố Thủ Đức. Trước đó, Chủ tịch UBND TPHCM Phan Văn Mãi đã trình bày tờ trình về việc ban hành nghị quyết của HĐND TPHCM để triển khai thực hiện Nghị quyết 98 của Quốc hội về thí điểm một số cơ chế và chính sách đặc thù phát triển Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. THE YOUNG POPE - 1x01

[*laughter*] WELL I am having a tremendous time. While on the one hand I’ve never seen anything like this before, on the other hand yes I have: this is Vatican Peaky Blinders, and no one told me. Stylized to saturation, riotous music choices, accents, people making big gloriously ridiculous monologues where you’re choking out something between laughing groaning and cheering, movie actors, slow motion, IS this just a music video?, generalized and localized high absurdity. Just all of that, plus Tommy and Lenny are both male HFICs: Hard Femmes In Charge. The one thing you can count on in this drama world is that they WILL pull the power-est of plays under a good angle. And like, tell me “It’s death to settle for things in life” isn’t the new “My suits are on the house or the house burns down.” You can’t! And now the house is God’s house.

Anyway, like, stay tuned, but is this show about jokes? The show itself is a joke, deftly telegraphed by how it’s called THE YOUNG POPE, a title so ideally hilarious that the internet fell into paroxysms of memes at the name alone. But then in the show called The Young Pope, people are just really often talking about jokes?? All the time they are talking about jokes! I need more data, but like, my eyes are open. And my mouth, in a biigg wonky grin.
